Pada masa globalisasi yang bercirikan persaingan bebas dan keunggulan, serta didukung oleh teknologi informasi modern, ternyata memberikan tantangan besar bagi dunia pendidikan dalam pembangunan karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di SD Maitreyawira Palembang. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pendidikan karakter dalam implementasi pendidikan. Obyek penelitian kualitatif ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, orang tua, dan warga di sekitar sekolah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara penarikan kesimpulan dari seluruh data yang diperoleh. Implementasi pendidikan karakter dapat menjadi senjata ampuh dalam mencapai tujuan dan fungsi pendidikan nasional jika setiap kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah benar-benar diperhatikan dengan serius dan didukung oleh seluruh pemangku jabatan dan pemilik kekuasaan baik tingkat pemerintah maupun swasta, bersama sekolah, orang tua dan masyarakat luas guna mengantisipasi degradasi moral bangsa karena dampak global.

This study aims to identify and describe: 1). influence principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) Effect of School Management on Student Motivation; 3) Effect of Principal Leadership and School Management on Student Motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 64 teachers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression formulas. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) there is a significant effect of school management on student learning motivation; 3) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District is 48.4%, the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the variable variables in this study.

In this digital era, new technologies have emerged, resulting in extraordinary changes in all fields, including education. The increasing sophistication of technology, the heavier the demands for the competence of teachers. For this reason, at this time required the will and ability of teachers to understand the dynamics of the classroom in order to educate students well. This paper aims to describe the development of teacher competencies in the digital era. The method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed a change in the educational paradigm. One of them is that teachers as educational actors must be able to improve and develop their competence in pedagogic, social, personality and professional aspects. This can be seen in the ability to communicate and collaborate, the ability to think critically and solve problems, the ability to emphasize conceptual learning, and the ability to use technology-based learning media.

a quality service is an important point of administration staff in school. A good service gives more satisfaction to the customers. This study used qualitative approach to explore the stakeholdersâ€™ competence in school in advising social competence (quality service). This research focused on administration staff that give quality service to the customers. The data were collected through observation and interview. The data analyisis of this research used Miles & Hubermanâ€™s model. The results revealed that administration staff needs training and educational program to improve the competence. In realizing early childhood that can develop the potential of early childhood required the existence of planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling. This paper was library research. The result obtained indicate that PAUD learning activities consist of Teaching and Learning Activities, Reviewing the Education Calendar, and Learning Schedule Arrangements. Guidelines for learning organization are concerned on defining developmental stages, capacity indicators, defining the concept of knowledge introduced, setting themes, developing learning activities, preparing tools and materials. Learning planning strategy should pay attention to SKH (Daily Activities Unit) and SKM (Weekly Activities Unit). The curriculum should be structured by considering the differences which is appeared in society, then learners can recognize the diversity of social life. The setting of learning class is organized according to the schoolâ€™s vision and mission. The teacherâ€™s teaching activities start from welcoming the students in front of the school gate, carry out the learning, take the students to the front of the gate until the child is picked up by their respective parents. Early childhood learning activity is in the form of learning while dancing or moving; Drawing/coloring while learning; and memorize the word while clapping.Â Keywords: Learning Organizarion; PAUD; The Potential of Early Childhood

Parents have an important role in shaping and developing the character of children. Therefore, the school should be able to create a good collaboration with parents in fostering the studentsâ€™ characters. This study aimed at finding out how the school applied the strategy to strenghten the studentsâ€™ character in maximizing the role of parents. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 62 of Palembang. The type of this research was qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study suggested that the roles of parents in strenghtening the studentsâ€™ characters were: (1) improving the charactersâ€™ value as part of the formulation of vision, mission and objectives of the institution which were implemented in daily lives. (2) maintaning the strong relationships in strengthening the studentsâ€™ characters, (3) preparing the teachers who had high responsibility in doing their tasks for the success of the students, (4) creating the safe, comfortable and condusive condition which could stimulate character education, and maintaining the Islamic environment in worship, work and social interaction. The results of the implementation of the character building program in SD Negeri 62 Palembang were as follows: (1) learners were accustomed to say greetings, (2) students had tolerance and mutual respect among fellow students, (3) students were honest, (4) students were polite, (5) students were highly integrated, and (6) the students concerned on their environment.

This paper aimed at investigating the communicative character of learners that could be seen in the pleasure of talking, socializing and cooperating with others in the community class conducted by Homeschooling Primagama Palembang every Saturday morning. This paper was qualitative descriptive. The data were obtained in the form of observation, interview and documentation results compiled from the location of observation. The results showed that the existence of a community class held every once a week, made students of Primagama Homeschooling could work together and mingle neglecting the age and education, and can socialize with the surrounding environment.

The study aimed at obtaining information about the implementation of Literacy School Movement Based Learning Multiliteration (SLM) (Educational Paradigm of 21st Century). This research used qualitative. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were students and teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh and the results showed that (1) implementation of School Literacy Movement (GLS) through multiliteration to read, write and speak has entered development and learning which is a progress from habituation that has been done since 2016; (2) in the development and the learning phase, the students were able to make simple papers such as fairy tales, inspirational stories, scientific papers and appropriate technology which displayed on major events such provincial-level student expo and competition; (3) GLS has enhanced the culture of literacy and fostered the character of students to be creative and innovative.

The Issue in this paper was implementation of National Education Standards has not revealed. The informants were 17 person. The data collection was the researchers as a key instrument and supporting instruments were interview, observation guidelines, field notes, camera and HP. Data collection techniques using the participant observation, in depth interview and documentation study. Data were analyzed using models Miles and Huberman. The testing of the data validity using triangulation sources, techniques and timing. The finding revealed that in the implementing the content standards by established curriculum development team to collaborate with the business community in the curriculum development process. In implementing the competency standards by improved the academic and non academic achievement, motivated the entrepreneurial spirit through the production unit and training in industry. Green House is a program of character education development efforts concerned about the environment in vocational school 2 Muara Enim. The object of this research is Green House in developingconscious environment of character education. The results of the research through observation, interviews and documentation showing students in character education development efforts concerned about the environment goes well, visible from the school atmosphere that is clean, tidy, beautiful and workimg together, look learners responsible and caring in keeping the school environment. Learning activities are no longer merely excavation of knowledge but at the same time utilizing the environment as a medium of learning, school residents are also encouraged to develop efforts to improve the management and quality of the environment both inside and outside school.
