The conclusions of this research included; first, there were several crucial issues and topics related to the implementation of halal product assurance in Indonesia, they were; (1) halal certification/labeling; (2) mandatory (obligation) or voluntary in halal certification; (3) criminal provisions; and (4) halal product assurance management institutions. Abstract

In the era of social media, the current reality has led to a deviation in individual behavior within families. Family systems relying heavily on technology have shifted from traditional to modern. The research aims to explain why social media can lead to divorce in Gorontalo Religious Court. This study constitutes empirical research (field research). The research was meticulously conducted through direct fieldwork. The approach employed in this study is a social approach. The researcher directly investigates and deeply describes the commitment of married couples in household life and the influence of social media. To obtain valid data, the researcher used observation techniques for data collection. The researcher observed within the scope of scientific activities during the observation activities. In this case, the researcher observed 10 pairs of Muslim families in the city of Gorontalo, focusing on how the commitment of Gorontalo Muslim families has shifted. The number of respondents interviewed by the researcher was approximately 10 Muslim families, consisting of 5 husbands and 5 wives each. Finally, Documentation collected data from Gorontalo Religious Court judgments on divorces during 2021. Results of the research found that social media has an impact on two things, namely: 1) the fragility of Gorontalo Muslim family commitments due to tolerance of extramarital behavior in Gorontalo Muslim families, and 2) a shift in divorce orientation among Gorontalo Muslim families, where about 13.8% of divorce cases are caused by infidelity through social media.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine students’ knowledge of nahwu and their ability to memorize the Qur'an, as well as the influence of nahwu mastery on memorization ability at Madrasah Hifdzil Qur’an PPP Walisongo Cukir Jombang. The study is based on the essential role of nahwu, a core linguistic discipline, in learning and understanding Arabic—the primary language of the Qur’an. A mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative) was used, employing Pearson correlation analysis and simple linear regression. Data were collected through interviews, nahwu comprehension tests, and memorization evaluations. Sampling was done purposively, involving 25 respondents from both college-level and TM-level students. The study found that most students had a fairly good understanding of nahwu, with an average score of 79.40. Their Qur’an memorization ability was also considered good, with an average score of 77.56. Statistical analysis showed a significant positive relationship between nahwu mastery and memorization ability, indicated by a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students’ nahwu mastery, the better their ability to memorize the Qur’an. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating linguistic competence, especially Arabic grammar, into Qur’anic memorization programs. The results offer meaningful contributions to Islamic education, particularly in pesantren, where such integration can improve the quality of tahfidz programs. It is expected that this research will serve as a useful reference for educators and pesantren administrators in designing more integrative curricula that align nahwu instruction with tahfidz, thereby enhancing students’ mastery of the Qur’an both structurally and spiritually.

Abstract

This program is considered important because Indonesia educational system require the use of problem-based learning methods (case studies) and project-based learning. In this regard, French teachers at partner schools find it difficult to teach using these two methods. To apply these two methods, teaching materials that match the characteristics of the two methods used are needed. To solve this problem, We have tried to integrate problem and project based learning methods in a structured textbook. The textbook was obtained through collaboration between lecturers and vocational French teachers. The textbook have been tested in learning classes. Based on the results of the trial, teachers felt very helped by the textbook which was developed through the integration of problem-based learning methods and case studies. In this way, learning becomes more effective and easier to implement. The conclusion from the results of this activity is that the integration of problem and project-based learning methods which are realized in the form of textbooks is very appropriate for use in learning.

Abstract

The study of Sultan Agung's da'wah strategy is a study to reveal historical facts that occurred in the past to be used as a guide in achieving a better future. Given that the glory of Mataram was in the power of Sultan Agung who led Mataram from 1613 to 1645. The theoretical framework used in this study is discourse analysis which is used as a knife to analyze Sultan Agung's da'wah strategies. Discourse analysis which is used as a theoretical framework uses the concept of Van Dick (1968). While the da'wah strategy referred to is the method of da'wah in general, namely the da'wah bil hal, the dakwah bil lisan, and the dakwah bil qalam This research resulted in the first findings that Sultan Agung's da'wah strategy was carried out with three oral da'wah strategies, carried out by Sultan Agung as seen in Sultan Agung's negotiations in expanding the power of Islamic Mataram at that time with neighboring kingdoms or countries. Da'wah bil Qalam, was done with phenomenal works, namely literary gending and astronomical works of the Kejawen calendar. Da'wah bilhal, that the personality of Sultan Agung is a personality that is gentle but firm in making decisions as the king has given uswah to his people. The second conclusion is that in social cognition, a king must have strength both physically, psychologically and mystically. In the social context, Sultan Agung's leadership is always colored by cultures that have always been developed by Sultan Agung, which is then carried out an acculturation of indigenous culture with Islamic culture. The activities of collecting zakat, infaq and alms funds cannot be separated from the management of institutions that specifically deal with ZIS through the process of planning, organizing, leadership and controlling in achieving goals. The Nahdlotul Ulama Amil Zakat, Infak and Alms Institution (LAZISNU) Lumajang Regency is one of the ZIS institutions located in Lumajang, its flagship program is G-Koin. the. The theory used in this study for the independent variable (G-Koin program) uses an adaptation style, because there is no theory that discusses the G-Koin program, the researcher takes the dimension of the independent variable from the technical instructions of the G-Koin program, namely there are four dimensions, the education dimension , dimensions of health, economic dimensions, social dimensions of religion. For the dependent variable (interest in community donations), the researcher uses the theory proposed by Ferdinand which states that there are four dimensions of interest, namely, transactional, referential, preferential and exploratory. The conclusions of this study are 1. The calculation results obtained through the F test (ANOVA) are known to have a sig value of 0.000 which means that Variable X has a positive influence on variable Y. 2. The G-Koin program on community donations interest in LAZISNU, Lumajang Regency by looking at R square = 0.440 or 44.0% and the remaining 56.0% is influenced by other variables outside this study. 3.
