Server merupakan komponen vital dalam penyedia layanan informasi. Hal ini menjadi penting dalam peningkatan produktifitas kerja, efisiensi dan juga layanan yang menjadi bisnis triger perusahaan. Server menjadi begitu penting karena menyediakan akses permintaan ke client. Banyak nya permintaan/request ke server sehingga traffik meningkat akibat traffik yang tinggi berdampak kepada performa server rendah bahakan menyebabkan server down tidak dapat diakses. Kekhawatiran terbesar komputasi awan adalah kelebihan beban sistem untuk setiap individu, kelompok ataupun organisasi. Salah satu bentuk menjaga performa ketersediaan layanan dari sebuah server adalah dengan sistem load balancer web dengan menyeimbangkan beban pada satu server dan dibagi ke server lainnya pada node cluster yang sama. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan impelemantasi aplikasi load balancer dengan auto scalling group pada layanan cloud computing amazone web service. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototype dengan lima tahapan pengujian. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan pada 3 buah server EC2 yang terinstall webserver nginx, request permintaan masih tetap tersedia walau beberapa server mengalami down sementara group auto scaling akan menambahkan sebuah instance baru untuk memenuhi kapasitas yang diinginkan. Hal ini mempertahankan jumlah instance walau keadaan instance tidak sehat.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance in early childhood education in Sumberpucung District, Malang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method through an associative approach. The sample selection method in this study was a saturated sample (census) of 50 teachers. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence teacher performance. 2) Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance

Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have become a hot topic in improving Indonesia's economy. One of them is the food and beverage industry sector. The aim of this study was to empirically examine the impact of entrepreneurial skills on business success in the food and beverage sector of MSMEs, among variables and hypothesis testing. Proportional areas of random samples were used in this study. The research subject is his MSME owner in food and beverage industry based in Lubukpakam and registered with Deli Serdang Coorperative and MSME services. The results of this research show that managerial, conceptual, and human have a positive and significant impact on business success. Making decision and time management, on the other hand, do not have a positive and significant impact on business success

This study aims to improve the entrepreneurial character of STMIC Kuwera students with the knowledge management method. The application of knowledge management with an emphasis on strengthening the character of web-based entrepreneurs is expected to be a solution for the character education needs of STMIC Kuwera students to open up job opportunities for the business world by using technology according to their fields. This research will develop a knowledge management system model and design a prototype of the model developed on entrepreneurial character to be packaged as teaching materials for teachers for students. The methodology used is to perform a contingency factor analysis to obtain the knowledge management system model. The resulting knowledge management system model supports the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) process.

The reliability of the electric power system is very important in the continuity of the supply of electrical energy to the load. One of the important parts in the electric power system is the transformer. Maintaining the reliability of the transformer is an effort to make electrical energy channeled properly. For this reason, efforts are needed to evaluate whether the transformer is in good condition or not by using the Weibull distribution. By looking at the average failure rate, the MTTF value is used as a benchmark for reliability. It is based on the number of disturbances that cause the transformer to fail to operate. The results of the reliability analysis with the Weibull distribution on distribution transformers in the Rungkut ULP area during the time span from 2019, 2020, 2021 obtained an average failure rate of 18.321894% per year, with an MTTF value of 0.054579 per year, so the value reliability obtained 0.981. So according to Croanbach alpha, this value belongs to a very reliable level.

In the event of a short circuit interruption it is still very worrying where there are still many problems with protection equipment that does not work properly. In field conditions, the transformer at GIS Karangpilang often fails to disconnect the feeder. Based on this incident, it will be discussed how to coordinate the relay between incoming and Lakarsantri feeders. The calculation results from the working time of the relay feeder are 0.3 seconds with the working time on the incoming part being 0.68 seconds. Based on data from GIS Karangpilang, the working time of the relay in the feeder section was 0.41 seconds and 0.69 seconds in the incoming section with a fault current of 4.5 kA showing good results. In the short circuit simulation results, the manual calculation data and the data obtained from the Karangpilang GIS are not much different, where the working time of the relay feeder is 0.11 seconds faster than the incoming working time, with a time of 0.7 seconds which is in accordance with the relay settings.

Puskesmas as a health service unit must always improve the quality of service, this can be achieved by thinking about the aspects of occupational health and safety for health workers The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between knowledge and perceptions of occupational health problems with the behavior of using personal protective equipment at the Simalingkar B Health Center. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The research is located at Puskesmas Simalingkar B. The research population is all nurses on duty at Puskesmas Simalingkar B, totaling 50 people. The sample size was determined by total sampling, namely all nurses on duty at the Simalingkar B Health Center as many as 50 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with Chi Square. The results showed that the majority of knowledge about the use of APD at the Simalingkar B Health Center was poor as many as 17 people (34.0%) and those who had good knowledge but did not use APD were 5 people (10.0%) there is no relationship between knowledge and the use of APD. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between perceptions and the behavior of using APD at the Simalingkar Community Health Center B. It is recommended that health workers emphasize knowledge of personal protective equipment (APD) and the benefits of safe work behavior.
