Abstract

The researcher chose this title because it was motivated by students who were lazy in writing Arabic in the Imla' lesson. This paper is entitled "Application of the Imla 'Al-Ikhtibari Method in Improving Arabic Writing Competence in Class X Students of Integrated Dayah Almuslimun". The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the method applied in writing competence in Arabic for Class X Integrated Dayah Almuslimun students. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative research with experimental type, and uses pretest and posttest. The population in this study were all students of class X Integrated Dayah Almuslimun, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with total sampling technique. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The test results show that the pretest and posttest data collection function is to determine the students' initial and final abilities towards the material associated with their learning outcomes. The average value for the pretest = 60.13 while the posttest is 84.74 the standard deviation of the pretest is 6.827 while the post-test is 7.066. So it can be concluded that this study is in a good category by looking at the difference in results from before and after treatment. Thus, the application of the imla' al-ikhtibari method in improving Arabic writing competence in class X Dayah Terpadu Almuslimun students helps students improve their writing skills in Arabic.

Abstract

The low quality of student learning outcomes is caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are experienced and internalized factors that affect students learning process and results include : attitudes toward learning, interest and motivation to learn, learning concentration, while external factors include suchthings as: the teacher as learning coaches, infrastructure and learning facilities, policies assessment, the social environment of students at school and at home as well as school curriculum. Learn something that attracts attention, would be more readily accepted than in studying things that do not attract attention, learning this also can not be underestimated or not important. In the case of interest, of course, someone who took an interest in a certain field will be easier to learn the field. Learning course will culminate with school performance achieved which will illustrate the success and success in learning . To achieve good learning, a lot of things that influence it, among others, the learning method used by teachers. Learning achievements will be achieved best when all factors support, such as teaching methods, with an interesting method which can be a bridge to reach the competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct an empirical and practical study of the characteristics of progressive Islam and inculturation in Muhammadiyah educational institutions. In turn, it will be an inspiration and model of progressive education in the world of education. The research method is to use literature sources (library research). This means that the data and study materials used are from library sources. As for the results of the study that the characteristics of progressive Islam (al-Islam al-Taqaddumi), which includes a progressive view of Islam in five characteristics (al-Khasha'ishu alhamsu). These characteristics are: (1) Based on Tawhid (al-Mabni 'ala al-Tauhid); (2) Emphasising human thought from shirk, syncretism and religious nationalism; (3) Upholding reason and science; (4) Promoting social justice; (5) Emphasising the importance of noble character. The inculturation of progressive education is done by First, building schools that integrate religious and general education and strengthen school branding. Second, developing education based on social life and the needs of society and the world of work. Third, reforming the system and values by adopting modern values of the 21st century.

Abstract

The rapid flow of globalization has an influence on technological developments, thus giving birth to a new generation, namely Generation Z who have known technology since birth. It also has an impact on moral decadence or the decline in student morale which is currently being felt in the world of education. Teachers play an important role in efforts to improve student morale. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the strategy of akidah moral teachers in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara, 2) to evaluate the strategies of teachers of aqidah morality in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara, and 3) to identify the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the strategy of the moral aqidah teacher in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara. This research method is descriptive qualitative using interview and observation approach. The results of the study show that the strategies that have been applied by moral aqidah teachers such as school rules, habituation strategies, giving advice and motivation, giving sanctions, etc. have a positive influence on increasing student morale. as for the supporting factors, namely support from parents and the family environment, socio-cultural aspects in the school environment, school leaders including teachers and school infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the negative influence of the Internet, lack of attention from parents and families, different environmental conditions of students, and limited time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen es teh kurma pada masyarakat Kabupaten Sinjai Utara, pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen es teh kurma pada masyarakat di Kota Sinjai Utara, dan pengaruh harga serta kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen es teh kurma pada masyarakat di Kota Sinjai Utara. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah memahami suatu obyek penelitian, sebagai upaya untuk menemukan jawaban yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan analisis dan konstruksi yang dilakukan secara metodologis, sistematis dan konsisten. Teknik Pengumpulan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan kuesioner. Adapun Hasil Penelitian ini adalah secara parsial dan simultan menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran harga (X1), kualitas produk (X2), dan kepuasan konsumen (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of date ice tea production by using operations research techniques in increasing sales. The strategy in this study uses mixed method research, an approach that combines elements of qualitative and quantitative research. The target population in this study is the owner of the Kurma Ice Tea Business. The sampling technique in this study used a Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Accidental Sampling approach, namely the researcher took a sample determination technique based on chance. The data used is sourced directly from respondents and presented in tabular form. The technique used is descriptive statistics. Data collection techniques through a one-way oral question and answer process. The performance of date ice tea production can be seen in the performance process of employees who can increase sales by maintaining the taste, quality and price of date ice tea itself, production employees and sales employees are able to provide maximum service, as well as sales strategies spread across 20 outlets as well as promotions and banners as a marker that date ice tea sales are everywhere and easily available. The operations research technique in increasing sales on date ice tea is how the owner determines all the raw materials and tools used by increasing the quality of workmanship so that later there are no more mistakes that will occur in the future.

Abstract

The role of higher education in fostering entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized as vital for economic development and innovation. This study investigates the impact of Service Value Agility on student entrepreneurship within the D3 Marketing Management Study Program at the Department of Business Administration, Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines). By developing a conceptual framework that examines the relationships between market orientation, entrepreneurship knowledge, service value agility, product value customization, and entrepreneurial performance, this research employs structural equation modeling (SEM) to test these hypotheses. The results indicate that both market orientation and entrepreneurship knowledge significantly enhance service value agility and product value customization, which in turn positively influence entrepreneurial performance. The findings underscore the importance of integrating practical, market-oriented approaches into higher education curriculum to enhance service agility and entrepreneurial success among students. This study contributes to the literature on entrepreneurial education and offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to cultivate successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The research aimed to develop thematic learning multimedia focusing on events for 2nd-grade elementary school students and evaluate its effectiveness. Employing a 4-D development model, the multimedia underwent validation by both media and subject matter experts, followed by testing with students. The validation results, encompassing design and material assessment indicators, indicated the multimedia's feasibility. Furthermore, field trials demonstrated a significant improvement in student cognitive learning outcomes, with the percentage of completeness rising from 66.6% in the pre-test to 96.6% in the post-test. Consequently, it can be concluded that the thematic learning multimedia centered on events is suitable for use in teaching event-themed material to 2nd-grade elementary school students, exhibiting efficacy in enhancing student cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an coaching will give maximum results if the teachers/ustadz understand everything related to the coaching process itself, including in terms of the methods used in tahfidz coaching, because when the teacher has found a method the right method in memorizing and maintaining student memorization will have a significant influence so that the goals of tahfidz coaching can be achieved properly. This research focuses on the methods used by teachers in memorizing and maintaining (maintaining) the memorization of the Qur'an in their students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This study aims to find out how to foster tahfidz Al-Qur'an related to the method of memorizing and maintaining memorization as well as the inhibiting factors in the process of fostering tahfidz Al-Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency so that objectives of coaching can be achieved. The method used in this study is a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach, which produces data in the form of written or spoken words. The subjects in this study were tahfidz teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, totaling 7 people. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the process of fostering tahfidz at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentaries. While data processing techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification, then analysis is carried out. The results of this study are: (1) Method of memorizing by: memorizing by together, memorizing by listening to the teacher's reading directly, memorizing by the teacher reading first then followed by the students, and memorizing by reading to the teacher (Deposit). (2) Methods for maintaining memorization by means of: reciting together, playing memorization in front of friends and teachers, connecting verses and reciting surahs, and repeating memorization by playing the MP3 Al-Qur'an. (3) Obstacle factors encountered include: some children cannot recite the Koran and are not fluent in reading the Qur'an, difficulties in memorizing, lack of interest and motivation causing children to be lazy, mistakes in reading that do not match the script and length, and lack of facilities and infrastructure in supporting tahfidz learning.

Abstract

A fiduciary guarantee is a type of special guarantee based on article 1132 which is included in material guarantees interpreted as absolute rights. In Indonesia, there are cases of default committed by debtors against debtors on fiduciary guarantees. Among the incidents that took place in Indonesia is the case in Decision Number 27/Pdt.G.S/2022/PN SGN. In this case, default occurred because the debtor did not fulfill his obligation to pay installments 3 times and did not hand over the fiduciary guarantee object after defaulting in paying off his debt. The urgency of this research is related to the responsibility of the defaulting debtor and the handover of the fiduciary guarantee object based on the legal principle of guarantees, namely the principle of inbezitstelling. To analyze this case, a qualitative method and a normative juridical approach were used by applying the Case Approach, the Legislation Approach, and the Conceptual Approach. This is because this research is based on doctrine, library sources and analyzes real cases that are related to the law. The creditor's rights are not fulfilled by the debtor based on the principal agreement between the two parties, so that the debtor must fulfill the principal agreement in the form of handing over the fiduciary guarantee object.
