Abstract

Vaksin Covid-19 merupakan salah satu terobosan pemerintah dalam melawan dan mengendalikan Covid-19, khususnya di Indonesia. Tujuan vaksinasi Covid-19 adalah untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat Covid-19. Vaksin Covid-19 menimbulkan kontroversi pada sebagian kelompok masyarakat. penyebaran informasi hoaks dapat mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap vaksin Covid-19, yang tentunya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam mengambil keputusan dan pilihan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literature yang tersedia saat ini tentang persepsi masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menggunakan database elektronik yaitu Google dan Google scholar yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021- 2023. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan 6 artikel yang sesuai kriteria. Kesimpulanya adalah Persepsi masyarakat tentang vaksinasi dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku masyarakt terhadap vaksinasi. Masyarakat dengan persepsi positif terhadap vaksinasi cenderung lebih bersedia untuk melakukan vaksinasi, sedangkan masyarakat dengan persepsi negatif terhadap vaksinasi cenderung lebih enggan untuk melakukan vaksinasi.

Abstract

Terjadi peningkatan hipertensi dalam 3 tahun terakhir di Puskesmas Landasan Ulin yaitu pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 550 orang, tahun 2021 sebanyak 1.049 orang, dan tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.123 orang. Menganalisis faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi pada pra lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Landasan Ulin Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian merupakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Besar sampel penelitian sebanyak 172 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan (p-value=0,046), status pekerjaan (p-value=0,024) dan kualitas tidur (p-value=0,048) dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pra lansia. Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p-value=0,347), pendapatan kepala keluarga (p-value=0,846) dan status gizi (p-value=0,922) dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pra lansia. Diharapkan Puskesmas Landasan Ulin dapat meningkatkan upaya promotif dan preventif dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian hipertensi kepada masyarakat. Mengoptimalkan penyuluhan kesehatan secara berkala, mengadakan sosialisasi seperti pertemuan komunitas atau seminar mengenai hipertensi, mengoptimalkan pembagian leaflet dan poster ketempat-tempat umum, dan mengadakan kampanye kesadaran tentang hipertensi secara berkesinambungan. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, Faktor Risiko, Pra Lansia

Abstract

This study aims to improve early childhood writing skills through fine motor activities in Group B at RA Nur Hasanah Banua Budi. The method used is Classroom Action Research, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 16 children aged 4–6 years, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. Data were collected through observation sheets and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results showed an improvement in children's writing abilities in each cycle. The average score increased from 2.0 in the pre-cycle stage to 2.64 in Cycle I and reached 3.0 in Cycle II. This improvement was observed in five writing skill indicators: the ability to trace letters, follow lines, imitate writing, identify letters, and write simple words or sentences. The gradual implementation of fine motor activities proved effective in enhancing hand-eye coordination, concentration, and children's interest in writing. Therefore, fine motor activities can serve as an enjoyable and effective alternative learning strategy to enhance early childhood writing skills. Teachers are encouraged to integrate fine motor activities into daily learning to support the optimal development of early literacy.

Abstract

The world of education in indonesia is currently experiencing a change in services due to the covid 19 pandemic and is required to make changes to the way of teaching, and other administrative services in the context of the indonesia education world, the massive changes in services resulting from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic have greatly disturbed students, teachers and parents. They are required to make changes to the way of teaching and learning and guide quickly and accurately.The role of the teacher is now very important because the learning prosess cannot be faceto-face anymore. The teacher must really do everything possible so that students can understand the material presented online.This study aims to determine:( 1) the role of teachers in improving PAI learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak for the 2019/2020 school year, (2) learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak 2019/2020 academic year, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of online learning in Islamic education subjects during the covid 19 pandemic at SD No. 1 Seminyak in the school year 2019/2020.This type of research is descriptive kwalitatif, the informan is determined by purposive method, while the key informants are the principel, religion teacher, home room teacher, students, student guardians and the data committee is analyzed by data reconstruction stages, data presentation, and verification conclusion.The results showed; (1) teachers are require to play a deeper role in online learning during the covid 19 pandemi, the online learning process delivered material through learning videos in the whatsap grop, make google absences from monitoring students to memorize short surahs via whatsapp or video calls to provide motivation and encouragement to students. (2) Pai's study results during the covid-19 pandemic are less than maximal because teachers cannot monitor students directly and many obstacles in online learning. (3) supporting factors in the implementation of online learning, namely, the availability of mobile quota and internet networks. While the inhibiting factor in online learning, namely, aconomi limitations, internet network is sometimes not as stable.

Abstract

This study aims to design and analyze the effectiveness of the Arabic language environment based on cooperative learning in improving students' speaking proficiency in the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, where quantitative data is collected first through pre-test and post-test to measure the improvement of students’ speaking proficiency, then continued with qualitative data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand more deeply the process of implementing cooperative learning. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using a paired T-test, while qualitative data was analyzed thematically. The results showed that the cooperative learning-based Arabic environment design included learning activities such as role-play, group discussion, and jigsaw that encouraged students’ active interaction and provided more opportunities to practice speaking. Quantitatively, there was an increase in students’ speaking proficiency scores, with an average pre-test of 65 (22,97) and post-test of 80 (33,40), which showed a statistically significant difference (p-value < 0,05). Meanwhile, the qualitative results revealed that students felt more confident, motivated, and active in participating during the learning process. Supporting factors for the success of learning include cooperation between students, the role of the class, lecturers as facilitators, and a learning atmosphere that supports speaking Arabic. The obstacles faced include the students' different abilities in the group and the limited time during learning. Based on these results, it can be concluded that cooperative learning-based Arabic environment design is effective in improving students’ speaking proficiency, so it is recommended to be applied in a more structured and sustainable manner in Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Drug and Food crime vulnerability mapping is the process of identifying potential crimes based on investigation, news, and study analysis, including the results of supervision, intelligence, cyber, and information analysis.  The purpose of this study is to classify the vulnerability of drug, cosmetic, traditional medicine, and food crime in East Java using the K-Medoids algorithm, as well as to see the development of the vulnerability of drug, cosmetic, traditional medicine, and food crime in East Java Province for 5 years from 2019 to 2023. The method used is the K-Medoids algorithm with the determination of the number of clusters using the Average Silhouette Width (ASW) method. The highest ASW value between 0.28447-0.61210 was obtained in clusters with 5 groups, namely very high, high, medium, low, and very low clusters. The results of the study show that from 2019 to 2023, as many as 12 regencies/cities have an increasingly vulnerable status, while 26 other regencies/cities have an increasingly safe status. The 12 regencies/cities that are increasingly vulnerable are Bangkalan Regency, Gresik Regency, Lamongan Regency, Nganjuk Regency, Pamekasan Regency, Pasuruan Regency, Ponorogo Regency, Sidoarjo Regency, Tuban Regency, Malang City, Probolinggo City, and Surabaya City. It is necessary to empower the community and intensify communication, provide education and disseminate information massively regarding the use of legal and safe Drugs and Food products, especially in areas with very high vulnerability.

Abstract

Abstract:  One of the most important components in education is career guidance, especially for junior high school students in institutions such as Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Currently, students are at a crucial stage in the decision-making process regarding their future path, both in choosing a level of further education and a career path. The purpose of this observation is to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of career guidance at MTs NU Mranggen, including the methods used, teacher involvement in guidance and counseling. This study uses a qualitative, descriptive, or phenomenological approach. Results Through counseling services, students are given space to recognize themselves, overcome the problems they face, and build a more positive self-concept. BK teachers or school counselors at MTs NU Mranggen play an active role in helping students face the challenges of adolescence.Abstrak: Salah satu komponen terpenting dalam pendidikan adalah bimbingan karier, khususnya bagi siswa SMP di lembaga seperti Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Saat ini, siswa berada pada tahap krusial dalam proses pengambilan keputusan terkait jalur masa depan, baik dalam memilih jenjang pendidikan lanjutan maupun jalur karier. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif tentang pelaksanaan bimbingan karier di MTs NU Mranggen, meliputi metode yang digunakan, keterlibatan guru dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, deskriptif, atau fenomenologis. Hasil Melalui layanan konseling, siswa diberikan ruang untuk mengenali diri sendiri, mengatasi permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, serta membangun konsep diri yang lebih positif. Guru BK atau konselor sekolah di MTs NU Mranggen berperan aktif dalam membantu siswa menghadapi tantangan usia remaja.

Abstract

In Indonesia, 70 out of 100 people with non-communicable diseases do not realize they have a non-communicable disease. The estimated number of people with hypertension aged > 15 years in 2021 in Ngawi Regency is 271,604 people, while the number of people with diabetes who receive health services is 33,715 people. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres so that they can carry out early detection and monitoring of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Community service activities were carried out at the Walikukun Community Health Centre, Ngawi Regency, East Java Province with 80 participants. The method of implementation of the first activity is exposure and discussion of hypertension and diabetes guided by the Head of Puskesmas Walikukun, and the second is the practice of measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels using digital measuring instruments. The results of the community service showed that cadres who improved their knowledge about diabetes were 63.9%. Cadres who improved their knowledge of hypertension were 62.3%. Cadres who improved their practical skills in measuring blood pressure were 27.9%, while cadres who improved their skills in measuring blood sugar levels with a digital glucometer were 19.7%. Cadres need to get knowledge and skills periodically about early detection of non-communicable diseases so that they can provide education and conduct early detection in the community.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that emphasizes continuous quality improvement by involving all elements within an organization. The primary goal of TQM is to meet or exceed customer expectations through consistent enhancement of processes, products, and services. In the Islamic context, the concept of quality also receives special attention, as reflected in the teachings of the Qur'an, which emphasize the importance of ihsan (excellence) in every aspect of life. This study aims to examine the relationship between TQM principles and the values taught in the Qur'an, as well as their implications for organizational management, particularly in the context of Islamic education.​ The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing various relevant sources from both modern management perspectives on TQM and the teachings of the Qur'an. The analysis is conducted by comparing and integrating TQM principles with Qur'anic teachings to identify alignments and their implications in management practices.​ The findings indicate that the main principles of TQM, such as customer focus, total employee involvement, process-based approach, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and fact-based decision making, align with the values taught in the Qur'an. For instance, the concept of ihsan in the Qur'an encourages Muslims to perform at their best, which is in line with the principle of quality improvement in TQM.​

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form and function of registers on social media based on M.A.K. Halliday's perspective. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with M.A.K. Halliday's theory as a basis. The focus of the study is directed at the form and function of registers in the speech of beauty content creators on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook social media, both in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. Data collection techniques include listening, recording, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman model, which includes the stages of identification, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources in this study came from beauty content creator accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook social media in 2024-2025. The results of the study showed that 37 open environmental registers and 37 limited environmental registers were found. The register functions found include: 9 instrumental functions, 4 regulatory, 8 representational, 5 interactional, 10 personal, 9 heuristic, and 3 imaginative. These results show that the language used by content creators is not only informative, but also communicative, expressive, and persuasive. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi register pada media sosial berdasarkan cara pandang M.A.K. Halliday. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori M.A.K. Halliday sebagai landasan. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada bentuk dan fungsi register dalam ujaran kreator konten kecantikan di media sosial TikTok, Instagram, dan Facebook, baik dalam bentuk kata, frasa, klausa, maupun kalimat. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik simak, catat, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman, yang mencakup tahap identifikasi, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari akun kreator konten kecantikan pada media sosial TikTok, Instagram, dan Facebook tahun 2024—2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 37 register selingkung terbuka dan 37 register selingkung terbatas. Adapun fungsi register yang ditemukan meliputi: 9 fungsi instrumental, 4 regulatoris, 8 representasional, 5 interaksi, 10 personal, 9 heuristik, dan 3 imajinatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa yang digunakan kreator konten tidak hanya bersifat informatif, tetapi juga komunikatif, ekspresif, dan persuasif.
