This study aimed to analyze the entrepreneurial independence of inmates through partnership-based development programs at Class III Rangkasbitung Correctional Institution. Work development programs serve as a form of social rehabilitation intended to improve inmates’ skills, productivity, and economic readiness after release from correctional institutions. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving inmates actively participating in cooperative management, tailoring, barber services, handicrafts, and guitar-making activities. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify major themes related to skill development and entrepreneurial independence among inmates. The findings revealed that partnership-based development programs positively contributed to improving technical skills, responsibility, work discipline, and participants’ self-confidence. Furthermore, the programs helped inmates understand business opportunities and prepare for economic independence after completing their sentences. Partnership-based development programs also functioned as a form of social rehabilitation that supports inmates’ reintegration into society.

The training program carried out at the Serang Class IIA Prison is still not in accordance with the word good. Because there are still several problems found, namely the limited means of learning infrastructure such as the lack of training tools, learning places that cause the learning process to be not optimal, teaching materials that are still lacking, and relatively short learning time, as well as the lack of tutors' understanding of adult education in delivering materials to learning residents. For this reason, this study aims to find out how the implementation of the training can improve the life skills of inmates in the Serang Class IIA Prison. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that barbering training was able to improve the life skills of inmates, especially in psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects.

This study aims to analyze the motivation of adolescents to become volunteers in the Serang Regency Children's Forum (FAKS), identify obstacles that influence this motivation, and describe the organization's strategy in increasing the participation of its members. The main focus of this study is to understand how this non-profit organization managed by children under the guidance of the government is able to maintain the active involvement of adolescents without any material imbalance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through participant observation, unstructured interviews with 7 informants (consisting of daily administrators and division coordinators), and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Adolescent motivation is dominated by intrinsic and non-material factors, where physical (financial) needs have shifted in meaning to become operational support instruments, while social needs and being awarded are the strongest factors. (2) Motivational obstacles include internal obstacles such as low self-esteem (self-doubt) and failure of self-regulation, as well as external obstacles in the form of negative stigma in the social environment. (3) The organizational strategy implemented is strengthening social support networks, modernizing activity methods, and facilitating access to learning resources. This study concludes that the sustainability of motivation in the Children's Forum is largely determined by the organization's ability to provide space for self-actualization and psychological protection for its members.

The Qur’anic memorization (tahfidz) program has increasingly become an important indicator of quality in Islamic educational institutions. However, its implementation is often focused more on the achievement of memorization targets than on improving the overall quality of learning. This condition necessitates a comprehensive evaluation to ensure that the tahfidz program contributes not only to students’ memorization achievements but also to educational quality enhancement. This study aims to evaluate the Qur’anic tahfidz program at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Razaq and examine its contribution to improving learning quality. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, program coordinator, and tahfidz teachers, as well as document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the tahfidz program is highly relevant to community needs and institutional goals, supported by adequate resources, and implemented through a structured and sustainable learning process. The program not only improves students’ memorization achievement and Qur’anic recitation quality but also fosters learning discipline, academic motivation, and a Qur’anic learning culture that contributes to overall educational quality. This study proposes an Integrative Tahfidz-Quality Evaluation Model that links memorization outcomes with the quality of the learning process through a continuous improvement framework. The findings imply that tahfidz program evaluation should be oriented toward the holistic and sustainable development of Islamic educational quality.

To address unemployment and skill mismatches in Indonesia, Non-Formal Education through Competency-Based Training (CBT) is used for upskilling. This study analyzes CBT implementation in the SMAW Welding Program at BBPVP Serang, including planning, implementation, evaluation, NFE principles, and mitigation strategies.Using a qualitative descriptive case study, data were collected from instructors, staff, and trainees via observation, interviews, and documents, then analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s model.Findings show CBT is structured and adaptive. Planning follows KKNI Level II/SKKNI. Implementation uses 30% theory and 70% practice. Evaluation includes weekly pre-tests and final LSP-BNSP certification. NFE principles appear in flexible, andragogical, competency-based learning, with 80% graduate employment in 2025. Challenges like varied skills and overcapacity were solved by clustering and resource optimization.

Indonesia is a pluralistic country, with the motto "Bhineka Tunggal Ika". With these different conditions, it is necessary to build a sense of tolerance among elements of society. Moreover, the issue of ethnicity, race, religion and culture often triggers conflicts in society. One of the ways to unite the community is the existence of local wisdom. This study intends to reveal how the education of tolerance in the values of local cultural wisdom contained in the Ki Ageng Tarub Kirab, so that it can accommodate the relationship of tolerance between communities This research is a qualitative-explorative, case study with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. And data analysis uses interactive analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the sense of tolerance contained in the local wisdom of Ki Ageng Tarub can develop well in the midst of society. Tolerance education within the framework of structurally functional local wisdom can unite different elements of society, creating social integration and highly respected social solidarity. The values of tolerance education in local wisdom that are instilled include the value of solidarity, the value of harmony, the value of unity and mutual respect between elements of society.

Islamic boarding school education system has been more oriented toward the attainment of worship ability and understanding of tauhid with singular dogma, so santri as the output of Islamic boarding school with an exclusive nuance. This condition will be a big problem when Islamic boarding school and Kiai are role model in all aspects of society’s life as in Madura. So that exclusive education system that brought by Kiai and they Islamic boarding school become a qibla for cultural development and the intellectual of Madura society that far from moderation and tolerance. The aim of this study are for measuring the implementation of inclusive Islamic education system in salafi and khalafi Islamic boarding school in Madura in for indicators: tolerance, equality, tawazun, and musyawarah. The result of the first aim will be the key to formulate the strategic way for reorientating the inclusive Islamic education system. This study used quantitative and qualitative method. The result of this study are, first the the implementation of inclusive Islamic education system for indicator tolerance is in quite good category in salafi and in good one in khalafi. The indicator equality , tawazun are in good category for both. The musyawarah showed in quite good category in salafi and in good one in khalafi. Second, There are three strategic way for reorientating the inclusive Islamic education system. 1. Teacher should have ability to apply inclusive value, 2. Curriculum should consist of inclusive value for muslim and others religion.3. using 3 of moderation such moderation of thougth, movement and action.

Globalisasi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam penyebaran dan pertukaran data astronomi Islam, khususnya terkait penentuan awal bulan Hijriah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak keterhubungan global melalui teknologi informasi terhadap dinamika perbedaan maupun upaya penyatuan kriteria hisab dan rukyat di berbagai negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus lintas negara, melibatkan analisis literatur dan penelusuran data dari platform informasi astronomi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi informasi mempercepat akses masyarakat dan otoritas ke data astronomis real-time, namun juga mempertegas perbedaan metodologis yang didasari faktor mazhab, politik, dan budaya. Di satu sisi, teknologi memperkuat koordinasi internasional melalui forum global seperti International Crescent Observation Project (ICOP) dan Organisasi Konferensi Islam (OKI); di sisi lain, keterbukaan informasi memicu perdebatan publik yang dapat memperlebar jarak kesepakatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan diplomasi astronomi dan pengembangan platform kolaboratif lintas negara untuk mendukung harmonisasi kalender Hijriah global tanpa mengabaikan keragaman tradisi falak masing-masing negara

Abstract: Rapid population growth and urbanization make solid waste management a pressing environmental and socio-economic challenge. The transition from a linear "take-use-dispose" economy to a restorative and regenerative circular economy model is imperative. This research in-depth analyzes how Community-Based Waste Management (CWBM) initiatives can contribute to achieving a circular economy, focusing on the interacting systematic dynamics. Using a Loop Dynamics approach, this study identifies and examines the complex cause-and-effect relationships and feedback loops in Padang City's waste management ecosystem. Through a quantitative survey of 100 respondents, it was found that the variables studied simultaneously had a significant influence on management success. However, no variable had a significant effect on the outcome. Loop Dynamics modeling revealed reinforcing loops (R1-R6) that drive positive cycles, such as increased revenue from recycling that stimulates participation, and balancing loops (B1-B3) that maintain system balance. These findings confirm that PSBM is not simply a mitigation strategy, but rather a strategic intervention point capable of driving a circular transition, creating local economic opportunities, and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The results of this study are expected to guide policymakers and communities in designing more innovative and adaptive waste management strategies. Abstrak: Laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan urbanisasi yang pesat menjadikan pengelolaan sampah sebagai tantangan lingkungan dan sosial-ekonomi yang mendesak. Transisi dari ekonomi linier "ambil-pakai-buang" menuju model ekonomi sirkular yang restoratif dan regeneratif menjadi imperatif. Penelitian ini menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana inisiatif Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Masyarakat (PSBM) dapat berkontribusi pada pencapaian ekonomi sirkular, dengan fokus pada sistematis yang saling berinteraksi. Menggunakan pendekatan Loop Dynamics, studi ini mengidentifikasi dan menguji hubungan sebab-akibat serta umpan balik kompleks di ekosistem pengelolaan sampah Kota Padang. Melalui survei kuantitatif terhadap 100 responden, ditemukan bahwa variabel yang diteliti secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengelolaan. Namun, secara parsial tidak ada variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Pemodelan Loop Dynamics mengungkap adanya reinforcing loops (R1-R6) yang mendorong siklus positif, seperti peningkatan pendapatan dari daur ulang yang memicu partisipasi, serta balancing loops (B1-B3) yang menjaga keseimbangan sistem. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa PSBM bukan sekadar strategi mitigasi, melainkan titik intervensi strategis yang mampu mendorong transisi sirkular, menciptakan peluang ekonomi lokal, dan mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan dan komunitas dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan sampah yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif.. The implementation of integrity zone initiatives at UPI Purwakarta requires a transparent and accountable complaint management system. However, complaint handling is still conducted through Google Forms and manual processes, which may lead to limited service transparency, delays in handling, and unclear report status for complainants. This condition indicates the need for a system capable of managing complaint processing in a systematic and structured manner. This study aims to design and implement a web-based complaint management system by applying the First In First Out (FIFO) method to ensure that reports are received and processed fairly based on their arrival time. The system was developed using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. System evaluation was carried out using black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The black-box testing results showed a 100% functional success rate, while SUS testing involving 30 respondents obtained a score of 77.75, which falls into the good and acceptable category. These findings indicate that the implementation of the FIFO method improves the systematic handling of complaints and supports service transparency. This study contributes to the application of time-based prioritization mechanisms to enhance fairness and transparency in complaint management at UPI Purwakarta.
