Abstract

Kesadaran beribadah yang lemah dari siswa yang muncul di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang merupakan masalah yang dirasa sangat penting untuk di bahas. Karena peserta didik sendiri merupakan aset nasional dan merupakan tumpuan harapan bagi masa depan agama, bangsa dan negara. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kurikulum atau kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang perlu dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan pengamalan fiqih dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sesuai dengan nilai agama. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah, implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran beribadah siswa di SMA IT Daar Al-Uluum Kisaran. Pada penelitian kali ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian secara ringkas menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah dilakukan dengan penjadwalan rutin dan dilaksanakan setelah pulang sekolah. Selain itu kegiatan fiqih ibadah ini wajib di dampingi oleh pembina atau pelatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah tersebut, dan untuk hasil kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah ialah hasil peningkatan di sekolah tersebut sudah standar meski belum di katakan 100% baru ada peningkatan 60% sampai 70% sudah dapat dikatakan antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler fiqih ibadah.

Abstract

Institutions considering a wide range of non-educational behavior has now been penetrated in our educational institutions. Such behavior, among others: the phenomenon of violence, sexual abuse, mania business through schools, corruption and arbitrariness that occur among school. After conducting a reliminary study in Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat it can be concluded while, that the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat is an educational institution that began to notice the importance of character education.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting the data, the authors using observation, interviews, and documentation.This study produced three findings: first from the aspect of planning is done in several ways, including: a) Designing school conditions conducive, b) Designing curriculum of character education explicitly, c) Creating a curriculum characters integrative, d) Management of classrooms, e) environmental management outside the classroom. Both at the level of implementation is done, among others: a) Cooperation between the school community, b) Applying the model, c) Habituation pray, d) Guidance Qur’an intensive, e) Appreciating the creativity of learners, f) Establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and learners. Third at the level evalusinya do several things, among others: a) Cooperation with parents of learners (co parenting), b) strict supervision of the character, c) Home visit (Home Visits), d) Issue a communication book.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of School-Based Management at SMA Negeri 2 Medan and to describe the strategy and leadership style of the principal in implementing School-Based Management at SMA Negeri 2 Medan. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach, the data sources in this study were school principals, teachers, TU staff, students, and committees, and a total of 14 informants. The data collection process is carried out employing observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies, the researcher uses the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman in Sugiono's book in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and verification (concluding) after which an examination of the validity of the data is carried out with credibility, transferability, dependence. and certainty. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Implementation of School-Based Management at SMA Negeri 2 Medan has been well implemented and developed by the school with great programs so this school has become one of the favorite schools in the city of Medan. (2) The strategy carried out by the principal in implementing SBM is by delegating authority, making decisions by deliberation, and in determining policy the principal always holds open meetings, builds communication, and conducts evaluations. (3) The leadership style of the principal of SMA Negeri 2 Medan has a democratic leadership style that always invites his subordinates to work together to achieve the school's vision, mission and goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran tentang upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MTs Al-Ikhlas Air Hitam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul maka dilakukan analisis dengan tahapan: pemilihan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa antara lain: meminta kepala sekolah untuk menambah jam di luar jam pelajaran PAI; melakukan komunikasi dengan wali siswa untuk mengingatkan anak mereka agar mengulang pelajaran di rumah; melakukan evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran; memilih pendekatan/metode yang menarik bagi siswa; dan menggunakan media pembelajaran agar memudahkan guru dalam menjelaskan materi dan mudah difahami oleh siswa dan menggunakan metode hadiah dan hukuman. Gambaran hasil pembelajaran PAI siswa MTs Al-Ikhlas Air Hitam tergolong baik karena seluruh nilai siswa pada tahun ajaran 2022 terlihat dari hasil semester mereka telah mencapai standar KKM yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Adanya berbagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PAI di sekolah tentunya harus ada pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah, dalam melaksanakan pengembangan tentunya terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang ada di MTs YPI Subulul Huda Saentis dalam mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler Tahfiz dan Nasyid di MTs YPI Subulul Huda Saentis adalah guru pembimbing kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Tahfiz dan Nasyid, kepala sekolah, staf dan 5 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs YPI Subulul Huda Saentis, Jl. Besar Medan Percut Sei Tuan dsn VI km 16, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Observasi ini dilakukan selama 2 hari tepatnya pada tanggal 4 November 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari hasil observasi, hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan terhadap subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa permasalahan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler antara lain: Pada program tahfidz yaitu kurangnya minat siswa dalam menghafal, siswa sering menarik diri pada jam ekstrakurikuler Tahfizul Qur'an, masih terdapat siswa yang tidak pandai membaca Al-Qur'an, dan guru Tahfidz sering terlambat dan mangkir dari kegiatan serta suka membentak siswanya. Sedangkan pada program Nasyid, keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya minat dan partisipasi, keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pelatihan dan pembinaan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, tentunya perlu adanya pembaharuan sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

KKD activities are very important to develop in schools because they can improve their learning experience and help them discover their interests in the religious field. The method in this research is qualitative field. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze KKD extracurriculars in increasing student interest in MAN 2 Model Medan. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif lapangan yang berlokasi di MAN 2 Model Medan. The results obtained in this research are: 1) The implementation of the KKD extracurricular program in increasing student interest in MAN 2 Medan Model is that the implementation of the KKD extracurricular program is realized by carrying out activities that develop students' religious understanding, communication skills and leadership qualities. 2) The contribution of the KKD extracurricular program in increasing student interest at MAN 2 Model Medan is that it provides opportunities to develop preaching, leadership and social skills, which can increase student interest.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is a pedagogical framework that aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by emphasizing the development of students' character, skills and knowledge. The role of teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum in schools is crucial in ensuring the success of providing education in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum. This study aims to investigate the role of teachers in the process of implementing the 2013 Curriculum in schools. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting in-depth interviews with a number of teachers in various schools. The results of the analysis show that the teacher's role in implementing the 2013 Curriculum involves several main aspects. However, there are challenges faced by teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, such as limited resources, uneven understanding of the new curriculum, and paradigm changes in learning approaches. Further efforts are needed to support teachers in carrying out their role effectively in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, including more intensive training, strong leadership support at the school level, as well as increasing available resources.

Abstract

Success in managing extracurricular tahfidz Al-Qur'an is very dependent on the competence and skills of teachers in terms of understanding, teaching and effective approach methods. There is a problem with the teacher's ability to manage extracurricular tahfidz at Mts Al Ittihadiyah. This can be seen from the phenomena that occur, namely: 1) extracurricular tahfidz which was on hiatus in 2020-2022, 2) lack of students' ability and interest in reading the Al-Qur'an and 3) Limited time that can be allocated for extracurricular activities, accompanied by with the demands of a formal curriculum, it often makes it difficult for teachers to provide intensive attention and assistance in learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an. This research aims to obtain information and a clear picture of teachers' abilities in managing extracurricular Tahfidz at Mts Al Ittihadiyah Bromo, Medan Area District, Medan City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the phenomenological method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis related to tahfidz extracurricular management. The main respondents were teachers who were involved in these activities. The conclusion of this research is that apart from the teacher's ability to motivate people about the Koran, the environment and parental attention are very important in the success of the tahfidz program at the school.

Abstract

Calligraphy or khat is a science that introduces hijaiyah letters, after which they are combined with examples of verses from the Koran and assembled into very beautiful writing. The results of this research are to develop calligraphy extracurricular activities in improving students' talents at MAS Al-Washliyah 12 Perbaungan, so teachers need to do several things, namely preparing calligraphy lessons, using methods that make it easier for students, motivating students to be more enthusiastic in learning calligraphy, and evaluating writing that has been studied so that it is more in line with the rules of calligraphy. The research method used is qualitative research and a case study at MAS Al-Wahliyah 12 Perbaungan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of integration of science and religion based on wahdhatl ulum, explore the development of the integration of science in curriculum development, and explore the development of the integration of science and religion based on wahdhatl ulum in the implementation of the curriculum at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training a state Islamic university in North Sumatera. This research conducted a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The instruments used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed using inductive and interim analysis. The results show the concept of integrating science and religion based on wahdhatul ulum in leaders’ of FITK UINSU Medan view is a concept of incorporating knowledge by obviating the dichotomy or separating between general sciences and religious sciences. Preparing the curriculum begins by forming Lecture Plans (RPS) in lecture activities. Despite of, the integration of science and religion in curriculum implementation has been carried out through the process of lectures, research, and community service; however, not all lecturers have the same perception in its understanding and implementation, so there are variations in their learning activities.
