The background of this research is related to some students who are less than optimal in doing the tasks given, and during the learning process there are some students who are not active in the learning process. Students are less motivated in learning and making assignments because Islamic Religious Education teachers very rarely use strategies that can generate student learning motivation. One of them is seen from the number of students who are bored in getting the material presented from educators because educators are very monotonous when delivering the material. In addition, the use of learning strategies that are less as a result, students easily feel bored and their achievement in learning decreases. The atmosphere in learning has not been conditioned when the teacher gives assignments, this is something that every educator must pay attention to. How to use learning strategies that please students, so that their interest in learning is getting better and they are able to know the material presented by the teacher. Therefore, the creativity of an educator in teaching is needed in students. This research is located in SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari, Agam district with the object of the problem, namely the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Motivating Students to Do Assignments at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, in collecting data the researchers used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher used steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's strategy to increase student motivation in doing assignments at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari has been going quite well according to the target, the strategy given by the teacher with the method and way of delivering it. Such as by giving praise, appreciation, and motivation that can build students. This research is motivated by the competence of the teacher to form different perceptions for students, so that the perceptions given in the learning process, especially pedagogic competencies, affect learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to find out more about students' perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence and student learning outcomes in PAI learning and to find out the correlation between students' perceptions of teacher pedagogical competencies and student learning outcomes in PAI learning at SMP Qur'an Al-Zamriyah Lima District. Twenty Cities.This type of research is correlational quantitative research, which is a research that investigates whether there is a correlation between two or more variables. The population in this study were students of the Qur'an Al-Zamriyah Junior High School, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, which amounted to 113 people with a research sample of 53 people consisting of class VII, VIII and class IX students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire/questionnaire for students' perceptions of the teacher's pedagogic competence and documentation for student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique that the author uses is descriptive data analysis, prerequisite analysis test in the form of data normality test and linearity test. Then test the hypothesis using the Product Moment Correlation formula.The results showed that students' perceptions of the teacher's pedagogic competence were included in the "good" category, with the percentage of achievement being 84.56%. Meanwhile, for student learning outcomes in PAI learning are included in the "good enough" category based on their position in the table list of categories of student learning outcomes with an average (mean) of 88.19. The results of this study also show that there is a correlation between students' perceptions of teacher pedagogical competence and student learning outcomes in PAI learning at SMP Qur'an Al-Zamriyah, Lima Puluh Kota Regency with a correlation coefficient value of 0.468 with a "strong enough" level of relationship. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the class X history teacher at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan. The author concludes that teachers have not maximized the use of technology in learning that tend to use blackboard media, besides that many teaching aids from history learning are damaged. What makes students only rely on verbal learning from the teacher, so students feel bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. Therefore, the authors design learning media based on Augmented Reality so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an Augmented Reality-based supporting media design that is valid, practical and effective. Research on the design of Augmented Reality-based historical learning media at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept. , design (design), material collection (material collection), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). The product test used in this study is the validity test using the Aiken's V statistical formula, the practicality test using the kappa moment, and the effectiveness test using the Richard R. Hake statistical formula (G-Score). The resulting product is a history learning application created using Unity 3D 2019.1.9f1(64-bit). The results of the product test that the author did get a validity test from 3 validators getting a value of 0.94 with a valid category, the practicality test from 3 history teachers getting a value of 0.95 with a very high category, and the effective test of 10 students getting a score of 0 ,84 with effective category. This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that are still low, and students lack the courage to express their opinions, namely to find out whether students' learning outcomes of computer and network engineering by applying think pair share type cooperative learning model are better than students' computer and network engineering learning outcomes without apply a cooperative learning model of think pair share type for class X students of SMK IT Agus Susanto. This research is an experimental research. The population of this study were students of class X TKJ SMK IT Agus Susano in the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Selected class X TKJ 1 as the Experiment class and class TKJ 2 as the Control class. The instrument used is a final test in the form of an essay to test the hypothesis using a t-test before being tested for normality and tested for homogeneity with test reliability r_11 = 0.860. The final test analysis showed that both samples were normally distributed and homogeneous. The statistical test used for hypothesis testing is the one-party t-test. The results of hypothesis testing obtained t_count = 0.988 Greater than t_table = 1.676, because t_count> t_table, the research hypothesis is accepted with a 95% confidence interval. Thus, it is accepted that students' learning outcomes of computer and network engineering applying think pair share type cooperative learning model are better than students' computer and network engineering learning outcomes applying think pair share cooperative learning model class X TKJ SMK IT Agus Susanto, West Pasaman Regency. This research was conducted from the problems that the authors found during observations at SMAN 4 Pariaman which so far the teacher has not maximized the use of technology in ICT learning, students only rely on verbal learning from the teacher, so students get bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. . Therefore, the author designed Adobe Animate-based learning media so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce a design for supporting ICT learning media based on Adobe Animate that is valid, practical and effective. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection). ), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution). And the product test carried out in this research is the validity test given to lecturers who are field experts or field experts, practicality tests are carried out by ICT subject teachers and effectiveness tests are given to students at SMAN 4 Pariaman class XI. Based on the results of product testing that has been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.78 which is declared valid, for the practicality test, the average value is 0.75 which is declared high practicality and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained. the average is 0.91 which is declared high effectiveness. The development of computer technology today has provided all information quickly and with a high degree of accuracy, so that its use extends to other fields, especially education. The educational process, if equipped with information technology that suits your needs, will provide convenience in the world of education itself. Especially at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi, there are still many students and prospective students who have problems in determining and choosing majors, with minimal provisions, some students are already registered, they just know the major they are taking and other majors, because of this discrepancy, some students want to change majors, drop out of school, and repeat because the major they choose does not match their interests or abilities, this problem will waste their youth time . This is what lies behind the author to design a fee system, majors at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi based on test results using the PHP programming language. Learning to use WhatsApp media in the form of an unstable network connection, allowing students to be late in sending their assignments. Students sometimes do not focus on learning because they are busy opening other applications. Students sometimes do not understand the learning material given by the teacher because of the lack of explanation given by the teacher. As a result of students not understanding the learning material, it also has an impact on student delays in collecting the given assignments and on the results of daily tests students do not reach the KKM. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique that is considered by researchers when taking samples with characteristics. The type of research used is correlational. Correlational research is aresearch conducted to determine the relationship of a variable with other variables. The type of research instrument is a questionnaire or questionnaire. To test the data using SPSS 22. The technique of filling in the data is using a questionnaire. The tests carried out were validity, reliability, normality test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and R square test to see the effect of using WhatsApp on student learning outcomes. Theresult of the value of sig. (2-tailed) each variable X and Y that is <0.05. Judging from the value of rcount > rtable, the rtable value is 0.312. For the results of the reliability test, the X variable has Cronbach's alpha > 0.06. The value of X variable is 0.653 so it is said to be reliable. This shows that the instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that can be used to determine the effect of variable X. After processing, the R2 value is0.765, which means that the variable using WhatsApp has a strong influence on student learning outcomes or 76.5%.

The research was conducted because the author found several problems at SMK N 1 RAO SELATANduring the learning process of 2-dimensional animation subjects. Among them are still limited learning media used in 2-dimensional animation learning, namely "still in the form of modules and no application-based learning media, and many students who do not understand the material presented. From this problem, the researchers designed learning media using Autoplay on the subject of 2- dimensional animation at SMKN 1 RAO SELATAN KAB. PASAMAN is valid, practical, and effective. The results of the media learning in the form of a desktop application can provide benefits to students where students can study anywhere and anytime by only using a laptop/PC. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D research model with the stages of define, design, development, and dissemination. In the Development stage, the media development stage is carried out using Auto play. The model of media development used in this research is Luther-Sutopo's version of MDLC (Multimedia Development life cycle), which consists of 6 stages, namely conceptualization, design, material collection, manufacturing process, testing and distribution. The results of this study are exe products with a validity test result of 0.80 which is declared valid, a practicality test result is 0.91 which is stated to be very practical, and an effective test result is 0.88 and is declared very effective. With these results it can be guaranteed that with this Auto play learning media it is valid, practical, and effective.

This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the quality of madrasa education in the digital era. Madrasa education in the digital era has brought changes in various aspects of people's lives, including education. Various kinds of challenges, advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the teaching and learning process become the thoughts of teachers and education stakeholders to be able to participate in realizing national education goals. The research method used is a literature review method related to the transformation of education in the digital ear with various studies sourced from references from books, journal articles and other sources that support this paper. The results show that improving the quality of education is a top priority in all educational institutions including madrasas, to achieve quality education, efforts can be made by planning curriculum, improving the quality of teachers/educators, costs and infrastructure to produce the best graduates who can face educational challenges. in the digital era and accepted by society.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan solusi tentang Tantangan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Era 4.0 (Era Digital) yang secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung telah memberikan banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan khususnya pendidikan agama Islam salah satunya muncul metode pembelajaran daring/e-learning di dunia pendidikan. Era ini yang melahirkan fenomena disruption yang menuntun dunia pendidikan agama Islam untuk turut menyesuaikan diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang mana sumber data baik primer maupun sekunder diperoleh dari buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal dan makalah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan agama Islam kini dihadapkan pada tantangan, problem, tuntutan, dan kebutuhan baru yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan dan inovasi terhadap sistem, tata kelola, kurikulum, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, budaya, etos kerja, dan lain-lainnya. Jika tidak, pendidikan agama Islam akan semakin tertinggal dan usang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dicari langkah/solutif kongkrit agar dapat mengaplikasikan istilah ilmu amali amal ilmi.
