Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy training on improvingthe self-concept of seventh grade students of SMP Plus Ihya’ul Ulum Muntilan.This research is true experimental design research with pretest-posttest controlgroup design. Research subject were selected using simple random sampling. Thesamples taken were 22 students consisting of 11 students as the experimental group and 11 students as the control group. The method of data collection is done by using a self-concept questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogenity test. Data analysis used One Way Anova Parametric Statistical analysiswith the help of SPSS version 25.The result showed that self-efficacy training had an effect on increasing students’self-concept. This is evidenced by the result of the One Way Anova Parametric Statisticstest with a probability value of sig. (2-tailed) 0,004 < 0,05. Based on the result of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the student self-concept questionnaire between the experimental group by 12% and the control group by 4%. The result of the study can be concluded that there is an effect of self-efficacytraining to improve students’ self-concept.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling with Cinema Therapy-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to reduce the decadence of adolescent moral behavior. This research is a pure experimental research using a model Pretest-PosttestControl Group Design.The subjects of this study were selected randomly. The samplestaken in this study were 10 adolescents consisting of 5 adolescents as the experimentalgroup and 5 adolescents as the control group. The data collection method was carried outusing a decadence questionnaire of adolescent moral behavior. The data analysis methodused in this study namely by using One way Anova Parametric Statistical analysis withthe help of SPSS For Windows version 24. The results showed that the group counselingapproach Cognitive Behavior Therapy Based on Cinema Therapyeffective in reducing thedecadence of adolescent moral behavior. This is evidenced by the results of the One-wayANOVA Parametric Statistics test with a probability of sig. (2-tailed) 0.007 <0.05. Basedon the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score ofthe decadence questionnaire on adolescent moral behavior between the experimentalgroup and thethe average value (9.18%) which is higher than the control group with anaverage increase (5.59%). The results of the study can be concluded that groupcounselingCinema Therapy-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach is effective inreducing the decadence of adolescent moral behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling behavioral aversion techniques and cognitive dispute for smoking behavior. This research is an experimental study. The research used is Quasi Experiment. using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design method with one treatment. The study used 2 groups, namely experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 as a comparison. In determining the sample group, researchers used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely the sample that had been determined. In this study, teenagers smoked. The results of the prerequisite test show that the data is normally distributed and has a homogeneous variance and the results of the analysis through the ANOVA test have a significance result of 0.000, which means less than 0.05, the conclusion is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis, the cognitive dispute group counseling and aversion technique have an effect on reducing smoking behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's independence throughOut Bound activities for 4-5 years group A in BA. Al-Kautsar TIDAR Islamic BoardingSchool in Magelang City using the CAR (Classroom Action Research) method. This typeuses 2 cycles with stages including planning, implementation, observation and reflectionstages. The research subjects were students of group A in BA. Al-Kautsar, totaling 12children consisting of 5 girls and 7 boys. The data collection method uses non-test in theform of observation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can beconcluded that the increased independence skills of child A in BA. Al-Kautsar can beimproved through circuit games. The increase that occurs can be seen from the researchstage, namely observations made during pre-action, implementation of actions in cycle Iand cycle II. his is indicated by the results achieved by the subject from the initialconditions or before the increased independence ability action was carried out in the lowcategory. Group A in BA. Al-Kautsar experienced an increase in increased independenceskills from pre-cycle by 441,1% , increased in cycle I to 65,9% and increased to 87,2% incycle II. From these results it can be seen that the increased independence skills ofchildren have reached the success criteria expected by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how group counseling with self-management approaches affects self-identity in students in class VIII D at SMP N 1 Kranggan. This is a quantitative research method. Experimental research is the name given to this type of study. A pre-experimental one group pretest posttest was used in this study's design. SMP N 1 Kranggan Kab. Temanggung in class VIII D hosted the implementation of this study. The participants in this study were eight eighth-grade students from SMP N 1 Kranggan who had a low sense of self-identity. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A posttest was given to 8 students who had a low level of self-identity and were given group counseling treatment using the Self Management technique. The Paired Sample T-test was then used to test the results. The significance results show that 0.123 is greater than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that group counseling with Self Management techniques has an effect on increasing students' self-identity after treatment with Self Management techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan penggunaan media buku cerita bergambar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca AUD kelompok B dalam pembelajaran PAUD. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di Lembaga RA Nurul Haq Kalisabuk memang untuk pemahaman huruf dan cara membaca huruf menjadi kata, anak masih kurang bersemangat, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawacara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru, kepala TK, dan tenaga kependidikan. Kemudian data dicek keabsahannya melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Adapun analisis data menggunakan alur Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpualan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu a) data yang muncul berwujud kata-kata dan bukan rangkaian angka, b) Data itu mungkin telah dikumpulkan aneka macam cara (observasi, wawancara, intisari dokumen dan pita rekaman) dan yang biasa diproses kira-kira sebelum siap digunakan, c) Melalui pencatatan, pengetikan dan alih-tulis, tetapi analisis kuaitatif tetap menggunakan kata- kata yang biasanya disusun kedalam teks yang diperluas. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat teori-teori kemampuan membaca AUD kelompok B dalam pembelajaran PAUD

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Strengthening the family economy is carried out to reduce poverty levels and improve the welfare of the community. Strengthening the economy in a region is expected to increase community productivity. Strengthening the family and regional economy can be done by using the concept of a smart economy, which combines sustainable, environmentally friendly and innovative economic approaches, including high-productivity economies, global economic growth, competition, economic progress, economic prosperity, innovation, sustainable employment, and the digital economy. The purpose of this community service is to increase the insight of Doyan Ngemil Chips Business Owners about how to innovate and be creative in marketing their products by utilizing the availability of human resources and raw material resources available in the community as well as utilizing website-based information technology in promoting and marketing their products. The training methods used are tutorial methods, question and answer methods, and practice methods. The result of this service is that the participants understand the material that has been presented by the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic Service Team and can use/practice how to use the Website application properly. Conclusion: This training activity ran smoothly and according to what was planned. If in the future there are obstacles or shortcomings in the application that has been made, the team from the Police will discuss with the participants to correct the existing shortcomings.  Keywords: Digital Economy; Family Economy; Innovation; Marketing; Smart Economy   ABSTRAK Penguatan ekonomi keluarga dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraaan masyrakat. Penguatan perekonomian di suatu daerah diharapkan akan meningkatan produktivitas masyarakat. Penguatan ekonomi keluarga dan daerah bisa dilakuan dengan menggunakan Konsep ekonomi cerdas yaitu menggabungkan pendekatan ekonomi berkelanjutan, ramah lingkungan dan inovatif, termasuk ekonomi dengan produktivitas tinggi, pertumbuhan ekonomi global, persaingan, kemajuan ekonomi, kemakmuran ekonomi, inovasi, lapangan kerja berkelanjutan, dan ekonomi digital.  Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini adalah menambah wawasan Pemilik Usaha Keripik Doyan Ngemil mengenai cara berinovasi dan berkreativas dalam memasarkan produk-produknya dengan memanfaatkan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya  bahan-bahan baku yang tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis website dalam mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk-produknya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah metode tutorial, metode tanya jawab, metode praktik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah para peserta mengerti tentang materi yang telah dipaparkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya dan dapat menggunakan/mempraktekkan cara menggunakan aplikasi Website dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan. Apabila dikemudian hari ada kendala atau kekurangan pada aplikasi yang sudah dibuat maka Tim dari Polsri akan melakukan diskusi dengan para peserta untuk memperbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada. Abstract

Lead is a heavy metal that is naturally available in nature. As technology develops, many people use lead in various fields, thereby increasing the presence of lead in the environment, one of the uses of lead is in fuel. If humans are exposed to lead continuously, it will accumulate and cause health problems. One job that is vulnerable to lead exposure is fuel filling operators. The aim of this study was to measure the amount of lead in the blood of fueling operators and observe health problems that arise. Descriptive research method describes a particular observation that occurred. Researchers collect information on various events and observations to use as a starting point for analysis. Sampling used the quota sampling technique, namely determining the sample size from the population of refueling workers by looking at the specified criteria and the number of samples taken was 10 probands. Analysis of lead levels in the blood uses an atomic absorption spectrophotometer and the results in the form of lead levels in the blood are analyzed descriptively and presented in table form and narrated by looking at the results of the questionnaire that has been obtained. The results obtained were that the lowest level of lead in the blood of a gas station operator was 0.04 µg/dL and the highest lead level was 1.35 µg/dL. Description of blood lead levels of fuel operators on Jalan Veteran Surakarta do not exceed the limit, namely less than 10 µg/dL according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), with the most frequently felt symptom being work fatigue.

Abstract

Pesticides can enter the body through inhalation, so to find out poisoning or exposure to pesticides in the body, it is necessary to check Cholinesterase levels. The accumulation of pesticides in the liver triggers an increase in the number of free radicals and results in damage to hepatocyte cells and increases SGPT levels. The purpose of this study was to the levels of cholinesterase and SGPT in farmers who use pesticides. The research metodes, This type of analytic observational research with a cross-sectional study design. Total sample of 20 people selected by quota sampling. The results showed that the cholinesterase levels of the respondents were obtained between 6985 U/L to 12489 U/ and the SGPT levels of 19 respondents were 4 U/L – 42 U/L and 1 respondent had SGPT levels of 52 U/L. The cholinesterase levels of 20 respondents were within normal limits, namely less than 12920 U/L, while the SGPT levels of 19 respondents were within normal limits of less than 59 U/L and 1 respondent exceeded the normal limits of more than 50 U/L.

Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan manusia yang di dalamnya terdapat suatu perbuatan yang mendidik dan ditujukan untuk generasi penerus. Tujuan pendidikan karakter adalah untuk melatih perbaikan diri individu secara terus menerus dan melatih keterampilan pribadi untuk menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik.  Penerapan pendekatan yang tepat dan disesuaikan dengan potensi anak menciptakan lingkungan yang optimal untuk pendidikan karakter Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah model pembelajaran Sentra atau BCCT. Model sentral merupakan model pendidikan yang didasarkan pada konsep bermain sebagai jalur untuk mendidik. Sentra merupakan wadah abstrak dimana guru menyediakan banyak rangkaian kegiatan untuk anak-anak bermain dan BCCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) adalah salah satu pendekatannya belajar melalui pusat dan lingkaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pendidikan karakter anak usia dini melalui model pembelajaran sentra dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dari artikel yang telah diterbitkan oleh peneliti terdahulu.
