Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masalah demam berdarah dengue ini menjadi perhatian khusus karena termasuk ke dalam penyakit menular yang berada di dalam 10 ancaman kesehatan masyarakat di dunia. Negara Indonesia setiap provinsi mengalami endemik sekaligus epidemisi DBD setiap 4 hingga 5 tahun. Pada 2020, kasus DBD di Indonesia  Incidence Rate (IR) sebanyak 40/100.000 jiwa dan Case Fatality Rate (CFR)  sebesar 0,7% ini  masuk kegolongan tinggi. Dinkes Provinsi Sumatera Selatan mencatat kasus DBD masih tinggi pada tahun 2020 terdapat 2.359 kasus DBD (IR= 27,8/100.000 Penduduk), 2021 terdapat 1.135 kasus DBD (IR= 13,7/100.000 Penduduk) dan 2022 terdapat 2.854 kasus DBD (IR= 32,9/100.000 Penduduk). Menurut Dinkes Kota Lubuklinggau pada 2020 terdapat 145 kasus dengan DBD (IR= 61,7/100.000 penduduk), Tahun 2021 terdapat 91 kasus DBD (IR= 30,4/100.000 penduduk) dan di Tahun 2022 terdapat 182 kasus DBD  (IR= 75,7/100.000 penduduk).Metode: Tujuan penelitian ialah Menganalisis Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Kejadian DBD di Kota Lubuklinggau Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, penelitian ini dijalankan di kota Lubuklinggau, Sumsel dengan 140 responden 70 case dan 70 control, Penelitian berjenis analitik observasional dan berdesain studi Case Control.Hasil: Pengetahuan DBD sebanyak 50% responden pada kelompok kasus memiliki pengetahuan baik sementara pada kelompok kontrol 70% responden berpengetahuan baik berdasar padahasil dari uji Chi-Square didapati nilai (p-value 0,01 dan OR 2.472) yang bermakna ada hubungan segnifikan pengetahuan DBD dengan kasus DBD di Kota Lubuklinggau. Pengetahuan PSN sebanyak 42,9%  responden pada kelompek kasus memiliki pengetahuan baik sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 60% mempunyai pengetahuan baik menurut hasil dari uji Chi-Squere didapat nilai ( p-value 0,04 dan OR 2.136) ini berarti terdapat hubungan segnifikan pengetahuan PSN dengan DBD di Kota Lubuklinggau.Simpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pengetahuan DBD dan Pengetahuan PSN berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD ABSTRACTTitle: The Relationship between DHF Knowledge and PSN Knowledge on Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Incidence in Lubuklinggau City, South SumatraBackground: The problem of dengue hemorrhagic fever is of particular concern because it is an infectious disease that is among the 10 public health threats in the world. Every province in Indonesia experiences endemic dengue fever and experiences a dengue fever epidemic every 4-5 years. In 2020, the DHF incidence rate (IR) in Indonesia was 40/100,000 people and the Case Fatality Rate (CFR) was 0.7%, which is considered high. The South Sumatra Provincial Health Office noted that dengue cases were still high in 2020, there were 2,359 dengue cases (IR= 27.8/100,000 population), in 2021 there were 1,135 dengue cases (IR= 13.7/100,000 population) and in 2022 there were 2,854 dengue cases (IR = 32.9/100,000 Population). According to the Lubuklinggau City Health Service, in 2020 there were 145 cases of dengue fever (IR= 61.7/100,000 population), in 2021 there were 91 cases of dengue fever (IR= 30.4/100,000 population) and in 2022 there were 182 cases of dengue fever (IR = 75.7/100,000 population) .Method: The research aim is to Analyze the Relationship between Knowledge and the Incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra Province. This study was conducted in Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra, with 140 respondents consisting of 70 cases and 70 controls. The research is of an observational analytical type and adopts a Case-Control study design.Results: 50% of respondents in the case group had good knowledge of dengue fever, while in the control group 70% of respondents had good knowledge. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the value was found (p-value 0.01 and OR 2,472) which means there is a significant relationship. between knowledge of dengue fever and the incidence of dengue fever in Lubuklinggau City. PSN knowledge of 42.9% of respondents in the case group had good knowledge while in the control group 60% had good knowledge according to the results of the Chi-Squere test which was found to have a value (p-value 0.04 and OR 2.136) this means there is a significant relationship between PSN knowledge and the incidence of dengue fever in Lubuklinggau City.Conclusion: The results of this study conclude that DHF knowledge and PSN knowledge are related to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever

Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rates are one of the health problems in Indonesia, including at the village level. Currently, the Village has its own authority to manage village funds in an effort to prosper the community. The purpose of the study is analysis the role and support stakeholders in the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Program through optimizing village funds, with a quantitative design and analytical descriptive approach. The study analyzes the role of stakeholders (attitudes, influencing power, and interests), with respondents, namely village level stakeholders in Tegal Regency who were selected by purposive sampling technique and analysis by Rank Spearman Test. Education has a significant relationship with power of influencing stakeholders (p value= 0.002; CC = 0.561) Stakeholder attitudes and perceptions (p-value = 0.047, CC = 0.379) and power of influence (p-value = 0.017, CC = 0.449) has strong correlation towards optimizing village funds for MCH program. Stakeholder interests (p value=0.003, CC=0.534) have a strong correlation with the implementation of the MCH program in the village. In optimizing allocation village funds, support and the role of stakeholders are needed, especially the attitude and power in making decisions, planning strengths and formulating allocation policies. Likewise, the role of stakeholders in the interests of the MCH program for community welfare will increase multi-sectoral cooperation.Abstrak: Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi menjadi salah satu permasalahan kesehatan di Indonesia termasuk di tingkat Desa. Saat ini Desa memiliki wewenang sendiri untuk mengelola dana desa sebagai upaya mensejahterakan masyarakatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah analisis peran dan dukungan stakeholder dalam Program KIA melalui optimalisasi dana desa, dengan desain kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian menganalisis peran stakeholder (sikap, kekuatan memepengaruhi, dan kepentingan), dengan responden yaitu stakeholder tingkat Desa di Kabupaten Tegal yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposiv sampling dan dianalisis dengan uji Rank Spearman. Pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan mempengaruhi stakeholder (p value=0.002, CC=0,561) Sikap dan persepsi stakeholder (p value=0.047, CC=0.379) dan kekuatan mempengaruhi (p value=0.017, CC=0.449) memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap optimalisasi dana desa untuk program KIA. Kepentingan stakeholder (p value=0.003, CC=0.534) memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap pelaksanaan program KIA di Desa. Dalam optimalisasi alokasi dana desa sangat dibutuhkan dukungan dan peran stakeholder terutama sikap dan kekuatan dalam membuat keputusan, merencanakan kekuatan dan merumuskan kebijakan pengalokasian Begitupun dengan peran stakeholder terhadap kepentingan program KIA bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat akan meningkatkan kerjasama multisektor.

Abstract

This study aims to explain in detail how the objective conditions of motivation experienced by students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with the observation method. The research was conducted at SDN 01 Buantan Lestari, Bungaraya Subdistrict, Siak Regency, involving 24 students of grade 6 C. The data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the data presentation score and analyze each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicate that the student's learning motivation is obtained from the percentage score of the motivation which amounts to. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in organizing online learning at SDN 01 Buantan Lestari, especially those involving motivation in it, this research is also expected to be research material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student learning motivation in online learning during emergencies in elementary schools

Abstract

Imunisasi adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat morbiditas dan mortalitas pada bayi. Upaya pemberian imunisasi sangat efektif dan efısien dalam meningkatkan derejat kesehatan pada bayi. Penyakit-penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi adalah : tuberculosis, dipteri, pertusis, campak, tetanus dan polio. Ketidaklengkapan imunisasi pada bayi dapat disebabkan beberapa hal yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang manfaat, jadwal, ketakutan efek imunisasi dan adanya persepsi masyarakat yang salah tentang imunisasi.Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, 21 April 2022 bertempat di Posyandu Dahlia Kelurahan Margorejo, Metro Selatan, Kota Metro. Sasaran kegiatan adalah balita yang berjumlah 26 orang. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 26 Balita yang melakukan posyandu, 26 orang tua yang mengikuti penyuluhan imunisasi dan 12 balita yang melakukan imunisasi dasar. Kegiatan posyandu dilakukan oleh para bidan dan dibantu kader balita mulai dari pendaftaran, pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, pencatatan hasil, penyuluhan gizi dan pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan imunisasi dasar diikuti 12 balita dengan berbagai macam jenis imunisasi sesuai dengan usia balita yang meliputi imunisasi BCG, DPT, Campak, DPT booster dan Campak Booster.Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan hal-hal yang dapat disarankan perlu kiranya dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan disetiap kegiatan posyandu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan, meningkatkan peran İBİ dalam berbagai kegiatan masyarakat guna menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian baik ibu maupun balita, dan meningkatkan kerjasama baik lintas program maupun lintas sector untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Imunisasi

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia in a long time can cause the damage of pancreatic beta cells. Morinda citrifolia contains xeronine that can regenerate damaged pancreatic beta cells. While Curcuma longa contains curcumin which acts as an antioxidant will stabilize free radicals so it can inhibit pancreatic beta cell damage and stimulate insulin secretion.Methods: The study aim to analyze the effect of a combination of Morinda Citrifolia and Curcuma Longa in reducing blood glucose levels, increasing body weight and pancreatic histopathology in hyperglycemic mice. This type of research is an experiment with the Post Test Only Control Group. A total of  25 mice were divided into 5 groups namely PI (250 mg/dL), PII (500 mg/dL), PIII (750 mg/dL), K(+), and K(-). Blood glucose level was observed for 21 days followed by observation of pancreatic histopathology.Result: The results showed the percentage of glucose blood reduction occurred in the PI group (56.11%) and significantly different from negative controls (35.05%). There was no difference in body weight (p=0.7) and number of langerhans islet (p=0.360) in all treatment groups. The diameter of the Langerhans islet of the PI group (200.8 μm) was significantly different from the negative control (114.8 μm). (p<0.05Conclusion : The combination of Morinda citrifolia and Curcuma longa extract can reduce blood glucose levels and increase body weight but not be able to optimally repair pancreatic islet damage.

The achievement rate of minimum service standards for diabetes mellitus in Pekanbaru City in 2020 is 38.05% of the target set at 100%.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the minimum service standard policy of Diabetes Mellitus service indicators at the PHC in Pekanbaru City AreaMethod: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection using interview techniques (in-depth interview) conducted on the heads of Public Health Center (PHC), health workers, and Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) program stakeholders in 4 PHC in Pekanbaru City and stakeholders of the Non-communicable Disease Control and Eradication Program of the Pekanbaru City Health Office.Result: The results of this study show that the minimum service standard target in the health sector has not been achieved in the diabetes mellitus indicator from 6 research indicators consisting of policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between organizations, attitudes of implementers, and environmental, social and political are still found obstacles that hinder the pace of achievement of the target of minimum diabetes mellitus service standards in Pekanbaru CityConclusion:  The Pekanbaru City Health Office and the Pekanbaru City PHC have implemented the policy of minimum service standards for diabetes mellitus indicators quite well. The achievement of minimum service standards in each PHC has not reached the number set by the government of the Pekanbaru City Health Office. This is because there are still several obstacles in the implementation of minimum health service standards on diabetes mellitus indicators.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the learning process conducted by the fifth-grade teacher at SD Negeri 24 Sembawa, Banyuasin, still relies on the lecture method to deliver material. This type of learning leads to a lack of enthusiasm and motivation among students in participating in classroom activities. The aim of this study is to examine student engagement in learning through picture media and to assess the improvement in student learning outcomes. This research is a Classroom Action Research developed in four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 25 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 24 Sembawa. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted using observation and student learning outcome tests. The results show that by using picture media, the percentage of student engagement in Cycle I was as follows: 64% (16 students) were actively involved, 24% (6 students) were passively involved, and 12% (3 students) were not involved. The percentage of student learning outcomes showed that 64% (16 students) achieved mastery, while 36% (9 students) did not. In Cycle II, the results indicated that 88% (22 students) were actively involved, 12% (3 students) were passively involved, and 0% were not involved, with the percentage of learning outcomes achieving mastery at 88% (22 students) and 12% (3 students) not achieving mastery. Although some students did not meet the expected targets, the overall percentage of success reached the predetermined target, leading to the conclusion that the research would be halted and not continued into the next cycle.

Abstract

Academic Information System at Attaqwa 52 Bekasi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah still done manually and the method is still less effective. So it is less fast and efficient in delivering information to teachers and students. Academic information system is a system designed to meet the needs of managing academic data such as student data, teacher data, scheduling and student grades. The development method used is the waterfall method, which is one of the methods of developing information systems that are systematic and quantitative, meaning that each stage in this method is carried out sequentially and continuously. Abstract

The problem that often occurs in post-partum mothers after giving birth is the occurrence of breast swelling where there is a narrowing of the lactiferous ducts or the glands are not completely emptied or due to abnormalities in the nipples such as blisters or sinking nipples. Aloe vera gel compresses and cabbage leaves are useful to help reduce pain, swelling, and tenderness in wounds. This study aims to analyze aloe vera compresses and breast care compared to cabbage leaf compresses and breast care on breast swelling in postpartum mothers. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test non-randomized control group design. The non-probability sampling technique is a consecutive sampling type. The research sample for each group was 15 respondents at one of the Central Lampung Health Centers in June-October 2020. The type of data analysis was the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that the average swelling of the breasts before being given an aloe vera compress was 4.53 and the average after being given an aloe vera compress was 2.47. The mean breast swelling before compressing cabbage leaves was 5.00 and after compressing cabbage leaves was 3.60. Giving aloe vera compresses is effective in preventing breast swelling in postpartum mothers with a p-value

Abstract

Datura metel L. is a type of shrub that has a wooden stem, hard, and thick. Datura leaves contain chemical compounds alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, and phenols. Based on the chemical content, datura leaves potentially as an alternative insecticide that can replace the use of synthetic insecticides. The use of synthetic insecticides in controlling the Aedes aegypti L. population has had a negative impact, such as environmental pollution, public health problems, and vector resistance. The purpose of this study was to study the effect datura leaf extract as a biochemical insecticide on inhibiting egg hatching and life cycles of Ae. aegypti. The research was conducted at Entomology Laboratory, Public Health Faculty, Universitas Diponegoro. This type of research was a true experiment with four replications and with concentration treatment i.e. 125, 250, 500, 750, 1000, and 1250 ppm. The subjects of this study were egg fertile of Ae. aegypti which were 25 eggs in each container and the total number of samples was 800 eggs. The used method for extraction was maceration. The result of probit analysis showed the activity of amethyst extract insecticide with LC50 = 199.34 ppm and LC90 = 749.08 ppm. The result of ANOVA showed a difference in the average number of non-hatching eggs due to exposure of datura leaf extract (P = 0,001). The percentage of Ae. aegypti egg hatching failure was lowest at concentration 125 ppm (41%) and the highest was at concentration 1250 ppm (98%). The survival of larvae, pupa, and mosquitoes was highest at concentration 125 ppm (49.18%, 55.17%, and 43.75% respectively). In conclusion, the datura leaf extracts potentially as a biochemical insecticide that inhibits eggs hatching and life cycles of Ae. aegypti.
