ABSTRAK Pada PT. Pertamina EP Cepu Regional 4 Zona 13 Matindok Field telah mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi khususnya di Unit Generator Nitrogen. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan masalah yang didapatkan yaitu khususnya pada Kompresor Nitrogen yang diakibatkan oleh akumulasi air endapan yang masuk kebagian Compressor Screw.Tindakan atau strategi yang tepat adalah memodifikasi jalur pipa yang sering terakumulasi air, lalu ditambahkan beberapa komponen perpipaan agar air yang berada dalam pipa dapat disalurkan keluar dan tidak masuk ke bagian kompresor screw. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui sambungan-sambungan pada sistem perpipaan dan menemukan solusi air akibat kondensasi di kompresor N2 yang masuk ke komponen/part kompresor sehingga merusak komponen. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah metode Fishbone Diagrams (Diagram Tulang Ikan). Hasil yang didapatkan dengan metode tersebut adalah penyebab terjadinya kerusakan pada kompresor dry nitrogen disebabkan oleh alat yaitu drainnase pada perpipaan terlalu kecil dan kontruksi pipa yang memungkinkan air dapat masuk langsung ke screw, sedangkan penyebab dari manusia yaitu tidak menguras terlebih dahulu air sebelum kompresor running dan penyebab dari lingkungan yaitu tingkat humidity di lapangan 80%. Sehingga penyelesaian yang didapatkan yaitu membuat desain pipeline agar dapat mengurangi kelebihan air endapan dalam pipa, sehingga kemungkinan air masuk ke bagian kompresor dapat dikurangi.

Skin disease is the most common infectious disease in people of all ages. In Indonesia, skin diseases are mostly caused by bacterial, fungal, parasitic, and allergic basic diseases. This is different from western countries which are more influenced by degenerative factors. Apart from differences in causes, other factors such as climate, habits and environment also contribute to differences in the clinical picture of skin diseases. Health service policy is one of the main components. Improving good services should not stop with the development of good infrastructure, or only to the examination or diagnosis of doctors for patients, but good health care also lies in how to do it so that people can get health services easily. Cases of ineffective health services often occur in the community, ranging from slow hospital services, practice malls, to a common problem, namely the queuing process that must be carried out by prospective patients who are going to a general practitioner or specialist. In improving the service, you want to develop a problem using the system. the system to be developed is a system that will adopt expert knowledge into a server or also known as an expert system. The expert system to be built will be based on Short text messages or SMS (Short Message Service). This system provides SMS sending services from a website or server to a cellphone number, either free or for a fee. Technology like this is called the SMS Gateway.

The use of personnel applications for data collection and archiving employee information is crucial for every agency, including the Civil Service Police Unit and Tapin Fire Department. Despite having existing means for personnel data collection and archiving, the agency lacks a proficient personnel application. Currently, data collection and archiving are still carried out manually using Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, some data is stored in hard copy form and placed in binders, making it susceptible to damage or loss. Recognizing these challenges, the idea of developing a website-based personnel application emerged to streamline the personnel department's processes. The chosen programming languages for this application are PHP, HTML, and the Laravel Framework, with MySQL as the database. The research employed the waterfall model, incorporating data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the Tapin Civil Service Police Unit and Tapin Fire Department lack a competent human resources application. Consequently, a comprehensive application has been developed to address these shortcomings. Test results demonstrate that the application's features function as intended. In essence, the creation of this application has successfully met its primary objective of addressing data collection and archiving issues within the Civil Service Police Unit and Tapin Fire Department.

Student academic achievement is an indicator of success in studying in college. Student habits in carrying out tasks reflected in personal character will impact student learning achievement. However, the positive character does not always influence learning achievement. Other factors that can weaken the role of positive character in academic achievement include family function. This research examines the moderating role of family function in determining the strength of the influence of positive character on student academic achievement. The 201 students majoring in natural sciences selected using stratified random sampling were involved in this explanatory quantitative research. Researchers employed the family function, the noble character scales, and the student cumulative achievement index. Data analysis used the Jamovi statistical software moderation test version 2.0.0. The results show that family function determines the magnitude of the influence of positive character on academic achievement. For students with high family function, character determines significantly academic achievement. On the contrary, for students with low family function. The study is beneficial for educational counsellors in overcoming the problem of low academic achievement by focusing on developing character and improving family function.

The rapid use of technology in lecture activities, especially the use of interactive multimedia since the pandemic conditions and until now, has attracted researchers to comprehensively analyze patterns of interactive multimedia utilization. This study aims to provide information on the pattern of interactive multimedia utilization and its development to date. The research method adopted a qualitative design, through a review of various studies from 2020 to 2023, and a literature search using the free Publish or Perish program. Further reduction and screening processes were carried out using the PRISMA method. The final results of the articles that have been selected are then mapped and codified with NVivo Pro 12 program, including the development and use of interactive multimedia in universities. In the development of interactive multimedia in the university, literature is grouped into forms of interactive multimedia and tools in designing interactive multimedia. The use of interactive multimedia in institutions is grouped into two, including the types of interactive multimedia used and how the impact of the use of interactive multimedia on lecture activities. Results obtained 1) Multimedia forms developed in universities include E-modules, Software, Websites, Android applications, Autoplay, Classpoint, E-learning, and tutorial models; 2) equipment in designing interactive multimedia including Kwisoft Flopbook Maker, live streaming, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Way, Moodle, Adobe Flash Professional CS6.5, App Inventor 2, Autocad, Power Point, and Courselab 2.4; 3) types of interactive multimedia used in learning activities in universities include Android applications, Macromedia Flash, Lectora Inspire software, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere, and E-learning; 4) The effect of interactive multimedia on lecture activities can increase interest or motivation, also have an impact on student achievement.

This study aims to find out how to implement problem solutions to bullying behavior that tends to occur in Islamic educational institutions. Islamic educational institutions, which in their curriculum are ensured to have a lot of character education content, are considered not optimal in giving strict sanctions to students who are perpetrators of bullying and all other dishonorable acts. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. To obtain research data, researchers used open interview techniques with informants. The participants in this study were students from 4 Integrated Islamic Middle Schools in Medan City, totaling 4 students. Data triangulation techniques were also used in this study by checking records from interviews, field notes, surveys and also documentation records from various data obtained. The results of the study show that bullying that occurs in several Integrated Islamic schools does not receive serious attention, teachers and schools often ignore this behavior by not providing consequences or punishments so that bullies feel rewarded or empowered for their actions. The school should not tolerate the slightest bit of disgraceful actions committed by students so that it becomes a deterrent effect for other students and parents are also required to be responsible for providing good ethical education in the family. teachers and schools often ignore this behavior by not giving consequences or punishments so that bullies feel rewarded or empowered for their actions. Apart from self-confidence, another factor that influences self-regulation is parental support. Parental support is to support children's lives, both in social, psychological and educational development. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and parental support with students' self-regulation at Ad-Durrah IT Middle School. The research results show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and parental support and self-regulation. This is shown by the coefficient F reg = 111.949 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.705 with p < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive relationship between parental confidence and support and self-regulation, the more positive the self- confidence and parental support, the higher self-regulation of SMP IT Ad Durrah students. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.497, which means that student self-confidence and the support of the student's parents contribute 49.7% to the self-regulation of SMP IT Ad Durrah students. At the time of entering adolescence, individuals begin to search for identity, so they want to have the opportunity to be able to regulate themselves and develop themselves . Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bentuk, cara buat, tujuan pembuatan dan posisi artefak batu serpih Situs Buttu Batu dalam bingkai industri alat batu serpih masa Holosen di Pulau Sulawesi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, ekskavasi, analisis teknologi, analisis bentuk, analisis jejak pakai, analisis kontekstual dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) bentuk artefak batu situs Buttu Batu tidak memiliki pola atau amorphic yang dibuktikan oleh arah penyerpihan batu inti yang multi-flatform, serta tanpa peretusan untuk modifikasi bentuk alat batu, (b) berdasarkan analisis kerusakan tajaman, tidak ada alat batu yang difungsikan untuk kegunaan memotong, menggergaji atau menyerut secara intensif. Dengan demikian, alat batu Situs Buttu Batu bukan merupakan alat utama, dan (c) adalah posisi artefak batu serpih situs Buttu Batu berbeda dengan budaya Toalian, Konawe atau Danau Paso. Karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa industri artefak batu situs Buttu Batu bukan pengaruh ketiga industri alat batu utama Sulawesi.

The roof is one of the elements that can mark a colonial building. Related to this, there is an interest to studying the roofs on colonial buildings in Bantaeng, from the archaeological perspective, specifically the shape and type of roof used and its supporting elements. The benefit and purpose of this study are to provide additional information that is expected to enrich knowledge about the shape and typology of building roofs during the Dutch colonial period in South Sulawesi and Indonesia . This study was carried out using a qualitative approach and an inductive reasoning model. The data collection method is carried out by the desk research, through examination of data and pieces of information analysis using secondary data. The results of the study show a rich variety of roof shapes and typologies, with decorative elements includings dormer, gable, gablevent, roof trim, geveltoppen, nok acroterie, windwijzer, schoor, and tower.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service in the issuance of land certificates at Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Nagan Raya Regency. This research is qualitative research with a post-positivist approach. In this study the data obtained by researchers from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study note that the certainty of the time and method of service in the issuance of land certificates at the BPN Nagan Raya Regency is still not done well. This is because officers still often extend the process of making land certificates, then in terms of the cost of obtaining land title certificates at the Nagan Raya BPN office, there are still many people who feel dissatisfied because there are additional costs that must be met by the community such as transportation costs for officers. Then regarding the obstacles that are often encountered by officers in terms of issuing land certificates are the frequent occurrence of disputes or disputes over land, incomplete files in the management of land certificates, boundary stakes, and lack of timeliness. Therefore, it is expected that employees at the Nagan Raya Regency BPN Office can provide accurate explanations to the community when processing land certificates both in terms of completeness of files, costs and time required by employees, so that with this the community can feel good service and comfort. and employees can carry out their duties according to the tempo that has been given to the community.
