Abstract

This research aims to describe strategies for improving the quality of graduates through the roles and duties of school principals and assisted by deputy principals in managing the strategic management process which is carried out starting from environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation to the evaluation stage. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The findings of this research include, first, the strategic management process carried out in improving the quality of graduates, namely through the analysis stage (internal and external environmental analysis), strategy formulation is carried out by an appointed team, after that the formulation stage is carried out. followed by the implementation stage, and as follows: Lastly is evaluation which includes supervision, providing reports on programs that have been implemented, and organizing meeting agendas. Furthermore, how important it is for this management strategy to be improved in order to produce quality graduates, so as to expand future opportunities and minimize possible risks. Then there are factors that influence the process of improving the quality of graduates, namely in terms of teacher quality, outstanding students, and of course the availability of complete facilities. And the obstacle experienced is the lack of student motivation. Therefore, teachers need to foster students' learning motivation. Teachers as drivers of learning must try to make their students more enthusiastic about learning

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for TikTok shop users, either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature and involves the population at Dian Nuswantoro University class of 2020 aged 21-25 years, who are users and make purchases at the TikTok shop. The sampling method used a probability sampling technique via a simple random sampling method, with a total of 172 respondents. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM version 4 software. This research obtained the results that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, price has an effect positive towards consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Adanya tol Trans Jawa, yang memudahkan perjalanan dari bagian barat Pulau Jawa ke bagian timur atau sebaliknya, telah meningkatkan tingkat mobilitas masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini berdampak pada jumlah pengunjung wisata yang datang ke Kota Semarang. Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung ke Kota Semarang berdampak pada tingkat okupansi hotel yang ada khususnya hotel bintang 2. Hotel Front Semarang berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada para pengunjungnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atribut apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi ketidakpuasan pengunjung Front One Hotel Semarang termasuk juga untuk mengetahui atribut apa saja yang harus dipertahankan Front One Hotel Semarang untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan 122 responden, populasi penelitian adalah pengunjung yang pernah menginap di Hotel Front One Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode bulan Januari 2024 - Februari 2024. Peneliti menggunakan dua puluh karakteristik layanan yang termasuk ke dalam lima dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu bukti fisik, empati, kesetiaan, daya tanggap, dan jaminan—dengan menggunakan analisis model Kano. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 20 atribut termasuk dalam kategori One Dimensional (O), dan 3 atribut tergolong dalam extent of dissatisfaction. Dengan demikian, Hotel Front One Semarang harus mempertahankan pelayanannya untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan, seperti tempat parkir, suasana, dan air bersih.

Abstract

To achieve environmental sustainability, the integration of waste materials into new production processes is essential. This study investigates the development of aluminum matrix composites (AMCs) reinforced with rice husk ash (RHA) using the evaporative casting method. This study focuses on the effects of aluminum scrap-RHA composition, casting temperature, and styrofoam pattern thickness on key physical and mechanical properties such as fluidity length, surface roughness, hardness, and porosity. The composite material from aluminum scrap electrical cables and rice husk ash was heated in a furnace at a temperature of 900 °C for 2 hours with a sieve size of 200 mesh. The pattern material is styrofoam from electronic equipment packaging. The molding sand used is local silica sand with a sieve size of 60 mesh. The melting furnace uses a crucible furnace type with used oil as fuel. The independent variables were Al-RHA composition (100:0, 95:5, 90:10) %, pouring temperature (650 °C, 700 °C, and 750 °C), and Styrofoam pattern thickness (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10) mm. The results showed that the pouring temperature and the composition ratio of Al-RHA affected the fluidity length, surface roughness, hardness, and porosity, showcasing the potential of using waste materials in cost-efficient and environmentally sustainable composites for various industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and commitment on employee performance at TK IT Ibnu Hajar Dompu. Associative quantitative research method, with saturated sample techniques, with as many as 34 employees. The questionnaire is the main data collection technique and is supported by observation, documentation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses SPSS v.25. The study results found a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance through the t-test, while the f-test shows that both independent variables have a positive and significant effect together. This shows that the better the organizational climate and commitment, the more it will improve employee performance. The results of this study imply that the leadership of TK IT Ibnu Hajar Dompu in improving employee performance must start with efforts to improve organizational climate and commitment to compete.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development and advancement of technology, information, and communication, which have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. Strengthening religious moderation through digital literacy captures the potential of technological developments that are more interactive and structured in relation to religious moderation. This approach is expected to allow users to more easily access religious moderation assessment results and measure students' moderate attitudes. The objective of this study is to analyze the needs for developing a mobile application design aimed at strengthening religious moderation through digital literacy in West Java. The research locations include MAN 5 Bogor Regency, MAN 4 Sukabumi Regency, MAN 1 Sumedang Regency, and MAN 1 Bekasi City. This study serves as the initial stage in the plan to develop a mobile application design for strengthening religious moderation through digital literacy in West Java. The research design employs a naturalistic qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and verification techniques. The needs analysis results indicate that the most essential features for this application include the Digital Literacy Module, Interactive and Practical Materials, Discussion Forum, Online Counseling, and Religious Moderation Assessment. These features are designed to assist users, particularly madrasah students, in understanding the concept of religious moderation through engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand content. Additionally, the credibility of the content and the security of user data are also key priorities in the development of this application. By addressing these needs, the application will serve as an effective tool for disseminating the values of religious moderation, enhancing digital literacy among the younger generation, and preventing the spread of radical and extremist ideologies. This application is expected to educate and shape a generation that is moderate, inclusive, and respectful of religious diversity in society.

Abstract

Desa Maliku Baru, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, menghadapi paradoks sebagai desa maju namun menempati peringkat kedua desa terkumuh di kabupaten, khususnya di permukiman padat penduduk pesisir Sungai Kahayan. Permasalahan utama meliputi pengelolaan sampah yang buruk dan tingginya angka kemiskinan dengan karakteristik keluarga yang memiliki banyak anak. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi warga melalui inisiasi budidaya Cabai skala rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan praktik langsung budidaya Cabai bersama ibu-ibu PKK dan distribusi bibit. Strategi implementasi difokuskan pada RT 2A sebagai wilayah percontohan dengan pembagian dua pot Cabai per-rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme warga dalam mengembangkan budidaya Cabai sebagai upaya mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga sehari-hari

Abstract

The most common profession among Surian people is in the agricultural sector, such as tomato farmers. The farmers who are partners in PKM activities are tomato farmers in Nagari Surian, Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency. Tomato farmers often experience losses because when the tomato harvest season arrives the product is abundant, while demand is constant. Farmers will just let the tomatoes rot because the harvesting process will take up a lot of energy and money. This activity focuses on efforts to control the quality of post-harvest tomatoes by using a coating technique based on edible natural ingredients (edible coating) with the natural ingredient aloe vera. The stages of this activity are divided into three activities, namely initial activities which include analysis of partner needs, core (providing material and practice) and final (program evaluation). Based on the results of a questionnaire given to partners as many as 20 people with an age range of 25 – 46 years and consisting of men and women, 90% of participants agreed that this edible coating could be used to solve the problem of tomatoes that rot easily after harvest.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah global, nasional dan regional yang masih harus ditanggulangi dan dicegah di Indonesia. Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak berusia di bawah lima tahun (balita) akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang terutama seribu Hari Pertama Kelahiran (HPK), sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak yakni tinggi badan anak lebih rendah atau pendek (kerdil) dari standar usianya Di Indonesia kasus anak stunting ini jika dilihat dari proporsinya cukup tinggi dan masih sedikit sekali penurunannya dari tahun ke tahun. Seluruh kabupaten/kota di Maluku merupakan daerah lokus stunting pada tahun 2022. Salah satunya Kabupaten Seram Barat. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di Desa Waihatu Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat bahwa kejadian stunting sebanyak 68 orang. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan stunting adalah pengetahuan ibu yang kurang mengenai makanan yang bergizi untuk anak, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyuluhan guna meningkatkan pengetahun ibu balita tentang pemberian makan bayi dan anak. Pencegahan dan promosi kesehatan difokuskan kepada penanggulangan penyebab langsung dan penyebab tidak langsung, salah satunya menggunakan media pendidikan kesehatan. Salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah dilakukan edukasi pemberian makan dan bayi bagi ibu balita dengan harapan dapat menerapkan pemberian makanan bayi dan anak secara baik dan benar sesuai usia, frekuensi, jumlah dan tekstur. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita di Desa Waihatu. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu balita yang berjumlah 17 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kader meningkat pengetahuantentang pemberian makanan bayi dan anak. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah publikasi pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang etika bisnis dan pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada toko Biru yang merupakan tempat penjualan kebutuhan rumah tangga. Etika merupakan sistem moral dan prinsip-prinsip dari suatu perilaku manusia yang kemudian dijadikan standarisasi, baik-buruk, salah-benar, serta sesuatu yang bermoral atau tidak bermoral, Sedangkan Pelayanan adalah perihal atau cara melayani, usaha melayani orang lain dengan memperoleh imbalan (uang) jasa, kemudahaan yang diberikan sehubungan dengan jual beli barang atau jasa.  Pelayanan pada dasarnya adalah kegiatan yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi atau perorangan kepada konsumen, yang bersifat tidak berwujud dan tidak dapat dimiliki, sehigga dalam artikel ini akan dibahas bagaimana etika dan pelayanan memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Etika Bisnis, Layanan, kepuasan Pelanggan.
