Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, service features, and trust on the behavior of using e-toll. E-toll is an innovation in digital payments designed to facilitate transactions on toll roads. Factors such as ease of use, completeness of features, and level of trust in the e-toll system are believed to influence the adoption of this technology by users. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 randomly selected e-toll users on the North Sumatra toll route. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, service features, and trust, both individually and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the behavior of using e-toll. This study concludes that enhancing the ease of use, completeness of features, and trust in the e-toll system can increase the usage of this service. Therefore, e-toll service providers need to continuously improve these three factors to encourage wider adoption.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals Desa (SDGs Desa) are integrated efforts of village development to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. Since 2021, the village government in Banyumas Regency has implemented SDGs Desa program with an achievement score of 46.94. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the implementation of SDGs Desa and increase the achievement of the program by optimizing the role of experts to fulfill human rights in Banyumas Regency. An empirical juridical method was adopted using primary data in the form of FGDs, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Furthermore, FGD was conducted with representatives of officials from 49 villages and the data was in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the SDGs Desa program was implemented in line with the village even though there were obstacles in the data collection process. These comprised server errors, and inadequate internet network conditions, including village government knowledge related to minimal system use. Conceptually, this program has similarities with the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) program in India. Future studies could be performed because the regulations regarding villages and their derivatives regulated SDGs Desa including planning, implementation, and development mechanisms. Expert assistance was also important for increasing community participation and optimizing budget allocation to harness income sources and realize their full potential.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the work behavior of the facilitators from the perspective of Planned Behavior Theory (TPB) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research paradigm is postpositivistic with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with seven informants, namely the Regional Coordinator, Senior Facilitator, Technical Facilitator, Economic Facilitator and Social Facilitator. The data analysis technique used was the triangulation method using NVIVO 12 analysis software. The results showed that the work behavior of the facilitators from the perspective of planned behavior theory (TPB), facilitators have a responsibility to help fellow humans. Many facilitators see this role as an opportunity to provide support and solutions for those affected by the disaster. A high sense of caring is also the main goal of the informants in carrying out their duties as facilitators. From the perspective of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), facilitators have a tendency to help fellow colleagues as part of teamwork if they are absent, but with some considerations. The work as a facilitator is not bound by time and place, so it is more flexible.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines community political participation in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Election Re-Vote (PSU) in Tasikmalaya Regency, based on the Constitutional Court Decision of the Republic of Indonesia Number 132/PHPU.BUP-XXIII/2025, from the perspective of Siyasah Dusturiyah. As a manifestation of popular sovereignty, regional elections must ensure the active participation of the public. The Tasikmalaya Regency General Election Commission (KPU) has attempted to implement a responsive legal approach through outreach activities and stakeholder engagement, in accordance with Article 26 of KPU Regulation Number 9 of 2022. However, voter turnout in the re-vote was only 63.4%, a decline of 4.5% from the previous election. This low level of participation was due to several field implementation challenges, including the re-vote period coinciding with the post-Eid al-Fitr return flow and high urban mobility; the very short KPU socialization period (60 days) with minimal intensity in remote areas; declining public trust following previous election violations; and issues with the accuracy of the Final Voter List (DPT), such as unupdated records of deceased voters. From the Siyasah Dusturiyah perspective, this phenomenon indicates the suboptimal application of the principles of shura (consultation), ‘adl (justice), and ijma’ al-ummah (public consensus), suggesting the presence of a "pseudo-responsive legal system." As an agent of maslahah ‘ammah (public interest), the KPU bears a moral responsibility to ensure inclusive participation as a foundation for substantive democratic legitimacy.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical phase in physical, cognitive and psychosocial development that can affect mental health. Depression is a major concern in this group, characterized by mood swings, loss of interest, and decreased energy. This article aims to review the epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, and treatment options of depression in adolescents. The method used was a literature review of various related studies. Results show that genetic factors, cognitive vulnerability, and environmental influences, such as family relationships and social media use, contribute to the emergence of depressive symptoms in adolescents. In addition, the increasing prevalence of cyberbullying correlates with high levels of emotional distress and suicidal ideation among adolescents. Treatment approaches include pharmacological interventions, especially SSRIs such as fluoxetine and escitalopram, as well as non-pharmacological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family-based psychosocial support. In conclusion, recognizing and effectively treating depression in adolescents is critical to improving long-term outcomes and building their mental resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to map publication trends, key themes, and the evolution of TL research referring to the chronological and thematic development of transformational leadership studies over time while integrating findings with relevant leadership theories. This research employs a bibliometric analysis of 92 publications indexed in Scopus (2020–2024). The keyword “transformational leadership” in the context of social organizations was mapped based on thematic clusters and annual evolution. The findings reveal a shift in TL research focus from classical themes such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment (2020–2021) toward contemporary topics such as innovation, knowledge sharing, organizational identification, and digital transformation (2023–2024). Keywords such as trust, employee engagement, and organizational performance dominate and act as mediators of organizational outcomes. Influential articles, including meta-analyses of TL and ethical leadership, studies on the mediating role of trust, knowledge management, and corporate social responsibility, strengthen the evidence of TL as a catalyst for trust, ethics, and social innovation. Cross-country analysis highlights that Pakistan, India, and Indonesia emphasize digital readiness, whereas the UK and Australia focus on psychological safety and burnout prevention.
