This research is based on the gap phenomenon in the form of employees being late and leaving early which is still experiencing fluctuations. This condition can be shown through data on the number of employees who are late and leave early at the Purbalingga Regency Health Service and research gaps in the form of differences in research results. The aim of this research is to analyze the partial influence of career development, work discipline, work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of Purbalingga District Health Service employees. The population in this study were ASN employees of the Purbalingga District Health Service, totaling 98 people with a sample of 88 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results of this research show career development, work discipline, work environment, and work motivation influence employee job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that the Purbalingga District Health Service needs to provide career clarity for employees, make more efforts to improve good relations between co-workers, improve employee safety, pay more attention to the rewards given to employees according to the work they do.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial significance of the influence of work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment, and competence on employee performance in DPKUKM Cilacap Regency. The sample in this study includes the entire population, consisting of 38 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of this research is work motivation, organizational commitment, and competence have a significant positive effect on the performance of DPKUKM employees in Cilacap Regency. However, work discipline does not have a significant effect on the performance of DPKUKM employees in Cilacap Regency. The implications of this research suggest that DPKUKM Cilacap Regency needs to enhance employee performance by: 1) increasing work motivation by improving employee compliance with applicable regulations; 2) enhancing organizational commitment by strengthening the sense of family among employees; 3) improving competence by training employees in precision at work. Although work discipline does not significantly influence employee performance, DPKUKM Cilacap can improve punctuality in working hours through stricter monitoring of office entry, break, and departure times.

This study examines how implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HR) impacts employee engagement and operational efficiency. By automating tasks like data management, scheduling, and payroll, AI enables HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives such as talent management and culture development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature review, the research finds that AI adoption improves operational efficiency by 30% and enhances employee engagement through personalized experiences and real-time feedback. Additionally, AI supports better strategic decision-making with predictive employee data analysis. However, challenges include employee resistance and the need for HR retraining. For optimal results, companies should strengthen internal communication and establish supportive policies that enhance engagement and well-being through AI integration.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge (knowledge) and skills (skills) to people with disabilities, especially in the State Extraordinary School 1 of Padangpanjang. This training is also an effort to maintain and preserve the existence of batik as a traditional art and cultural heritage. Making batik techniques from used cardboard is expected to equip students with abilities and expertise so that they have the provision of skills that will improve, develop attitudes, knowledge as a person and community members in conducting reciprocal relationships with the social, cultural and natural environment. The method consist of two stages, namely demonstration and practice. The practice begins with making a design motif that is applied to the canting cap, followed by making batik with the stamp technique. The results are made in the form of tablecloths and bags, with the motif designs from the creations of the students. Limitations do not become a barrier for them in creativity, instead they have the ability to work on taste, intention and creativity that can be seen from the canting cap produced with creative and innovative designs.

Pelatihan membatik yang dilaksanakan di desa wisata Kubu Gadang ditujukan untuk membantu menciptakan produk souvenir khas Kubu Gadang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian dari ISI Padangpanjang yang ditujukan terhadap kelompok Sadar Wisata Kubu Gadang. Pokdarwis Kubu Gadang merupakan pengelola desa wisata yang turut berkontribusi untuk mengembangkan kepariwisataan di Kubu Gadang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan di balai pemuda Kubu Gadang dan proses pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi yang kemudian diikuti oleh peserta. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan berbagai bentuk produk souvenir berbahan batik bagi wisatawan yang datang ke Kubu Gadang. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa syal batik, sapu tangan batik, kain panjang dan ada juga berbentuk deta yang merupakan salah satu kelengkapan pakaian pria di Minangkabau. Motif batik yang diterapkan adalah motif tradisional Minangkabau yang dipadukan dengan motif bertemakan khas Kubu Gadang seperti silek lanyah dan makan bajamba. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menjadi cikal bakal lahirnya souvenir batik khas Kubu Gadang yang bisa ditawarkan ke wisatawan yang datang.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa MAN 2 Kota Bukittinggi dalam bidang kriya khususnya membatik. Pengembangan desain batik di laksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sebagai kelanjutan dari pelatihan teknik batik yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Pengembangan desain ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat dan menerapkan motif-motif batik, sesuai dengan tahapan desain. Eksplorasi corak dan penataan ragam hias, serta jeniswarna dan paduannya menjadi materi pokok dalam pelatihan ini. Materi pelatihan membatik disajikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan desain. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan 1 x dalam seminggu setiap hari sabtu, setelah selesai jam pelajaran sekolah yang berlangsung selama 12 x tatap muka. Dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang yang keseluruhannya terdiri dari siswa perempuan. Setiap siswa telah dapat membuat batik dengan menerapkan ragam hias sesuai dengan kreativitas masing – masing, yang terwujud dalam bentuk karya individual maupun kelompok, seperti batik syal dan batik taplak meja

Pelatihan batik cap diberikan kepada siswa SLB YPPLB Kota Padang, dalam upaya peningkatan kreatifitas siswa agar dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam dunia kerja serta membuka peluang untuk berwirausaha. Batik cap yang dimaksud dalam hal ini adalah batik cap yang menggunakan alat cap batik sederhana yang terbuat dari limbah karton.Melalui kegiatan pelatihan diharapkan siswa/i SLB dapat mengembangkan diri dan berkreasi dalam membuat berbagai bentuk produk batik cap, sesuai dengan keinginan dan kemampuan para siswa. Kegiatan pelatihan batik cap dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa pendekatan seperti melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demontrasi dan latihan atau prakek langsung. Kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari pembuatan desain motif sampai pada proses pembuatan produk. Adapun produk yang telah dihasilkan adalah, shal, tas dan sandal hotel.

Pondok pesantren Thawalib Gunuang merupakan salah satu merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren yang mewajibkan santrinya untuk memiliki kompetensi seni sebagai wujud pembentukan karakter. Kompetensi senirupa yaitu membatik juga merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu dimiliki santri sebagai wujud kecintaan pada budaya daerah. Untuk itu penulis melaksanakan pelatihan membatik bagi santri putri di pondok pesantren Thawalib Gununang sebagai upaya meningkatkan kecintaan peserta terhadap budaya bangsa. Peserta pelatihan membatik merupakan santri yang dipilih berdasarkan minatnya terhadap seni rupa. Santri diajarkan proses membatik dari mulai membuat motif, menerapkan motif ke kain, mencanting, mewarnai, hingga melorod. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, peserta berhasil membuat dua buah produk batik yaitu sapu tangan dan syal batik. Kegiatan pelatihan membatik tentunya membutuhkan fokus dan ketelitian dari peserta untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Hal ini karena tahapan membatik yang cukup panjang dan juga penerapan motif yang membutuhkan ketelitian agar produk batik yang dihasilkan menjadi maksimal. Diakhir kegiatan diadakan diskusi dengan peserta terkait kendala yang dihadapi. Dan untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan ini, juga diserahkan peralatan membatik lengkap kepada peserta sehingga mereka bisa berkreasi dan berlatih lebih intens lagi.

The service quality of hospitals is a benchmark for the success of health sector development. The use of electronic prescribing (E-prescribing) enables a faster, more accurate, and more efficient service process in hospitals. Related to this matter, current research was carried out aim-ing to examine the use of E-prescribing in the medical sector, especial-ly in hospitals. This study encompassed three phases: (1) identification of relevant literature and data collection; (2) analysis and assessment of the identified literature; and (3) additional categorization of the ob-tained literature. The results of this study concluded that the use of e-prescribing can improve the service quality received by patients in hos-pitals. In addition, its use can also reduce the prescribing errors and increase the cost and time efficiency. However, medical errors are still found, in which it is primarily affected human factors (human error). On the other hand, patient information data must be kept protected, yet the use of e-prescribing can cause the prescription data which is part of confidential medical records and should be protected to be easily ac-cessed by irresponsible parties.
