Each company has a strategy that is different from the others to market its products. Marketing strategy is very important because it supports the survival of a company. Because if a company waits for an appropriate and appropriate marketing strategy, it will affect consumer buying interest in the product which is being produced. Purchase intention is increasing because of an appropriate marketing strategy. This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy used by the Kipang Sisera Panyabung Mandailing Natal factory in increasing sales volume and attracts consumer interest. The type of research used is the research method Qualitative using a field research approach (Field research) by conducting observations and interviews or interviews with factory owners and employees. And the research object is the Sisera kipang factory. Based on the analysis carried out using SWOT analysis where the Kipang Sisera Factory increases sales volume by using a product diversification strategy. Setting affordable prices, lots of promotions on certain days, maintaining familiarity with suppliers and consumers, and maintaining product quality. And it can be concluded that the marketing strategy of the Kipang Sisera factory can increase sales volume from the right marketing strategy.

Insurance is one of the references to meet the needs and feelings of security in the face of uncertainties that may arise in people's lives and the risks that will be experienced by the company. Insurance is one of the financial facilities (financial) of domestic life, both in the face of the risk of death and in the face of property risk. In this case, the position of the insurance agent of an insurance company is very strategic, because through this agent the company can market or sell its products to prospective consumers. Agents are also very valuable business assets. An insurance agent is a person who works alone or works in a commercial organization, represents and acts on behalf of an insurance company or sharia insurance company, who is qualified to represent the company. One of the successes of Sharia insurance companies is in the field of marketing. In addition, the agent also plays a role in carrying out activities for the community by introducing financial plans and risk management in insurance and agents also play a role in selecting risk to the customer. customer, assess and measure the extent to which risks that may arise, and determine the best approach to deal with specified risk. Marketing in Islamic insurance requires the ability to recruit, encourage, develop and sell privately (direct communication between sellers and prospective customers and arousing customer interest in the product until the customer is interested in buying the product). Coffee is one of the leading plantation commodities that has a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, including sources of income for farmers, producers of industrial raw materials, and job creation. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of the Arabica Kalosi coffee commodity in Enrekang Regency. The analysis method uses Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) to determine the Private Cost Ratio (PCR) and Domestic Resource Cost Ratio (DRC) which determine the value of competitive and comparative advantage. The results of this study indicate that the Kalosi Arabica coffee commodity has competitiveness in terms of competitive and comparative advantages as indicated by the PCR value <1 and DRC <1, the PCR and DRC values are 0.37 and 0.30.INTISARIKopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan perkebunan yang memiliki kontribusi cukup besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia, antara lain sumber pendapatan petani, penghasil bahan baku industri, dan pencipta lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing komoditi kopi Arabika Kalosi Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode analisis menggunakan Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) untuk mengetahui Rasio Biaya Privat (PCR) dan Rasio Biaya Sumberdaya Domestik (DRC) yang menentukan nilai keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komoditas kopi Arabika Kalosi memiliki daya saing dilihat dari keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai PCR <1 dan DRC <1, nilai PCR dan DRC yakni 0,37 dan 0,30.

PT. Telekomunikasi Selular is a company engaged in the mobile telecommunications business industry in Indonesia. The company uses outsourcing employees for several positions, one of which is the administrative position to support of the company activities. The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze the influence of job insecurity on the motivation of employee outsourcing business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 2) analyze the influence of job insecurity on the performance of employee outsourcing business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 3) analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of employee outsourcing business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 4) analyze the influence of job insecurity on the performance of employee outsourcing business support through motivation as intervening variable at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan. Population in this research is employee outsourcing PT. Telkomsel Medan Branch which has 132 people with a sample of 99 people. The engineering samples used in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that 1) Job insecurity has a negative and significant impact on the motivation of employee outsourcing bussiness support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 2) Job insecurity has a negative and significant impact the performance of employee outsourcing bussiness support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employee outsourcing bussiness support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 4) Job insecurity has a negative and significant impact on the performance of employee outsourcing bussiness support through work motivation at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan.

International marketing is the performance of business activities designed to plan, price, promote and direct the flow of a company's goods and services to consumers or users in more than one country for profit. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of International Marketing, to explain the background of the emergence of International Marketing, to explain the various objectives of International Marketing, to explain in general the related and influencing factors, and to explain in general the steps in International Marketing. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method, this method is considered relevant and in accordance with the research to be carried out, namely to obtain a true understanding of International Business in Indonesia. International business is unavoidable because in fact there is not a single country in the world that can meet all the needs of its country from goods or products produced by the country itself.

This research aims to identify, analyze and find out how the influence of increased consumer shopping interest in Shopee during pandemic times. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique that is distributed in the form of g-form online with 30 respondents divided into women 20 people and men 10 people and with online interview techniques through electronic media with 2 randomly selected sources. The results of online surveys and interviews are analyzed and interpreted narratively. The results showed that the increased interest in shopping consumers at Shopee during the pandemic was influenced by prices, ease of transaction, confidence level, advertising, attractive promos offered and many payment systems offer to choose from.

Developing a product marketing strategy in order to get potential buyers and be able to compete with competitors is a very important thing for a business owner to think about. Even though the resulting product is unique and of good quality, it may not always be in demand by potential buyers. A good marketing strategy must be owned because the right marketing strategy aims to be able to introduce it to the wider community, both local and even overseas. This research model uses a qualitative approach with a document study method. The result of this research is that the CEO of Brand Erigo is very good at carrying out product marketing strategies in 2020 by expanding the reach of markets outside Indonesia through the Shopee export program. Sadad's courage to take a business capital loan and then use it with an effective product marketing strategy, then the Erigo brand successfully goes to America in 2020. This achievement certainly deserves to be an inspiration for local entrepreneurs and MSMEs who are now rising through the pandemic crisis.

The application of technology in this era has entered digitalization and is modern. Therefore, we are already in an era of advanced and rapid technological development. It has become a human need to exchange information in every activity. Documents that contain information that is frequently sought or used. The document's use also includes essential information. Document security is undoubtedly a significant factor in prioritizing important information in a document to prevent unauthorized people from misusing the document's vital information. Cryptography is a method of overcoming document security issues so that third parties cannot read the information or messages contained within the document. The 128-bit advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm is one of the algorithms included in the cryptography technique. Additionally, it can be combined with operation modes such as electronic codebook (ECB) and cipher block chaining (CBC) to create an application that can generate random codes to improve the security of the data contained in the document.

The purpose of this research was to find out changes in economic growth in the city of Medan. While the benefits of this research are as initial information to determine changes in the economic development of SMEs and the Muslim economy in the city of Medan. This research is to analyze economic growth in Medan City in the MSME cooperative sector and the Muslim economy as an effort to overcome the 2023 economic crisis which is a Medan City government policy. This research was carried out by means of a literature study or library research. Data collection used the library research method. The results of the research are that the government of Medan City adopted a policy of increasing MSMEs and the Muslim economy in the city of Medan, and the growth of MSMEs and the Muslim economy in Medan City has advanced and the number is very large, so that it has a very good influence in advancing economic growth.

Helm sebagai salah satu alat yang berfngsi sebagai pelindung kepala. Helm telah mengalami berbagi perkembangan sampai dengan saat ini. Dengan adanya perkembangan yang dimiliki, helm secara langsung telah menjadi berkembang menjadi suatu bidang yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menggambar. Sebagai suatu bidang, helm dikenal sebagai bidang tiga dimensi karena terdapat panajang, lebar dan tinggi. Selain sebagai bidang menggambar, helm dapat juga dikembangkan sebagai media untuk melukis dengan peralatan yang sederhana. Dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan melukis helm. kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dapat menjadi salah satu metode dalam mengenalkan teknik dalam memanfaatkan helm sebagai bidang menggambar dan melukis. Helm dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bidang untuk menggambar. Dengan menerapkan teknik multiline perspektif pada media kertas dapat membantu menghasilkan gambar untuk bidang yang melengkung. Dengan pewarnaan dan pengeringan serta merekatkan warna maka helm yang dilukis dapat menjadi bidang untuk menghasilkan karya lukis.
