Abstract

Sejarah pendidikan Islam telah menunjukkan bahwa sejak perkembangan Islam, pendidikan mendapat prioritas utama masyarakat muslim Indonesia. Sebelum Belanda datang ke Indonesia, Agama Islam sudah masuk di Indonesia melalui jalur perdagangan. Pedagang muslim dari Arab, Persia, dan India sampai ke kepulauan Indonesia sejak abad ke-7. Para pedagang dalam menjalankan misi dakwahnya melalui pengajaran, aktualisasi ajaran Islam, sikap yang simpati diperlihatkan kepada masyarakat termasuk kelompok bangsawan. Sementara berjalan proses pertumbuhan pendidikan Islam, Pemerintah Belanda mulai datang menjajah Indonesia pada tahun 1619 bermotif ekonomi, politik dan agama yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah 3G (God, Gospel and Glory). Kondisi Pendidikan Islam pada masa penjajahan cukup banyak mendapat tekanan dari pihak penjajah namun dengan semangat jiwa patriotisme dan semangat jihad di jalan Allah yang dimiliki oleh para pejuang Islam mampu melawan penjajah dengan berbagai cara termasuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam. Kebijakan pendidikan Islam zaman penjajahan Jepang esensinya sama dengan penjajah Belanda, hanya saja penjajah Jepang tampak sedikit lebih lunak dibanding pemerintah penjajah Belanda. Perkembangan Pendidikan Islam memiliki faktor pendukung di samping faktor penghambat. Keteguhan hati yang tertanam dalam dada umat Islam akan kebenaran yang dijalankan sebagai pendukung perkembangan pendidikan Islam. Sedangkan kebijakan yang diterapkan penjajah merupakan faktor penghambat. Dampak sistem pendidikan Belanda dan Jepang menyebabkan munculnya gerakan pembaharuan pemikiran keagamaan dari tokoh Islam akhirnya Pendidikan Islam mengalami kemajuan yang pesat sekalipun menghadapi tantangan dan rintangan yang berat dari penjajah Belanda dan jepang.

Abstract

Etnis Rohingya merupakan penduduk minoritas beragama Islam yang bertempat tinggal di daerah Myanmar tepatnya Provinsi Arakan di sisi sebelah barat laut Myanmar berbatasan dengan Bangladesh, dan sekarang dikenal dengan provinsi Rakhine atau Rakhaing. Diperkirakan bahwa etnis Rohingya adalah keturunan campuran (Arab, Moor, Turki, Persia, Mogul dan Pathan), Bengali lokal dan Rakhine. Namun, Pemerintah Myanmar tak mengakui kewarganegaraan etnis Rohingya karena menganggap kelompok Muslim ini bukan merupakan kelompok etnis yang sudah ada di Myanmar sebelum kemerdekaan Myanmar pada 1948. Akar yang menjadi awal konflik ini terjadi ialah adanya kecemburuan sosial terhadap etnis Rohingya yang dalam beberapa dasawarsa terus meningkat. Meskipun sebagai etnis minoritas tetapi etnis Rohingya mampu terlibat dan bekerja dalam pemerintahan Myanmar. Hal ini menyebabkan kecurigaan dan kecemburuan pada etnis mayoritas Rakhine. Bagi mereka keberadaan etnis Rohingya dianggap dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang mengganggu dan mengurangi hak lahan dan ekonomi, khususnya di wilayah Arakan, Rakhine yang menjadi pusat kehidupan etnis Muslim. Konflik etnis antara mayoritas Rakhine dan minoritas Rohingya telah berlangsung lama yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran seperti pembunuhan, pembakaran rumah, dan tidak diakui etnis Rohingya sebagai salah satu bagian dari Negara Myanmar. Pelanggaran HAM yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Myanmar adalah adanya tindakan pemerkosaan, pembunuhan serta pembakaran rumah- rumah etnis Rohingya. Adapun tindakan diksriminasi yang dilakukan terhadap etnis Rohingya hingga pencabutan kewarga- negaraan mereka. Akhirnya, etnis Rohingya menjadi warga stateless. Dalam UU itu dinyatakan, seseorang atau kelompok etnis hanya diakui sebagai warga asli Myanmar dan berhak atas status kewarganegaraan hanya jika dapat membuktikan mereka punya nenek moyang yang tinggal dan hidup di wilayah Myanmar sejak tahun 1823.

Abstract

Grounded research has developed very rapidly in recent years, from what was originally in the field of sociology it has expanded to other fields. Grounded Theory research is a qualitative research design that allows researchers to form constructs and build theories from data directly collected by researchers rather than from existing theories. Grounded theory is a reflexive and open approach, where data collection, data development, theoretical concept development, and literature review take place in a cyclical (continuous) process. The stages of grounded theory research occur simultaneously. Researchers observe, collect and organize data and form theories from the data at the same time. One of the important techniques in grounded theory research is a constant comparison process where each data is compared with all other data one by one. Data can be collected through interviews, observation, recording, or a combination of these methods. In grounded theory, there is great emphasis on exploring ongoing behavioral data (life history) to see the process and is aimed at capturing things that are causal in nature. Next, the data was analyzed using coding and theoretical sampling procedures. The procedure carried out in the data analysis stage which is the basis of the coding process is to carry out continuous comparisons and ask questions. The grounded theory research method emphasizes data validity through verification and using coding as the main tool for data processing. Finally, after the theory is generated with the help of interpretive procedures, the research is written up and presented. The quality of grounded theory research is largely determined by the steps that are carried out well, correctly and in a disciplined manner.

Abstract

Di masa depan, Pendidikan Islam Indonesia diyakini memiliki peluang besar dalam mengenalkan wajah Islam yang moderat. Moderatisme dan toleransi hingga kini tetap menjadi salah satu perhatian utama dalam konteks kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Amanah untuk memperkuat dan mengambangkan moderatisme dalam pendidikan tersebut tentu merupakan sebuah peluang penting bagi Pendidikan Islam. Nilai-nilai washatiyah dan Islam rahmatan lil alamin sudah inheren dalam pandangan pendidikan Islam. Konflik di berbagai daerah sering terjadi disebabkan oleh perbedaan kelompok masyarakat, atau bahkan agama, misalnya saja ada yang mengatasnamakan agama dan kepercayaan membakar rumah ibadah, tokoh agama menjadi sasaran kekejaman tangan – tangan tidak bertanggungjawab, bom bunuh diri, radikalisme, diskriminasi atas nama isu sara seringkali terjadi. Moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan islam merupakan konsep nilai yang ada dalam paham Islam moderat untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam tujuan pendidikan, sehingga menghasilkan pendidikan Islam moderat. Dalam dunia pendidikan, nilai-nilai moderasi akan banyak di laksanakan pada pendidikan karakter. Nilai-nilai moderasi Islam dalam hal ini adalah nilai nilai moderasi yang terkandung dalam proses belajar mengajar dan materi pembelajaran yang integrasikan pada pendidikan karakter. Islam merupakan agama yang mempunyai semangat toleransi yang tinggi, maka nilai karakter yang tepat untuk menggambarkan nilai Islam moderat adalah religius, toleransi, peduli sosial, demokratis dan cintai damai. Implementasi nilai moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan agama Islam termanifestasi dalam penerapan prinsip kejujuran dan keterbukaan. Bila prinsip ini diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, maka akan membuat peserta didik lebih leluasa dalam membangun pengetahuan sesuai dengan bakat, minat, serta potensi yang dimilikinya. Secara umum dari berbagai metode pembelajaran moderasi beragama dalam materi pendidikan agama Islam dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berdiskusi serta menghubungkan dengan masalah sehari-hari seorang pendidik telah mengimplementasikan prinsip dari moderasi, yaitu keluwesan dan keterbukaan.

Abstract

This research relates to Natural Resources of oil and gas in Indonesia, which are important commodities in the Indonesian and regional economies, as well as the impact on oil producing areas, especially Wonocolo Village and Bangka Belitung. The aim of this research is to compare the portrait of traditional oil mining in Wonocolo Village and in Bangka Belitung from an economic, social, political and environmental perspective. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative field research. The data collection technique was carried out through gradual interviews to find out and analyze the differences that exist in the two selected regions. From this research it was found that from an economic perspective, oil mining is an important sector in income and economic growth in the two regions, however the welfare of workers and communities around oil mining is still very unequal from the results obtained from oil mining. The Wonocolo Village community is fully given the authority to manage existing traditional oil mining, while traditional oil mining in Bangka Belitung is more controlled by foreign companies and the state so the political aspect is very strong.Meanwhile, from a social perspective, traditional oil mining has had a positive impact on the Human Development Index (HDI) in the two regions and has had a real impact with the growth of HDI, the economy and regional development continuing to develop every year. The existence of traditional oil mining has a real impact on damage to the surrounding environment, ranging from pollution to ecosystem damage. From the findings above, it can beconcluded that oil mining has many positive and negative impacts on economic, social, political and environmental aspects in local communities.

Abstract

The curriculum serves as a learning program to accomplish institutional goals in educational institutions, making it crucial in developing high-quality schools. Meanwhile, People are constantly condescending toward madrasah. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the planning and implementation of the curriculum at MI Al Mukhlisin, Bandung Regency. In this study, methods like documentation, interviews, and observation were used. In an effort to examine the data, data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions are then used. According to the study's findings, students at MI Al Mukhlisin had to actively participate in their learning, and the curriculum there gave practical knowledge precedence over theoretical. The research suggestion in the study is the implementation of Kurrikulum Merdeka for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ( Islamic Elementary School) in the future

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the technique and the impact of using environmental media in PAI learning at SMKN 3 Kota Bima, as well as using a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used are interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of the study reveal that there are two techniques used in utilizing environmental media, namely: first; field practice carried out in the form of utilizing the mosque as a place for worship and aqidah education and the use of the school yard as a place for fostering Al-Qur'an reading. Second; integration of PAI material with the natural environment and social environment. Thus, the two techniques have an impact on increasing motivation, understanding and student learning outcomes as well as creating a sense of love and care for students for the environment. The obstacles in the use of environmental media, namely the existence of some students who are less responsive in understanding learning material due to the lack of knowledge and ability of a small number of teachers in utilizing environmental media as well as internal problems that come from students.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an approach to education that recognizes and respects the diversity of cultures, ethnicities and social backgrounds in the learning process. This research aims to identify the influence of implementing multicultural education on students' social attitudes at SMA Labschool Unsyiah Banda Aceh. This research method uses a quantitative approach using correlational research, data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the research sample, namely all class XI students. The results of the research show that there is an influence between the application of multicultural education on the social attitudes of SMA Labschool Unsiyah Banda Aceh with a determination coefficient of 0.156 so that students' social attitudes are influenced by the application of multicultural education by 15.6%. The rest is influenced by other factors outside research. This research also identifies several challenges in implementing multicultural education, such as challenges in integrating multicultural education into the wider education system. Thus, the findings of this research provide a better understanding of the importance of implementing multicultural education in creating a comprehensive learning environment and supporting student development in facing an increasingly global and diverse society.

Abstract

This research deeply explores the interpretation of fiqh verses in the book 'Sabilal Muhtadin' authored by Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari and its connection to the Banjar community. The book, an extensive exploration of the Syafii school of thought, intricately weaves together fiqh, hadith, and Qur'anic interpretation. Analyzing over 184 traditions across two volumes, al-Banjari not only references renowned scholars but also introduces independent perspectives on Islamic law. His method of interpreting legal verses, incorporating vocabulary analysis and Prophet Traditions, showcases a comprehensive understanding deeply rooted in scholarly tradition. Moreover, this research highlights the fusion of various interpretative styles within Sabilal Muhtadin, positioning it as an amalgamation of textual evidence and reasoned analysis—a unique contribution to the realm of Islamic jurisprudence. The category of tafsir is characterized by fiqhi and the method is divided into three; tafsir with history, tafsir with ra'yu (linguistic analysis, kias and logical reasoning), and combined tafsir (idzdiwaji).

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a subjective experience influenced by individual values and personal perspectives. The greater the alignment between a job and a person's aspirations, the more happiness they are likely to feel. This research aims to identify the factors influencing job satisfaction among healthcare workers at Bhayangkara Tk. III Hospital in Kendari City in 2024. A cross-sectional survey method will be employed, with the research conducted from January to February 2024. The study population consists of 204 people, with a sample size of 135 healthcare workers selected through purposive sampling. The criteria for participation are active employment and willingness to be respondents. Data will be analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods. The results indicate that salary and incentives significantly affect job satisfaction. The work environment, workload, leadership recognition, and work motivation also have significant impacts on job satisfaction. In conclusion, Bhayangkara Tk. III Hospital must improve its incentive policies and workload management to enhance the motivation and satisfaction of its healthcare workers. Further studies with additional variables and more diverse methodologies are recommended to deepen the understanding of factors affecting job satisfaction in this sector.
