Abstract

Earthquakes are relatively common natural disasters in Indonesia, mainly due to the interaction of tectonic plates. In this study the seismic energy recorded on the seismograph was measured on the Richter Scale (SR). The dataset collected during Semester 1 of 2019 from the Meteorology and Geophysics, Climatology Agency (BMKG) noted that there were many seismic energy vibrations occurring from small to large around Indonesia. Furthermore, for the attributes of the dataset that have been collected include Date / Time, Longitude, Latitude, Depth (Km), Magnitude (SR), Range of depth (Km) and the effect of earthquake damage selected as the class of the dataset collected, in this study the authors used the method classification with ID3 algorithm to produce effective prediction data for the benefit of earthquake early warning in the Indonesian archipelago.

Abstract

Konsep penyerangan dan pertahanan dalam olahraga bola voli perlu penguasaan teknik atau keterampilan teknik dan pemahaman dalam konsep untuk diterapkan pada setiap situasi permainan atau pertandingan. Penilaian keterampilan teknik dilakukan oleh pelatih atau rater/penilai, sehingga pelatih dapat memahami dan dapat melihat kemajuan latihan para atlet. Penilaian  yang dilakukan pelatih bertujuan untuk menilai kemajuan atlet dan umpan balik  serta mendeteksi kekuatan dan kelemahan/kekurangan, sehingga pelatih akan mendapatkan suatu tingkat keterampilan tekniknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas penilaian kinerja teknik bendungan atau blok pada atlet junior bola voli Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Validasi penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bolavoli menggunakan expert judgment atau para ahli.  Penilai atau rater memberikan penilaian terhadap rubrik pengamatan unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli. Analisis data diperoleh dari penilai atau rater terhadap rubric pengamatan meliputi gerak persiapan, gerak perkenaan, dan gerak akhir pada unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli. Validitas unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli  berdasarkan expert judgment atau para ahli bola voli. Validitas isi dari penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli menggunakan analisis dengan Aiken’s V, untuk memperoleh besarnya validitas.  Hasil analisis Aiken’s V dibandingkan  dengan kreteria minimal yang diperkenankan pata tabel Aiken’V tahun 1985 dengan 6 (enam) rater atau penilai pada skor tertinggi 5, derajat kebebasan 0.5 % sebesar  0.79. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Hasil analisis Aiken’V instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli pada gerak persiapan sebesar 0,833, 2) Hasil analisis Aiken’V instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli pada gerak perkenaan sebesar 0,813, dan 3) Hasil analisis Aiken’V instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli pada gerak akhir sebesar 0,802. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja keterampilan teknik blok olahraga bola voli pada gerak persiapan, gerak perkenaan dan gerak kahir dapat dikatakan mempunyai validitas yang memenuhi syarat Validity of bendungan or block technique performance evaluation in junior volleyball athletes in Yogyakarta Special Region AbstractThe concept of attack and defense in volleyball requires mastery of techniques or technical skills and an understanding of the concept to be applied to every game or match situation. The assessment of technical skills is carried out by the coach or rater/assessor, so the trainer can understand and can see the progress of the athletes' training. The assessment conducted by the coaches aims to assess the athlete's progress and feedback and detect strengths and weaknesses/shortcomings, so the trainer will get a level of technical skill. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of the performance assessment of bendungan or block technique on junior volleyball athletes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Validation of performance techniques for volleyball sports block techniques using expert judgment or experts. The assessor or rater provides an assessment of the performance observation rubric of volleyball block technical skills. Data analysis was obtained from the assessor or rater of the observation rubric including the preparation motion, the movement of the wear, and the final motion of the performance of the volleyball sports technique. The validity of the volleyball block technical technique performance is based on expert judgment or volleyball experts. The content validity of the performance evaluation of volleyball sports technique techniques using analysis with Aiken’s V, to obtain validity. The results of Aiken’s V analysis compared with the minimum criteria allowed in the 1985 AikenV table with 6 (six) rater or appraisers with the highest score of 5, degrees of freedom 0.5% of 0.79. The results showed that 1) The results of Aiken'V analysis of performance evaluation instruments for volleyball block technical skills on preparatory motion were 0.833, 2) The results of Aiken'V analysis of performance appraisals of volleyball sports block technical skills in the motion were 0.813, and 3) The results of the analysis of Aiken'V performance assessment instrument for volleyball sports block technical skills on the final motion of 0.802. It can be concluded that the instrument of performance appraisal of volleyball block technical techniques in the preparation, motion, and final movements can be said to have validity that meets the requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menemukan validitas dan reliabilitas tes vertical jump dengan awalan smash pada pemain bola voli. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Delphi dengan 5 ahli dan juga test-retest. Analisis data validitas konten menggunakan formula Aiken V, validitas empiric menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan Realibitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tes tinggi vertical jump dengan awalan smash pada pemain bola voli menunjukan validitas isi tinggi, dan nilai relibilitas juga tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tes tinggi vertical jump dengan awalan smash pada pemain bola voli dapat digunakan untuk mengukur power tungkai pemain bola voli. Validity and reliability of a vertical jump test with a smash in volleyball players AbstractThis research aims to find the validity and reliability of vertical jump tests with a smash in volleyball players. The research used research and development methode. data collection using Delphi techniques with five experts as well as test-retests. Data analyze of content validity used Aiken V formula, empiric validity used Pearson Product Moment, and Reability used Cronbach's Alpha. The results found that the vertical jump test with the smash on volleyball players showed high content validity, and reliability scores were also high. So it can be concluded that the vertical jump test with the smash on volleyball players can be used to measure the leg power of a volleyball player.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of natural surroundings as a source of learning science subjects. To explore this, a study was conducted using a qualitative approach. In this case, the subject of the study was one of the students who supported the subject who became the class teacher in class V, with a total of 28 students. The method used in data collection is the method of observation, documentation and interviews. To complete the accuracy of the research and the validity of the data it is necessary to use research methods and techniques in order to obtain maximum results. The results obtained from the study are: Utilization of the surrounding environment is a vehicle that can be used as a source of learning that is done in the form of variety and fun when the learning process takes place both in the classroom and outside the classroom. School parks, gardens, and rice fields that are nearby can be used as a source of interesting and fun learning. In implementing the use of the environment as a source of learning, there are obstacles between the lack of an educator's ability to condition learners, which requires a significant amount of time in the implementation process, students feel confused in reviewing the results of activities, and learning resources that are less accommodating.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment-based da'wah approach among the deaf in the Lampung region. This research also identifies the elements of persuasive da'wah in the process of the empowerment process. This study used a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through interviews and observations and searching literature sources that were considered relevant. The results showed that empowerment has two functions, first as an instrument to build economic independence, which is carried out through providing skills based on hobby development. Secondly, empowerment becomes a persuasive da'wah instrument. The process of preaching uses sign language with an orientation to change the dimensions of religiosity, so that there is a change in understanding, experience and appreciation of religion towards a positive direction and an increase in the confidence of members of the deaf community.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendekatan dakwah berbasis pemberdayaan pada kalangan tunarungu di wilayah Lampung. Penelitian ini juga sekaligus mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur dakwah persuasif dalam proses pemberdayaan yang dimaksud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi serta penelusuran sumber pustaka yang dipandang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberdayaan memiliki dua fungsi: pertama sebagai instrumen membangun kemandirian ekonomi, yang dilakukan melalui pembekalan keterampilan berbasis pengembangan hobi. Kedua pemberdayaan menjadi instrumen dakwah persuasif. Proses dakwah menggunakan bahasa isyarat dengan orientasi perubahan dimensi-dimensi religiusitas, sehingga terjadi perubahan pemahaman, pengalaman dan penghayatan kegamaan kearah positif dan peningkatan rasa percaya diri para anggota komunitas tunarungu.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun model e-marketing berbasis fintech yangdapat mengembangkan industry pariwisata halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan dengan studi literatur. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur,kemungkinan besar E-Marketing berbasis fintech syariah dapat mendukung perkembanganwisata halal, kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui UMKM, dan meningkatkan minat kunjunganwisata halal di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi signifikansi profitabilitas dalam hubungannya dengan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry, Tbk periode 2020-2021. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan, terutama melalui laporan keuangan yang dapat diakses di website www.idx.co.id. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan inflasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara spesifik, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate the significance of profitability in relation to firm value. Research conducted at PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry, Tbk for the 2020-2021 period. Data was collected using non-participant observation methods, mainly through financial reports which can be accessed on the website www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis show that profitability and inflation have a significant effect on firm value. Specifically, profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Abstract

This research discusses the dynamics of changes in Islamic family law which is strongly influenced by ‘urf as a dynamic and elastic enrichment. The research question is how is the absorption of ‘urf in Egypt and Indonesia in fiqh, what are the rules for its application and contextualization in the development of Fiqh in Indonesia. Methodologically, this type of research is qualitative with documentation, interviews and observation as technical data collection. The data will be analyzed using the ushul fiqh and Sociological approaches. The results of the research are first, the absorption of ‘urf in Egypt and Indonesia is very strong, especially in the field of Islamic Family Law. In determining the dowry, each region has different customs and considerations, both in Indonesia and Egypt. The difference is in terms of joint assets, the wife in Egyptian 'urf is guaranteed to have assets from three sources; grants, gifts from parents and husbands. Meanwhile in Indonesia, joint assets are considered based on their contribution to the family business after marriage, which varies greatly according to prevailing customs. This difference is considered absorbing 'urf in Fiqh as one of the interpreters of nass are in the form of; ‘urf is dependent, dynamic, accommodates values and norms, contributes to the development of Fiqh and fulfills the elements of maqasid sharia. As a finding, in the Contextualization in the Development of Fiqh, ‘urfcontributes to tajdid (renewal) which places more emphasis on mutaghayyirat of the family law. There is no change in Fiqh without a change in ‘urf.

Abstract

Human resource management is a process consisting of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling activities related to job analysis, job evaluation, procurement, development, compensation, promotion, and termination of employment in order to achieve the stated goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, and morale on employee performance in the Medan Selayang District Office, Medan City. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. With a sample of 83 employees. And the results of the study show that leadership and motivation have no effect on employee performance but are different from work enthusiasm which has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Human Resource Quality, Competence, and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Department of Communication and Informatics of North Sumatra Province. The research utilizes SPSS software to analyze data from the sample obtained at the research site. The study population consists of 30 employees at the Department of Communication and Informatics of North Sumatra Province. The research employs a quantitative approach. The findings reveal that Human Resource Quality, Competence, and Leadership have a positive and significant partial impact on Employee Performance at the Department of Communication and Informatics of North Sumatra Province. Additionally, the variables of Human Resource Quality, Competence, and Leadership have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Department. The coefficient indicates that 71.3% of Employee Performance can be explained by the relationship between Human Resource Quality, Competence, and Leadership.
