ABSTRAKÂ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Kepribadian dengan Kecerdasan Interpersonal. Dalam hal ini kepribadian di bedakan menjadi 4, yaitu kepribadian Phlegmatis, Kepribadian Melankolis, Kepribadian Sanguin, dan Kepribadian Koleris.Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak Desa Tanjung Limau Kecamatan Muara Badak Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 75 siswa kelas XI. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dimana peneliti mengambil kelas XI karena siswa kelas tersebut sudah lebih mengenal teman-temannya dibanding kelas X.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian dengan kecerdasan interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepribadian dengan kecerdasan interpersonal. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Â nilai korelasi (r) 0,017 dengan taraf Â siginfikansi sebesar 0,882 ( P > 0.05).Â ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between personality with interpersonal intelligence. In this case the personality is divided into 4, namely Plegmatis personality, Melancholy Personality, sanguin personality, koleris personality.The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak Desa Tanjung LImau Kecamatan Muara Badak Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. The subject of this study is 75 students of class XI. Sampling in this research using Purposive Sampling technique where researcher take class XI because student of that class have more know her friends compared with class x.Data analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation to know the relationship between personality with interpersonal intelligence. The results showed no signifikan relationship between personality with interpersonal intelligence. This is indicated by the correlation value (r) 0.017 with the siginfikansi level of 0.882 (P> 0.05).

The purpose of this research is to identification the availability of Vibrio sp. Bacteria on black tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) in Tarakan ponds. Sample was used in this research are shrimp taken from three location of ponds. Shrimp collected On each location of ponds,. Data was collected showing in descriptive form that is analyzing Vibrio sp. bacteria emerge in black tiger. If isolation of bacteria grown on 1,5 % TSA medium and then purified on same medium. Vibrio identification has done by several test, they are Gram test, catalase test, oxidase test, motility test, O/F test, TSIA and glucose test. Data of identification arrange on table, then analyzed by described it based water parameter such are temperature, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), pH, Salinity and Ammonia. This research result shows the availability of Vibrio sp. on each ponds shrimp. Keywords: Vibrio sp., Tarakan, Ponds, Penaeus Monodon.

Evaluasi Produksi Alat Mekanis pada Unit Crushing Plant di PT TOP Kabupaten Mempawah Kalimantan Barat Firman

TOP is a mining company in granodiorite located in Mempawah Regency with a production target of 150 tons per day. Mining activities are carried out by blasting which are transported using a Dump Truck to be sent to the Crushing Plant unit to be processed according to size. The processing of granodiorite in the Crushing Plant unit consists of two stages, namely Primary crushing and Secondary crushing. The tools used are 1 unit of primary crushing (Jaw Crusher) and 1 unit of Secondary crushing (Cone Crusher). The use of crushing equipment is supported by equipment such as hoppers, feeders, screening and belt conveyors. This series of processing produces production in the form of stone ash, 1x1 mm, 1x2 mm, and 0.5 mm. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate the achievement of granodiorite production targets at PT. TOP and knowing the factors that hinder the performance of the crushing plant tool. The results of the evaluation of production on belt conveyors 11,12,13, and 14 are in accordance with the production target at PT. TOP, but the production target is not optimal. For this reason, the company can increase production targets without add a belt conveyor to the Crushing Plant unit. while the factors that hinder the performance of the crushing plant are the slow handling of the damaged crushing plant machine, the material size is too large.

The Social Security Administrative Body or abbreviated as BPJS is a social security program that has a legal entity. It is a form of guarantee formed by the government to ensure that all people can fulfill their basic needs. BPJS in Indonesia implements a national social security system based on the principles of humanity, benefits, and social justice for all Indonesian people. The purpose of holding BPJS is to provide guarantees that meet the basic needs of a decent life for every participant and family member. The good or bad service quality of a puskesmas will be determined and have a direct impact on the participants. If the puskesmas has good service, the participants will be satisfied, and the quality of service will be good and the puskesmas has a good image in the community, and vice versa. The good or bad quality of puskesmas services can be determined by the views of patients or service user participants who visit the puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction of independent BPJS patients with services at the Mpunda Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive study design. Researchers only observe without treating the object to be studied, as well as by describing the state of the environment under study. The sample of this study were BPJS Mandiri participants with a total sample of 179 people. Sampling was carried out by taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the results of the study, it was found that BPJS Mandiri Puskesmas Mpunda patients were dissatisfied with the structural components, namely the availability of officers, service schedules, drug availability, room cleanliness, room comfort, completeness of facilities and availability of information facilities. BPJS independent patients at the Mpunda Health Center were dissatisfied with the process components, namely waiting time for registration, officer explanations, officer inspections, officer attitudes, service speed, officer responsiveness, system availability and complaints. Independent BPJS patients at the Mpunda Health Center are dissatisfied with the services provided by the Mpunda Health Center, Bima City

Measuring the performance of Maternal and Child Health services is one of the key elements of the hospital which is an evaluation process as well as an obligation for the hospital every certain period. As a health service facility, performance is important to measure considering that MCH services include mandatory basic medical services. In order to analyze the performance of the Mokoyurli General Hospital, a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is needed as a measuring tool. The problem of MCH in Indonesia is also a priority for the government. Maternal, Neonatal and Infant Mortality Rates obtained from the Buol District Health Office have a trend that is still fluctuating during 2017-2020. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study design. There were 38 research subjects who were divided into 30 questionnaire respondents and 8 interview respondents who represented each perspective, but specifically the internal business process perspective consisted of 5 people. Data analysis was carried out comparatively and using triangulation of sources and methods. Based on the results of the financial perspective, there are 2 KPIs that have been achieved and 1 that has not been achieved with an average score of 67%. From the consumer perspective, there are 3 KPIs and all three are achieved with an average score of 100%. Internal Business Process Perspective, there are 4 indicators that have been achieved and 1 indicator that has not been achieved with an average score of 80%, with details on the average BOR measurement tool, which is 60%. ALOS 4 days, TOI 3 days, NDR 11%, GDR 14%. The overall perspective of MCH performance at Mokoyurli Hospital has an average value of 85% where the 13 measuring instrument indicators used are 2 indicators that have not been achieved. Internal business process perspective measurement has an average value of 80% in good criteria as measured by BOR, ALOS, TOI, NDR and GDR.

In this research, a descriptive qualitative design was employed to delve into the perspectives of reading teachers concerning the cultivation of students' critical thinking skills. Through in-depth interviews, the research aimed to unravel the specific methods and instructional techniques these teachers utilized to nurture critical thinking in their students. The research emphasized an open-ended interview process, allowing for a nuanced exploration of the strategies employed by experienced teachers, with a focus on those possessing over 10 years of teaching expertise. The findings revealed that reading teachers, according to the constructivist principles outlined by Brooks and Brooks (2005), acted as facilitators, empowering students to independently construct their understanding of content. The constructivist approach emphasized autonomy, hands-on experiences, and cognitive language use in assignments. Teachers adapted lessons based on student responses, encouraged dialogue, inquired about students' understandings before presenting their own, and fostered experiences that challenged initial hypotheses. Despite challenges posed by standardized testing and ingrained educational approaches, constructivist principles proved effective in cultivating critical thinking skills. The research contributed valuable insights into the complex dynamics of critical thinking in reading instruction, advocating for student-centric and constructivist approaches in education. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the process of developing Android-based interactive learning multimedia on fardhu prayer material in class VII of MTs Izzatul Ma'arif Tappina. (2) To find out whether Android-based interactive multimedia met the valid, practical, and effective criteria for fardhu prayer material in class VII of MTs Izzatul Ma'arif Tappina. This was a research and development adapted from the development model by Thiagarajan, namely the 4D model (define, design, develop and disseminate). The result of this study indicated that the development of android-based interactive learning multimedia on fardhu prayer material had met: (1) Valid criteria. This was based oh product validation by media and material experts with an average value of 3.8 and 3.6. Meanwhile, the result of the small group trial produced an average value of 3.76, and the large one was 3.78; (2) Practical criteria. The observation done by the two observers got an average value of 1.79; (3) Effective criteria. Based on the analysis of learning outcomes test including (a) The Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance value of 0.001, which meant the sig value < 0,05. So, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, (b) The N-Gain test showed a gain score of 0,56 which was included in the medium category with testing criteria of 0,7 > (N-Gain) > 0,3. As for the analysis of teacher activity, a score of 91.52% was included in the very good category. Meanwhile, the average student activity was 3.50 categorized as active. Then, the analysis of student response questionnaires obtained an average value of 93%. Keywords: Development, Multimedia, Learning, Interactive, Android, Shalat Fardhu.

This study aimed at finding out the influence of Using Context Clues of Narrative Structure to the Students Vocabulary Mastery of class VII A SMPN 1 Tombolopao. The method of this research was Pre-Experimental research. Data of the research were collected through Context Clue test (Pre-Test and Post-Test). The sample of this research was the VII A Class students of SMPN 1 Tombolopao. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results researcher found that context clue gave positive experience and effect in mastering the vocabulary. Result of research was found by the writer in context clue test from students. commonly described that context clue gave positive experience and effect in mastering the vocabulary. Students were able to put the correct word and get new knowledge in using vocabulary. The English teacher also gave supportive explanation about how this strategy implemented in her class, even there was still gap in teaching method when this strategy implemented in the classroom, but at least it gave them advantages in vocabulary learning. In observation the writer found commonly showed good category when context clue strategy. It gave improvement in teaching and learning activity in English class. Student seen to be attractive, gave participation and asking more often in the classroom as same as their vocabulary understanding.

This study aims to find out whether Contextual Redefinition Strategy (CRS) was effective to enhance vocabulary at the 10th grade of SMK Negeri 2 Selayar. This research used quasi experimental design. The population of this research was the tenth-grade students of SMK Negeri 2 Selayar which consisted of 60 students. The sample of this research was 40 students taken by purposive sampling technique. The researcher used vocabulary test as the instrument of this research. Based on the research findings, the result showed that using Contextual Redefinition Strategy (CRS) was effective to enhance students’ vocabulary. It is proved by the means score of post–test between experimental group and control group. The means score in experimental group before and after treatment (47.15 became 89.50) and in control group before and after treatment (44.05 became 59.40) Moreover, the findings revealed that p-value of post-test score was 0.000 with the level significance 5% (0.05). It can be concluded that p-value (0.000) < sig ɑ = (0.05, 5%). Then, the effect size gained was 2.8. Thus, it proved that Contextual Redefinition Strategy (CRS) was effective at a strong level on students’ vocabulary in reading comprehension.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data kuantitatif merupakan data berupa angka-angka, laporan keuangan (neraca dan laba-rugi) dan rasio-rasio keuangan, Hasil penelitian Berdasarkan data laporan Kinerja Keuangan tahun 2019 total aset 100.800,8 miliar lebih < dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu 83.761,9 miliar, dengan Ikhtisar Kinerja aspek berkelanjutan yaitu :Pendapatan bunga bersih Rp 3.583,5 Miliar pada tahun 2019, Pendapatan selain Bunga Rp 2.389,6 Miliar Tahun 2019 danLaba bersih sebesar Rp 2.002,7 Miliar ditahun 2019. Total aset Bank Mega pada tahun 2020 meningkat menjadi Rp112,20 triliun atau tumbuh 11,31% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp100,80 triliun. Pertumbuhan laba tersebut dikontribusi dari naiknya pendapatan bunga bersih (Net Interest Income/NII) sebesar 9,21% menjadi Rp3,91 triliun dari Rp3,58 triliun di tahun 2019. Selain itu, juga ditopang dari naiknya fee based income sebesar 26,02% menjadi Rp2,92 triliun dari Rp2,32 triliun di tahun 2019. Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) meningkat sebesar 8,79% menjadi Rp79,19 triliun dari tahun 2019 sebesar Rp72,79 triliun. Pada tahun 2021 laporan posisi keuangan 31 Desember 2021 yang telah melalui proses audit dengan memperhatikan laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain, laporan perubahan ekitas dan laporan arus kas untuk tahun yang berakhir.Laporan Posisi Keuangan (Aset) memiliki Total Aset Keseluruhan Pa da tahun 2021 Sebesar 132.879.390., Laporan Posisi Keuangan (Liabilitas dan Ekuitas) Memiliki Total Liabilitas sebanyak 113.734.926, sedangkang untuk Ekuitas sendiri sebanyak 19.144.464. total dari keseluruhan Liabilitas dan Ekuitas Sebesar 132.879.390.danLaporan posisi keuangan pengahsilan Komprehensif tahun berjalan sebesar 3.036.314, adapun untuk laporan kas pada awal tahun 7.691.157 bertumbuh hingga akhir tahun sebesar 17.592.335
