Abstract

Waqf when viewed from the Islamic social aspect has the aim of realizing social welfare. However, this goal is sometimes not well realized due to obstacles in realizing this goal. This study aims to describe KUA Forecasting, Establishing Objectives, Scheduling, and Budgeting in order to answer the question of how KUA planning in an effort to improve waqf service programs at the Ciracap District KUA. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results showed that KUA planning in improving waqf service programs at the Ciracap District KUA has been carried out well, by following steps such as, the KUA forecasting stage is carried out using demand forecasting, demand forecasting, qualitative forecasting and market survey techniques in collecting data. Establishing objectives follows George T. Doran's SMART goals method and is not set unilaterally. Scheduling is set by considering the situation and conditions of the community, and finally budgeting is set by considering previous financial reports so that program budgeting can be arranged as well as possible.

Abstract

The reason of the study was to determine the impact of product quality, price, brand image and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Iphone mobile caseing on Tokopedia with a case study of Dian Nuswantoro University understudies. The research method utilized was quantitative method, with a test of 100 Dian Nuswantoro University students. Tools to analyze the information has been collected, analysts use the Smart PLS program version 3.0. The results appeared that item quality has an impact on purchasing decisions, cost has no impact on purchasing decisions, brand image has an impact on purchasing decisions, and online customer reviews have no impact on purchasing decisions. The sum of coeficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.652 or 65.2%, which suggests that the independent variables consisting of product quality, cost, brand image and online customer reviews can contribute an impact of 65.2% to purchasing decisions, whereas the rest (100%-62.2% = 34.8%) is clarified by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of qudratullah (the ability that Allah determines) or it can be said as destiny in relation to Islamic education based on explanations by commentators/ mufassirin and theologians in the study of kalam science, so as to straighten understanding of the concept of God's destiny. in the world of Islamic Education. This research is library research (library research) where the sources that are used as references in this research are taken from the library, such as books, books, articles, and others. This study also uses the maudhu'i interpretation method. The results of this study indicate that the verses that use the word Qadar describe the creation of the universe and everything in it and all its contents and all its provisions that apply to it is God's qadar through a just law, God also enforces it in the hereafter. All Muslims and schools of Islamic theology agree that Allah is God Almighty and Most Just in determining destiny and wills. However, when discussing the issues of free will (free will) and predestination (destiny, fatalism) they become the subject of very fierce debate among theologians. In Islamic education, the success of the educational process is not only determined by the human effort itself but is also determined by the X factor, namely biqudratillah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Shopee was chosen as the research object because it is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, rapidly growing through digital marketing strategies, free shipping promotions, and interactivefeatures such as customer reviews and live chat. Given its extensive user base, particularly among university students, it is essential to examine the role of online reviews, trust, ease of use, and service quality in shaping purchasing decisions on Shopee.The research employed a quantitative approach using a Likert -scale questionnaire as the main instrument. Data were collected from 150 student respondents in Semarang who had purchased products from Shopee more than twice, with an age range of 20–23 years. Purposive sampling was applied, and the data were analyzed usingSPSS through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) to assess the relationships among variables.The findings reveal that all four independent variables—online reviews, trust, ease of use, and service quality—have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee. Collectively, these variables explained 88.7% of the variance in purchasing decisions, with trust and service quality emerging as the most influential factors. These results emphasize that strengthening consumer trust, ensuring credible online reviews, and enhancing service quality are crucial strategies for Shopee to maintain customer loyalty and improve competitiveness in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

Pemberian anestesi lokal dari saraf kulit kepala disebut sebagai Scalp block. Teknik ini telah diperkenalkan beberapa abad lalu, sempat tidak popular kemudian popular kembali pada era anestesi modern dalam manajemen anestesi intra operatif dan post operatif. Indonesia telah memasuki era pelayanan kesehatan dengan universal health coverage melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS), menyebabkan pemberi layanan anestesi harus familiar dengan prinsip dasar ekonomi medis dan ikut berperan aktif dalam mengendalikan biaya untuk tata kelola anestesi. Pelayanan anestesi memiliki banyak kesempatan mengendalikan biaya, tentu saja dengan tetap menjaga keseimbangan antara keselamatan dan pembiayaan pasien. Scalp block adalah salah satu teknik pilihan yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan pembiusan umum. Disini akan ditinjau penggunaan Scalp block untuk operasi kraniotomi dan penanganan nyeri membandel pasca kraniotomi dengan dasar anatomi, evolusi histori, teknik yang berkembang saat ini, potensi keuntungan dan kekurangannya. This technique was introduced more than a century ago, but has undergone a modern rebirth in intraoperatif and postoperative anesthetic management. Indonesia has entered the era of health services which universal health coverage BPJS (Heath Social Organizing Agency), this causes the provider to be familiar with the basic principles of medical economics and participate actively in controlling costs for anesthesia service. Providers of anesthesia services have many opportunities to reduce these costs, with the aim of maintaining balance between profit, patient safety and costs. Scalp block is an alternative option that can be combined with general anesthesia. Here, we review the use of scalp block during craniotomy and refractory post craniotomy pain with its anatomic basis, historical evolution, current technique, potential advantages, and pitfalls. Abstract

ABSTARKPersaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industry kuliner digital mendorong pelaku usaha untuk menerepakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer relationship management (CRM), Promosi media social dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada bisnis kuliner Tokobeta.shop. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kusioner kepada 364 responden pelanggan Tokobeta.shop dan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial, CRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,437, t-statistic 6,122 dan p-value 0,000. Promosi media sosial juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,308, t-statistic 3,998 dan p-value 0,000. Sementara itu, harga memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,679, t-statistic 8,749 dan p-value 0,000.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi CRM, promosi yang tepat melalui media sosial, dan penetapan harga yang sesuai berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan Tokobeta.shop. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan personalisasi layanan CRM, intensifikasi konten media sosial yang menarik, serta penyesuaian strategi harga agar sesuai dengan persepsi nilai pelanggan.ABSTRACTThe increasingly fierce competition in the digital culinary industry urges business actors to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Tokobeta.shop customers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software.The results show that all three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially, CRM has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.437, a t-statistic of 6.122, and a pvalue of 0.000. Social media promotion also shows a significant impact, with a path coefficient of 0.308, a t-statistic of 3.998, and a p-value of 0.000. Price emerges as the most dominant factor influencing customer loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.679, a t-statistic of 8.749, and a p-value of 0.000.The conclusion of this study indicates that CRM strategies, effective social media promotion, and appropriate pricing contribute significantly to improving customer loyalty at Tokobeta.shop. The practical implication suggests the need to enhance personalized CRM services, increase the quality and frequency of engaging content on social media, and adjust pricing strategies to align with customer-perceived value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, dan Lokasi Usaha Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Soto Gebrak di Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh ketatnya persaingan industri kuliner serta tantangan yang dihadapi Soto Gebrak dalam menjaga konsistensi cita rasa, menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan nilai produk, dan keterbatasan lahan parkir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 98 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai R-square sebesar 77,1%, yang berarti kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan lokasi usaha sebesar 77,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai T hitung 2,769 > 1,96 dan p-value 0,003 < 0,05. Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan T hitung 2,068 > 1,96 dan p-value 0,020 < 0,05. Lokasi usaha juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan T hitung 3,696 > 1,96 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, dan Lokasi Usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, and business location on customer satisfaction at Soto Gebrak in Tebet, South Jakarta. The background of this research is driven by the intense competition in the culinary industry and the challenges faced by Soto Gebrak in maintaining consistency of taste, setting prices in accordance with product value, and addressing limited parking space. This research employed a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 98 respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed an Rsquare value of 77.1%, indicating that customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality, price perception, and business location by 77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors beyond the model. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction with a T-statistic value of 2.769 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05. Price perception also has a positive and has a significant effect with a T-statistic of 2.068 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.020 < 0.05. Business location has a positive and significant effect with a T-statistic of 3.696 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that product quality, price perception, and business location have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan, harga, dan word of mouthterhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Minang TembagaKemayoran. Dalam industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untukmenjaga kualitas makanan dan menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi konsumen agar dapatmembangun loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknikpengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernahberkunjung ke Rumah Makan Minang Tembaga. Teknik analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 3.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan pelanggan, dan harga juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan. Sementara itu, word of mouth memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Selain itu, kualitas makanan juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitaspelanggan. Namun, harga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran mediasi yang kuat dalammembangun loyalitas pelanggan, dan pengelolaan word of mouth serta harga perlu diperhatikanuntuk meningkatkan pengalaman secara menyeluruh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian datamenunjukkan bahwa variabel dalam penelitian memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 74,7%,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kepuasanpelanggan dipengaruhi sebesar 56,9% sedangkan 43,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainseperti Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), StoreAtmosphere, Food Safety, Time Saving Orientation, Kepercayaan, Customer Experience, BrandImage, dan Service Quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of food quality, price, and word of mouth on customerloyalty through customer satisfaction at Minang Tembaga Kemayoran Restaurant. In the culinaryindustry, which is increasingly competitive, it requires business actors to maintain food quality andcreate a positive experience for consumers in order to build customer loyalty. This study uses aquantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 100respondents who have visited Minang Tembaga Restaurant. The data analysis technique wascarried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS 3.The results of the study show that food quality has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction, and price also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile,word of mouth has a significant negative influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfactionhas a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. In addition, food quality also has a positive andsignificant effect on customer loyalty. However, price has a negative effect on customer loyalty.These findings confirm that customer satisfaction has a strong mediating role in building customerloyalty, and word of mouth management and pricing need to be considered to improve the overallexperience. Based on the results of the data test, it was shown that the variables in the studyaffected customer loyalty by 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Customer satisfaction was influenced by 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% wasinfluenced by other variables such as Service Quality, Promotion, Customer Relations Management(CRM), Store Atmosphere, Food Safety, Time Saving Orientation, Trust, Customer Experience,Brand Image, and Service Quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja,dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. Metodeyang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tenik pengumpulan data melaluikuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 128 responden. Hasil analisis menggunakan PartialLeast Square (PLS) berbasis SmartPLS 3. menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabelindependen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Gayakepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,007dan p-value 0,045. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadaployalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic 5,601 dan p value 0,000. Kompensasi memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic2,618 dan p-value 0,009. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang adildan transparan berkontribusi besar pada peningkatan loyalitas. Secara keseluruhan,temuan ini menggarisbawahi bahwa peningkatan dalam gaya kepemimpinan yangefektif, penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta pemberian kompensasiyang adil dan layak merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan secarasignifikan di PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment,and compensation on employee loyalty at PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. The methodused is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnairesdistributed to 128 respondents. Overall, these findings underscore that improvements in effectiveleadership styles, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the provision of fairand decent compensation are key to significantly increasing employee loyalty at PT.UangMe Fintek Indonesia.
