Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (2) the influence of trust on the perceived risk of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (3) the influence of trust on the perceived benefits of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (4) the influence of perceived risk on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (5) the influence of perceived benefit on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (6) the influence of trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City with perceived risk as a mediating variable. (7) the influence of trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City with perceived benefit as a mediating variable. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the number of samples in this research is 180 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, the data analysis method uses SEM analysis using the Smart application. The results of the research are 1) there is a significant influence between trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City . (2) there is a significant influence between trust on the perceived risk of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (3) there is a significant influence between trust on the perceived benefits of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (4) there is a significant influence between perceived risk on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (5) there is a significant influence between perceived benefit on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City. (6) there is a significant influence between trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City with perceived risk as a mediating variable. (7) there is a significant influence between trust on the continuance intention of Tokopedia users in Padang City with perceived benefit as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the problems faced by the students in the sixth semester of English Education Department at Unismh Makassar to speak English fluently in the class and the factors causing the problems. This study used descriptive qualitative method in type of phenomenology in which the researcher used observation checklist and semi-structure interview to collect the data. The results showed that there are two main problems faced by the students to speak English fluently, namely linguistic problems which consist of: poor in grammar, lack of vocabulary and lack of pronunciation and also non-linguistic problems which consist of: blankness, shyness and anxiety. The factors causing students are poor in grammar manly caused by: seldom to learn grammar by themselves and were seldom to learn grammar in the previous semesters. Lack of vocabulary is caused by the students are not motivated to improve vocabulary by themselves. Lack of pronunciatiaon are caused by: the interference of mother tongue, lack of practice by themselves and pronunciation classes lacked of practice. In addition, blankness are mainly caused by: forget what to say, interruption and eye contact. Furthermore, shynes is caused by the students are afraid of making mistakes. Lastly, anxiety is caused by the students are afraid of being laughed or judged and commentated by the lectures if making mistakes.

Abstract

Karbon aktif merupakan bahan kimia yang sangat banyak digunakan dalam industri baik dalam proses adsorpsi maupun purifikasi. Salah satu bahan baku karbon aktif ialah tempurung kelapa. Produksi buah kelapa di Kalimantan Timur yaitu 36850 kg/hari, dengan berat tempurung kelapa berkisar 15 – 19 % dari buah kelapa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat karbon aktif sesuai dengan SNI No. 06-3730-1995.Preparasi tempurung kelapa dilakukan dengan pencucian dan pengeringan. Proses karbonisasi dilakukan menggunakan drum pembakaran selama 2 jam dengan suhu 325 oC. Hasil karbonisasi tersebut dihaluskan dan disaring dengan ayakan 100 mesh. Karbon yang telah dihaluskan dilanjutlkan dengan proses aktivasi kimia dengan cara perendaman dalam larutan HCl, H3PO4, NH4Cl dengan masing-masing variasi 0.5, 2, 4, 6, dan 8 M, dalam wadah tertutup selama 24 jam. Kemudian karbon dilanjutkan ke tahap aktivasi fisika dengan temperatur 750 oC selama 2 jam didalam tube furnace. Hasil analisa karbon aktif yang terdiri dari kadar air, abu, bagian yang hilang pada pemanasan 950 oC, daya serap iod telah memenuhi SNI NO. 06-3730-1995.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate decisions and targeted. Many problems can be solved by using CMS, one of which is a decision support system round oil sales. There are several methods that can be used in building a Weigted Produck SPK them. Weighted product method is one of several methods MADM (Multi attribute Decision Making). MADM method is a method of decision-making that is based on multiple attributes. This study uses a product weighted in determining the feasibility of a decision support system round oil sales.And there are some criteria on which to base decisions, among others, price, distance, trannfortasi. To create a new system that mengefesienkan time in processing the sales data, Provide an overview of a suitable price for oil where the coconut farmers will be marketed. This research is beneficial to coconut seller. As the clouds or the community is able to sell the coconut with high prices and minimal costs.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period full of physical, emotional and social changes. During this period, junior high school students are faced with various challenges, such as increasingly high academic demands, social pressure from peers, and the search for identity. This can cause confusion, stress, and anxiety, which can ultimately affect student achievement. One factor that can help students face this challenge is to have hope about life. Students who have hope for life will be able to regulate emotions and behavior, and make the right decisions according to their culture. He will build healthy relationships with other people and set realistic life goals to achieve them. Established expectations help students to: develop an understanding of their values ​​and beliefs. Hope is useful for identifying what is important to them in life. Students are able to set realistic life goals and achieve them. Apart from that, it is hoped that it will increase students' resilience in facing challenges. Resilience in students will make students able to overcome pain and difficulties by becoming adaptable and resilient.

Abstract

Students with good self-awareness are better able to regulate emotions and behavior, make the right decisions. building healthy relationships with other people and setting realistic life goals and achieving them. Psychoeducation based on Meaning Life Learning (MML) values is the right solution to increase self-awareness of junior high school students. MML is an educational approach that focuses on developing meaning in life and life goals. This approach helps students to: develop an understanding of their values and beliefs. identify what is important to them in life, set realistic life goals and achieve them, increasing their resilience in facing challenges.

Abstract

The implementation of guidance and counseling (GC) in junior high schools (SMP) has undergone significant changes with the advancement of technology. This article discusses the opportunities and challenges in modern GC, including the accessibility of services through digital platforms, the personalization of data-based programs, and the development of digital literacy for students and teachers. The challenges faced include the need for adequate technological infrastructure, the digital divide among students, and data privacy risks. This study uses a case study method in several junior high schools in Indonesia. The results show that technology can enhance the effectiveness of GC but requires policy support and continuous training. This article provides recommendations for optimizing technology-based GC in junior high schools.

Abstract

This study discusses the managerial skills of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in the implementation of counseling programs in schools. Managerial skills, effective communication, and in-depth counseling skills are the key aspects analyzed in the context of effective counseling service provision. Collaboration with various parties in the school and the utilization of modern technology are also discussed as improvement factors in the management and accessibility of services. This study utilizes a literature study method or commonly referred to as the literature study method. The results of the study on the managerial skills of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in the implementation of school counseling programs show that managerial, communication, and counseling skills play an important role in the effectiveness of the BK program. This study reveals that guidance and counseling teachers who have strong managerial skills tend to be able to organize guidance and counseling programs more efficiently, plan activities in accordance with student needs, and manage available resources optimally.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are actual achievements displayed by children. Learning outcomes are abilities obtained after going through learning activities. In general, factors that can influence student learning achievement can be divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. External factors are factors that arise from outside the student such as learning resources, learning facilities, school environment, teachers, friends, parents and others. Meanwhile, internal factors are factors that exist within students such as intelligence, talent, interest, motivation, physical condition, independence, physical fatigue and spiritual fatigue. In this research, the factors that will be investigated whether they have a big influence on student achievement are emotional intelligence and learning motivation. Learning motivation is a series of impulses or driving forces that come from within oneself and from outside to carry out learning activities to cause changes so that the goals desired by the learning subject can be achieved. Emotional intelligence can also support students' success in learning, so that emotional intelligence factors have an important role in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the links that exist between the following three aspects: Students at SMKN 1 Gunung Sahilan were asked to answer three questions: 1) The correlation between self-efficacy and assertiveness in relation to career decision making; 2) The relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making at SMKN 1 Gunung Sahilan students; and 3) The relationship between assertiveness and career decision making among students at SMKN 1 Gunung Sahilan. For the purpose of this study, a quantitative methodology and an associative research design were utilized. A total of 101 students were chosen for this study using a selection technique known as proportionate random sampling. The total number of students who participated in this study was 404. A questionnaire based on the Likert scale is used as the method of data collection. This questionnaire is designed to precisely target students' self-efficacy, assertiveness, and decision making. The evaluation of the data in this study is carried out with the assistance of SPSS Version 16.0 for Windows when employing multiple regression analysis techniques.
