This article discusses the values of meaningful life in the Minang Kabau cultural philosophy for junior high school students. The research method used is Literature Review or literature review. Library research or literature review (literature review, literature research) is research that examines or critically reviews knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in a body of academic-oriented literature. The result of the discussion is that the meaningfulness of life is an individual's appreciation of finding something valuable or important for the individual. The philosophy in Minang Kabau culture will lead junior high school students to discover the values of meaningful life. The meaning of life describes what an individual wants, seeks and hopes for, resulting in optimistic, happy, gloomy, depressed or pessimistic behavior regarding life.

The guidance and counseling service program is an integrated part of the overall educational program at school. Therefore, the efforts of supervising teachers and the various aspects covered by the program are an inseparable part of all activities directed towards achieving educational goals at the institution concerned. To achieve this maturity, students need help because they still lack understanding or insight about themselves and their environment as well as experience in determining the direction of their lives. This research uses a literature review method where researchers conduct a series of research involving various kinds of information originating from literature such as books, documents, Google Scholar and so on. As a result of this research, this program aims to facilitate students in getting to know themselves and their environment positively, making responsible decisions, as well as developing their potential and achieving their developmental tasks. The BK program is structured based on student needs assessment, school needs, community demands, and student development tasks. The BK program in high school consists of various types of programs such as annual, semester, monthly, weekly and daily programs. The preparation of the guidance and counseling program is based on student needs assessment, taking into account four areas of guidance (personal, social, learning, career) as well as types of supporting services and activities.

The global era as a new paradigma implies two main things, namely Internationalization Competition and Internationalization Links. What is needed to answer this global challenge lies in the quality of human resources, where individuals are required to think globally by acting and thinking quickly. What is no less important is the mentality of competing internationally by changing the role from spectator to player. Carrying out guidance and counseling management in accordance with developments in the era of globalization, the quality of human resources or the competency of counselors needs to be increased, sensitive to opportunities and responsive to global challenges and the need for cooperation between counselors and school personnel. The successful implementation of guidance and counseling management in schools cannot be separated from the cooperation of all school personnel. The success of counseling can support the achievement of educational goals for students at school. This research method is literature study. Data collection is carried out through a number of data libraries, recording and managing research materials. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the collaboration carried out by the principal, homeroom teacher and class teacher in implementing guidance and counseling management at school has not been optimal. One of them can be seen from the cooperation of school personnel in providing or receiving input and suggestions, exchanging ideas or discussing openly.

The career selection process is one of the most crucial decisions in a person's life. This decision shapes the direction their life will take. Career selection is also an inevitable part of the social aspect that influences individuals after passing through certain developmental stages. This research delves into the factors influencing high school students in choosing their careers. Based on Donal Super's theory, there are internal factors (such as interests and talents) and external factors (such as family influence and socioeconomic status) that impact an individual's career choice. Through a literature-based approach and data analysis from various sources, this study underscores the complexity of the interaction among these factors in students' career decisions. With a profound understanding, educational institutions and parents can provide appropriate guidance, help students recognize their interests and talents, and consider environmental influences, thereby opening avenues for career development aligned with students' potential.

This research aims to investigate the role of education in students' lives and development, as well as the impact of academic stress on their mental well-being and learning outcomes. The research approach used is a literature study, which involves searching and analysing literature from various sources such as books, journals and related research. The results showed that university students often face academic stress. This research reveals the importance of self-efficacy or self-belief in coping with academic stress. The results showed that individuals with high levels of self-efficacy are more likely to be able to manage academic stress and remain motivated in achieving academic goals. The existence of a positive relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress levels highlights the importance of developing self-efficacy as a key strategy in dealing with academic stress. This research also highlights the need for appropriate support and strategies to help students manage academic stress, with the aim of improving the learning process and reducing its negative impact.

This study examined the principal's policy and the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN 206/X Pandan Jaya. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with phenomenological research, data was collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The principal of SDN 206/X Pandan Jaya has established a policy of implementing online learning with and following up on a Surat Edaran Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 concerning the implementation of distance learning, principals involve educators in making decisions, school principals encouraging the creativity of educators in teaching in the midst of a pandemic, the final results obtained by students are almost the same as offline learning outcomes or outside the network, (2) the advantages of implementing online learning are: students get easier learning through the help and monitoring from parents and gain experience building cooperation in a group, (3) lack of implementation of online learning namely limited facilities and internet signal instability.

BK management is all efforts or methods used by school principals to optimally utilize all components or resources (manpower, funds, facilities and infrastructure) and information systems in the form of a collection of guidance data to provide Guidance and Counseling services in order to achieve goals. In the management of Guidance and Counseling, BK teachers and school BK coordinators have made plans that must be implemented, evaluated, analyzed and followed up which contain BK services to improve student learning discipline. Student learning discipline will create a good atmosphere and student learning process in order to achieve the goals of Guidance and Counseling as well as educational goals. The better the management of Guidance and Counseling in schools, the goals can be achieved optimally. Therefore, there is a need for good cooperation between Guidance and Counseling teachers and all school personnel, especially with the principal in making BK management in schools, not only good cooperation but also skills in carrying out the responsibilities of each teacher.

Quality management is determined by the ability of education managers such as principals, guidance and counseling coordinators, guidance and counseling teachers, student curriculum representatives, and homeroom teachers at local schools in planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring/assessing and following up on the implementation of guidance program services. and counseling in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of guidance and counseling management through planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up. The type of research used is a field study that examines intensively the background of the current situation and social interactions, individuals, groups, institutions and communities through observation and interview techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed based on the findings in the field. The results of this study indicate that the planning of guidance and counseling services is carried out optimally, the implementation is carried out by determining the services and areas of guidance, the implementation of service management is carried out through the service format and direct supervision in written and oral form. the results of observations and interviews state that through the application of guidance and counseling management can improve the quality of student learning, this is indicated by positive attitudes and study habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of digital skills owned by teachers and compare them based on school type. This research uses mixed method with The Explanatory Sequential Design type. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is a teacher at one of the schools selected based on the type of school, namely SMA, SMK and MAN. Kruskal-Wallish test and Mann Whittney test were used to determine the differences in digital skills owned by teachers. The results showed that the digital skills possessed by teachers based on the type of school, it is known that there are differences in digital skills possessed. The digital skills possessed by teachers are included in the high and very high categories and when compared in each school it is known that there is no difference between the digital skills of SMK and SMA, SMK and MAN teachers. Then in the qualitative analysis in the digital skill indicator section, the teacher has done very well in an effort to carry out his job as a teacher, but the aspects of Digital Content Creation and safety need to be improved. The real implication of this research is the ability for teachers to apply digital skills such as knowledge and attitudes in a confident, critical and responsible manner within the specified context as required

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fikih peserta didik kelas VIII A MTsN 2 Majene dengan menggunakan handphone android selama pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan di MTsN 2 Majene. Instrumen utama penelitian ini adalah tes yang didukung oleh isntrumen penelitian dengan pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 21 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu sampel berjumlah 10 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 11 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan handphone android dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fikih peserta didik di MTsN 2 Majene. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai O1 lebih kecil dari O2 maka X yang diterima yaitu (71,8 > 63). Kelas eksperimen menggunakan handphone android dengan nilai pre test 56,4 dan nilai rata-rata post test 71,8 sedangkan nilai rata-rata dari kelas kontrol pre test 55,5 dan nilai rata-rata post test 63. Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa penggunaan handphone android pada pembelajaran berbasis IT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fikih peserta didik di MTsN 2 Majene. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah handphone android merupakan salah satu komponen yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik, sehingga pendidik dapat menggunakan handphone android yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Pendidik dapat menggunakan handphone android dengan pendekatan saintifik pembelajaran fikih, khususnya materi indahnya berbagi dengan sedekah, hibah dan hadiah. Karena handphone android pada pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
