Abstract

Nelayan pancing hand line tuna memasang rumpon yang tersebar di Laut Flores. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lama waktu penangkapan dan banyaknya hasil tangkapan pada setiap rumpon, ukuran serta laju tangkap pancing handline tuna yang dioperasikan oleh nelayan dengan studi kasus di Kelurahan Ekatiro, Kecamatan Bontotiro, Kabupaten Bulukumba.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama waktu penangkapan dan jumlah hasil tangkapan pada semua jenis spesies ikan tuna pada rumpon yang dioperasikan di sebelah timur Kepulauan Selayar lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sebelah timur di luar kawasan Taman Nasional Takabonerate, tetapi daerah penangkapan yang potensial kedepan adalah di sekitar luar kawasan Taman Nasional Takabonerate. Hal ini ditandai dengan terjadinya trend peningkatan hasil tangkapan dan rumpon yang dioperasikan pada kawasan tersebut.  Lokasi penangkapan pada musim timur berada pada bagian timur dan barat di luar kawasan Taman Nasional Takabonerate, sedangkan pada musim barat pada bagian timur Kepulauan Selayar dan pada musim transisi pada bagian timur, barat dan selatan perairan tersebut.  Ukuran berat dan panjang hasil tangkapan ikan tuna yang belum dewasa, kalaholong ( 10 kg, 100 cmFL) dan dewasa, opo’ (≥ 10 GT, ≥ 100 cmFL, mengabaikan ukuran baby tuna 20 kg) diperoleh pada semua musim.   Jumlah hasil tangkapan yang berukuran dewasa dan belum dewasa proporsinya sama selama penelitian dengan hasil validasi data, Bulan Maret-April (transisi barat ke timur). Laju tangkap tertinggi diperoleh pada ikan tuna madidihang ukuran opo’ (273,3256 kg/jam), diikuti tuna madidihang ukuran kalaholong (104,4747 kg/jam) dan yang terkecil, tuna mata besar (6,2798 kg/jam). Kata kunci: Rumpon, musim, ikan tuna, ukuran, laju tangkap

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Menganalisis peran guru dalam pencegahan cyberbullying di lingkungan sekolah SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 2) Menganalisis peran pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 3) Mengidentifikasi efektivitas upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 4) Menganalisis pengaruh peran guru dan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Peran Guru (Variabel X1), Pemanfaatan Teknologi (Variabel X2), dan Pencegahan Cyberbullying (Variabel Y). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket/survei, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran guru dalam pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone sangat signifikan, karena guru tidak hanya memberikan edukasi tetapi juga membimbing dan melindungi siswa melalui kampanye anti cyberbullying, pendampingan psikologis, dan pendidikan etika digital. Sementara itu, 2) Pemanfaatan teknologi juga terbukti efektif dalam upaya tersebut melalui kampanye media sosial, pembelajaran daring, dan sistem pelaporan berbasis teknologi, yang meningkatkan kewaspadaan siswa dan memudahkan pelaporan kejadian bullying. 3) Keberhasilan upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di sekolah ini telah mencapai tingkat efektivitas sebesar 87%, didukung oleh strategi pencegahan, intervensi, dan upaya pemulihan, termasuk edukasi, pemantauan digital, dan pembinaan bagi korban dan pelaku. 4) Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dan pemanfaatan teknologi berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dari cyberbullying. Kolaborasi antara kedua faktor ini memungkinkan guru dan teknologi untuk bekerja sama dalam mendidik, meningkatkan kewaspadaan, dan menciptakan ruang yang mendukung bagi siswa untuk menghindari perilaku cyberbullying. Dengan pendekatan terpadu ini, SMP Negeri 8 Watampone telah menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas yang tinggi dalam pencegahan perundungan siber.This study aims to determine: 1) Analyze the teacher's role in preventing cyberbullying in the school environment of SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 2) Analyze the role of technology utilization in supporting cyberbullying prevention at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 3) Identify the effectiveness of cyberbullying prevention efforts at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 4) Analyze the influence of the teacher's role and technology utilization on cyberbullying prevention at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone.The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research variables consist of Teacher's Role (Variable X1), Technology Utilization (Variable X2), and Cyberbullying Prevention (Variable Y). Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires/surveys, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential analysis.The results of the study indicate that: 1) The teacher's role in preventing cyberbullying at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone is highly significant, as they not only educate but also guide and protect students through anti-cyberbullying campaigns, psychological assistance, and digital ethics education. Meanwhile, 2) Technology utilization has also proven to be effective in these efforts through social media campaigns, online learning, and technology-based reporting systems, which increase student awareness and facilitate reporting of bullying incidents. 3) The success of cyberbullying prevention efforts at this school has reached an effectiveness level of 87%, supported by prevention strategies, interventions, and recovery efforts, including education, digital monitoring, and guidance for both victims and perpetrators. 4) Further analysis shows that the teacher's role and technology utilization significantly contribute to creating a safe environment from cyberbullying. The collaboration between these two factors enables teachers and technology to work together in educating, raising awareness, and creating a supportive space for students to avoid engaging in cyberbullying behavior. With this integrated approach, SMP Negeri 8 Watampone has demonstrated a high level of effectiveness in cyberbullying prevention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat kreativitas guru IPS dalam penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis digital di SMPN 24 Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam guru IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung meliputi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang mendorong inovasi, keakraban peserta didik dengan teknologi, program pelatihan pemerintah, dan dukungan sekolah dalam bentuk moral, fasilitas, serta kolaborasi antar guru. Namun, kreativitas guru terhambat oleh keterbatasan sarana prasarana, minimnya pelatihan berkala dan keterampilan digital sebagian guru, serta kurangnya dukungan maksimal dari pihak sekolah dalam pengadaan fasilitas dan pengembangan SDM. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat potensi besar dari siswa yang melek teknologi, sinergi antara guru, sekolah, dan pemerintah sangat krusial untuk mengatasi tantangan dan mengoptimalkan pembelajaran digital.This study analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors of IPS teachers' creativity in implementing digital-based learning media at SMPN 24 Makassar. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with six IPS teachers. The findings indicate that supporting factors include the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which encourages innovation, students' familiarity with technology, government training programs, and school support in the form of morale, facilities, and teacher collaboration. However, teachers' creativity is hindered by limited infrastructure, insufficient regular training and digital skills among some teachers, and inadequate maximum support from the school regarding facility provision and human resource development. This study concludes that despite the significant potential of technologically literate students, synergy among teachers, schools, and the government is crucial to overcome challenges and optimize digital learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi digital, inovasi pembelajaran, dan psychological well-being terhadap komitmen menjadi guru pada mahasiswa PPG Prodi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran 31 kuesioner kepada mahasiswa PPG. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen menjadi guru (nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05). Inovasi pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen menjadi guru (nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan psychological well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif (nilai p = 0,046 < 0,05). Secara simultan, literasi digital, inovasi pembelajaran, dan psychological well-being berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen menjadi guru (nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai R-square untuk perilaku konsumtif sebesar 0,856 yang menunjukkan bahwa 85,6% varians dipengaruhi oleh literasi ekonomi, media sosial, dan pengaruh teman sebaya, sedangkan sisanya 14,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy, learning innovation, and psychological well-being on the commitment to becoming a teacher among PPG students in the Social Sciences Education Program at Universitas Negeri Makassar. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through 31 questionnaires distributed to PPG students. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9. The results showed that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on the commitment to becoming a teacher (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Learning innovation has a negative and significant effect on teacher commitment (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05), while psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior (p-value = 0.046 < 0.05). Simultaneously, digital literacy, learning innovation, and psychological well-being significantly influence the commitment to becoming a teacher (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). The R-square value for consumptive behavior is 0.856, indicating that 85.6% of the variance is explained by economic literacy, social media, and peer influence, while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study examines the Mechanism of covert domination in the social practices of student intolerance in Higher Education (HE) in Bima City, with a focus on to investigate how covert domination in the social practices of student intolerance operates in HE at Bima City. The study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. This study began with data collection through various techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. These data were then analyzed to find patterns of intolerant behavior and the social and cultural contexts that underlie them. The results of this study reveal organizational dominance, manipulation of student awareness, exclusion of minority groups, normalization of campus life, and neglect of minority religious practices. The results also show that the dominance of certain student organizations often creates a non-inclusive environment, where student awareness is manipulated to support certain agendas, resulting in the exclusion of minority groups. Minority religious practices are often ignored, which contributes to the normalization of intolerant campus life. Then in this study it was found that inclusive education and the formation of an equal community in realizing a more tolerant HE in Bima City.

Abstract

This article will discuss the strategies used by the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in responding to the crisis of public trust in the Bantimurung District. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews, field observations, and the study of relevant documents regarding Bawaslu's work program. Research informants consist of the Chairperson and members of Bawaslu, community leaders, political party officials, and the general public. The research findings indicate that Bawaslu's main strategies include increasing information transparency through mass media broadcasts and periodic meetings with stakeholders; optimizing the supervision functions to prevent money politics and campaign violations at the sub-district/village level; improving public complaint services; and massive socialization of Bawaslu's roles and functions to schools, community organizations, and the general public. However, the implementation of these strategies is still not fully effective due to obstacles such as human resources, budget constraints, inter-agency coordination, and lack of regulatory support. The conclusion of this research is that strong commitment and collaboration are needed from various stakeholders, including local governments and regional representative councils (DPRD), to support efforts to restore public trust in Bawaslu in the Bantimurung District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah bentuk strategi Klinik Belajar dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru ilmu sosial di SMAS Hang Tuah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Ada 7 orang informan yang dipilih melalui Teknik purpose sampling dengan kriteria informan yaitu anggota Klinik Belajar, Guru yang telah mengajar 2 tahun terakhir atau memiliki Nomor Unik Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Pengurus Klinik Belajar. Serta menggunakan teknik keabsahan data triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, da kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk strategi Klinik Belajar dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru ilmu sosial di SMAS Hang Tuah yaitu dengan Pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang holistik dan berkelanjutan berfokus pada pengoptimalkan pelatihan, memperluas akses ke sumber daya, serta membangun kolaborasi yang efektif, melibatkan evaluasi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bermain peran untuk mengembangkan moral pada anak usia 5-6 tahun (kelompok B) di TK Ilham NW Selusuh Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksprimen. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-eksperimental desaign dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest desaign. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B TK Ilham NW Selusuh yang berjumlah 13 anak. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perkembangan moral anak saat Pre-test berjumlah 66 dengan rata-rata persentase keseluruhan 409%, dan dikategori penilaian MB (Mulai Berkembang) yang mencapai nilai persentase 69% dari keseluruhan anak. dan setelah diberikan perlakuan atau (treatment) kemudian diadakan Posttest, diperoleh perkembangan moral anak yaitu 155 dengan jumlah persentase keseluruhan anak yaitu 962%, berdasarkan kategori penilaian didapatkan bahwa pada sebagian besar anak mendapatkan kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) yang mencapai nilai 76% dari keseluruhan anak yang berjumlah 13 Anak. Selain itu juga dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis t_hitung yaitu 13,914 dengan nilai t_tabel yaitu1,782 maka nilai t_hitung (13,914) ≥ (1,782). Ini membuktikan bahwa hasil dari analisis hipotesis dalam penelitian ini bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dari hasil tersebut juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain peran layak digunakan untuk mengembangkan moral pada anak usia 5-6 tahun (kelompok B) di TK Ilham NW Selusuh Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study aims to examine changes in the socio-cultural conditions of the people of Kapota Utara Village, South Wangi-Wangi Sub-district, Wakatobi Regency, as a result of the development of the Kapota Lake Tourism Attraction Area. The main focus of this research is on community perceptions of spatial changes, patterns of social interaction, and the sustainability of local cultural values in the context of tourism development. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and review of tourism development planning documents. The main informants consisted of community leaders, local business actors, village officials, and visitors to the tourist area. The results showed that the development of tourist areas brought significant changes to the social structure and interaction patterns of the community. There is an increase in local economic participation, but there are also concerns related to the fading of cultural values and local wisdom due to the commercialization of social space. Some communities show resistance to the influx of labor from outside the region, while others see it as a collaborative opportunity. Recommendations from this study are the importance of integrating local culture in every stage of tourism development as well as the need for participatory communication forums between the government, communities, and businesses to minimize the potential for social conflict. In addition, there is a need for cultural preservation policies through educational programs and promotion of local values that synergize with tourism development.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of transparency, accountability, and competence of village officials on the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Jeneponto Regency. A quantitative approach was used with an analysis of the relationship between variables. Data were collected through the distribution of 60 questionnaires to village officials, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS application version 4.1.0.8. The results showed that transparency (p = 0.000), accountability (p = 0.002), and competence of village officials (p = 0.000) had a significant effect on the management of the APBDes. These findings provide an important contribution to policy formulation, particularly in improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of village fund management, including in the village transportation sector. By strengthening transparency, accountability, and the competence of village officials, village governments can achieve more efficient and responsive budget management to community needs, including in the development of equitable and sustainable transportation infrastructure. Practically, these results can serve as a reference for policymakers and village technical implementers in designing strategies to increase the capacity of village officials. Academically, this research enriches the literature on public financial governance at the village level with a quantitative approach based on PLS-SEM.
