This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and individual characteristics on employee performance in a company. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 138 employee respondents at a company. The sample used in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Outer Model with the calculation of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with the calculation of T-statistic, f-square, and VIF using Smartpls 4.0. The results showed that all variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Individual Characteristics had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in a Company.

In the socialization life at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry every day is inseparable from the influence of the work environment created by individuals and groups, especially in the internal environment and problems that occur in the physical and non-physical environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how the internal work environment conditions are at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in physical and non-physical aspects. The research method used is a qualitative method that is descriptive in nature and data sources obtained by observing or interviewing employees at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry with primary data collection consisting of pre-research and main research (observation, interviews and documentation). The results of this study are that the Company's internal work environment is still not optimal in supporting employee work, the most important internal work environment is company facilities, besides that the most important thing about the non-physical environment in this company is the work culture where this company adheres to an adhocracy work culture because it is dynamic and creative and psychological well-being.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of work discipline at the Bogor District Court, how the attendance system to support employee discipline and how the Bogor District Court strategy in maintaining work discipline. This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Bogor City District Court. Data collection techniques are obtained from primary data derived from observation, interviews and documentation while secondary data through literature sources. The data that has been collected is analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and, conclusions. The results showed that 1. SIKEP / IKA digital attendance which is carried out online as a form of implementing work discipline makes Bogor District Court employees more diligent to come to the office on time and return from the office after office hours. 2. SIKEP / IKA is a real time attendance system where Bogor District Court employees must download the SIKEP / IKA application on each employee's cellphone and must be filled in the office area because the attendance system can only receive absences when the employee's location is in the Bogor District Court area. 3. SIKEP / IKA is a strategy of the Bogor District Court in maintaining the work discipline of Bogor District Court employees. If there are employees who forget to fill in the SIKEP / IKA or are late filling in the SIKEP / IKA application. The risk of such actions is the deduction of remuneration and the obligation to make an official report. The recommendation that we provide from this research is that the Bogor District Court must provide an adequate internet connection to prevent server interruptions on employees' cellphones so that there are duplicate connections from the Bogor District Court office wifi.

An ever-growing business organization is everyone's dream. Therefore, human resources are a vital element for a company. The purpose of this research is to determine the work discipline attitudes of employees at PT XYZ, which includes employee attendance discipline practice and disciplinary indicators applied to employees. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by identifying and analyzing the problems encountered. While the primary data for this research was obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the discipline of PT employees is relatively low, even though they can assure their responsibility to consumers; This is also considered good because employees show directly to consumers that they can be trusted to serve consumer mobility. Although it is still relatively low, it is expected from this research that company management always tries to create rules that will ensure that employees are more disciplined at work.

This research aims to comprehensively understand the work discipline system at PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. This research aims to find out how companies manage employee work discipline using a qualitative case study approach for one month in 2023. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation from four HR informants. These findings highlight the need to improve work discipline, especially regarding employee tardiness. Companies already have regulations and sanctions, but enforcement is still difficult. In this research, it was found that PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. has work policies and regulations that cover various aspects of work discipline, including provisions related to tardiness, working hours and dress codes. However, there are still obstacles in implementing work discipline, especially related to late arrival of employees.

Recruitment and Selection is one of the tasks of human resource management. Recruitment is the process of searching, finding and obtaining applicants to fill positions in a company. selection is the process of selecting a group of qualified candidates or individuals for available positions in a company. This research aims to analyze and describe the recruitment and selection process carried out at PT Voksel Electric Tbk, as well as evaluating its impact on labor recruitment and employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as secondary data from various trusted sources. The samples in this research were several employees of PT Voksel Electric Tbk. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. From the results of this research, it can be seen that an optimal recruitment and selection process simultaneously contributes significantly to the company's competitive advantage. This research concludes that an effective recruitment and selection strategy will have a positive impact on company productivity, while implementation that does not meet the qualifications can have a negative impact on employee performance. The recruitment process is also proven to be the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, and therefore, special attention is needed to improve the recruitment process to ensure companies get employees who meet the company's needs and standards. Thus, this research provides important recommendations for companies to improve the recruitment and selection process in order to improve employee performance and strengthen the company's position in the market.

This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance within a company. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach involving respondents from various hierarchical levels working in companies located in East Jakarta. There were 100 respondents involved, enabling the measurement of compensation levels, motivation, work environment, and employee performance. The data analysis technique employed in this research was SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares), performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis methods encompassed measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing of direct influences. The results of the data analysis indicate that employee compensation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Motivation also exhibits a significant positive impact on employee performance. A positive and significant effect on improving employee performance is observed with a favorable work environment. Additionally, the compensation variable was found to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings hold crucial implications for organizational practitioners in designing policies and programs related to the development of compensation, motivation, and work environments to encourage employees to deliver maximum performance for the company.

This study looks at how parental support affects college students academic performance. Amidst the academic challenges and psychological pressures faced by students, parental involvement remains an important yet often overlooked factor. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data was collected from 43 students through a valid and reliable Likert scale questionnaire. The results indicate a moderate yet significant positive correlation (r = 0.419, p = 0.005) between parental support and academic performance. Additionally, regression analysis shows that parental support accounts for 17.5% of the variation in students' academic outcomes. These findings suggest that while academic performance is influenced by various factors, consistent emotional, financial, and motivational support from parents continues to play a meaningful role even at the higher education level. Strengthening parental involvement, particularly in emotional aspects, can be a strategic effort to enhance student achievement and well-being in higher education settings.

This study aims to analyse the effect of interest and learning satisfaction on student online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. The background of this study comes from changes in the education system due to the COVID-19 pandemic which requires learning to be done online. This study examines the relationship between the effectiveness of online learning and students' interest and satisfaction levels. The results show that interest and learning satisfaction have a significant effect on students' online learning. Although there are obstacles such as poor internet connection and lack of interaction from lecturers in the implementation of online learning. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the development of learning methods as well as practical recommendations for lecturers and higher education institutions in improving the quality of online learning as well as the level of student interest and satisfaction.

This study discusses the role of public speaking skills in encouraging the effectiveness of academic presentations in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. With a total of 50 students who became respondents in this study which was then tested using SPSS software, the results showed that public speaking skills remain an important factor in academic presentations to be effective. Therefore, training and development related to public speaking are needed to encourage the improvement of the quality of student presentations in the academic environment.
