Abstract

This research is an implementation of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model assisted by LKPD QR Code as a form of innovation in the learning and teaching process. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in science subjects using the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code. This research was carried out for 1 month starting from 26 July to 25 August 2023, on 19 class V students of SD Negeri 1 Lalalinggah. This research procedure was carried out in 2 cycles with research methods using quantitative methods. In the initial research, it was found that 13 students out of 19 students scored less than 65. However, in subsequent learning activities through the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code, student learning outcomes could be improved. This can be seen from the average score before treatment which was 57.63. Meanwhile in cycle I the average score of students increased to 62.00 and in cycle II the average score of students' abilities increased to 72.55.

Abstract

Persampahan di kota Palembang masih menjadi masalah yang kompleks dan rumit serta akan berdampak besar terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Pertambahan jumlah sampah dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan dan pencemaran lingkungan. Sungai Sekanak, anak Sungai Musi yang berada di Kota Palembang, telah mengalami pencemaran yang terlihat pada perubahan fisik air sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap kepala keluarga tentang pengelolaan sampah melalui Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Daerah Aliran Sungai Sekanak Kelurahan 26 Ilir Kota Palembang Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksprimen semu dengan design one group pre dan post test design. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan sikap sedangkan yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah model pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30  Kepala keluarga diwilayah Kelurahan 26 Ilir Kota Palembang.Analisis ststistik untuk uji beda digunakan indepnden T test pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan kepala keluarga  tentang pengelolaan sampah sebelum dan sesudah pemberdayaan masyarakat terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna Sikap kepala keluarga tentang pengelolaan sampah sebelum dan sesudah pemberdayaan masyarakat terdapat perbedaan sikap yang bermakna antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kesimpulan: pemberdayaan masyarakat mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan pengetahuan dan sikap kepala keluarga dalam pengelolaan sampah.

Abstract

The low learning motivation and critical thinking skills of students in abstract mathematics materials such as LCM and GCF are the main background of this research. To address this problem, this study focuses on developing an innovative learning module that integrates the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with local wisdom through the Maen Bawe ethnomathematics game. The main objective is to produce a valid, practical, and effective product for fifth-grade students. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires at SDN 38 Mataram, and a critical thinking ability test. The results showed that the developed module was deemed highly valid by experts (average score >84%) and highly practical based on student responses (score 89.03%). In terms of effectiveness, this module has proven successful in increasing learning motivation and significantly improving students' critical thinking skills, as indicated by a jump in the average score from 31.81 (pre-test) to 96.09 (post-test), with an N-Gain of 94.3% (highly effective category). It is concluded that this ethnomathematics-based PBL module is feasible and effective for use as a learning medium to increase student engagement and cognitive abilities in elementary schools. ABSTRAKRendahnya motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi matematika abstrak seperti KPK dan FPB menjadi latar belakang utama penelitian ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah modul pembelajaran inovatif yang mengintegrasikan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan kearifan lokal melalui permainan etnomatematika Maen Bawe. Tujuan utamanya adalah menghasilkan produk yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Riset dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar validasi ahli, angket respons siswa di SDN 38 Mataram, serta tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid oleh para ahli (rata-rata skor >84%) dan sangat praktis berdasarkan respons siswa (skor 89,03%). Dari segi efektivitas, modul ini terbukti berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh lonjakan skor rata-rata dari 31,81 (pre-test) menjadi 96,09 (post-test), dengan N-Gain 94,3% (kategori sangat efektif). Disimpulkan bahwa modul PBL berbasis etnomatematika ini layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kemampuan kognitif siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data used in this study is secondary data for 2017-2021 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analysis method in this study is panel data regression using Eviews 10. The results of this study show that Regional Taxes, Separated Regional Wealth Management Results, and Other Legal Local Original Revenues partially have a significant and positive effect on Local Original Revenues in the districts / cities of North Sumatra province, while Regional Levies do not have a significant and negative effect on Regional Original Revenue in districts / cities of North Sumatra province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of  labor force participation, human development index (HDI) on poverty in the 10 urban districts with the highest poverty in 2020. The data used in this research is data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis method used is panel data regression using the E-views10 program. The research results show that partially the labor force participation rate variable is negative and significant on poverty, the human development index variable has a significant and significant effect on poverty. Simultaneous research results, the labor force participation rate variable and the human development index have a significant effect on poverty. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.938870, which means that the influence of the labor force participation rate and human development index on poverty is 0.938870 or 93.88% while the remaining 6.12% is influenced by variables outside this research.

Abstract

Upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan yang ada di perusahaan tersebut. Iklim organisasi merupakan lingkungan internal atau psikologi organisasi. Adapun kepemimpinan merupakan proses atau upaya perusahaan dalam melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) Kalimantan Tengah 2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) Kalimantan Tengah. Jenis penelitian dalam penyusunan skripsi  ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu para karyawan pada PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) Kalimantan Tengah yaitu sebanyak 81 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam peneltian ini adalah simple random sampling. Simple random sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara random dengan jumlah yang proporsional pada tiap-tiap populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi lineir berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasi mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) Kalimantan Tengah 2) kepemimpinan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) Kalimantan Tengah dan 3) Iklim organisai paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan PT. Abstract

Background: The integration of the Curriculum of Love and Environmental Theology in Islamic Education at the Primary School Level addresses the urgent need for a holistic educational framework that fosters intellectual development, moral character, and environmental consciousness among students. Aim: This study aims to (1) determine the urgency of integrating education based on the Curriculum of Love and Environmental Theology, (2) identify conceptual models for such integration, and (3) explore the challenges and opportunities in implementing this integration within Islamic education at the primary level. Method: Using a qualitative descriptive approach with library research methods, the study analyzes various literature sources, including scholarly books, journals, and articles related to love-based education, environmental theology, and Islamic education practices. Thematic analysis was employed to extract key themes and insights. The findings reveal that integrating love and environmental theology into the curriculum is crucial for shaping students who are not only academically competent but also compassionate, socially responsible, and ecologically aware. The conceptual integration model proposed includes an interdisciplinary approach, character education emphasizing compassion and stewardship, experiential learning such as outdoor and community-based activities, and incorporation of local wisdom and Islamic values. However, implementation faces significant challenges, including limited resources and infrastructure, resistance to curriculum changes, lack of teacher training, and societal attitudes inclined toward consumerism. Despite these barriers, notable opportunities exist to advance this integration through collaborative efforts among educators, policymakers, parents, and communities. Innovative teaching methods, curriculum redesign, and the contextualization of Islamic teachings offer pathways to embed love and environmental values meaningfully into primary education.  Conclusion: integrating the Curriculum of Love and Environmental Theology within Islamic Education at the Primary School Level is both necessary and feasible, offering transformative potential to produce a generation of students who are intellectually skilled, morally grounded, and environmentally conscious, ready to contribute positively to society and address global challenges.

Abstract

Backround: Islamic education at the primary school level in Indonesia faces the challenge of integrating local cultural values with national ideology to build students’ character and social awareness. Aim: This study aimed to analyze the interconnection between Huma Betang values, rooted in Dayak culture, and the philosophy of Pancasila, and to explore how these values converge in the Islamic education curriculum to foster a generation with strong character and moderation. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research adopted an exploratory design with a systematic literature review. Relevant literature, including academic books, journal articles, and policy documents, was identified, selected based on defined criteria, and categorized into thematic groups. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis, enabling the identification, coding, and interpretation of recurring themes related to the integration of Huma Betang and Pancasila values in education. The findings revealed a significant convergence between Huma Betang principles—such as mutual cooperation, respect for diversity, and communal harmony—and the core values of Pancasila, including unity, humanity, and social justice. These values were embedded in the Islamic education curriculum through teaching materials, pedagogical strategies, and school activities like discussions, storytelling, and community-based learning. The integration of these values enriched the learning experience, cultivated social responsibility, and promoted tolerance among students, ultimately shaping individuals who are both academically competent and socially conscious. Despite the positive impacts, challenges remain, including limited resources, the need for teacher training, and translating philosophical concepts into practical curriculum implementation. Nonetheless, this integration holds considerable potential for strengthening national identity, preventing radicalization, and fostering an inclusive and harmonious society. Conclusion: the study underscores the importance of systematically incorporating both local and national values into Islamic education curricula at the primary school level to produce graduates with strong moral character and the capacity for social cohesion in a diverse society.

Abstract

Background: This research examines the strategic role of KMA 450/2024 (Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 450 of 2024) in building a moderate Muslim generation and preventing radicalism through madrasah ibtidaiyah education in Indonesia. With the largest Muslim population globally, Indonesia faces challenges from religious radicalism, particularly among youth aged 15-30 years who are vulnerable to radical ideologies spreading through digital platforms. Method: Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on document analysis, this research examines how radicalism prevention strategies are integrated into KMA 450/2024, what strategies are developed to build a moderate Muslim generation, and the implications for madrasah ibtidaiyah education. The findings reveal that KMA 450/2024 integrates radicalism prevention and religious moderation through three main dimensions: the integration of P5RA (Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan lil Alamin) that develops wasathiyyah values, a flexible and contextual curriculum structure, and a focus on developing moderate Islamic character. In building a generation of moderate Muslims, the policy develops three key strategies: implementation of P5RA Projects based on Islam Rahmatan lil Alamin values, development of integrated thematic learning incorporating religious moderation values, and building a balance between religious and citizenship values to foster mutual respect in diversity. The implementation of KMA 450/2024 has significant implications: strengthening a systemic approach to address exclusivism at the root of radicalism, increasing the need for educator capacity in teaching religious moderation values, and reinforcing an educational ecosystem that supports inclusive character formation. Conclusion: The research concludes that KMA 450/2024 represents a strategic step in preventing radicalism through the internalization of religious moderation in madrasah ibtidaiyah education. Optimizing implementation requires developing contextual P5RA operational guidelines, enhancing educator capacity, and conducting evaluative research to continuously improve radicalism prevention efforts in Indonesia's madrasah ibtidaiyah education environment.
