Abstract

The ability to make mathematical connections has an important role in the problem-solving process, while learning independence is an affective aspect that supports the learning process. This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical connections based on learning independence. The research subjects consisted of 35 grade VII students at MTs Minat Cilacap. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are in the form of mathematical connection ability tests, interviews, and learning independence questionnaires. Based on the questionnaire, students are categorized into high, medium, and low. Each category is taken by one student as a sample with a purposive sampling technique. The material used for the test is Social Arithmetic. Data analysis consists of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that students with high independence are able to relate mathematical concepts well and apply them in a variety of situations. Students with moderate independence have sufficient understanding, but still have difficulty in relating concepts thoroughly. Students with low independence experience obstacles in connecting mathematical concepts to other situations. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing innovative learning strategies that can increase learning independence and mathematical connections. Abstrak: Kemampuan koneksi matematis memiliki peran yang penting dalam proses penyelesaian masalah sedangkan kemandirian belajar sebagai aspek afektif yang menunjang proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan koneksi matematis berdasarkan kemandirian belajar. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 35 siswa kelas VII di MTs Minat Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes kemampuan koneksi matematis, wawancara, dan angket kemandirian belajar. Berdasarkan angket, siswa dikategorikan menjadi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Setiap kategori diambil masing-masing satu siswa sebagai sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Materi yang digunakan untuk tes adalah Aritmatika Sosial. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kemandirian tinggi mampu menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan baik dan menerapkannya dalam berbagai situasi. Siswa dengan kemandirian sedang memiliki pemahaman yang cukup, tetapi masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengaitkan konsep secara menyeluruh. Siswa dengan kemandirian rendah mengalami hambatan dalam menghubungkan konsep matematis dengan situasi lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan koneksi matematis.

Abstract

Coral reefs are marine ecosystems that are highly vulnerable to damage and require regular monitoring of their health conditions. However, the manual classification process of coral reef health tends to be time-consuming. Therefore, this research aims to develop an application that implements a transfer learning model for classifying coral reef health based on digital images. This study utilizes three pretrained model architectures: DenseNet121, MobileNetV2, and EfficientNet-B0. Each model is trained and evaluated to measure its performance in classifying coral reef images. The best-performing model, DenseNet121, is then integrated into a mobile application for real-time classification. The evaluation results show that DenseNet121 achieved the highest accuracy compared to MobileNetV2 and EfficientNet-B0. The training data accuracy of DenseNet121 reached 98.80%, and the testing data accuracy was 98.25%.

Abstract

Digital leadership is increasingly recognized as a strategic capability essential for guiding organizations through rapid technological transformation. It is particularly associated with enhanced agility, performance, and the integration of emerging technologies across sectors such as SMEs, manufacturing, education, and public administration. Despite growing interest, existing literature remains fragmented and lacks a coherent synthesis that reflects the multidimensional role of digital leadership across varying organizational and contextual settings. Moreover, limited attention has been given to the mechanisms through which digital leadership drives innovation under diverse ecological, geographic, and structural conditions. To address this gap, we conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA 2020 guidelines and the SPAR-4-SLR framework, analyzing 43 peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025. Through thematic synthesis, bibliometric mapping, and theoretical classification, we identify key patterns, conceptual structures, and research trends. The findings highlight the dominance of Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT) and Resource-Based View (RBV), with survey-based SEM methodologies prevailing. Notable gaps include conceptual ambiguity, methodological uniformity, and limited longitudinal and cross-cultural insights. This review offers a future research agenda grounded in the Theory–Context–Method (TCM) framework, advocating for broader theoretical integration and contextual diversity to better understand digital leadership’s role in fostering sustainable innovation.

Abstract

Bantuan pangan nontunai bersendikan efisiensi berkeadilan dan ekonomi inklusif. Norma hukum efisiensi berkeadilan mensyaratkan pemerataan sebesar-besarnya bagi rakyat Indonesia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah filosofis efisiensi berkeadilan pada program bantuan pangan nontunai. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis filosofi efisiensi berkeadilan melalui filsafat hukum yang diterangkan oleh Hans Kelsen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil yang ditemukan pada kajian ini ialah gagasan Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) awalnya bersendikan distribusi pangan berbasis efisiensi (asasnya) dan memberlakukan redistribusi keuangan inklusif. Artinya dalam ranah ide dasar BPNT masih di dalam program yang sewajarnya, namun di salah satu lokasi, implementasi program ini bermasalah dalam mewujudkan keadilan masyarakat. Pendulum efisiensi dominan ke arah ekonomi penguasa kapital, sehubungan dengan fakta hukum adanya monopoli jalur pasokan ke E-Warong. Berkeadilan yang berbasis pada kemakmuran sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat (utilitarianisme) masih menjadi distopia (jauh dari ideal). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perspektif filsafat hukum Hans Kelsen tidak sesuai dengan implementasi program BPNT pada aspek operasional keadilan ditingkat pelaksanaannya. Sudah saatnya merubah pola distribusi pasokan bahan pangan dengan kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the seaweed cultivation infrastructure provision program on the productivity and income of farmers in Central Buton Regency. The program successfully introduces modern technologies and training that improve production efficiency, allowing farmers to harvest faster and produce high-quality products. The results of interviews with farmers showed that more than 60% experienced an increase in income after participating in the training, and their technical skills in seaweed cultivation improved significantly. Despite challenges in aid distribution and price fluctuations, effective communication between the government and farmers is essential to ensure equitable access to infrastructure. This research emphasizes the need for sustainability of training programs, especially in marketing, to increase the competitiveness of seaweed products in local and international markets. These findings provide recommendations for improving the distribution system and increasing technical support to farmers to encourage local economic growth and the welfare of coastal communities.

Abstract

MSMES play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, but most have not yet also adopted SAK EMKM for business actors. The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism for preparing financial statements at Warung Teh Dua-Dua and whether it has been guided by SAK EMKM for business actors. of Warung Teh Dua-Dua is prepared and whether it has been guided by SAK EMKM, as well as identifying obstacles in its application. This research applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the financial statements of Warung Teh Dua-Dua are still limited to recording cash in and out and have not been guided by SAK EMKM and not yet guided by SAK EMKM. The main obstacle encountered is the lack of understanding of business actors about accounting, lack of training, and time constraints in preparing reports. time constraints on report preparation. In fact, the application of SAK EMKM can increase financial transparency and access to funding. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in Padamulya Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency, with a focus on the ADD (APBD) for the years 2022 and 2023. Given that the data analyzed consists of numerical figures from financial reports, this study employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis is conducted descriptively using the effectiveness and efficiency ratio calculations. The findings indicate that the financial management by the Padamulya Village Government has been well-executed. The effectiveness ratio of village funds for 2022–2023 is categorized as effective, signifying that the village has successfully met its financial targets. However, variations in budget effectiveness were observed, primarily due to certain allocations disbursed at the end of the year that were not immediately realized and were only completed in the following year. Nevertheless, various planned programs were successfully implemented as expected. From an efficiency perspective, the village's budget management during this period was carried out optimally. The Padamulya Village Government considers an activity effective if it is implemented according to the predetermined plan. Overall, the village's financial management has demonstrated a positive performance in supporting local development and community welfare.

Abstract

Manajemen preventive maintenance (PM) alat medis ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) di rumah sakit sangat penting dilakukan oleh teknisi elektromedik dalam memastikan fungsinya sebagai alat penunjang hidup dapat bekerja dengan baik. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan perlunya dilakukan penelitian ini agar dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada manajemen rumah sakit berdasarkan penilaian yang obyektif dan terkuantisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui skala Indeks Prioritas Preventive Maintenance (IPPM) alat medis ruang ICU menggunakan metode pendekatan pemodelan Kano dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Dari hasil analisis model Kano yang diintegrasikan dengan model House of Quality (HOQ) pada metode QFD diketahui bahwa faktor keselamatan pasien dan ketersediaan alat medis yang berfungsi dengan baik merupakan kebutuhan esensial yang harus terpenuhi. Salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan manajemen PM sesuai dengan skala IPPM. Berdasarkan domain fungsi dan konsep pada metode pendekatan QFD didapatkan bahwa alat medis di ruang ICU masuk dalam kategori berdasarkan risiko (R) dengan 3 ranking tertinggi masing-masing untuk kriteria kebutuhan maintenance (R=1), risiko fisik (R=2), fungsi (R=3) dan ventilator mendapat nilai prioritas (PS=90%) yang masuk dalam group I. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa peralatan medis di ruangan ICU khususnya ventilator memiliki IPPM yang tinggi dan perlu penjadwalan serta pencatatan yang baik.Kata Kunci :  Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Model Kano, Preventive Maintenance, Quality Function Deployment (QFD).

Abstract

This research is expected to be able to see to what extent this building has implemented the green building concept by conducting an assessment according to green building criteria in the Appropriate Site and Environmental category. This research uses a mixed research method between quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. Thus, the result of reducing the data that has been collected is an interview sheet in the form of a table of more specific questions based on the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 assessment benchmark and the Greenship New Building Version 1.2 assessment benchmark. Based on the results of the appropriate site and environmental assessment (Appropriate Site Development), Anutapura Hospital and Undata Hospital received a gold title with a score of 9 points or (57%) of the maximum total points of 16, while Tadulako University Hospital received a silver title with the lowest score. 9 points or (52%) of the maximum total points of 17.

Abstract

Vehicles have now become an essential basic need for society. Cars are one of the transportation tools that can be chosen for activities because they can accommodate more than one passenger and offer comfort while driving, eliminating concerns about bad weather during outdoor activities. When purchasing a car, consumers are faced with numerous criteria that influence the selection of the car they want, which makes it difficult for consumers to choose the right car. Several car specifications that consumers consider include the car's weight, passenger capacity, engine size, maximum power, and price. This study discusses the process of recommending the most suitable and needed cars for consumers. By using the fuzzy Tahani method, the processed car data will generate outputs in the form of recommended cars for consumers. This research is expected to assist prospective car buyers in determining the car that best matches their chosen criteria.
