Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management is related to the Job Creation Law, namely Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation where the Law has a positive impact on almost all existing laws and policies, because with the enactment of the Job Creation Law. Corporate legal responsibility for environmental pollution is regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. In this framework, the active involvement of the government and the community plays an important role in the process of supervision and law enforcement against companies proven to have polluted. This research aims to enrich understanding of the extent to which the application of environmental law in Indonesia is effective, as well as to examine the potential for strengthening synergies between the government and society in realizing a healthy and sustainable environment. Corporate responsibility is not only limited to financial aspects, but also includes social and environmental dimensions. Therefore, companies are required to comply with applicable legal provisions and take concrete steps to prevent and reduce the negative impact of their business activities on the environment.

AbstrakAgresivitas remaja dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kausal antara peer attachment, self-control, self-esteem, dan agresivitas dengan menggunakan analisis jalur pada desain cross-sectional. Data diperoleh dari 185 siswa SMK di Kota Bogor dengan instrumen terstandar. Hasil menunjukkan peer attachment berpengaruh langsung menurunkan agresivitas (? = -0.123), self-control memiliki pengaruh negatif paling kuat (? = -0.595, p < 0.001), sedangkan self-esteem berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui peningkatan self-control (? = -0.192). Temuan ini menegaskan peran kunci self-control serta pentingnya intervensi psikososial untuk memperkuat hubungan teman sebaya, regulasi emosi, dan self-esteem positif.Kata kunci: peer attachment, self-control, self-esteem, agresivitas, remaja

Generation Z, as the age group with the highest unemployment rate, faces challenges in meeting the required job qualifications. This study aims to analyze the influence of internship experience, self-efficacy, and soft skills on job readiness in Jabodetabek. The study uses a descriptive method with a sample of 150 respondents selected through non-probability sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that internship experience, self-efficacy, and soft skills have a positive and significant impact on job readiness. This research was conducted due to the observation that many Generation Z graduates or students are still unprepared to enter the workforce, indicated by a lack of basic professional competence and soft skills. This study provides new insights for companies and readers regarding the importance of these factors in improving Generation Z's job readiness and reducing the unemployment rate among them.

Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Kegiatan KPM di Gampong Lampuuk dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi keliling desa dengan berjalan kaki, yang bertujuan untuk membangun interaksi lebih erat dengan masyarakat setempat. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif ini, mahasiswa dapat memahami kondisi sosial masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi edukatif, serta mempererat kebersamaan antara akademisi dan warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat, memperkuat nilai gotong royong, serta mendorong kesadaran sosial terkait isu-isu pembangunan desa. Respon positif dari masyarakat membuktikan bahwa interaksi langsung yang dilakukan mahasiswa mampu menciptakan suasana yang lebih terbuka dan akrab. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi KPM berbasis interaksi langsung menjadi strategi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program pengabdian.

This study investigated students' understanding of the concept through a pre-test and a post-test. Analysis of the pre-test showed that the initial abilities of students in the experimental and control groups were comparable, allowing for a fair comparison. Variations in students' ability to solve mathematical problems were investigated through post-test and N-gain data using different learning approaches. Two main hypotheses were proposed in this study: firstly, the experimental group would show a higher level of conceptual understanding than the control group; secondly, there would be a significant difference in improving students' conceptual understanding at different levels of ability. The analysis showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher level of conceptual understanding than the control group, which supported the first hypothesis. This finding indicates that the intervention positively affects students' conceptual understanding. In addition, the analysis results also showed a significant difference in the improvement of students' conceptual understanding with different proficiency levels, which supports the second hypothesis. These findings highlight the importance of learning approaches tailored to student's needs and abilities. This study provides strong evidence that specific mathematics learning models and initial mathematics ability contribute to improving students' conceptual understanding. These findings highlight the importance of tailored learning approaches to maximize students' mathematical concept understanding. The findings have valuable implications for educators and curriculum developers to develop more effective teaching strategies according to students' needs.

Pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi jalan yang telah ditargetkan dalam program MP3EI diarahkan sebagai penghubung bagi titik-titik pusat lokasi potensial sumber daya alam. Pembangunan infrastruktur akan berpengaruh terhadap pergerakan orang dan barang utamanya pada transportasi jalan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dampak pergerakan yang ditimbulkan berupa bangkitan dan tarikan akan berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan sarana dan prasanan transportasi jalan di Papua dan Papua Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linear. Hasil berupa pemodelan digunakan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana transportasi jalan. Dari hasil penelitian pemodelan untuk angkutan orang adalah Y=516.623+0.021(penduduk)+l.01xl05(investasi)+O.l(panjang jalan)+0.007 (kendaraan) sedang untuk angkutan barang adalah Y=12393.84+0.073(penduduk)+7.79xl0·5(investasi). Pertumbuhan pergerakan dengan adanya program MP3EI yang didukung pembangunan jalan di Kabupaten Merauke sepanjang 511,4 km dengan investasi sebesar Rp 2.198 M dan Kabupaten Timika sepanjang 427,7 km dengan investasi Rp 3.171 M adalah 96%. Indeks aksesibilitas dan mobilitas dengan dan tanpa MP3EI masih dalam kategori sangat rendah. Ketersediaan sarana dengan kebutuhan AKDP yang ada di Papua dan Papua Barat adalah 130%, yang berarti bahwa jumlah armada saat ini pada umumnya melebihi kebutuhan yang ada. Namun dengan adanya program MP3EI maka kelebihan armada tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan sehingga mengurangi devisiasi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sarana menjadi rata-rata 14%. Proyeksi pertumbuhan pergerakan angkutan barang adalah sebesar 85% jika dibandingkan dengan pergerakan barang tanpa adanya program MP3EI.

ABSTRACTTirerc is a serious problem 011 Public transportation in Singaraja city dealing with tire increasingnumber of 111otora;cle lzas declined people interest to use public transport. People feel more comfortable using 111otorcycles for tlzeir daily activities.As the conequense urban public transport seruices in Singaraja lzas not reached local road. Since the rates charged are quite e:xpensive as well. TJ1iere fore people pr~fer to use public private titan transport vehicles. this condition may bring public transportation in Si11garaja get worst. Two methods are carried out to calculate the quality of public transport services first accordance witlz the standards of the Directorate General of Land Transportation Ministry of Transportation and second, utilize tlze nzetlwd of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results due to the standards of tire Directorate General of Land Transportation Ministry of Transportation the city transportation in Singaraja still have good performance. While the result analysis of Importance Pe1formance Analysis (IPA) showed that 15 factor indicators, three factors indecated has a good perfomiance vehicle that is hygiene, driver peiformance and the route, seven factors indicated not important perfonnance and less priority by the transport users such as the walking time to the destination, no need moving vehicle, easily get in and get out the vehicle, additional facilities (music, etc.) and travel cost. The factors are needed to be handling quite serious because it has a less peiformance and very important by respondents such as courteous service, seat comfort, tire physical conditio11 of public transport, vehicle speed and safety in vehicles.Key Words: public transport, services, Singaraja

The simulation of travel management st;stem by vehicle emission consideration is using faur stepsmodeling. The congestion existed in cimahi city especially in peak periods c.aused btj the increasing thenumber of private c.ars. Based on the reasons, the study only considers private car passengers as modeof transportation that will be assigned in peak hour periods. To obtain the peak period result, the resultof traffic assignment should be multiplied btj 10.5% for collector road and 9% for arterial road. Thetechnique assignment is used user equilibrium and traffic assignment is run by using generalized cost.Generalized cost is c.alculated btj actual cost and -perceive cost (emission cost). CUBE software hasbeen employed for this research to analyze traffic performance. CUBE software applies existingcondition (base) and faur scenarios. The analysis will compare between the assignment with emissioncost and the assignment without emission cost.Cimahi CihJ is study case for transportation improvements c.ause changes in the existing trafficnetwork Therefore, The scenarios are built high side friction reduction on arterial road (scenario 1)and building ringroad (scenario 2). These changes analyzed is reduction of v/c ratio as well as lengthof congested links. The first analysis is v/c ratio reduction all of scenario which compared with basecondition. The scenario 1 result create only 9 congested links with is the v/c ratio reduction of scenariobtj assignment with emission cost is 29% and withour emission cost is 26%. and scenario 2 (26%).In additional , the second scenario result achieve the best scenario bec.ause the v/c ratio reductionwithout cost is 31 % with 6 congested links and assignment with emission cost is 26% with 2congested links The result of both scenarios shJw that assignment with consideration vehicle emissioncost more efektif because provide more v/c ratio reduction and number of congested link reductions.Key words: traffic assignment, private c.ar, peak hour, emission.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tanggung jawab notaris dalam pembatalan akta otentik yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan substansi, dengan fokus pada kasus-kasus yang sudah terjadi. Pembatalan akta otentik yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan substansi dapat merugikan pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian. Dalam konteks ini, notaris memiliki tanggung jawab hukum untuk memastikan akta yang dibuatnya sah dan bebas dari kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab notaris serta implikasi hukum yang timbul akibat pembatalan akta otentik berdasarkan kesalahan substansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa notaris harus bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan substansi yang terjadi dalam akta otentik yang ditandatanganinya, serta pentingnya pengawasan dan penyuluhan untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan yang serupa di masa depan.
