Abstract

One of the halal lifestyles that continues to increase in Indonesia is the use of halal cosmetic products. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of religiosity and country of origin on purchase decisions for halal cosmetic products through the variable halal awareness as an intervening variable. Analysis of the model used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The data in this study are primary data with 273 generation Z respondents in Central Java Province who use halal cosmetic products. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between religiosity and country of origin on purchase decisions for halal cosmetic products. Furthermore, halal awareness is able to mediate the relationship between religiosity and country of origin on the decision to purchase halal cosmetic products. Policy implications that can be applied by stakeholders include increasing halal education policies, strengthening halal certification on imported cosmetic products, facilitating halal certification on MSME products, and helping to promote local halal cosmetic products.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effectiveness of fiscal independence in poverty alleviation based on economic principles, efficiency, effectiveness, independence, and the pattern of regional and central relations. This research uses a qualitative approach, secondary data from the 2019-2021 APBD, and interviews by looking at the economic formula, efficiency, and effectiveness, as well as the independence of regional financial management and analysis techniques with an Islamic economic approach.Kebumen's financial management has not been able to reduce the poverty rate because of its low self-support because it still needs a budget injection from the province/central. This paper needs further research on the Central Java province poverty alleviation assistance program, accommodates a larger sample, and involves a wider range of informants and comprehensive analysis.The APBD encourages the empowerment movement independently through assistance so that the poor group becomes independent in meeting their needs without depending on others. Financial management approach input-program process-outcome-evaluation-feedback. The focus of the measurement of the APBD describes the independence of the regional budget, which is believed to eradicate poverty as a household problem in the region, the economic approach, effectiveness, efficiency, independence, and the pattern of relations with an Islamic economic approach. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kemandirian fiskal dalam pengentasan kemiskinan berdasarkan prinsip ekonomi, efisiensi, efektivitas, kemandirian, dan pola hubungan daerah dan pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data sekunder APBD 2019-2021, dan wawancara dengan melihat rumus ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas, serta kemandirian pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan teknik analisisnya dengan pendekatan ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan Kebumen belum mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan karena rendahnya swasembada karena masih memerlukan suntikan anggaran dari provinsi/pusat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa APBD hendaknya mendorong gerakan pemberdayaan secara mandiri melalui pendampingan agar kelompok miskin menjadi mandiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya tanpa bergantung pada orang lain. Pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan pendekatan input-program, proses-hasil-evaluasi-umpan balik. Fokus pengukuran APBD menggambarkan kemandirian APBD yang diyakini dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan sebagai permasalahan rumah tangga di daerah, pendekatan ekonomi, efektivitas, efisiensi, kemandirian, dan pola hubungan dengan pendekatan ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of religious extracurriculars (Rohis) in strengthening students' social awareness and analyzing strategies and supporting and inhibiting factors in enhancing students' social understanding in religious extracurriculars (Rohis) at SMAN 74 Jakarta. The research method used is a descriptive case study approach. Analysis with a focus on field research. Research data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, which was then analyzed using a flow model with analysis procedures consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that implementing religious extracurriculars (Rohis) at one of the high schools in Jakarta, Indonesia has succeeded in creating an environment that promotes cooperation, empathy, and respect for others. Through social service activities, students become more sensitive to social problems around them and show higher social awareness. The strategies Rohis coaches and members carried out to strengthen students' social understanding include implementing teaching and integrating social awareness values ​​in regular meetings, providing good role models, and involving students in social activities in the school and community environment. Overall, this research provides important insights into the role of Rohis in forming students' social awareness and offers recommendations to further increase the effectiveness of religious extracurriculars in fostering social understanding among students at one of the high schools in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menghimbau masyarakat akan pentingnya kebersihan untuk para UMKM Desa Bojong Kulur. Karya tulis ilmiah ini merupakan hasil dari kerja sama Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi dengan Kepala Desa Bojong Kulur. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Aula Desa Bojong Kulur, pada hari Rabu 13 NOV 2024. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ada sebanyak 85% peserta mampu mengidentifikasi masalah penelitian, 90% mampu memilih metode penelitian yang akan di gunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang muncul dalam lingkungan para UMKM serta 90% peserta pelatihan mampu menyusun judul Penelitian. Hasil dari analisis pretest dan post test 90% peserta mengetahui konsep penelitian dari kegiatan pelatihan ini, para peserta mampu memilih metode serta masalah penelitian sebanyak 90%.

Abstract

The low number of cases found compared to the incidence of Tuberculosis (TB) shows that the control of this disease becomes a serious problem. The stigma is suspected to be one of the obstacles to solving the TB problem in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the ability of the Jaga-rasa Jaga-tangga program to decrease TB stigma in two Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Sleman Regency, Indonesia. This is a quasi-experimental study design with a control method. Both intervention and control groups get health education about TB stigma. The intervention group also gets an education about the Jaga rasa Jaga tangga (take care of your neighbors as well as take care of their feelings) program. The outcome measure was the TB stigma scale that measure before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using paired t-tests and independent t-tests. 106 respondents were involved in this study divided into intervention and control groups. Age (p=0.006) and social status (p=0.015) are associated with TB stigma in the community. There were significant changes in the TB stigma scale after the intervention (paired =0.305; p=0.001). The Jaga-rasa Jaga-tangga program along with health education reduces TB stigma more effectively than health education only. Further studies are needed to confirm this result.

Abstract

Background: Work pressure and tight schedules have an effect on mood swings, boredom and burnout. This pressure has an impact on the quality of interaction between doctors/nurses and patients. This situation also has an impact on service providers who have the potential to experience mental health problems. Objective: This study was conducted to determine the effect of the e-WellMind digital application on self-compassion and state-mindfulness of professional health service providers in maintaining mental health. Method: The use of the Wellmind application is for 60 training sessions, with a duration of 5-10 minutes. This activity was attended by 22 health care professionals and 21 other people did not participate in this program. The effect of the Wellmind application was measured before and after the intervention was changes in self-compassion and state-mindfulness in health care professionals. This data is sourced from on Dryad. https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.0zpc8672x. Results: The results showed that both groups had the same characteristics (homogeneous) for the variables of self-compassion (mean±SD) (28.8±6.93; p=0.680) and state-mindfulness (29.6±08.; p=0.564). There was a significant change after the application of the e-WellInd application to self-compassion (d1=.649; 95%CI=-.360 to -.035; p=.000; d2=.479; 95%CI= -.509 to -.100; p=.002 and trait-mindfulness (d1=.761; 95%CI=-39.3001 sampai -8.346; p=.010; d2=.634; 95%CI= -4.242 sampai -3.358; p=.023). Conclusions: The application of the e-WellMind digital application has an impact on protecting self-compassion and trait-mindfulness health care professionals in maintaining and maintaining mental health.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi terdahulu tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di kamar operasi di sebabkan karena kelalaian petugas di kamar operasi. Bentuk kecelakaan tersebut berupa 18 orang (54,55%) tertusuk jarum, 10 orang (30,30%) mengalami teriris pisau bedah, 25 orang (75,76 %) mengalami tergores ampul dan 20 orang (60,61%) terkena cairan tubuh pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat dan masukan tentang desain kantong ampul untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yaitu cedera akibat membuka ampul oleh perawat bedah dan perawat/penata anastesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional yang melibatkan 38 orang perawat bedah dan perawat/penata anastesi (total sampling) yang bertugas di kamar operasi di RSUD Kab Sleman dan RS Kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan akibat tergores ampul mencapai 78,6% sedangkan pemanfaatan kantong ampul efektif sebesar 92,1%. Bahan kantong ampul semua masukan perawat bedah dan anestesi adalah bahan katun (50%), desain sesuai contoh(60,5%), ukuran sesuai ampul (100%) dan warna terang (42,1%). Sementara itu hubungan antara pemanfaatan kantong ampul dengan kecelakaan kerja (tergores ampul) secara statistik bermakna (r=-0,532; sig ? = 0,001), tetapi perlu penelitian lanjutan terkait desain ampul dengan praktikan dan tenaga kesehatan yang sesuai sebagai responden.

Abstract

The term Islamic economics has existed since the religion of Islam emerged in the world. Yusuf alQardhawi described Islamic Economics as an economic system rooted in religious principles. According to him, this is a system inspired and regulated by Allah SWT, with goals and laws originating from His teachings. All economic activities, such as production, distribution, consumption, and international trade, are directed by divine principles and aim to gain God's approval. In an era of globalization that tends to ignore morals and ethics, Yusuf al-Qardhawi emphasizes the importance of Economic Ethics, which he considers to be the guardian of economic sustainability. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore and explain qualities and social aspects that cannot be measured quantitatively. The scientific method used is library research, which relies on data and information from various sources in the literature. From a production perspective, Islamic Economics encourages everyone to work diligently and compete to find work, because this is considered an obligation and honor, as well as the right of every individual. In the consumption aspect, the wise use of wealth is emphasized, remembering that ownership of wealth is not the main goal, but rather a means to enjoy God's gifts. In distribution, the main principles are freedom and justice. Freedom in this case rejects oppression that hampers the lives of ordinary people and controls their sources of sustenance. Justice is defined as appropriate placement in the position that it should be.

Hookworm (Ancylostoma duodenale), Whipworm (Trichuris trichiura) and Kremi worm (Enterobius vermicularis) are the most common types of worms found in children.  In Indonesia, the prevalence of worms reaches 30%-90% in some provinces, with a significant increase in infections among primary school students in rural areas. This study aimed to identify Enterobius vermicularis eggs in children in grades 1-2 at SDN 01 Mulyorejo, Kesesi sub-district, Pekalongan district and analyze the risk factors, given the lack of previous research in this location. This study is descriptive, sampling with total sampling. The sample was 21 students in grades 1 and 2 at SDN 01 Mulyorejo, Kesesi Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency who met the inclusion criteria. Samples were examined using the selopan tape method to detect the presence of Enterobius vermicularis eggs and questionnaires and interviews to determine risk factors for Enterobius vermicularis infection. The results of the analysis of risk factors for helminthiasis showed that infected respondents did not apply good personal hygiene, such as not washing hands before eating, not cutting nails regularly, and having a habit of biting nails and sleeping together. Thus, it can be concluded that Enterobius vermicularis infection was found in grade 1 and 2 students at SDN 01 Mulyorejo, Kesesi sub-district due to lack of good hygiene. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tafsir ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang berhubungan dengan toleransi dan relevansinya dalam pendidikan multikultural. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menggali nilai-nilai toleransi yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, serta bagaimana tafsirnya dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan yang pluralistis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi pustaka dan disajikan secara deskriptif dengan analisis tafsir tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai toleransi dalam ayat-ayat tersebut mencakup penghormatan terhadap kebebasan beragama, prinsip hidup berdampingan secara damai, serta pendekatan dialogis dalam menyelesaikan perbedaan. Prinsip tersebut meliputi kebebasan beragama dan berkeadilan, prinsip akidah dan keyakinan, dan prinsip tanggung jawab individu maupun kelompok. Implementasi dalam pendidikan multikultural menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai ini relevan untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang inklusif, menghargai perbedaan, dan mampu berkontribusi dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmonis. Dengan mengintegrasikan tafsir ayat-ayat toleransi ke dalam kurikulum, pendidikan multikultural dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengajarkan toleransi, memupuk kerukunan dalam masyarakat yang majemuk.
