Abstract

This study aims to This study aims to determine: 1) the interpersonalcommunication of students at SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci, 2) the self-adjustment ofstudents at SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci, and 3) to examine the relationship betweeninterpersonal communication and students' self-adjustment at SMP Negeri 23Kerinci. The background of this research is the still prevalent issue of correlationalproblems. The sample consisted of 113 students selected using a simple randomsampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Theresults of the study show that: 1) the interpersonal communication of students at SMPNegeri 23 Kerinci falls into the inappropriate category, 2) the self-adjustment of studentsat SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci is categorized as fairly appropriate, and 3) there is a relationshipbetween interpersonal communication and self-adjustment of students at SMP Negeri 23Kerinci, with a correlation value of 0.075, indicating that a relationship exists betweenthese two variables.Keywords: interpersonal communication, self-adjustment, junior high schoolstudents

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya perilaku bullying yang terjadi di sekolah, seperti memeras teman, berkata kotor, mengejek, hingga tindakan fisik yang menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dalam proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan bimbingan kelompok dalam pencegahan perilaku bullying pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 27 Padang, ditinjau dari indikator bullying verbal, fisik, relasional, dan elektronik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the human resource development system through education and da'wah training of the Nurul Hidayah taklim assembly in Cirebon, Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods. The results showed that the Nurul Hidayah assembly applied various methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, practices, and field visits, all of which were designed according to the conditions and needs of the congregation. Activities in this meeting are held every week, not only focusing on routine recitation but also prioritizing the self-development of the congregation, including religious, social, and economic aspects. Regular recitation involves the process of takwin, tanzim, and taudi', which includes dhikr, public lectures, and religious lessons to form moderate and independent religious congregations. In addition, there is corpse management training that provides knowledge and skills in managing corpses in accordance with Islamic law, as well as Hajj and Umrah management training that increases pilgrims' understanding of Hajj and Umrah. The tadabbur alam program is also implemented as a learning tool to get to know God's creation more closely and cleanse the soul. The role of Islamic extension workers is very important in the implementation of all these programs, demonstrating the commitment of the taklim assembly in developing the religious and social capabilities of the congregation with a flexible and adaptive approach.

Abstract

Motor arus searah atau Direct Current (DC) masih banyak digunakan dalam industri, pendidikan, penelitian bahkan dalam peralatan rumah tangga. Pengembangan teknik kontrol kecepatan motor DC dengan berbagai teori kontrol baik persektif adaptif maupun robust menantang untuk dilakukan. Model sistem kontrol kecepatan motor DC yang akurat perlu diteliti baik teori dan eksperimen. Fasilitas QUBE-Servo 2 dapat mengimplementasikan kajian pemodelan sistem kontrol tersebut terutama secara eksperimen. Data eksperimen tegangan listrik dan kecepatan sudut motor dapat dimanfaatkan untuk identifikasi model sistem kontrolnya yang dapat dibandingkan dengan teori motor DC dari data spesifikasi motor terkait. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari metode identifikasi model sistem kontrol kecepatan sudut pada motor DC guna mendapatkan model yang paling akurat. Hasil eksperimen teknik kalang tertutup Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) menunjukkan bahwa model perumusan teori motor DC berbeda terutama fenomena overshoot dan fluktuasi pada tahap responnya. Fungsi transfer dari hasil identifikasi model berpangkat 2 lebih mendekati hasil eksperimen yang cenderung tidak linear daripada pangkat yang lebih rendah. Pemanfaatkan metode sistem identifikasi dalam merancang model berbasis data eksperimen memiliki akurasi baik sehingga layak digunakan dalam pengembangan dan optimalisasi teknik kontrol kecepatan motor DC.

Abstract

Based on the results of this survey, determine the level of English reading proficiency of students in a national community. It was possible to conclude that students' reading and literacy skills improved through the use of quantitative descriptive techniques and questionnaires. A descriptive study is one that provides the most thorough picture or description of the situation while ignoring the behavior of the selected object. For informational purposes, reading is a sophisticated and challenging action or activity. Reading activities involve both internal and external factors. The ability to read is one of the most beneficial abilities one can have in both their academic and social lives. It comes before all other skills as well. The results of the respondents' favorite genre can be used to infer that a student in a Taksara literacy community increased their interest in literacy and reading by 16% to 25%, and their ability to read in English increased by 6.3% to 68.8%. One of them is the Taksara literacy community, whose goal is to encourage readers of all ages and equip the Indonesian generation to widen the doors of literacy for future generations. As a result, there are numerous literacy movements that are led by locals or other members of the community rather than by the government. One of them is the Taksara literacy community, whose goal is to support readers of all ages and enable the Indonesian generation to open literacy windows for all generations. The intellectual, pragmatic, and linguistic values of reading are connected to its cognitive attitude.

Abstract

The influence of interest in English songs on students' listening skills at SMPN 1 Ciomas is the topic of this research. The goal of this study is to examine the impact that students' interest in English music has on their listening abilities in SMPN 1 Ciomas. This study is based on Slameto's (2010) theory that learning is more effective when it relates to students' interests. In order to analyze a specific population or sample for this study, the author employs a quantitative approach. Data are collected using research instruments, and data processing focus on quantitative/statistical analysis to test the hypotheses that have been set. Tests and questionnaires are employed as research tools. The population of this research is the students in SMPN 1 Ciomas, and the sample is the twelve grader students as many as 31 students. The data is analyzed using regression-correlation analysis. According to the study's findings, listening abilities and interest in English music are significantly positively correlated. Interest in English music has a 71.1% impact on listening abilities. In conclusion, persons who enjoy listening to English music engage in activities related to such songs on a regular basis, enjoying the good feelings that come along with them while also learning new things. This information aids listeners in comprehending what they are hearing. Additionally, since people's attention is enhanced by personal interest, which makes listening more effective, this interest also aids in the listening process.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the scientific landscape of online gender-based violence (OGBV) comprehensively through a bibliometric approach, utilizing the Scopus database and the VOSviewer visualization tool. The goal is to identify trends in topic evolution, key research focus clusters, and prospective research gaps. This method quantifies and visualizes the research structure of OGBV from 2016 to 2025. The results of the Co-Keyword analysis show that the scientific literature is very focused on two main concepts: "cyber violence" and "cyber-bullying". Research has shifted from an initial focus on adolescent cyber-bullying to more gender-specific contemporary and social issues, such as "hate speech" and "online harassment" on "social media". The cluster analysis grouped the research into three main areas: 1) Studies on Victims and Their Impacts (focusing on psychology and quantitative methodologies), 2) Digital Contexts and Forms of Violence (focusing on social media and specific violence), and 3) Gender-Based Violence Relationships and Aspects (focusing on perpetrators, prevention, and online-offline relationships). The main research gap identified in the prevention area, where the term density remains low, underscores the urgency of developing effective interventions and strategies for OGBV. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of spindle speed on the wear rate of CNMG 120404 carbide cutting tools using a dry machining process without coolant. The specimens used were AISI 1045 steel shafts, The cutting tool used was a CNMG 120404 carbide with conditions assumed to be the same in each experiment. The machine used was a Gedee Weiler LZ-330 G lathe with fixed parameters of 0.2 mm/revolution feed and 0.4 mm cutting depth, as well as spindle speed variations of 450 rpm and 660 rpm. The cutting time was carried out in stages starting from 5, 10, 15, 20, to 25 seconds. In this study, the parameters observed included tool wear and the surface roughness of the turning results on the AISI 1045 specimen. Tool wear was measured using visual macro documentation, while surface roughness was tested with a surface roughness tester. The results showed that the lowest wear value occurred at 450 rpm with a cutting time of 5 seconds, amounting to 0.012 mm, while the highest wear was achieved at 660 rpm with a cutting time of 25 seconds, amounting to 0.036 mm. In terms of surface quality, the lowest roughness value was obtained at 450 rpm with a cutting time of 5 seconds, amounting to 2.43 µm, while the highest roughness occurred at 660 rpm with a cutting time of 25 seconds, amounting to 4.56 µm. This data shows that the higher the speed and the longer the cutting time, the greater the tool wear and the lower the surface quality due to friction and increased temperature in the cutting zone. Wear on carbide tools is more influenced by friction between the tool and the workpiece and the duration of cutting. The speed factor is not as dominant as the effects of friction and cutting duration.

Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan merupakan tempat untuk Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) untuk menjalani masa hukuman atau pembinaan, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan memiliki banyak sekali program pembinaan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi Warga Binaan sendiri. Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) yang dapat melaksanakan program-program tersebut mereka sudah menjalani masa hukuman 2/3 masa hukumannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana program pembinaan kemandirian dalam mengembangkan keterampilan Warga Binaan, Apa saja manfaat pengembangan keterampilan ini bagi Warga Binaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar di Lapas Kelas IIB Probolinggo, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menekankan sumber data lapangan sebagai data primer dan data literatur sebagai data sekunder. Penulis melakukan pengambilan subjek sebagai bahan penelitian ini berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksaan pelatihan yang ada di Lapas Kelas II B Probolinggo dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan program kemandirian yang telah disusun oleh Lapas Probolinggo. Tujuan lain dari adanya program kemandirian Sarana Asimilasi dan Edukasi (SAE) ini agar program kerja tersebut dapat memberikan bekal keterampilan sehingga keahlian yang telah dimiliki oleh Warga Binaan nantinya dapat menopang kehidupan setelah keluar nanti, baik nantinya membuka lapangan kerja baru dalam dunia perbengkelan, bekerja dipabrik dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the educational financing management patterns at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bina Insani Cisarua using the POAC approach, which stands for planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. To improve one's comprehension of madrasah financial management practices, this study employed a qualitative methodology with a single-case study design. Data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes presentation, drawing conclusions, and data reduction. The results showed that the POAC principle was effectively implemented at MA Bina Insani, but it was not optimal. There was no digital accounting system to support organization, financing lacked sufficient BOS and SPP funds, and control was carried out only through internal audits and monthly evaluations without a technology-based system. These findings imply the need for financial system digitization, active stakeholder engagement, and diversification of funding sources to improve transparency, accountability, and madrasah financial aspiration. This study has weaknesses because it was conducted on a single-case scale and used qualitative methods, which makes the results more difficult to generalize. Nevertheless, this research contributes to the development of Islamic education management theory based on POAC. Furthermore, it can serve as a practical reference for madrasah administrators in optimizing education financing governance in a sustainable, efficient, and effective manner.
