Abstract

Harga pakan ternak ayam yang tinggi menyulitkan peternak, termasuk Bapak Suyitno dengan 80 ekor ayam. Ayam bisa makan biji-bijian, sayuran, dan sisa makanan rumah tangga, tetapi ketersediaannya terbatas. Oleh karena itu, mitra pengabdian harus membeli jagung giling dan dedak padi halus dari toko, dengan biaya Rp 44.000 per hari atau Rp 1.320.000 per bulan. Untuk mengurangi biaya, mitra berencana menggiling sendiri jagung bulat yang harganya Rp 6.000 per kg, sedangkan jagung giling Rp 8.000 per kg, sehingga bisa menghemat Rp 2.000 per kg. Jika mitra memberi 3 kg jagung giling per hari, penghematan mencapai Rp 6.000 per hari atau Rp 180.000 per bulan. Dorongan untuk mengurangi biaya pakan dan potensi keuntungan membuat mitra bekerja sama dengan tim pelaksana mencari solusi. Tim pelaksana menilai bahwa memberikan bantuan mesin penggiling jagung adalah solusi terbaik. Mesin ini diharapkan bisa menghemat biaya pakan hingga Rp 180.000 per bulan. Program ini melibatkan survei lokasi, wawancara, analisis situasi, penentuan solusi, pembuatan dan hibah mesin, serta pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil program ini adalah sebuah mesin penggiling jagung dengan kapasitas 100 kg per jam, menggunakan motor listrik 7,5 hp dan menghasilkan butiran jagung berukuran 1-2 mm yang cocok untuk semua umur ayam.

Abstract

The instillation of moral, ethical and spiritual values in the young generation of Hindus through Pasraman education is a medium for the formation of personality and character development of students as a vehicle for the transformation of the teachings of Widhi Sradha in Hinduism which are beliefs and beliefs about the truth of Ida Sang Yang Widhi Wasa. In essence, it emphasizes the teachings of Tri Pramana which include Agama Pramana, Anumana Pramana and Pratyaksa Pramana with the principle that its implementation must be balanced in harmony between one and the other. If balance is achieved, a harmonious, peaceful and peaceful life will be realized. Pasraman Widhyasana in Sukoharjo Regency is a place to learn about learning that not only trains strengthening of the intellectual scope but balances emotional and spiritual intelligence as an institution for preparing Hindu human resources to become good citizens in the life of the nation and state based on Pancasila with the legal basis: Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 30 paragraphs 1, 3, and 4 (National Education System), Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 56 of 2014 concerning the principles of Hindu religious education management, Government Regulation 55 of 2007 Article 1 paragraph (5) concerning Religious and Religion Education and Article 38 paragraphs (2) and (3) concerning the organization and management of pasraman.

Abstract

Implementing a maintenance system in production has a strategic role in maintaining machine performance and preventing bottlenecks. This research focuses on pulp pump machine maintenance problems in paper mills, which cause time delays and decreased performance. The Pulp Pump Machine consists of three machines, including the 924 U 404 Pulp Machine Pump Unit, the 825 M 576 Pulp Machine Pump Unit, and the 825 M 550 Pulp Machine Pump Unit. Lack of intensive maintenance results in component damage such as leaking mechanical seals, oil seals that often leak, loose bearings, and impeller wear. As a result, the machine does not operate optimally, produces defective products, and is detrimental to the company. This research aims to identify critical components and recommend actions using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. Pump Unit 924 U 404 Pulp Machine showed the largest contribution to damage, reaching a total of 33 incidents (50%). Pulp pump machine components include bearings, mechanical seals, wear rings, shafts, vanes and impellers. From the FMEA calculations, the highest ranking results were obtained, namely the Shaft component with an RPN value of 240, then Bearings with an RPN value of 200, Vane with an RPN value of 192. From the LTA (Logic Tree Analysis) analysis there are 3 critical components, namely shaft, bearing, and vane. The selected distribution uses a normal distribution with the recommended action selected, namely Time Directed (TD).

Abstract

Constructing a sales information system is a critical step to improve the sales process of productivity and efficiency. Kopkar 24 MMF as an employee co-op shop which is involved in the procurement and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. Nowadays, it still conducts manual transactions through order cards and these lead to numerous impediments on commercial development to gain more revenues. The goal of this study is to construct a web-based sales information system utilizing the Laravel framework trough an agile development method. This research specifically to streamline and expedite the transaction process including the storages of goods. An agile development method is used to ensure the system development occurs in iterative stages and can swiftly adapt business evolvement. This web-based sales information system contains five primary functionalities which are product management, employee management, transaction management, billing reports, and other elements that facilitate the sales process at Kopkar 24.

Abstract

Perusahaan pengolahan kelapa sawit menghasilkan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) sebagai salah satu produk utamanya. Kehilangan minyak dalam proses produksi, terutama di stasiun pengepresan, merupakan tantangan yang signifikan meskipun telah ditetapkan batasan maksimal oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kehilangan minyak menggunakan data dari 3 hingga 31 Januari 2023. Metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) diaplikasikan untuk mengendalikan dan memperbaiki kualitas produksi. Hasil analisis pada peta kendali I-MR menunjukkan bahwa kehilangan minyak berada dalam batas yang diizinkan dan stabil. Namun, diagram fishbone mengidentifikasi faktor manusia, mesin, metode kerja, dan bahan baku sebagai penyebab utama kehilangan minyak. Tindakan perbaikan terhadap faktor-faktor ini diperlukan untuk mengurangi kehilangan minyak di masa depan, berpotensi menurunkan kerugian operasional. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dalam produksi CPO.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of the Know, Want To Know, Learned (KWL) learning method and students' interest in reading on the learning outcomes of reading comprehension in VIII class of MTs Daar el-Qolam IV. The study is motivated by the low English language learning outcomes in the understanding concept and the lack of reading interest among students. Therefore, the researcher implements the KWL model to address the challenges faced by the students. The method employed in this research is an experiment with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The population consists of all VIII students of MTs Daar el-Qolam IV, totaling 191 students. The sample was taken using the simple random sampling technique, comprising 76 students divided into two groups; the experimental class (A1) being class VIII-B with 36 students, and the control class (A2) being class VIII-C with 40 students. The research findings indicate that (1) the KWL model is more effective when used by students compared to the conventional method commonly used, namely the Think Pair Share (TPS) method. (2) Additionally, the results also demonstrate that students with a high interest in reading have higher learning outcomes compared to students with low reading interest. (3) There is an interaction between students who undergo the learning process using the KWL method and students using the TPS learning method. (4) Students with high reading interest in the KWL group have higher reading comprehension learning outcomes compared to students in the TPS group, even though they both have high reading interest. And (5) Students in the KWL group with low reading interest also have high reading comprehension learning outcomes compared to students in the TPS group with low reading interest.

Abstract

Bantuan PKH merupakan bantuan yang berupa kebijakan pengembangan, dibidang perlindungan sosial yang diberikan kepada masyarakat, yang bersifat bantuan tunai atau memiliki persyaratan, program PKH yang diluncurkan oleh pemerintah diberikan kepada masyarakat, dalam berbagai komponen seperti, komponen kesehatan, komponen pendidikan dan komponen kesejahteraan sosial, selain dapat menstabilkan perekonomian masyarakat, PKH ini diharapkan akan lahir anak-anak yang cerdas dan sehat menuju keluarga sejahtera. pendamping PKH merupakan sumber daya manusia, yang telah direkrut dan menjalin kontak kerja oleh kementerian sosial sebagai pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan di kecamatan setempat. Peran pendamping didalam melaksanakan program ini, sangat menentukan keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan dari program, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Melihat dari peran dan fungsi yang telah dilimpahkan kepada pendamping PKH, maka dituntutlah hasil kerja yang maksimal agar tercapainya tujuan yang telah di tetapkan

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are a group of abnormal conditions that affect the functioning of body tissues. MSDs occur due to work factors (workload, work posture, work duration, and repetitive movements), individual factors (age, gender, years of service, smoking habits, length of work, physical fitness, and BMI), and environmental factors (temperature, vibration, and lighting) and psychosocial factors. According to the World Health Organization and data from the Global Burden of Disease, about 1.71 billion people worldwide have musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in PT. Detpak Indonesia workers in 2021. Cross-sectional study design, primary data was distributed through questionnaires, and the number of respondents was 97 employees of the accidental sampling technique. This data analysis used the chi-square statistical test (α = 0.05). Variables related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders are physical fitness (p value = 0.021 and OR = 7.238), years of service (p value = 0.019 and OR = 3.947), length of work (p value = 0.001 and OR = 6.979) and work posture ( p value = 0.011 and OR = 4.340) while the unrelated variable is gender (p value = 0.147 and OR = 2.514). From this study that there is a relationship between physical fitness, working period, length of work, and work posture with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in workers. This study suggests that workers stretch before and after work, work interspersed with breaks if workers feel tired, and more pay attention to work position when doing work.

Abstract

Climate change is an environmental phenomenon that threatens global health, impacting mental health and emotional well-being. According to Riskesdas 2018, the prevalence of mental health disorders in Indonesia at the age of ≤ 15 years who suffer from mental illnesses such as symptoms of depression and anxiety has increased from 6% to 9.8%. This study aims to find out the impact of climate change on child mental health in the Setu State Department of Southern Tangerang City in 2022. The method used is descriptive, presenting the variable studied without comparing variables with a sample of 76 respondents in the Sotu State Department implemented from December 2022 to January 2023. The results of the study showed that there was a picture of climate change on mental health, with 75 percent mental health disorders, 27.6 percent cognitive impairment, 32.9 percent anxiety, 26.3 percent depressive and somatic disorder, and 19.7 percent energy loss disorder out of 76 respondents. There is an overview of the impact of climate change on children's mental health in the state of Setu, and some students suffer from cognitive impairment, anxiety disorder, depression, somatic disorder, and energy depletion disorder based on frequency distribution. Researchers are expected to advise students to maintain and address various mental health threats and better understand climate change and its impact on mental health, for schools to provide character education, counseling guidance, and climate impact education.

Abstract

Results from the National Safety Council report show that the incidence of workplace accidents in hospitals is 41% higher compared to other industrial workers. Frequent cases are needle needles, scratches, and infectious diseases. The implementation of K3RS is of course determined by policy by the hospital by applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to see that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with adherence to PPE use. This study used quantitative analysis methods with a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted in November-January at South Tangerang Hospital. The population of this research source is all South Tangerang Hospital Workers, the target population is nurses at South Tangerang Hospital. The sample size of this study was 100 samples. Take samples using random sampling techniques. Analysis of research data using chi-square. Based on the analysis, it was found that all independent variables are related to dependent variables. Including, knowledge p-value 0.000 and attitude with p-value 0.000. It is estimated that the hospital will conduct routine socialization of the use of PPE for nurses. Nurses should be more compliant with the use of PPE.
