Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) inoculum produced using various nutrient fortification methods for Desmanthus virgatus plants in helping to cope with salinity stress. This study was conducted at the Agrostology Laboratory of IPB University with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial Pattern 5 x 3 with 8 replications. Factor A was types of AMF, namely AMF without administration (JM0), commercial/superior AMF (JMU), AMF fortified with AB Mix 1000 ppm (JM1), AMF fortified with AB Mix 2000 ppm (JM2), and AMF fortified with AB Mix 3000 ppm (JM3). Factor B was levels of soil salinity, namely control soil (JT0), medium saline soil (JT1), and high saline soil (JT2). Each plant was given 20 g of AMF, compost, and NPK fertilizers. Both plants without AMF and with AMF were given different doses of fertilizer, namely 100% dose and 50% dose. The results showed that inoculation of JMU, JM1, JM2 and JM3 had the same AMF colonization consistency in JT0, JT1 and JT2. AMF inoculation of JMU, JM1, JM2, and JM3 effectively increased (p<0.05) the vertical height of Desmanthus virgatus on high saline soil (JT2). The production of dry weight of JM3 shoots on high saline soil (JT2) was the highest (p<0.05) among other treatments. Leaf chlorophyll of JMU, JM1, JM2, and JM3 in control soil (JT0) was significantly higher than JM0, but it was not significantly different in medium saline soil (JT1) and high saline soil (JT2). AMF inoculation with JMU, JM1, JM2, and JM3 effectively reduced leaf proline content in highly saline soil (JT2), while salinity significantly (p<0.05) increased the leaf proline levels of Desmanthus virgatus. The conclusion was that AMF could increase the productivity of Desmanthus virgatus legumes on high-salinity soil. Desmanthus virgatus has an acceptable tolerance level on medium and high saline soils. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi JM3 (result of AB Mix 3000 ppm fortification) has a better production ability than JM1, JM2, and JMU on high saline soil. Key words: forage crops, marginal land, legumes

Abstract

Buildings must be designed to be earthquake resistant for the safety and comfort of its users. This study evaluates the green building structure of the Bandung Institute of Technology using the Pushover Analysis method with an evacuation route case study. The ITSB building has one evacuation access point in the form of a main staircase which is quite open so that it is dangerous if an earthquake or fire occurs. Therefore, the evacuation route needs to be reviewed in terms of structural resilience with the Pushover Analysis method and from the safety side with the safety regulations of the evacuation route. The formulation of the problem in this study is the potential for plastic hinges on the evacuation route which can endanger the evacuation process due to the limited evacuation route. This study itself aims to determine the potential area of ??plastic joints in the ITSB Building obtained from Pushover Analysis. The Pushover Analysis method is carried out by providing a structured lateral load simulation which is then gradually increased to determine the displacement shape of a building structure. Pushover analysis itself in this study is used to obtain information on which parts have the potential to experience plastic joints. This is because plastic hinges are a form of melting or weakening of the structure on the parts of the structural elements that cause the structure to fail to maintain its strength. From the modeling simulation results with the Pushover Analysis method, it was found that the distribution of plastic hinges could endanger building users to evacuate. Data from Pushover Analysis shows that from the plastic hinge distribution mechanism that occurs, the first melting occurs on the landing beam ladder. Where the stairs are the main access to the evacuation route in the ITSB building. To determine the steps to prevent structural damage, a special evaluation is carried out in the area of ??the staircase structure regarding the structural resistance of the staircase area where plastic hinges occur and an evaluation of the comfort and safety of the ladder structure. access stairs during evacuation. The results of data processing indicate that in terms of structural durability, the ladder structure must be strengthened in areas where there are plastic hinges. And in terms of evacuation safety, it is necessary to add a special emergency ladder for disaster evacuation routes.

Abstract.This study iams to determine how the deviation of the sharia principle in the implementation of the murabahah contract in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. This study is a library research. The results of the study concluded that the deviation of the sharia principle In the murabahah contract in Indonesia can occur in several forms such as (1) non-transparent pricing, (2) involvement in usury practices, (3) lack of supervision. The casual factors are the lack of understanding of sharia principles, pressure to increase profits and lack of supervision of Islamic banks. Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyimpangan prinsip syariah dalam implementasi akad murabahah pada lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penyimpangan prinsip syariah dalam akad murabahah di Indonesia dapat terjadi dalam beberapa bentuk seperti: (1) penentuan harga yang tidak transparan (2) keterlibatan dalam praktik riba (3) kurangnya pengawasan. Adapun faktor penyebabnya adalah: kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip syariah, tekanan untuk meningkatkan laba serta kurangnya pengawasan terhadap bank syariah.

Abstract

Abstract. This study iams to determine how the structural analysis and development of the national banking system in Indonesia. This study ia s library research. In this study, the author uses previous journal to answer research questions. The result of the study concluded that the national banking system in Indonesia experienced significant structural changes, especially after the implementation of the 1988 patch. These changes include the growth of banking networks, increased credit provision, and mobilization of public funds. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis struktural dan perkembangan sistem perbankan nasional di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Abstract

Abstract. Islamic banking in Indonesia, while integral to the financial system, still faces challenges in customer protection related to regulations and the implementation of sharia principles. This research aims to reconstruct the legal framework for customer protection by analyzing the alignment between national regulations and sharia principles. The findings indicate a need for better integration between national law and maqashid sharia, including improvements in dispute resolution mechanisms, transparency of contracts, and strengthening oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board. The goal is to create a more just and sustainable protection system for customers of Islamic banking. Abstrak. perbankan syariah di Indonesia, meskipun integral dalam sistem keuangan, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam perlindungan nasabah terkait regulasi dan implementasi prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi kerangka hukum perlindungan nasabah dengan menganalisis kesesuaian peraturan nasional dan prinsip syariah. Hasilnya menunjukkan perlunya integrasi yang lebih baik antara hukum nasional dan maqashid syariah, termasuk perbaikan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa, transparansi akad, dan penguatan pengawasan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan sistem perlindungan yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan bagi nasabah perbankan syariah.

Abstract. Legal protection for customers is an important aspect in the banking system, both conventional and sharia. The weaker position of customers compared to banks poses a risk of loss if there are no clear regulations and protection mechanisms. The low legal awareness of customers and the weak existing legal framework add to this vulnerability. Therefore, law enforcement and regulatory improvements are needed to protect customer rights. In sharia banking, legal protection must also be in accordance with sharia principles in order to create justice and security. This protection needs to be preventive through legal education and transparency of information, not just reactive when security occurs. Thus, a fair, accountable, and sustainable banking system can be built. Abstrak. Perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah merupakan aspek penting dalam sistem perbankan, baik konvensional maupun syariah. Posisi nasabah yang lebih lemah dibandingkan bank menimbulkan risiko kerugian jika tidak ada regulasi dan mekanisme perlindungan yang jelas. Rendahnya kesadaran hukum nasabah serta lemahnya kerangka hukum yang ada menambah kerentanan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penegakan hukum dan perbaikan regulasi sangat diperlukan untuk melindungi nasabah hak-hak. Dalam perbankan syariah, perlindungan hukum juga harus sesuai dengan prinsip syariah agar tercipta keadilan dan keamanan. Perlindungan ini perlu bersifat preventif melalui edukasi hukum dan transparansi informasi, tidak hanya reaktif saat penjagaan terjadi. Dengan demikian, sistem perbankan yang adil, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan dapat dibangun.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through training in the use of digital media and artificial intelligence (AI) for teachers at SDN 1 Labu Api, West Lombok. The program was initiated due to the limited use of digital media and AI in English language teaching, which has resulted in low student engagement and learning effectiveness. Activities include needs analysis, intensive training, classroom mentoring, and program evaluation. Teachers are introduced to various platforms such as Canva, Quizizz, YouTube Edu, Duolingo, and ChatGPT to improve teaching practices and student engagement. Evaluation results show a significant increase in digital literacy, confidence, and teachers' ability to create interactive teaching materials. Post-training observations revealed a shift toward more innovative and technology-integrated teaching methods. The program also fostered a collaborative culture among teachers and sparked sustainable changes in classroom dynamics. Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan penting dalam mengelola keuangan dan mengambil keputusan investasi yang tepat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya (UMPR) mengenai literasi keuangan dan investasi pasar modal. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi melalui penyampaian materi oleh dosen UMPR dan narasumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Kalimantan Tengah, sesi tanya jawab, serta simulasi transaksi pasar modal menggunakan aplikasi demo BEI. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di kantor BEI Kalimantan Tengah pada 10 Maret 2025 dengan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dan dosen. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang konsep dasar pasar modal, instrumen investasi, risiko dan keuntungan investasi, serta cara membuka rekening efek. Mahasiswa juga diarahkan untuk berinvestasi secara tunai dan memahami pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang bertanggung jawab. Kesimpulannya, literasi keuangan dan investasi pasar modal yang diberikan melalui kegiatan ini dapat membekali mahasiswa untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang cerdas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The success of Arabic language education in Islamic higher education largely depends on a deep understanding of the challenges faced by learners. This study critically explores the perceptions of fourth-semester students in the Arabic Language Education program at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Kerinci regarding the difficulties of learning Arabic as a foreign language, using a constructivist approach. Employing a phenomenological method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focused group discussions. The findings reveal that students face not only linguistic challenges such as the complexity of Arabic grammar (nahwu) and phonology but also significant affective barriers: learning trauma from past experiences, language anxiety, and a sense of meaninglessness resulting from rote-oriented instruction. A misalignment between instructional approaches and learners’ experiential needs exacerbates these issues. Surprisingly, some students demonstrated resilience and learning creativity through informal study communities and self-directed digital learning. The constructivist perspective highlights how students reconstruct meaning within institutional limitations. This study underscores the urgent need for curriculum reform, teacher training grounded in psychopedagogical awareness, and the empowerment of learner agency. Future research should explore the role of technology and locally contextualized instructional design in promoting more transformative and engaging Arabic language learning experiences.

Abstract

This study analyzes the handling of child drug cases, specifically the case of AA in Desa Tambe, Bima Regency. While Indonesian regulations emphasize rehabilitation and restorative justice, implementation is hampered by various factors, including inconsistencies in regulations, a lack of training for law enforcement officers, limited rehabilitation facilities, and weak inter-agency coordination. This study, employing a normative juridical method and a statutory approach, finds that a child-centered and restorative approach is crucial. Recommendations include harmonizing regulations, training law enforcement, improving rehabilitation facilities, and strengthening collaboration among agencies and the community to create a system that truly protects and rehabilitates children involved in drug abuse
