Abstract

The digital era and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum require Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to be able to effectively integrate technology, pedagogy, and content through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework in the preparation of teaching modules. This research aims to analyze the TPACK ability of PAI teachers at MTs Negeri 1 Bantul in developing teaching modules and to identify the challenges faced. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through in-depth interviews and a review of related literature. The results of the research show that PAI teachers have adequate mastery of the core components (TK, CK, PK), as evidenced by the use of digital tools such as Canva, Kahoot!, and Quizizz in the learning process. However, integrative abilities in the Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) and Technological Content Knowledge (TCK) aspects still show variation and are not evenly distributed. The main obstacles found include gaps in students' digital facilities, variations in students' technological competence, time constraints, and challenges in meaningfully integrating Islamic values into digital activities. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that TPACK ability is a crucial dynamic competence for PAI teachers to create innovative and contextual learning. Systemic support in the form of integration-based training and infrastructure strengthening is needed to optimize the quality of teaching modules in the digital era. ABSTRAK Era digital dan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, pedagogi, dan konten secara efektif melalui kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dalam penyusunan modul ajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan TPACK guru PAI di MTs Negeri 1 Bantul dalam menyusun modul ajar serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dan tinjauan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki penguasaan yang memadai pada komponen inti (TK, CK, PK), yang dibuktikan dengan penggunaan perangkat digital seperti Canva, Kahoot!, dan Quizizz dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, kemampuan integratif pada aspek Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) dan Technological Content Knowledge (TCK) masih menunjukkan variasi dan belum merata. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan meliputi kesenjangan fasilitas digital siswa, variasi kompetensi teknologi peserta didik, keterbatasan waktu, serta tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman secara bermakna ke dalam aktivitas digital. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan TPACK merupakan kompetensi dinamis yang krusial bagi guru PAI untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kontekstual. Diperlukan dukungan sistemik berupa pelatihan berbasis integrasi dan penguatan infrastruktur untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas modul ajar di era digital..

Abstract

Depresi merupakan salah satu gangguan kesehatan mental yang prevalensinya semakin meningkat pada generasi muda dan memerlukan alternatif terapi berbasis bahan alam yang lebih aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi aktivitas antidepresan ekstrak etil asetat Waltheria indica L. melalui pendekatan in vivo dan docking molekuler. Metode yang digunakan meliputi uji in vivo pada tikus Wistar dengan model Chronic Mild Stress (CMS) yang dievaluasi menggunakan Forced Swimming Test (FST) dan Open Field Test (OFT), serta analisis docking molekuler menggunakan AutoDock Vina terhadap target Monoamine Oxidase. Hasil docking menunjukkan senyawa quercetin memiliki energi ikatan paling rendah (-6,977) dengan interaksi residu kunci, menandakan potensi kuat sebagai penghambat. Uji in vivo memperlihatkan adanya penurunan imobilitas dan peningkatan lokomotor yang signifikan seiring kenaikan dosis, dengan efek terbaik pada dosis 350 mg/kgBB. Data ini konsisten dengan kontrol positif (Ashwagandha®) dan mendukung adanya mekanisme antidepresan. Kesemipulan ekstrak etil asetat W. indica berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai kandidat terapi antidepresan berbasis bahan alam.

Abstract

Penggunaan obat yang rasional merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk pada penggunaan suppositoria yang masih sering salah dalam penggunaannya oleh pasien. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai teknik penggunaan dan penyimpanan suppositoria dapat menurunkan efektivitas terapi serta menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketepatan penggunaan suppositoria melalui edukasi menggunakan video animasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan sasaran pasien dan atau keluarga pasien yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan adalah promosi kesehatan secara individu melalui pendekatan tatap muka yang didukung oleh video animasi edukatif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari lima soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah intervensi edukatif, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 26 menjadi 98 pada nilai postest dan 90% responden memperoleh skor maksimal. Selain itu, responden menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa edukasi melalui video animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terkait penggunaan suppositoria. Media edukasi ini berpotensi untuk digunakan secara berkelanjutan sebagai sarana promosi kesehatan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer. Kata Kunci: Edukasi Kesehatan, Video Animasi, Suppositoria, Penggunaan Obat Abstrakrasional, Puskesmas Onal drug use constitutes a crucial aspect of healthcare services, including the administration of suppositories, which are still frequently misused by patients. Inadequate understanding of proper techniques for the use and storage of suppositories may reduce therapeutic effectiveness and cause discomfort. This community service activity aimed to improve knowledge and the accuracy of suppository use through educational interventions utilizing animated videos. The program was conducted at the Inpatient Public Health Center Cempaka, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan, targeting patients and/or their family members visiting the health center. The method employed was individual health promotion through a face-to-face approach supported by an educational animated video. Evaluation was carried out using a pretest and posttest consisting of five multiple-choice questions to measure the participants’ improvement in knowledge. The results demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge following the educational intervention, with the mean pretest score improving from 26 to 98 in the posttest, and 90% of respondents achieving the maximum score. In addition, respondents showed active participation during the discussion and question-and-answer sessions. In conclusion, education delivered through animated videos was effective in enhancing understanding and knowledge regarding the proper use of suppositories. This educational medium has strong potential for sustainable implementation as a health promotion tool in primary healthcare facilities.

Abstract

Peran Media Buku Cerita Bergambar Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Pemula Siswa Kelas 1 SD Negeri 2 Pansor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 2 Pansor Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025, rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu 1. Bagaimana peran media buku cerita bergambar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemula siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 2 Pansor. 2. Apakah penggunaan buku cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 2 Pansor. Kemampuan membaca merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting bagi siswa dijenjang Pendidikan dasar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penggunaan buku cerita bergambar dalam menarik minat baca dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 1, kepala sekolah, dan siswa kelas 1. Hasil penelitian menunnjukan bahwa peran media buku cerita bergambar secarasignifikan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias dan aktif dalam peroses pembelajaran, serta mampu memahami konteks cerita dengan lebih baik berka ilustrasi yang menarik. Selain itu, kegiatan interaktif seperti diskusi dan menceritakan ulang cerita dengan kata-kata mereka sendiri juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan membaca. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru terus memanfaatkan media buku cerita bergambar dalam pembelajaran dan melibatkan orang tua dalam mendukung kebiasaan membaca dirumah.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of TGKH. Zainuddin Abdul Madjid’s spiritual leadership in the implementation of the curriculum at Ma’had Darul Qur’an Wal Hadits Nahdlatul Wathan. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, display, and verification techniques. The findings reveal that spiritual leadership functions as both an ideological and operational foundation in educational management. The values of tawhid, sincerity, role modeling, and educational struggle are integrated into the curriculum structure and academic culture of the pesantren. Implementation is carried out through role modeling, habituation of collective worship, and academic-spiritual integration. The impact is reflected in students’ intellectual competence, consistency in worship, and strong moral character. This study confirms that successful curriculum implementation in Islamic boarding schools is strongly influenced by spiritual leadership capable of transforming values into a sustainable educational system.

Abstract

ABSTRAct Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1)Peluang resiko yang bisa terjadi pada saat siswa melaksanakan praktik yang tidak Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan parameter-parameter pemotongan yang terdapat pada pekerjaan pemesinan di bengkel mesin SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman.(2) upaya pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan oleh manajemen bengkel, guru atau pihak sekolah agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja di bengkel mesin SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru praktik, kepala bengkel dan siswa kelas X SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah peluang risiko dan upaya pengendalian risiko. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumetasi. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah: Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Kesimpulan.

Abstract

Elaeis guineensis fronds possess significant pharmacological potential, especially as antibiofilm and antioxidant. Previous studies have shown that E. guineensis contains flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and steroids that function as antioxidants. This study aims to examine the pharmacological activity of E. guineensis fronds and their antibiofilm potential. Palm fronds were macerated with aceton for 5 days. Antibacterial evaluation was conducted on four types of bacteria, and antibiofilm assessment was performed on S. aureus and E. coli. Evaluation of E. guineensis extract antioxidant activity was carried out using antioxidant tests (DPPH, FRAP, ABTS). The results of the antibacterial test showed good activity against P. acnes bacteria. The results of the antibiofilm evaluation showed significant and concentration-dependent inhibitory activity at a concentration of 1%, especially in the mid-phase for S. aureus and the maturation phase for E. coli. However, effectiveness decreased in the eradication phase. The antioxidant test showed a value of 63.93 ppm in the ABTS test. E. guineensis extract has shown strong potential as an antibacterial against P. acnes and has potential as an antibiofilm and antioxidant.

Abstract

Hepatotoxicity caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) is one of the adverse effects of tuberculosis therapy and may lead to liver dysfunction. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between age, gender, and treatment phase with the severity of OAT induced hepatotoxicity, as well as to assess factors influencing the increase in hepatotoxicity grade. This research employed a retrospective cross-sectional design and was conducted at Ulin Regional Hospital Banjarmasin using a total sampling method involving 45 tuberculosis patients. Secondary data were obtained from medical records of TB patients in 2024–2025. The results showed that 62.2% of patients were under 60 years old and 37.8% were over 60 years old. Male patients accounted for 75.6%, while females accounted for 24.4%. The distribution of hepatotoxicity grades was 40% normal, 28.9% grade 1, 20% grade 2, and 11.1% grade 3. Based on the treatment phase, 91.1% of patients were in the intensive phase and 8.9% were in the continuation phase. The Chi square test revealed no significant association between age, gender, or treatment phase and the severity of hepatotoxicity.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a significant shortage of digitally competent vocational teachers, yet existing assessment instruments often rely on aggregate scores that fail to diagnose specific cognitive deficits. This study addresses this gap by developing a diagnostic assessment instrument for vocational IT pre-service teachers. The research contribution is the validation of a domain-specific Cognitive Diagnostic Model (CDM) framework that integrates general digital pedagogy with vocational IT technical expertise, enabling precise attribute mastery profiling. The study employed a cross-sectional survey design with a purposive sample of 270 informatics education students. Data were analyzed using a multi-stage psychometric approach, combining Classical Test Theory (CTT), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and the Generalized Deterministic Inputs, Noisy "And" Gate (G-DINA) model to determine attribute mastery. The results demonstrated that the 32-item instrument achieved excellent model fit (RMSEA₂=0.011) and outstanding classification accuracy (93.71%). Systematic profiling revealed that female students consistently outperformed males across all dimensions, while a non-linear developmental trajectory was observed with a significant competency decline in the third semester followed by recovery. In conclusion, the G-DINA-based instrument provides a robust diagnostic tool for identifying specific learning needs, suggesting that teacher preparation programs require targeted interventions during critical transition periods to support continuous competency development.

Abstract

The mental health of madrasah teachers is a crucial issue often overlooked behind narratives of piety and devotion. This study aims to uncover the phenomenon of toxic positivity labeled as worship and deconstruct the meaning of "amanah" (trustworthiness) often misused in human resource management in madrasahs. Using a library research method with a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach, this study examines literature on psychology, Islamic education management, and religious texts to identify how religious jargon is used to suppress valid teacher complaints regarding workload and well-being. The findings indicate that toxic positivity in the madrasah environment often manipulates the concepts of "patience" and "sincerity" to normalize labor exploitation, while the meaning of "amanah" has been hegemonized into a one-way obligation from teachers to institutions without fair reciprocity. Through theological deconstruction, this study reformulates the concept of amanah into "bilateral amanah" which integrates the principles of justice ('adl) and self-preservation (hifz al-nafs). This reconstruction offers a new management paradigm where emotional validation and setting work boundaries are viewed as part of worship and an absolute prerequisite for sustainable quality education.
