Background: Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. The purpose: of this study was to influence the administration of pacinamum pudding to the reduction in blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the 2020 voluntary puskesmas. Method: is quasi-experimental research with pre-test-post test design. Subjects of outpatient research without severe complications of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Sukarami Health Center in Palembang City were taken by purposive sampling, the sample size in this study were 66 people who were randomly divided into 2 groups. The Results: of the study in the treatment group occurred when blood glucose levels decreased by 33.30 ± 28.39 mg / dl, whereas in the comparison group 21.66 ± 40.37 mg / dl. Statistical tests showed there were significant differences in the decrease in blood glucose levels during the treatment and comparison groups and there was no effect of pacinamum pudding on patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: There was no effect of pacinamum pudding and oral hyperglycemic drugs (OHO) on blood glucose levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients with p-value <0.05 ie 0.257. Suggestion: Based on the results of this study, pacinamum pudding and oral hyperglycemic drugs (OHO) need to be considered and socialized to the wider community so that they can be used as a food source that is easy to find and has high efficacy to reduce blood glucose levels.

Background : Anemia problems can occur due to the low consumption of dietary sources of iron. A snack that is usually consumed only looks at the taste without seeing the nutritional content contained therein. One of the preventive measures that can be given is to improve the quality of snack foods. Red bean have a high iron content where in 100 grams there is 10.3 mg of iron. The purpose : This study aims to determine the formulation, acceptability and content of macro nutrients (energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates) and micro (iron) red bean pudding. Method : This study used an experimental method using a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), there were 3 repetitions. The Results : The research subjects were 25 panelists who were somewhat trained. The results of the acceptance test showed that the research panelists showed F1 was the most preferred formula by the panelists, namely by adding 75 grams of red beans with an energy nutritional content of 107.7 Kcal (per 100 grams), 2.32% protein, 0.46% fat, carbohydrates. 23.58%, and iron 1.33%. Conclusion: F1 is the chosen formula because it has good receptivity, also contains nutrients that can meet the needs of a snack so that it can be used as a snack for anemic teenage girls. Suggestion : Research can be continued with research on the effect of giving red bean pudding to increase hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease caused by a lack of the hormone insulin, or the ineffectiveness of the body to use insulin which is indicated by the blood sugar level at ≥200 mg / dl. The manufacture of enteral formulas based on pumpkin flour and catfish meal is expected to be an alternative enteral food for people with diabetes mellitus.Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of enteral diabetes mellitus formula based on pumpkin flour (cucurbitamoschata) and catfish meal (clariasgariepinus) on blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus at Charitas Hospital Palembang. Methods: This study useda pretest-posttest with two group research design. The number of samples of organoleptic test panelists as many as 30 people who were outpatient DM patients and 30 people each intervention sample for the treatment group and the comparison group were inpatients at Charitas Hospital Palembang Results:The results of data analysis using the dependent t-test showed that the average glucose levels before treatment in the treatment group were 192.24 mg/dl and 179.14 mg/dl in the comparison group. The average blood glucose after treatment in the treatment group was 177.61 mg/dl and in the comparison group was 190.02 mg/dl. Meanwhile, the independent sample t-test showed the difference in the average blood glucose level in the treatment group was 43.94 mg/dl and the comparison group was -13.86 mg/dl (p-value = 0.005). Conclusion:Administration of enteral DM formula based on pumpkin flour and catfish meal has an effect on blood glucose in DM patients.

Background: Flakes are a form of ready-to-eat cereal product. In general, flakes are made from wheat flour or from starch such as tapioca flour. However, at this time innovation has been developed in the processing of flakes. Flakes with the addition of bran flour and corn flour which are rich in fiber are also very suitable for consumption as a diet food or an alternative snack for overweight teenagers. Objective: To determine the acceptability of bran flour and corn flour flakes as high fiber snacks. Method: Experimental method with non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Using the Organoleptic Test with 25 panelists. Determination of nutritional value and fiber using proximate analysis and fiber analysis. Results: The selected flakes formulation of bran flour and corn flour was F2 (30 grams of rice bran flour and 70 grams of corn flour) with an energy content of 403.61 Kcal, 8.5% protein, 6.91% fat, 76.84% carbohydrates. , 3.79% moisture content, 3.94% ash content, and 7.19% fiber in 100 g of flakes. Based on the Friedman test, there was no significant effect between the acceptance of bran flakes and corn flour on color (p = 0.251), taste (p = 0.006), aroma (p = 0.821), and texture (p = 0.553). Conclusion: Flakes with the addition of rice bran flour and corn flour can be used as an alternative snack that is high in fiber.

ABSTRACT Background The purchase decision is one of the indications that indicates whether or not a product is accepted by consumers. Location determination based on data on the highest number of cases of malnutrition status (BB/U) in Palembang City, namely in the working area of the Nagaswidak Health Center with 370 cases.Objective: To determine the relationship between the price, nutritional knowledge, income level and advertising of milk with the decision to buy formula milk. Method: The study design was in the form of quantitative crosssectional with a sample of 32 mothers who had toddlers aged between 1 to 3 years using Lemeshow calculations plus a 10% reserve selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection on formula milk purchasing decisions, prices, nutritional knowledge, income levels, and direct milk advertising is using questionnaires, observations and by taking anthropometric measurements. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between price (p<0.001) and income level (p = 0.03) with purchasing decisions and there was no relationship between nutritional knowledge (p = 0.357) and milk advertising (p = 0.169) with consumer decisions.Conclusion: It was concluded that the price of milk and the income of a person contain a positive relationship with the decision to purchase milk and the level of knowledge of the mother is quite an important factor towards the decision to purchase a food.

Learning media plays a crucial role in the learning process. One of the popular learning media, which played a crucial role among elementary school students during the COVID-19 pandemic, is audio-visual media. This type of media engages both auditory and visual senses through the utilization of the CANVA application. Therefore, this research aims to develop an English language learning media through the CANVA application in Pekanbaru Elementary School, Indonesia. This research was conducted using the 4D development model, consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate stages. In the define stage, it was found that students still had relatively low learning outcomes, and teachers could not develop creative learning media. Meanwhile, in the design stage, the learning media based on the findings in the definition stage was designed. The learning media was assembled using the CANVA application in the development stage. The product test results in this development stage showed very good results. The media was packaged in CD form and distributed to several elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru to help them teach English.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan meningkatkan pembangunan potensi wisata desa dalam Rangka Pengelolaan Dan Pengembangan Agrowisata Kopi Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Ekonomi Kreatif di Desa Kalibogor ,Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Tingkat pengangguran di kabupaten ini cukup tinggi, setelah pasca pandemic Covid-19 Ini lebih besar dari tingkat pengangguran di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dengan memetakan pariwisata potensi Wisata Kopi di Desa Kalibogor berbasis kreatifitas ekonomi melalui kajian potensi wisata dan penyiapan kreativitas masyarakat. Kreatif ekonomi menyediakan keterampilan dan sumber alternatif pendapatan melalui pengeloolaan kopi di sekitar Desa Kaalibogor. Itu Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan informan dari Kepala Desa, Pendapmingan UMKM, Pemilik Kebun Kopi, karyawan Pembuat kopi dan petani., pengamatan langsung kelapangan, dokumen, dan melalui FGD (Focus Group Diskusi). Hasil penelitian para peneliti diaspek kekuatan internal berasal dari potensi untuk objek wisata kopi dan ekonomi kreatif. Sedangkan analisis eksternal merupakan kajian potensi pariwisata terhadap perekonomian masyarakat yaitu peluang wirausaha, peluang kerja, pariwisata faktor pendukung, dan perkembangan ekonomi khususnya dalam pengelolaan kopi Kelemahan ini terjadi pada level manusia sumber daya yang tidak memiliki pelatihan/keterampilan di bidang pengelolaan kopi dan kurangnya mempromosikan wisata koipi tersebut ke khalayak ramai.

Nowadays, Branding or marketing share has evolved from creating images to video. The appropriate videos promotions can increase consumer interest in buying products. The suitable video can provide an positive image to consumers of a product or service. However, there are many obstacles in making interesting branding with video, such as the technique of taking pictures and creating an interesting storyline, the ability to package interesting videos such as editing sound and images, dubbing and then adding text. Solution for the problem, a community service program was carried out by the Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda to owners of micro, small and medium businesses (UMKM) in Samarinda. Implementation of this activity is carried out for a one-day workshop and then online mentoring for one week. The method of implementation is with lectures, practices, discussions and then questions and answers. This activity was attended by 30 participants. From 30 participants there were 28 participants who succeeded in making a video branding with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes.

Myostatin (MSTN) atau Growth and Differentiation Factor 8 (GDF8) adalah anggota dari superfamili Transforming Growth Factor (TGF)-β yang bertindak sebagai pengatur negatif pertumbuhan otot rangka. Mutasi pada ekson 2, di mana basa timin pada gen myostatin berubah menjadi basa guanin, mengubah asam amino leusin menjadi arginin, yang mempengaruhi berat badan ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keragaman gen myostatin pada 132 ekor ayam kampung yang terdiri dari ayam kampung Ciawi dan kampung Sukabumi. Sebagai perbandingan keragaman pada populasi besar digunakan ayam broiler, nunukan dan petelur. Keragaman gen diidentifikasi menggunakan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction - Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) menggunakan enzim restriksi BsrI. Produk amplifikasi sepanjang 247 pb, genotipe yang ditemukan pada keragaman gen MSTN|BsrI adalah GG, GT dan TT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi genotipe GT dan TT lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan genotipe GG. Pada semua populasi frekuensi alel T lebih besar dari frekuensi alel G yaitu 0.72 dan 0.28. Gen MSTN|BsrI pada populasi ayam kampung Ciawi dan ayam broiler berada dalam kesetimbangan Hardy-Weinberg. Populasi ayam kampung Ciawi dan Sukabumi menunjukkan skor heterozigositas (Ho) lebih tinggi dari skor heterozigositas yang diharapkan (He), sedangkan ayam pedaging menunjukkan skor heterozigositas (Ho) sama dengan skor heterozigositas yang diharapkan (He). The fire accident experienced by KMP Tranship I on October 2023, when sailing from Merak Harbor, Banten to Bakauheni Harbor, Lampung Lampung left trauma and bad experiences for the crew and passengers, so the fire that occurred must be identified by the crew regarding causes and methods of control. In preventing fires, there is a need for technical instructions or international regulations as a guide. The aim of this research is to know and identify before and after a fire occurs on a ship to minimizecasualties and the risk of increasing the size of the fire by implementing existing rules appropriately and measurably based on the International Safety Management (ISM) Code. The research method carried out was by exploring several sources in the field including the crew of the KMP Tranship I ship, the South Lampung Police Port Sector Unit (KSKP), River, Lake and Ferry Transport (ASDP) and the Fire Brigade (Damkar) team. including field observations regarding fires, and literacy from various books. The results of the research are that by implementing the International Safety Management (ISM) Code standards, continuously and well controlled, the ship's crew will be able to assess the risk (risk assessment) of each ship accident, including ship fires and losses experienced by the ship.
