Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School in teacher development, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the leadership management of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School Principal in the development of teachers, and the solutions adoptedin overcoming the problems encountered.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Techniques and procedures for data collection in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative methods are the data reduction stage, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification stages. .Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya Elementary School in teacher development is good, it can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up aspects. (2) The inhibiting factors or obstacles faced are the lack of experience of teachers, both experience in learning and experience in school organizations, Lack of experience in communication techniques, and There are still many activities of teachers outside the task of the learning process. (3) The solution to the obstacles faced is to carry out education and training, KKG, seminars, give assignments such as special pickets, carry out self-development activities.

Abstract

The urgency of discussing ta‘līl al-aḥkām in the development of modern Islamic criminal law also arises from the need to build legal legitimacy that can be intellectually justified. The objective is to examine how the concept of ta‘līl can be used to reformulate Islamic criminal law to be more adaptive to contemporary societal dynamics without compromising its normative essence. This research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive-analytical approach. The data sources in this study consist of secondary data obtained from classical and contemporary books and scriptures. Data collection techniques involve documentation, namely collecting, recording, and examining written materials relevant to the research topic. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is content analysis, which includes interpretation, classification, and synthesis of the collected data to find the relevance of the ta‘līl al-aḥkām concept to efforts in reconstructing Islamic criminal law in a contemporary context. This approach allows the researcher to identify the historical development of the concept of ta‘līl, the position of ‘illat (legal cause) in the construction of legal rulings, and its implications for the reform of Islamic criminal law. The results of this study indicate that ta‘līl al-aḥkām holds significant potential as a methodological tool to rationalize Islamic criminal law. Although there are criticisms of this approach, such as the risk of subjectivity and distortion of legal meanings, ta‘līl remains relevant for creating a just, contextual, and universally compatible criminal law system. With proper application and rigorous methodological oversight, ta‘līl can serve as a bridge between the Islamic legal tradition and the demands of modernity

Abstract

Malaysia is a Muslim-majority country, but it does not apply Islamic law as a whole or use the khilafah al-Islamiyah legal system. The country's legal system is under the control of the federal government, which has ultimate authority in determining the direction and policy of national law. However, jurisdiction over sharia law remains with the sharia judiciary. In the federalism system applied, each region has its own policy in managing its sharia court.This research was conducted using the library research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources used include books, journals, and articles in Indonesian and English. The collected data were analyzed through content analysis method. The results showed that the difference in the authority of the Syariah Court in Malaysia is reflected in the variety of enakmen references used by each state. This is because, in a federal system, state governments have broader authority to manage and regulate legal affairs in their respective regions.

Abstract

Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs provides 18 (eighteen) types of trials/disputes in which there are rules regarding minor offences being the authority of customary licenses while including serious criminal offences beyond traditional justice. The objective of this community service is to provide understanding to the people of Gampong Lamreung, Darul Imarah subdistrict, regarding Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs, as well as what efforts officials of the gampong and the community can make in dealing with minor crimes in Gampong Lamreung, Darul Imarah of Aceh Besar Regency. The methods used in this community service are in the form of counseling, lectures and questions and answers regarding the importance of Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs. The Aceh government has attempted to protect traditional life and customs through Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs. However, this Qanun is only known to government institutions and traditional leaders, even though the target of fostering and developing traditional life and customs is also aimed at the family circle, which is an important component in maintaining and preserving the development of Aceh's traditional life and customs.The follow-up to this community service is carrying out the same activities focused on the family environment. Abstract

Background A bladder diverticulum can be the consequence of a congenital abnormality or acquired as a result of trauma, infection, or outlet obstruction. Despite advancements in laparoscopic techniques, to date, precise intraoperative identification of diverticula remains a significant challenge. The aim of this case report was to offer an alternative technique using a foley catheter guided by semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy to facilitate bladder diverticulum identification during laparoscopic diverticulectomy. Case description A 77-year-old male patient presented with complaints of burning sensation during urination and reported frequent episodes of urinary tract infection over the past several months. Cystographic imaging revealed a large diverticulum located on the left posterior bladder wall. Non-contrast abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan identified a 10×10 mm calculus in the left inferior renal calyx. The patient was diagnosed with a bladder diverticulum. Subsequently, laparoscopic transperitoneal diverticulectomy was performed using a foley catheter guided by semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy for diverticulum identification and excision. The procedure commenced with cystoscopy to localize the diverticulum. Four trocars were inserted: two 12 mm and two 5 mm. A pneumoperitoneum pressure of 14 mmHg was maintained throughout the surgery. The diverticulum was clearly visualized during the operation, and excised successfully without injuring adjacent structures. Postoperative recovery was uneventful. Conclusion The use of a foley catheter guided by semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy may serve as an effective alternative for intraoperative identification of bladder diverticula, particularly in laparoscopic and resource-limited settings.

Abstract

This study discusses the process of resolving a waqf dispute at the Payakumbuh Religious Court in case No. 159/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Pyk, which did not reach an agreement during the mediation stage, resulting in the lawsuit being granted. Mediation, as an important part of dispute resolution in court, aims to resolve disputes and reach a peaceful agreement between the parties. This study uses a normative legal research method. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the decision in Case No. 159/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Pyk and legislation on waqf. To support the research, the legal materials used in this study are books, journals, and other reference sources. The data analysis used is qualitative legal analysis. The resolution of waqf disputes through mediation has legal implications for the parties, enabling them to obtain a swift decision, incur lower costs, avoid further legal proceedings, and have a decision that accommodates the interests of all parties and ensures they receive their rights fairly.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi latihan clapping push up dan latihan bridge terhadap peningkatan kemampuan front hand spring pada atlet junior putra club Windy™s Cabang Olahraga Senam Lantai. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat bahwa kemampuan front handspring yang dimiliki atlet masuk kedalam kategori (kurang). Ditambah lagi atlet tidak pernah mengikuti kejuaraan dikarenakan club senam lantai hanya terdapat 1 (satu) di kota medan (sumatera utara) yaitu club PERSANI yang dimana atlet yang berlatih baru berlatih 6-12 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh atlet Windy™s club PERSANI Kota Medan, sebanyak 25 orang dan sampel berjumlah 8 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statitik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat kontribusi latihan clapping push-up yang tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan front hand spring. Dengan Perbandingan Determinasi data pre-test sebesar 0,18% dan determinasi post-test sebesar 4,61% maka didapat perbandingan sebesar 4,43%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi latihan bridge yang tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan front hand spring. Dengan perbandingan determinasi data pre-test sebesar 20,00% dan determinasi data post-test sebesar 31,27% maka didapat perbandingan sebesar 11,27% (3) Terdapat kontribusi secara bersamaan melalui latihan clapping push-up dan bridge yang tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan front hand. Dengan perbandingan determinasi data pre-test sebesar 63,62% dan determinasi data post-test sebesar 56,88 % maka didapat perbandingan sebesar 6,74%.

Abstract

Psoriasis vulgaris is a chronic skin inflammation characterized by the appearance of clearly limited erythematous plaques, along with rough, thick, and silvery-white scales. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a multifactorial autoimmune disease with diverse clinical manifestations and can involve one or more organs. This case report presents a patient with Psoriasis Vulgaris with SLE. A 47-year-old woman presented with erythematous plaque lesions with thick scales and some hyperpigmentation, numerous, plaque-sized lesions with regional distribution on the scalp, right and left cubital areas, gluteal, left tibia, and yellow unguium dyschromia was seen on the distal lateral aspect, solitary on the right 3rd digit. Histopathological examination found typical Psoriasis Vulgaris. The patient was diagnosed with Psoriasis Vulgaris. In 2022, the patient was diagnosed with SLE and received Hydroxychloroquine sulfate therapy. The patient was treated with a combination therapy including methotrexate (MTX) and topical medications. This case highlights the importance of comprehensive evaluation for Psoriasis Vulgaris therapy with a previous history of SLE and the choice of treatment in patients with the coexistence of PV and SLE.

Abstract

This research aims to classify taboo language expressions in Asahan Malay. The phenomenon of taboo language is important to study as an effort to maintain local wisdom. This research used a qualitative method with an ethnolinguistic approach. The location of this research is in Tanjungbalai, North Sumatera. The research data comes from the speech of native Asahan Malay speakers, research instruments in the form of interview guides, recordings and field notes. The data collection method is the field observation method. The results of the research show that there are two types of taboo expressions in Asahan Malay. The first one is general taboo, namely words that are lexically classified as taboo because they include words related to sex (15 data), bodily waste (7 data), cursing or cursing (9 data) as well as insults and demeaning (26 data), while the second one is special taboo, namely words that are not literally/lexically taboo but are considered taboo by Asahan Malay speakers because they are interpreted from a cultural perspective, namely consisting of words that are considered to bring harm (10 data) and are considered impolite (1 data).

Abstract

This research discusses the Internet of Things (IoT)-based Public Street Lighting (PJU) system to improve energy efficiency and remote monitoring. The background problem is the need to improve operational efficiency and energy savings in the PJU system. This final project aims to design and test an IoT-based PJU system that transmits real-time data between nodes and gateways using LoRa technology and the MQTT protocol. The research process involves hardware and software design, as well as system testing under various conditions. The tests measured the data transmission time and analyzed the delay using LED indicators on the gateway and dashboard devices. The test results showed significant variations in data transmission time compared to the programmed time. This variation is due to factors such as network communication delay, processor load, and LoRa system efficiency.
