Abstract

Rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi teknis seperti Motor Starter di SMK mendorong perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kontekstual. Augmented Reality (AR) muncul sebagai teknologi yang mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar imersif dengan menggabungkan objek virtual ke dalam lingkungan nyata secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis AR terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan publikasi ilmiah periode 2020–2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020. Pencarian dilakukan pada database Scopus menggunakan enam kombinasi kata kunci berbasis AR dan pembelajaran; dari 1.111 artikel yang teridentifikasi, diperoleh 50 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi melalui proses screening dan penilaian eligibility full-text. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi AR secara konsisten meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan effect size sedang hingga tinggi (d = 0,41–1,24); (2) AR efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar melalui pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan imersif; (3) efektivitas AR dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan pedagogis, desain aplikasi, dan karakteristik siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa AR merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, dan berpotensi besar untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran Motor Starter di SMK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the alignment between vocational high school graduates’ competencies and industry needs using a data mining approach. The research is motivated by the increasing gap between graduates’ skills and labor market demands in the era of rapid technological development. A quantitative method was employed, with data collected from 90 vocational high school students using a structured questionnaire. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and data mining classification techniques to identify patterns of alignment.The results show that graduates’ competencies have a positive and significant effect on alignment level, while industry needs have a significant but negative effect, indicating that increasing industry demands may reduce alignment if competencies are not improved. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence alignment, although the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.131) indicates a relatively low explanatory power. This suggests that other factors also contribute to alignment. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening competency-based education and enhancing collaboration between vocational schools and industry. The use of data mining provides a data-driven approach to better understand alignment patterns and support decision-making in curriculum development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di era digitalisasi. Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara kerja dan pola pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan, sehingga menuntut adanya adaptasi manajerial dalam pengelolaan guru sebagai elemen kunci dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi pada beberapa sekolah menengah. Hasil penelitian mencerminkan bahwa strategi manajemen SDM yang efektif mencakup pelatihan berbasis teknologi, sistem evaluasi kinerja digital, pemberdayaan guru melalui komunitas belajar daring, serta penerapan reward and punishment yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Selain itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner dan dukungan infrastruktur digital turut memperkuat implementasi strategi tersebut. Dengan manajemen SDM yang terarah dan inovatif, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan, baik dari segi kompetensi pedagogik maupun profesionalisme di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in aviation education, with a focus on improving technical and non-technical skills, implementation challenges, and transferring skills to the real world. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which collects and analyzes scientific articles related to the use of VR in flight training. The results show that VR is effective in improving technical skills, such as aircraft navigation and aircraft control, as well as non-technical skills, such as decision-making and team communication in emergency situations. However, the main challenges facing aviation education institutions are cost and infrastructure, although VR provides significant benefits in terms of training flexibility and reduced reliance on physical simulators. Additionally, while VR improves skills in simulation, the transfer of those skills to the real world still requires further evaluation. In conclusion, VR has great potential to optimize flight training, but it requires integration with hands-on training in the field to ensure effective skill transfer. The study also suggests further research to develop more adaptive and effective VR training models in the context of aviation education.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Industrial Work Practice, Discipline, and Vocational Interest on students’ work readiness in the Motorcycle Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 2 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative correlational design involving 72 twelfth-grade students selected using saturated sampling. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, simple regression, and multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that Industrial Work Practice had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (R² = 0.171; p < 0.05), Discipline demonstrated the strongest influence (R² = 0.390; p < 0.05), and Vocational Interest also significantly affected work readiness (R² = 0.122; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables contributed 59.2% to students’ work readiness. These findings indicate that practical industrial experience, strong discipline, and vocational interest are important factors in improving vocational students’ readiness to enter the workforce.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of vehicle body painting results is largely determined by the condition of the compressed air used during the spraying process. Compressor air containing water vapor can cause various surface defects such as blistering, pinholing, orange peel, and fisheye, which directly reduce the gloss level of the paint surface. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using a water trap in the compressor air system on improving painting quality, measured through gloss values using a gloss meter. A quantitative experimental method was employed with two treatment groups: painting without a water trap and painting with a water trap, each tested three times. Results showed that the average gloss value without a water trap was 98 GU, while with a water trap it was 103.33 GU, representing an increase of 5.44%. An independent t-test revealed a significant difference (t = 7.99; Sig. = 0.001 0.05). It is concluded that the use of a water trap significantly improves painting quality by enhancing the atomization process through reduced moisture content in compressed air.Keywords: Water trap, Gloss meter, Painting, Compressor Air, Atomization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Practical learning fundamentally requires support from a student-centered approach, one of which is through the application of inquiry-based learning. This model emphasizes stages of activity such as problem identification, question formulation, investigation, data processing, and drawing structured conclusions. However, in the implementation of practical work in the Diesel Engine course, the learning tools used still do not integrate a specific learning model. This results in students primarily following procedural work steps without actively engaging in the investigation process or developing critical thinking skills. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of developing a practical module based on the inquiry model to address the gap between the expected practical learning conditions and the reality encountered in the field. The method used in this study was Research and Development (R&D) with a Four-D (4D) development model limited to the development stage. The resulting product is an inquiry-based practical module structured following the stages of orientation, problem identification, hypothesis formulation, data collection, hypothesis testing, and conclusion drawing. Based on the validity test results, the developed practical module obtained an Aiken's V score of 0.958333333 for the material aspect, 0.955882353 for the inquiry construct aspect, 0.972222222 for the language aspect, and 0.902777778 for the practical module presentation aspect, all of which are considered valid. Therefore, the developed inquiry-based practical module is deemed suitable for use as a practical learning tool in the Diesel Engine course.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of education, which still faces challenges related to the effectiveness of principals’ leadership styles and the support of school committees in the implementation of education. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of principals’ leadership styles and school committee support on improving the quality of education in Cluster 2 of Bilah Hulu District, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design. The population consisted of 168 public elementary school teachers, with a sample of 50 respondents selected proportionally. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the instruments used met the criteria of validity and reliability, and there is a strong and significant relationship among the variables. Partially, both the principals’ leadership style and school committee support have a significant effect on the quality of education. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 72.2% to the improvement of educational quality. Thus, it can be concluded that the more effective the principal’s leadership style and the higher the level of school committee support, the greater the improvement in educational quality. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang masih menghadapi kendala terkait efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dukungan komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dukungan komite sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Bilah Hulu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah 168 guru SD Negeri dengan sampel 50 responden yang diambil secara proporsional. Data  dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, serta terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antarvariabel. Secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dukungan komite sekolah terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 72,2% terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin efektif gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan semakin tinggi dukungan komite sekolah, maka mutu pendidikan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Masih banyak guru yang belum mampu menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif pada siswa. Selain itu, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi siswa belajar mandiri berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa Media Pembelajaran Interaktif pada mata pelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan IDI (Instruksional Development Institute) yang terdiri atas tahapan define, develop, dan evaluate. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis statistic kualitatif dan kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian yaitu validitas media pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan sangat valid pada aspek materi dengan total nilai validitas adalah 0.80, sedangkan pada aspek media valid dengan total nilai 0.86. Praktikalitas Media Pembelajaran Interaktif berdasarkan respon guru setelah melalui uji coba dinyatakan praktis dengan total nilai 91.78%, sedangkan berdasarkan respon siswa setelah melalui uji coba dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan total nilai 80.21%, Efektifitas Media Pembelajaran Interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dengan setelah menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif dapat membantu siswa belajar secara mandiri.
