Abstract

In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better. Keywords: ,

Abstract

The purpose of this research is so that we can find out whether there is an influence of the audit committee and sharia supervisory board on earnings management. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the use of secondary data processed through the SPSS Version 25 software system. The results of the test prove whether the audit committee partially has no effect on earnings management in sharia banking. This is shown from the results of the t test in table 4.8, which shows that the calculated t value in the audit committee is -0.907 and a significance level of 0.369. With a tcount value (-0.907) < ttable (1.672) and a significant value (0.369) > 0.05. Partially, the sharia supervisory board has no influence on earnings management in sharia banking. This is shown from the results of the t test in table 4.8. The calculated t value for the sharia supervisory board is 1.007 and the degree of significance is 0.320. With a tcount value (1.007) < ttable (1.672) and a significant value (0.320) > 0.05. Simultaneously the audit committee and sharia supervisory board have no influence on earnings management in sharia banking. This is reinforced by the results of the F test in table 4.9. The calculated F value for the audit committee and sharia supervisory board is 0.767 with a significance level of 0.470. With a value of Fcount (0.767) < Ftable (3.159) with a significance value of (0.470) > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the audit committee has no effect on earnings management and the sharia supervisory board has no effect on earnings management and the audit committee and sharia supervisory board have an effect on the profitability of earnings management.

Abstract

Determining the viability of establishing business support for small and medium companies (UKM) is one of the activities that must be assessed carefully and selectively based on the existing evaluation at the Medan City Cooperatives and UKM Office. It is hoped that as a result of this, adequate outcomes for business development help for small and medium companies (UKM) to get assistance funding in business development can be obtained. The solution to the aforementioned issues is to construct a decision support system to aid in determining the feasibility of UKM development assistance. Smart (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) was chosen to facilitate the aforementioned problem solution by assigning weight to each choice. This decision support system demonstrates how improvements in science and technology may help the Medan City Cooperatives and UKM Office determine the feasibility of village development assistance for the right choice of SMEs based on the proper factors and calculations

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of the accounting information system on electronic tickets with the KAI Access application at the Medan train station and to understand whether the internal control system of the accounting information system at the Medan station works efficiently or not. PT. Kereta Api uses an electronic ticket accounting information system (e-ticketing) as a form of improving the quality of service and security for users, especially improving the quality of information, the information provided must be useful, reliable and used in a timely manner. The method used in this study is a field study which includes observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative methods and data analysis techniques are applied, namely descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of data on the implementation of the electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) Accounting Information System at PT Kereta Api are an integrated system. Organizational structure of PT. Railways are generally very good and prevented from manipulation. PT. Kereta Api runs electronic ticketing operations (e-ticketing) using serial documents, accounting records including deposit books, income analysis, expense analysis, cash register books, and joint books. Implementation of electronic ticket accounting information systems (e-ticketing) for PT. Railways are considered good until the implementation of internal control is also running effectively.

Abstract

.This research aims to determine the Analysis of Recognition of Revenue and Expenses for Construction Services Based on Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) at PT PUKS Ujunggading District. West Pasaman. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and document study. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing employees in the administration and finance fields and documents regarding financial reports. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Income Recognition and Expense Recognition at PT PUKS Ujunggading Regency. West Pasaman is in accordance with SAK ETAP with the level of conformity of income recognition of PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman against SAK ETAP 75% and the level of suitability of expense recognition for PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman towards SAK ETAP 80% which is recognized in the 2021 profit and loss statement. PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman is guided by SAK ETAP in preparing its financial reports because it will make the job easier and minimize errors in recording. Impact of Income Recognition and Expense Recognition at PT PUKS Ujunggading Regency. West Pasaman is in accordance with SAK ETAP with a conformity level of 72%. There are errors in the income statement regarding other income and other expenses, the amount of which is unknown and not recorded. This has an impact on the profit and loss report which can create inaccuracies due to empty accounts. In the cash flow report there is no funding activity, whereas in the previous year's cash flow report the funding activity itself is known at what nominal value, this could have an impact on the cash flow report of PT PUKS Ujunggading Kab. West Pasaman because it can create inaccurate reports.

Abstract

Purpose: Purpose of this research is to find out what factors affect the production performance of CV Delta Power Listrindo so that later it can solve the challenges that exist in its production performance. Methods:. Production performance can be measured through various indicators, such as product efficiency, product quality, production time, and costs incurred. To achieve optimal production performance, companies need to implement various strategies and conduct analysis to find out what factors affect their production performance. CV Delta Power Listrindo finds challenges in its production performance, which requires a more in-depth analysis to find out what factors affect its production performance, this is what motivates researchers to conduct this research. Results: The results of the study describe, the number of requests is positive and significant on production performance, found in the t column section, the variable number of requests has a t value (2.337)> t table (1.703) and a significant 0.028 <0.05. Limitations: Of course, this research has limitations, namely as follows, this research only focuses on certain manufacturing industries, so the results in this study cannot be extended to all industrial sectors, and the data used in this study comes from a certain period of time, so it cannot capture long-term fluctuations that may affect production performance. Contribution : Based on the findings and results of research that shows the number of requests is positive and significant to production performance, variable demand is positive and significant to operational performance, and working hours are positive and significant to production performance. It is hoped that CV Delta Power Listrindo will pay more attention to the amount of demand, material inventory and working hours because these three factors have a positive and significant value on production performance. And it is hoped that further research can examine various factors, in order to find out what factors can affect the production performance of CV Delta Power Listrindo besides demand factors, material inventory, and working hours.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi, teknologi semakin berkembang dan menjadi pilihan banyak orang dalam mempermudah kehidupan pada saat ini. Aplikasi merupakan salah satu teknologi yang perkembangannya menjadi lebih pesat seiring berkembangnya teknologi. Terutama aplikasi belanja online yang menjadi pusat perhatian di masa pandemi ini. Rancangan aplikasi belanja online dalam penelitian ini hanya difokuskan pada satu objek saja, yaitu aplikasi untuk membeli obatdi beberapa apotik yang telah bekerja sama dengan pihak aplikasi. Rancangan ini dibuat khusus untuk membantu masyarakat agar menghindari kerumunan orang dan virus yang masih menjadi wabah di negara ini. Adapun hasil rancangan dalam membangun sistem ini penulis menggunakan prototype dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah mengamati dan studi kasus. Adapun tahapan akhir dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan membuat aplikasi mobile apotik online dapat mengurangi orang untuk terlibat dalam keramaian di masa pandemi ini.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of empowered leadership in preparing and implementing organizational change. Qualitative methods were used in this study to gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences and perceptions of leaders and members of the organization regarding the changes that occur. The results showed that empowered leadership has a significant role in facing organizational change. Empowered leaders are able to identify change needs, communicate a clear vision of change, and build trust among organizational members. In addition, empowered leadership is able to motivate and mobilize organizational members, overcome obstacles that arise, and encourage active participation in change. During the change process, empowered leadership also plays an important role in building solid teams, supporting employee learning and development, and creating an organizational culture that supports change and innovation. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of empowered leadership in preparing for and implementing organizational change. The implications of this research can be used as a guide for organizations in developing and strengthening empowered leadership to face change more effectively and achieve desired change goals. Abstract

The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of how the implementation of change management can affect the success of information systems implementation. This article can provide valuable insights for organizations that are currently or will be adopting a new information system, so that they can identify and control the risks that may arise during the implementation process. Information systems require processes and stages that are many and interrelated with one another. The process of implementing an information system can also have an impact on changes that need attention. The successful implementation of information systems in an organization is influenced by how change is managed. Therefore, it is important to have guidelines governing change management in order to manage changes that occur during the information system implementation process.

Abstract

Lately, many Muslim salon businesses have sprung up in areas where the Muslim community is densely packed. Nurayya Salon & Spa Muslimah, Nurayya is a service company. In early 2013, when it was first established, Nurayya used the name Narayya, located in the center of Surabaya. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. In the face of changes in this disruptive era, Nurayya tends to face internal changes by prioritizing its vision of becoming the best Muslim salon & spa in Indonesia. Then when the covid hit and people were increasingly afraid to go out of the house, Nurayya used the Home Treatment so that all customers could feel safe & comfortable without having to leave the house.
