Abstract

Majelis ta’lim is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that has its own curriculum, is held regularly, and is attended by relatively large congregations. It aims to build polite and harmonious relationships between humans and Allah SWT, humans and others, and the environment, fostering a community that is devoted to Allah SWT. The majlis ta’lim system has developed since the beginning of the spread of Islam in the Arabian continent, then spread throughout the Islamic world in Asia, Africa, and Indonesia, especially those that continue to grow today with the main mission of teaching Islam to Muslims. Even in Indonesia, the majlis ta’lim is a component of national education activities. The role of the ta’lim assembly in society is to strengthen the foundation of human life in the field of Islam in order to improve the quality of life integrally, physically and spiritually, worldly and spiritually, in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely faith and piety, which underlie life in the world and all areas of its activities. This research is library research by collecting various information from books and journals. This article explains the meaning, development, and role of the Majlis Ta’lim as a non-formal Islamic educational institution in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peineilitian ini beirtujuan untuk meinganalisis laporan reialisasi Anggaran Peindapatan dan Beilanja Daeirah (APBD) pada Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Sampeil dalam peineilitian ini adalah laporan reialisasi Anggaran Peindapatan dan Beilanja Daeirah (APBD) pada Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar tahun 2019-2021. Data dalam peineilitian ini dikumpulkan deingan meitodei peineilitian lapangan dan teiknik dokumeinteir. Hasil peineilitian akan dianalisis deingan meitodei deiskriptif kuantitatif deingan meimpeirtimbangkan hasil analisis dari Rasio Eifeiktivitas Peindapatan Asli Daeirah (PAD), Rasio Eifisieinsi Keiuangan Daeirah, Rasio Keiseirasian, Rasio Peirtumbuhan, dan Rasio Deirajat Deiseintralisasi. Hasil peineilitian ini meinunjukkan bahwa seicara rata-rata Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya eifeiktif dalam meingoptimalkan Peindapatan Asli Daeirahnya meinurut Rasio Eifeiktivitas Peindapatan Asli Daeirah (PAD). Akan teitapi, Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar beilum eifisiein dalam meimbeilanjakan peindapatannya meinurut Rasio Eifisieinsi Keiuangan Daeirah. Keimudian, dari hasil peirhitungan Rasio Keiseirasian teirlihat bahwa beilanja opeirasi meindominasi total beilanja daeirah pada Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya deingan konsistein beirada diatas 90%. Seidangkan total beilanja modal meindominasi total beilanja daeirah dibawah 10%. Peirtumbuhan peindapatan daeirah dan beilanja daeirah juga dapat dilihat pada hasil peirhitungan Rasio Peirtumbuhan, yakni peirtumbuhan peindapatan daeirah teitap beirada dalam angka yang positif namun peirtumbuhan beilanja daeirah pada tahun 2021 meingarah kei angka yang neigatif. Teirakhir, Rasio Deirajat Deiseintralisasi meinunjukkan hasil peirhitungan 100% yang meinandakan bahwa Kantor Keicamatan Biringkanaya mampu meimbiayai keigiatan peimbangunan daeirah meilalui optimalisasi Peindapatan Asli Daeirah.

Abstract

Several studies state that fasting has many health benefits. Fasting in Ramadhan is obligatory for Muslims, therefore, fasting education for children from an early age is very important. Results of the pre-test survey, 78% of mothers (parents) didn’t know how to use the right method in training children to fast. This community service aimed at providing knowledge to mothers about training children to fast from an early age, this activity was attended by 30 mothers (parents) who were held at TK Melati Siwalanpanji Buduran Sidoarjo using a lecture method which contained recommendations for training children and implementing several methods to fast, as well as providing information about the privileges and benefits of fasting in children and followed by a question and answer session. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase, namely 90% of mothers showed good knowledge, this was supported by the response of mothers being enthusiastic and active in the activity by many questions. Conclusion: the mother was very enthusiastic about participating counselling activity on the fasting exercise method for children, and the entire series of activities had run fluent and received a good response from the school.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge and awareness about pregnancy danger signs is the cause of the high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia. This counseling aims to improve the knowledge and awareness of pregnant women and their husbands about pregnancy danger signs at the Delta Mutiara Sukodono Clinic and Maternity Home. Using an extension method involving lecturers and midwifery students from Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, the activity included leaflet distribution, interactive lectures, discussions, and measurement of knowledge scores before and after the extension. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores from an average of 65 to 82. The discussion revealed the effectiveness of the counseling method in improving participants' understanding of pregnancy danger signs, which contributed to the prevention and early treatment of pregnancy complications. Conclusions emphasize the importance of effective health education in increasing public health awareness.

Abstract

The research objectives are (1) To determine the legal protection of copyright holders for the use of the Sumbawa University of Technology logo in the sale of merchandise by PT. Olat Maras Technology in Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. (2) To find out the legal consequences for business actors who sell merchandise using university logos without permission. The benefit of research is to increase information to the public in general and especially to merchandise business actors, the importance of having permission to use a logo. The method used in this research is the empirical legal method. The results of the research show that: (1) Copyright law protection for the community and students at Sumbawa University of Technology is moderate, because their understanding of the existence of copyright law regarding logos is only limited to discussion and they still order merchandise even though they don't know about the legality of the use of the logo used in making it. merchandise. (2) There are legal consequences for business actors who sell merchandise using university logos without permission. These include sales restrictions and product withdrawals, termination of business activities, legal sanctions, civil lawsuits and revocation of business permits. The conclusions in this research are (1) The legal protection of the Sumbawa University of Technology in the use of copyright for making merchandise by PT Olat Maras Teknologi Sumbawa is categorized as moderate, because the students of the Sumbawa University of Technology only ask questions without considering the goods they will buy. (2) legal consequences for business actors who sell merchandise using university logos without permission, namely termination of business activities. The author's suggestion is that Sumbawa University of Technology must immediately take further action to address the issue of permission to use the university's logo on merchandise produced by PT Olat Maras Teknologi. This could include further negotiations between the College and PT Olat Maras Teknologi to regulate the legal use of the College logo.

Abstract

Conventionally, the social construction of a gender equality society is able to increase awareness of education in a patriarchal culture in Indonesia. The construction of gender equality and gender justice is carried out by people who have concern for the role and progress of women in particular and society in the field of education. Top down affirmations are carried out by various gender equality actions and movements. Women who are the object of the equality movement, to increase gender awareness and justice in the field of education. Along with the times and in the era of digitalization as it is today, it is able to transform the paradigm of women’s thinking. They take an active part in real development through education. Despite going through various challenges and obstacles due to being in a patriarchal culture, where the level of women is lower than that of men. This paper shows that gender equality in education and patriarchal culture, theoretically factual challenges in increasing gender equality, efforts to increase women’s awareness of the importance of education, implementation of gender equality in education in the social context of society. This paper suggests need to provide access and opportunities for women, public policies that are gender-biased oriented, involve women’s participation, so as to be able to provide a just principle of benefit for women, one of which is through education by providing sufficient access to women

Abstract

The era of globalization and modernism has colored the movement of Islamic boarding school women to appear in the public sector, but at the same time they are required to successfully carry out their duties as housewives. Conventionally, postmodernist feminist construction is in the dual role of Islamic boarding school wo men in the family and public sector, namely women who have a Islamic boarding school background in the field of religion or people who gain legitimacy as teachers or mothers. The Islamic boarding school women's movement is top - down because the production o f religious knowledge and truth is determined by the religious elite so that the public becomes an object that must submit to the elite. The era of new religious movements changed the tendency of Islamic boarding school women's thinking paradigm from the d omestic area to shift to public spaces such as becoming regional heads after the direct regional head election (pilkada) system in Indonesia. This paper aims to analyze the movement of Islamic boarding school women in the postmodern era in managing their d ual roles as housewives and career women in the public domain. From descriptive and content analysis of qualitative research data, it shows that the postmodern Islamic boarding school women's movement is able to shift the religious paradigm from traditiona l conventionalism to modern secularism. The conclusion of this article is about the election of Islamic boarding school women as regional heads, showing the collapse of patriarchal culture in the current postmodern era. This article provides suggestions th at affirmative action is needed for women to improve education, so that they are able to take part in the development of the nation and state

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and offer strategies to increase women's political participation in Islamic societies. The benefit of this research is to increase awareness in Islamic communities about the importance of gender equality in participating in politics and to increase women's political participation in Islamic communities. The theory used in this research is the social construction theory of gender. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze data related to gender inequality in political participation in Islamic communities. Data was collected through interviews with several informants who are experienced in Islamic politics and society. The research results show that gender inequality in political participation in Islamic communities is visible in several aspects. First, women are still given less opportunities to participate in the political decision-making process. Second, women still experience discrimination in accessing information and resources needed for political participation. Third, women still experience stigma and stereotypes that prevent them from participating in politics. The suggestions and recommendations in this research, such as increasing awareness, developing resources, eliminating stigma and stereotypes, and developing partnerships, are expected to help overcome gender inequality in political participation in Islamic communities.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the procedure for calculating JHT tax and printing guarantee claim vouchers. The research method used in this journal uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the role of E-PPT My Tax in calculating JHT tax and the procedure for printing guarantee claim vouchers can make it easier for a company to record financial reports sequentially and in detail. Having procedures makes it easier to carry out an activity accurately, consistently and relevantly. The conclusion of this research is that the role of E-PPT My Tax in calculating JHT tax and the procedure for printing guarantee claim vouchers is very important because you can know how to calculate tax in detail and by printing guarantee vouchers, a company's financial reports can be directed and clear, and later An archive will also be created if the file is used at any time.

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kolaborasi Nusantara Moderasi Beragama bersama masyarakat memberdayakan aset yang ada, salah satunya adalah kegiatan masyarakat melakukan pawai obor sebagai bagian dari peringatan hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang di banyak tempat di Indonesia sudah menghilang, padahal memiliki banyak nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. karenanya pengabdian ini penting dilakukan untuk memperkuat harmoni nilai kebangsaan dan moderasi beragama dalam pawai obor bagi masyarakat desa Pangi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis dan agamis. Dilakukan dengan mengedepankan rasa persaudaraan selaku anak bangsa dan orang yang beragama kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Hasil pengabdian ini terlihat bahwa sebelum diadakan pengabdian, masyarakat sudah hidup bersama dan bersaudara dalam perbedaan agama. Namun setelah diadakan pengabdian, masyarakat semakin menyadari jika melalui kegiatan pawai obor ada rasa kebangsaan yang menggugah hati mereka dan nilai moderasi yang semakin harmoni dan menyadari jika mempertahankan nilai kebangsaan dan moredasi perlu disadari dan diusahakan melalui berbagai cara, salah satunya melalui pawai obor.
