Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan secara kualitatif dalam hasil artikel ini sehingga berharga bagi manajemen perusahaan kargo dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pengembangan karir yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif oleh peneliti, Peneliti mengumpulkan data primer untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian melalui tinjauan karya ilmiah, jurnal, buku, situs web, dan blog yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis pengembangan karir dalam sektor perusahaan kargo meliputi evaluasi terhadap pelatihan, pengembangan kompetensi, dan motivasi karyawan. Hal ini penting untuk memastikan pertumbuhan jangka panjang perusahaan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan fokus pada strategi-strategi pengembangan karir yang efektif, perusahaan kargo dapat memperkuat posisinya dalam industri yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas penumpang kapal RoRo, dengan fokus pada kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Melalui studi kasus yang cermat, artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi manajer perusahaan pelayaran dalam meningkatkan strategi layanan mereka dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber teks yang ada untuk memahami dan mengintegrasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh tentang masalah penelitian. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan, perdebatan, hipotesis, temuan, dan kesenjangan pengetahuan yang terkait dengan topik penelitian menarik yang sudah ada dalam literatur. Studi ini menunjukkan dari hasil literatur yang mendukung dari dua hasil penelitian maka kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh penumpang kapal RoRo berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya bagi perusahaan pelayaran RoRo untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guna mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, temuan ini mengonfirmasi hubungan positif antara kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas mereka terhadap perusahaan pelayaran.

Abstract

The supply chain management article: survey of consumer preferences and market potential is a scientific literature review article within the scope of operational management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can subsequently be utilized for future research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was employed in this study. The data utilized in this study was derived from prior research that remains pertinent to the current investigation. The data was gathered from reputable academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sinta journals. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) Consumer preference surveys play a role in supply chain management: Surveys offer significant insights into consumer preferences, wants, and expectations pertaining to a specific product or service. These insights serve as the foundation for organizations in formulating marketing strategies, developing products, and managing inventory. By gaining a comprehensive grasp of consumer preferences, organizations have the potential to enhance customer happiness, streamline their supply chains, and attain a competitive edge in marketplaces that are becoming progressively intricate and dynamic; and 2) Market potential plays a role in supply chain management: market potential offers a comprehensive overview of the current market size, potential for growth, and consumer patterns in a specific region or demography. This data enables organizations to develop supply chain strategies that are characterized by enhanced efficiency and adaptability in response to dynamic market needs. Through a comprehensive comprehension of market potential, organizations are able to effectively identify prospective market segments, formulate suitable expansion strategies, and adapt their supply chain approaches in order to maximize profitability and foster corporate expansion.

Abstract: The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the training approach: empowering teamwork towards organizational transformation is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. Abstract

Artikel Konsep Penelitian Kuantitatif: Populasi, Sampel, dan Analisis Data (Literature Review) merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu metodologi penelitian. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menyoroti pentingnya populasi, sampel dan analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif dan juga memberikan pengertian yang komprehensif terhadap penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, buku referensi digital dan jurnal Sinta. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah: 1) Populasi berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif; 2) Sampel berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif; dan 3) Analisis data berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interviews, library research, and a literature study. The research utilized the rating scale as the method for assessing employee performance. The author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development. The review and analysis confirmed this research's success in developing an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The successful implementation of this system has had a positive impact by providing a solution to the challenge of performance assessment that is less than objective. With the existence of an employee performance appraisal information system, companies now have tools that can reduce the level of subjectivity in performance appraisals. Using the rating scale method in this system provides consistent evaluation standards, increases assessment accuracy, and presents a higher element of objectivity. In conclusion, implementing the employee performance assessment information system opens up opportunities for continuous improvement in human resource management. With a focus on objectivity and measurability, this system has the potential to become an invaluable tool in achieving company goals and vision.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between competency and job satisfaction and warehouse staff performance, an influence between competency and warehouse staff performance, and an influence between job satisfaction and warehouse staff performance. This research uses quantitative research methods with respondents from logistics companies providing storage for imported goods in North Jakarta, with 48 warehouse staff respondents from five companies who are considered representative as the research population. Data analysis to find the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable using SPSS data analysis software using linear regression with appropriate interpretation results from the processed questionnaire data. The findings from this research are that all statements in the research indicators are declared valid and the results of this research are that there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Paper results This prove that No There is influence significant and positive between variable Competence with Job Performance Variables Warehouse Staff , besides neither does that There is influence positive and significant between Satisfaction Work with Work Performance Warehouse Staff . But other results show that in a way simultaneous There is influence positive and significant between third variable . Recommendation This for the company created object in paper This that need increase competence and prove that necessity improve and show satisfaction Work to party third or consumer .

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to provide qualitative insights and descriptions that the variables related to employee engagement, employee turnover and employee retention are important for organizations to be used as a foundation, as well as for other interests. Qualitative research methods can provide valuable insights in analyzing employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover. A qualitative approach is focused on understanding an individual's experiences, perceptions, and behaviors and can help uncover the reasons and motivations behind them. One approach in qualitative research in this context can be done through in-depth interviews with employees to explore their perceptions of the factors that affect employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover, the strategies implemented must be holistic, involve various dimensions of human resource management, and be directed to create a work environment that motivates and supports career development and overall employee well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the relationship between variables and provide answers from the perspective of researchers’ methods use qualitative techniques in ways related to literature, and review literature which is a way or method of scientific writing in the form of library research. The results of the research on the variables in this study according to the review literature that between variables there is a direct and positive influence even though there are variables as independent variables, intervening variables, and dependent variables. Dozens of review literature displayed in this study were analyzed using variables in this study.
