Abstract

[ID] Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini terus memperlihatkan grafik kemajuan yang begitu pesat, hampir di segala bidang. Begitu pula dengan bidang konstruksi gedung yang semakin maju dan berkembang. Pembangunan Gedung Rektorat Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau itu sendiri. Dalam setiap pembangunan kendala - kendala yang sering dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan adalah terjadinya keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam manajemen konstruksi apabila terjadi keterlambatan pekerjaan akan terjadi pula pembengkakan anggaran biaya pekerjaan. Jika dalam suatu pelaksanaan pekerjaan terjadi keterlambatan, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi waktu pada beberapa aktivitas proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan sudah sesuai dengan waktu rencana awal dan menganalisa kemungkinan memperpendek waktu pelaksanaan dari realisasi lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan dua langkah pengumpulan data yaitu observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Untuk mengatasi keterlambatan pekerjaan digunakan dua metode pada Pembangunan Gedung Rektorat Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kerja lembur dan metode penambahan tenaga kerja baru. Pada metode kerja lembur upah yang harus dibayar kepada pekerja lebih tinggi 1,5 atau 2 kali upah biasa. Sedangkan pada metode penambahan tenaga kerja upah untuk tenaga baru sama dengan pekerja tetap, ditambah dengan biaya transportasi dan uang makan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pemendekan durasi dilakukan selama 21 hari kerja pada 18 kegiatan pekerjaan yang terdapat pada lintasan kritis. Penambahan biaya dengan metode kerja lembur sebesar Rp.265.842.755,00dengan metode penambahan tenaga kerja baru sebesar Rp.298.472.000,00. Dari kedua metode yang ditinjau didapat bahwa metode kerja lembur lebih efisien dalam penambahan biaya karena jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil. Timing of the work is one of the most important elements in construction management in the event of a delay in work will also occur swelling budget work costs. If there is a delay in the implementation of the work, it is necessary to evaluate the time in some project activities. The aims of this study is to determine whether the timing of the implementation of the work is in accordance with the time schedule plan and to analyze the possibility of shortening time. In this study, using two steps of data collection is works observation and interview. To overcome the delay of work using two methods on the Rectorate Building Building University of Muhammadiyah Riau, they are by using method of overtime work and method of addition of new worker. In the method of overtime work wages to be paid to workers is higher 1.5 or 2 times the usual wage. While on the method of adding labor wages for new personnel equal to permanent workers, included with the cost of transportation and money to eat. Based on the results of the crash program analysis conducted during 21 working days on 18 work activities contained on the critical path. The additional cost with the overtime method of Rp.265.842.755,00 with the method of adding new workforce of Rp.298.472.000,00. From the of method showing that methods reviewed, it is found that the overtime method more efficient in adding cost because the amount of expenses is smaller.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan ikatan suci antara pria dan wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah dan warahmah berlandaskan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kedewasaan pernikaham dalam rumah tangga perspektif agama, hukum dan psikologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi literatur. Sumber data diambil dari berbagai referensi yang mencakup kitab-kitab keagamaan, regulasi hukum, serta teori-teori psikologi terkait kematangan emosi dan hubungan interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedewasaan dalam pernikahan tidak hanya tergantung pada usia, melainkan juga kesiapan mental, emosional, dan spiritual. Integrasi dari ketiga perspektif tersebut memberikan pandangan holistik tentang bagaimana pasangan dapat menjalani kehidupan berumah tangga dengan harmonis, saling mendukung, serta mampu menghadapi berbagai tantangan bersama.

Abstract

This article discusses the biography and philosophical thoughts of Al-Farabi, a Muslim philosopher known as the "Second Teacher" after Aristotle. This study aims to reveal how Al-Farabi's life background influenced his thinking, especially in the philosophical concepts of emanation, divinity, prophecy, soul, and reason. Using a qualitative approach based on literature analysis, this study explores Al-Farabi's intellectual contribution in bridging classical Greek thought with Islamic traditions. The results show that Al-Farabi's thought makes a significant contribution in integrating rationality and spirituality, especially through the concept of emanation, which explains the hierarchical relationship between God and His creation. In addition, Al-Farabi's views on divinity, prophecy, and reason highlight the importance of reason in understanding reality and achieving happiness. This article also explores the relevance of Al-Farabi's thoughts in modern contexts, such as dialogue between religion and science, education, and the development of an ideal society. Abstract

Sufism is an important dimension of Islam that focuses on developing spirituality through cleansing the soul and closeness to Allah. This article aims to explore the contribution of Sufism figures such as Ibn Ata'illah al-Sakandari, Al-Muhasibi, and Abdul Qadir al-Jailani to modern Islamic thought. This study takes a qualitative approach and a literature study method to look at the main works of Sufi figures as well as other literature that supports them. The goal is to find out how their teachings can help us deal with the spiritual and social problems of today. The research results show that concepts such as makrifah, muhasabah, and asceticism not only remain relevant but also provide practical guidance for individuals and society in facing materialism, alienation, and moral crises in modern times. Modern Sufism teachings are able to offer a balance between spiritual and material needs, create social harmony, and encourage holistic character development. It is hoped that this article will provide new insight into the importance of Sufism in building a meaningful life amidst contemporary challenges.Keywords: Sufism, Ibn Ata'illah, Al-Muhasibi, Abdul Qadir al-Jailani, modern life

Abstract

Epistemology, as a major branch of philosophy, explores the sources, methods, and validity of knowledge. This study compares the epistemological foundations of science from Western and Islamic perspectives to identify differences in paradigms and potential synergies between the two. In the Western tradition, epistemology tends to be anthropocentric, prioritizing rationalism and empiricism as sources of knowledge. In contrast, the Islamic tradition integrates revelation, reason, and the senses in a theocentric framework, with the main goal of bringing humans closer to Allah. This study uses a descriptive-comparative qualitative approach, with literature analysis from various relevant sources. The research results show that Islamic epistemology offers a comprehensive approach that is able to complement modern Western scientific methods. In the context of globalization, synergy between the two paradigms can enrich scientific understanding while maintaining spiritual identity and Islamic values. This article recommends the development of an integrative approach to address contemporary challenges and build a more just and balanced civilization.Keywords: Epistemology, Philosophy of Science, Western Perspective, Islamic Perspective, Integrative Approach

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of a spiritual approach based on the Quran and Hadith in shaping the character of students (santri) at Pesantren Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Gading Probolinggo. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to analyze activities such as the Ngaji of the Riyadussholihin book, congregational Tahajjud prayer, and congregational Dhuha prayer. The findings indicate that these religious activities have a positive impact on the character development of the santri. The Ngaji of the Riyadussholihin book deepens religious and ethical understanding, while the Tahajjud and Dhuha prayers teach discipline, steadfastness, and gratitude. Overall, the implementation of a spiritual approach based on the teachings of the Quran and Hadith has successfully contributed to the formation of santri with improved character, noble morals, and readiness to face life's challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of religious education in the holistic development of character, including spiritual, moral, and social aspects.

Abstract

Preprocessing data is needed some methods to get better results. This research is intended to process employee dataset as preprocessing input. Furthermore, model decision algorithm is used, random tree and random forest. Decision trees are used to create a model of the rule selected in the decision process. With the results of the preprocessing approach and the model rules obtained, can be a reference for decision makers to decide which variables should be considered to support employee performance improvement

Abstract

Etos kerja pengusaha etnis Tionghoa di desa ketamputih bisa dilihat dari semangat kerja mereka di bandingkan pengusaha etnis Melayu. Dimana pengusaha etnis Tionghoa sudah bangun dari subuh buta dan sudah membuka toko mereka, mereka sudah bersibuk-sibuk menyiapkan dan membersihkan toko mereka. Sementara pengusaha etnis Melayu di manjakan oleh lingkungan geosgrafisnya, yang tidak mendorong orang Melayu untuk bersaing, sehingga mereka menjadi lemah dan tidak mampu bekerja lebih giat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja pengusaha etnis Tionghoa dan etos kerja pengusaha etnis Melayu di Desa Ketamputih sangat berbanding dimana pengusaha etnis Tionghoa sangat ulet, bekerja keras, pantang menyerah dan berani mengambil resiko sehingga mereka bisa mempertahankan usaha mereka dan mampu bersaing dengan pengusaha lainnya. Sementara etos kerja pengusaha etnis Melayu mereka mudah sekali merasa tidak percaya diri dan malas bersaing. Mereka dimanjakan oleh keadaan sekitar dan mereka mudah sekali merasa puas atas apa yang sudah mereka capai sehingga usaha mereka tidak berkembang dan mengalami kegagalan

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying in the educational environment continues to be a serious concern because of its detrimental impact on students' mental, social and spiritual development. From an Islamic perspective, bullying behavior is contrary to teachings that emphasize love, respect and protection of others. One of the important guidelines in building an anti-bullying character is the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, which reads: "A Muslim is a person whose words and hands are safe from other people." This research aims to integrate the values ​​contained in the Prophet's hadiths into students' character building strategies so that they have an anti-bullying attitude. This study employs qualitative and quantitative methods. In-depth interviews and text analysis provided qualitative data, while surveys provided quantitative data. Qualitative research shows that this hadith can guide character education programs, and quantitative research shows that 80% of students believe that understanding this hadith can prevent bullying, and 65% believe that hadith-based training can increase empathy. This hadith may be used to promote anti-bullying character education in schools in numerous ways. for example, by holding teacher training, compiling special modules and involving students in building anti-bullying character. The conclusion of this research confirms that hadith-based character education not only provides a solution to overcoming the problem of bullying, but is also an effort to form a generation that has high moral awareness and is able to maintain peaceful social relations. Highlights: Hadith-Based Approach: The study highlights the importance of Islamic teachings, particularly the hadith, in fostering anti-bullying character education. Empathy Development: 65% of students believe that hadith-based training improves their empathy, reducing bullying behavior. Implementation Strategies: Schools can apply this approach through teacher training, special curriculum modules, and student involvement programs. Keywords: Anti-Bullying, Character, Hadith

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of revitalizing productive zakat from the perspective of Maqasid Asy-Syari’ah according to Ibnu ‘Asyur and to formulate strategies for strengthening the economic empowerment of the Muslim community in the digital era. The benefits of this research include academic contributions to enriching the discourse on Islamic economics and practical advantages for zakat management institutions in developing a more transparent, fair, and inclusive distribution system through the utilization of digital technology. This article falls under library research with a qualitative approach, employing a descriptive analytical study methodology to examine the relevance of productive zakat in the context of the digitalization of the Islamic economy. The findings indicate that the revitalization of productive zakat from Ibnu Asyur's perspective not only emphasizes the five core concepts of Maqasid Syariah but also integrates three of his unique concepts: al-‘adalah (justice), al-ḥurriyah (freedom), and al-musāwah (equality). The strategy for strengthening the Muslim economy through digitalization, according to Ibnu Asyur, remains highly relevant, particularly in ensuring a more transparent, inclusive, and equitable distribution of zakat to achieve sustainable prosperity.
