The purpose of this research are (1) described how the concept of marketing (marketing concept) the institution islamic education early childhood unseeded in yogyakarta, and (2) described how islamic education institutions early childhood unseeded in yogyakarta do strategy positioning, differentiation, and branding in marketing school .Methods used in this report is written with a qualitative methodology with the approach phenomenology, that is trying to described the phenomenon how the concept of marketing (marketing concept) the institution islamic education early childhood creative (seed) in yogyakarta in doing strategy positioning, differentiation, and branding in marketing school. Conclusion this research is that imagery and credibility an institution will hold for long if always realized, maintaining and develop a range of good condition of time to time. Their ability take positioning, differentiation, and branding perhaps is power of accelerate.

The purpose of this research is to uncover how teachers at institutions of education (PAUD/TK/RA) make the assessments and planning of the childhood development and to know the assessments process difficulties. Methods used is survey, namely by seeking information on the implementation of planning and the assessments process of the childhood development from 55 educator at educational institutions in special region of Yogyakarta. The conclusions from this study were that in make the planning evaluation all teachers have appropriate to childhood developmental tasks (STPPA). As for technique of assessments most commonly used the observation and portfolio methods, because it’s more simple and easily.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendekatan BCCT dalam pengembangan kecerdasan linguistik (berbahasa Inggris) pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengenalan bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini yang dilaksanakan di Kelompok Bermain Insan Terpadu (KBIT) Insan Mulia Bantul yang meliputi kegiatan pengenalan Bahasa Inggris tentang warna, nama-nama binatang, mengenal angka, mengenal nama-nama kendaraan dan buah-buahan dengan lagu, bernyanyi sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan sentra, serta dalam kegiatan fisik motorik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa dengan sering mengajak anak bernyanyi, bermain baik dalam kegiatan sentra maupun kegiatan yang lain dengan bahasa Inggris maka akan semakin banyak kosa kata bahasa Inggris yang dimiliki anak. Selain itu anak tidak merasa terbebani dengan pemebelajaran yang sulit karena dilakukan dengan permainan yang menyenangkan dan membuat anak tidak bosan. Tema yang diberikan adalah yang berkaitan dengan apa yang keseharian dijumpai oleh anak misalnya sapaan, nama-nama binatang, pengenalan warna, bentuk, anggota tubuh, pengenalan angka, alat transportasi akan membantu memudahkan anak mengasosiasi pengetahuan dengan lingkungannya

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan pokok-pokok pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara tentang pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pemikiran tokoh yang berdasarkan dari buku-buku tulisan Ki Hadjar Dewantara sebagai sumber primer. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode analisis–deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: Dalam beberapa buku yang ditulis oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara, terdapat tiga konsep, yaitu: pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai usia tujuh tahun mendidik anak dengan cara yang sesuai dengan tabiatnya umur kanak-kanak, dan pendidikan kanak-kanak yang menekankan pada kebudayaan bangsanya sendiri, dengan memasukkan permainan kanak-kanak yang menggabungkan pelajaran-pelajaran lagu, sastera dan cerita.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelompok A KB-TK Al-Azhar 38 Bantul dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan mengetahui perkembangan kognitif peserta didik kelompok A KB-TK Al-Azhar 38 Bantul dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dari observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan individu-individu yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik KB-TK Alazhar 38 Bantul. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menyeleksi dan menyusun data yang diperoleh, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di kelompok A KB-TK Al-Azhar 38 Bantul dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, dikarenakan guru telah memperlihatkan atau memperagakan serangkaian tindakan berupa gerakan yang menggambarkan suatu cara kerja atau urutan proses kegiatan. Selain itu, guru juga telah memperlihatkan bentuk dari suatu benda. Penerapan metode maupun media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan berpengaruh juga terhadap perkembangan peserta didik.

This research aims to determine students' reading comprehension by using descriptive text. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The research instrument in this research used a test. The test consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, there are two different descriptive texts with 10 questions in each descriptive text. The data for this research are class XI students at SMA N 9 Jambi with a total of 36 students. In this research, data collection uses a test that functions to determine students' reading comprehension, data collection includes the following: the researcher gives a test in the form of 20 multiple choice questions, there are two different descriptive texts with 1 text each for 10 questions, then the researcher ask students to read and understand the text in depth after that student are given 90 minutes to answer the questions. Data analysis uses analysis of students' reading comprehension using descriptive text. These results indicate that students' reading comprehension using descriptive text in class XI F 2 is in the “High’ category. The results show the mean score of the students’ reading comprehension of descriptive text is 83,5%. That is 29 students (81%) obtained the “High” category with a score range of 70-100. The highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 25. Most of them in the "High" category showed a very good understanding of descriptive text. They demonstrated strong reading comprehension skills and were able to understand the descriptive text provided by the researcher. Students are also able to recognize and differentiate the generic structure of the text, which contains: identification, description, and conclusion.

Ruas jalan Mestanpanama merupakan jalan yang terletak di Kabupaten Merauke. Jalan ini mayoritas digunakan sebagai jalan alternatif oleh para pengguna jalan yang ingin mempersingkat waktu tiba ke beberapa tempat tujuan seperti Pasar, orange super market, gudang dan lain sebagainya.Jika dilihat dari kondisi jalan yang ada tingkat kerusakannya cukup parah seiring dengan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas ,beban kendaraan yang melebihi kapasitas jalan mengakibatkan terganggunya kelancaran dan kenyamanan bagi pengemudi dan dapat merugikan masyarakat akibat kendaraan yang cepat rusak serta berpotensi mengakibatkan kecelakaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan perencanaan perkerasan kaku di ruas jalan Mestanpanama menggunakan Metode Manual Desain 2017. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Manual Desain Perkerasan 2017. Data yang diperlukan adalah. Data nilai CBR yang didapat dari pengujian tanal mengunakan alat DCP, Data lalu lintas harian rata-rata, serta Data lalu lintas harian rata-rata pertahun. Kemudian data tersebut dimasukkan dalam perhitungan pelat jalan perkerasan kaku. Hasil penelitian perencaaan dalam penelitian ini adalah tebal plat beton 295 mm, lapis beton kurus (LMC) 100 mm, Lapis drainase agregat kelas A 150 mm, serta tebal lapis bawah pondasi dengan menggunakan tanah setebal 300 mm. Panjang plat 5 m, Ruji (dowel) digunakan dengan diameter 36 mm, panjang 45 cm dan jarak antar ruji 30 cm, Batang pengikat digunakan besi ulir D 16 mm, Panjang 70 cm dan jarak antar batang 75 cm.

Theoretical conflict in the study of the Qur'an and neuroscience related to reason and the human brain is the main problem underlying this research. Specifically, the meaning of the brain has not been stated in the Qur'an. Universally, reason plays a role as a thinking potential in humans. However, the mind and the brain are an inseparable unit. Although the form of reason itself is formless, there is a brain as a storage container. Humans are God's most perfect creatures because of their reason. In addition, humans were also created by God in the best form. This study aims to examine more deeply the concept of reason and the human brain from the perspective of the Qur'an and Neuroscience. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained through literature study with various references. The results of the research show that the concepts of mind and brain are interconnected entities. By utilizing both of them properly, humans will be able to become caliphs on the face of God's earth. Humans should make use of their minds and brains in accordance with their functions and in line with religious law and optimize all their potential which is centered on reason and brain. The results of the research can add to the body of knowledge and have special implications for educators, both lecturers at school and parents within the family, to always optimize the function of the mind and brain.

The basic numeracy abilities of students in elementary schools are still low. Therefore, through this research we want to level the basic numeracy skills of students in elementary schools. The results of the research showed that there were only students who worked on questions according to their basic numeracy skill level, apart from those who worked on questions by jumping levels. This is because not all questions can be understood well so that the solution process is not always correct according to the level.

This research aimed to determine the effect of quercetin antioxidant concentration levels on Boer goat semen quality during room temperature storage using andromed extender. Fresh semen was collected from two of 5-years-old Boer goats with weight of 60 and 70 kg. The method of this research was an experimental laboratory using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial of two factors, namely the treatment of quercetin concentration levels at 0 µM, 10 µM, 20 µM and 30 µM and the storage time during room temperature at 0 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours and 8 hours. The variables were observed based on individual motility, viability, abnormalities and membrane integrity of spermatozoa. The result showed that the antioxidant quercetin 30 µM have a significant effect to individual motility (P<0.05) but did not have a significant effect to the viability and abnormality of spermatozoa. Antioxidant quercetin gave a highly significant difference on membrane integrity (P<0.01). Storing semen at room temperature for 6 hours resulted in a highly significant difference in individual motility, abnormality and membrane integrity (P<0.01) but did not show a significant difference to viability. The best result showed that the antioxidant quercetin 30 µM was able to maintain the quality of spermatozoa at room temperature storage up to 6 hours.
