Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital economic development on the growth of the e-commerce sector in Indonesia, focusing on the roles of digital technology, consumer behavior, and government regulation. Based on data from Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company (2023), Indonesia's e-commerce transaction value increased significantly from USD 21 billion in 2019 to USD 77 billion in 2022, contributing 8.9% to GDP in 2023. Using a quantitative method and surveys of 150 respondents consisting of e-commerce companies and consumers, multiple regression analysis results indicate that consumer behavior has the greatest influence (β = 0.467; p < 0.05), followed by digital technology (β = 0.325; p < 0.05) and government regulation (β = 0.178; p < 0.05). The model explains 73.2% of the variability in e-commerce growth, with the remaining 26.8% influenced by other external factors. This study has limitations regarding the sample size, focus on specific variables, and reliance on quantitative methods. Future researchers are advised to broaden the scope of the study, consider additional relevant variables, and employ more diverse approaches to obtain more comprehensive results. This study highlights the need for collaboration among governments, businesses, and consumers to create an inclusive and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

Pemimpin organisasi memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan arah perubahan. Untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan perubahan organisasi, diperlukan kepemimpinan yang kuat yang mampu mengambil tindakan dan mempengaruhi serta mengarahkan anggota organisasi untuk mencapai perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan dalam manajemen perubahan dalam suatu organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur atau literature review. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam mengelola perubahan. Perubahan perlu dirancang, direkayasa, dan dikelola oleh pemimpin yang kuat, visioner, cerdas, dan berkembang. Pemimpin harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengilhami, mengkomunikasikan visi perubahan, memotivasi anggota organisasi, dan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin muncul selama proses perubahan. Pemimpin yang efektif juga harus mampu mengelola perubahan dengan mengadopsi pendekatan yang adaptif dan fleksibel, serta memperhatikan aspek manusia dan budaya organisasi. Dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat, perubahan organisasi dapat berhasil dan mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.   Organizational leaders play a very important role in determining the direction of change. To plan and implement organizational change, strong leadership is needed that is able to take action and influence and direct members of the organization to achieve these changes. This study aims to describe the role of leadership in change management in an organization. The method used in this study is a literature review or literature review. The results of this study show the importance of the role of leadership in managing change. Change needs to be designed, engineered and managed by strong, visionary, intelligent and thriving leaders. Leaders must have the ability to inspire, communicate visions of change, motivate organizational members, and overcome obstacles that may arise during the change process. Effective leaders must also be able to manage change by adopting an adaptive and flexible approach, and paying attention to the human aspects and organizational culture. With strong leadership, organizational change can be successful and achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi efektif dalam mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan organisasi publik melalui systematic literature review. Menggunakan pendekatan postpositivis, penelitian mengkaji 50 artikel ilmiah dari database Scopus dan Web of Science (2000-2024) dengan fokus pada manajemen perubahan organisasi publik. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi lima faktor kunci keberhasilan manajemen perubahan: (1) kepemimpinan transformasional, (2) kesiapan organisasi, (3) komunikasi efektif, (4) keterlibatan stakeholder, dan (5) pendekatan perubahan bertahap. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kelima faktor tersebut dapat meminimalkan resistensi dan meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi perubahan. Abstract

This research has a goal which is to find out the management of correspondence in PT.Nubika Jaya both incoming and outgoing mail and to find out some of the obstacles that must be faced in managing incoming and outgoing mail. The research method this time uses a descriptive method more precisely, namely a qualitative method. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are about the implementation of correspondence in the administrative Office of PT. Nubika Jaya which has not run optimally due to several activities in mail management that are not in accordance with correspondence procedures, archive storage is only placed on the work desk of the correspondence section, and there are several letter files that are only stacked and tied and then stored on the floor under the table and verbally borrowed by other employees. Still, there is no archive room or special room for storing correspondence as well as the lack of availability of equipment and equipment to manage mail.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working hours and labor on wages with loyalty as an intervening variable (Case Study of Convection Tailors in Medan City). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of several convections in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 85 respondents and used a saturated total sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Working Hours have a significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Working Hours variable (2.314) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.014 <0.05. Labor has a significant effect on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Labor variable (3.609) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. Loyalty cannot mediate the effect of working hours on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (0.007) is smaller than the ttable (1.989). Loyalty can mediate the effect of Labor on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (2.025) is greater than the ttable (1.989). As well as Working Hours and Labor have a simultaneous and significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the Fcount of (6.518) is greater than the Ftable (3.11) and the sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

International business occurs one of them because of the inability of a country in meeting all the needs of its country, therefore came the idea of establishing cooperation between one country and another country. This research aims to find out the role of ethics and social responsibility in international business. This research uses a qualitative approach that describes and outlines the role of ethics and social responsibility in international business. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study, where the study is conducted by collecting data related to research derived from books, scientific journals and other publications that deserve to be a source of research. The results of this study show that ethics and social business responsibility have the same role that aims to improve the company's image and develop the company. A business will not be able to develop without the role of consumers, because the main purpose of the company besides benefiting is to be able to attract consumer interest and gain the trust of consumers and business partners.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is concerned with the business activities of a substantial and complex system organization. Unlike other information systems implementation projects, ERP system implementation projects are unique. The scale, complexity, organizational impact, expenses associated with this project, and other effects that will result from project failure are some of the key differences. The findings of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for change management strategies that can have an impact on the effectiveness of ERP installations at the PTPN IV AJAMU 3panai jaya Finance Directorate. To anticipate the performance of the ERP system implementation program, the DICE framework and change management models are used as study references by scholars. The DICE framework can measure programmatic external manifestations, such as longevity, implementer honesty, and leadership and staff commitment. This study uses qualitative methods and gathers information through in-depth interviews and focus groups with workers who make up the main ERP implementation team. managed and understood effectively. Therefore, a company's competitiveness will increase if it manages change better, which will help it survive and maintain its effectiveness through change strategies and programs.

Abstract

Moderate international marketing is better known as international trade, where activities that occur involve physical and non-physical merchandise such as services. In marketing management, one of the important things is pricing. Price can be classified as a tactical variable. This is because the price is a value that can change. If a company creates a product that has benefits for the community, then the company must determine the price related to the product that has been created. In this research, literature study method is used from journals, articles, books, and other relevant sources. The conclusion that can be drawn is that pricing strategies are important in relation to international marketing. If the pricing strategy is not properly implemented, you will get a minimum profit or worse, you will get a loss like PT. Mustika Ratu in Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, if the pricing strategy has been implemented properly and appropriately, it will certainly benefit. Pricing strategies can be done with discounts or rebates as well as promotions.

Abstract

Organizations are social structures that are coordinated across national boundaries and work to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is one of the keys to the success of an organization in responding to these changes, and through planning and implementing organizational change, leadership plays a role in determining the direction of organizational change. Strong leadership is needed through management actions to influence and guide organizational members to achieve change. Transformative leadership is a modification of charismatic leadership because it can create a strong emotional connection with the community to achieve certain goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of leadership in change management for an organization. The method used is a qualitative research method. The result of this research is the importance of leadership in change management. Change must be designed, designed, and managed by strong, positive, intelligent and growing leadership.
