Abstract

Data processing can be done with text mining techniques. To process large text data is required a machine to explore opinions, including positive or negative opinions. Sentiment analysis is a process that applies text mining methods. Sentiment analysis is a process that aims to determine the content of the dataset in the form of text is positive or negative. Support vector machine is one of the classification algorithms that can be used for sentiment analysis. However, support vector machine works less well on the large-sized data. In addition, in the text mining process there are constraints one is number of attributes used. With many attributes it will reduce the performance of the classifier so as to provide a low level of accuracy. The purpose of this research is to increase the support vector machine accuracy with implementation of feature selection and feature weighting. Feature selection will reduce a large number of irrelevant attributes. In this study the feature is selected based on the top value of K = 500. Once selected the relevant attributes are then performed feature weighting to calculate the weight of each attribute selected. The feature selection method used is chi square statistic and feature weighting using Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TFIDF). Result of experiment using Matlab R2017b is integration of support vector machine with chi square statistic and TFIDF that uses 10 fold cross validation gives an increase of accuracy of 11.5% with the following explanation, the accuracy of the support vector machine without applying chi square statistic and TFIDF resulted in an accuracy of 68.7% and the accuracy of the support vector machine by applying chi square statistic and TFIDF resulted in an accuracy of 80.2%.

Abstract

Scheduling is one of the important part in production planning process. One of the factor that influence the smooth production process is raw material supply. Sugarcane supply as the main raw material in the making of sugar is the most important componen. The algorithm that used in this study was Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm. SA apability to accept the bad or no better solution within certain time distinguist it from another local search algorithm. Aim of this study was to implement the SA algorithm in scheduling the sugarcane harvest process so that the amount of sugarcane harvest not so differ from mill capacity of the factory. Data used in this study were 60 data from sugarcane farms that ready to cut and mill capacity 1660 tons. Sugarcane harvest process in 19 days producing 33043,76 tons used SA algorithm and 27089,47 tons from factory actual result. Based on few experiments, obtained sugarcane harvest average by SA algorithm was 1651,63 tons per day and factory actual result was 1354,47 tons. Result of harvest scheduling used SA algorithm showed not so differ average from mill capacity of factory. Truck uses scheduling by SA algorithm showed average 119 trucks per day while from factory actual result was 156 trucks. With the same harvest time, SA algorithm result was greater  and the amount of used truck less than actual result of factory. Thus, can be concluded SA algorithm can make the scheduling of sugarcane harvest become more optimall compared to other methods applied by the factory nowdays.

Abstract

An irreducible polynomial is one of the main components in building an S-box with an algebraic technique approach. The selection of the precise irreducible polynomial will determine the quality of the S-box produced. One method for determining good S-box quality is strict avalanche criterion will be perfect if it has a value of 0.5. Unfortunately, in previous studies, the strict avalanche criterion value of the S-box produced still did not reach perfect value. In this paper, we will discuss S-box construction using selected irreducible polynomials. This selection is based on the number of elements of the least amount of irreducible polynomials that make it easier to construct S-box construction. There are 17 irreducible polynomials that meet these criteria. The strict avalanche criterion test results show that the irreducible polynomial p17(x) =x8 + x7 + x6 + x + 1 is the best with a perfect SAC value of 0.5. One indicator that a robust S-box is an ideal strict avalanche criterion value of 0.5

Abstract

At this time the delivery of goods to be familiar because the use of delivery of goods services greatly facilitate customers. PT Post Indonesia is one of the delivery of goods. On the delivery of goods, we often encounter the selection of goods which entered first into the transportation and  held from the delivery. At the time of the selection, there are Knapsack problems that require optimal selection of solutions. Knapsack is a place used as a means of storing or inserting an object. The purpose of this research is to know how to get optimal solution result in solving Integer Knapsack problem on freight transportation by using Dynamic Programming Algorithm and Greedy Algorithm at PT Post Indonesia Semarang. This also knowing the results of the implementation of Greedy Algorithm with Dynamic Programming Algorithm on Integer Knapsack problems on the selection of goods transport in PT Post Indonesia Semarang by applying on the mobile application. The results of this research are made from the results obtained by the Dynamic Programming Algorithm with total weight 5022 kg in 7 days. While the calculation result obtained by Greedy Algorithm, that is total weight of delivery equal to 4496 kg in 7 days. It can be concluded that the calculation results obtained by Dynamic Programming Algorithm in 7 days has a total weight of 526 kg is greater when compared with Greedy Algorithm.

Abstract

Dalam memasarkan produk minuman dan makanan ringan, Indonesia masih banyak menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk menyalurkan produk tersebut dari pabrik sampai ke konsumen akhir. Jika setiap toko membeli produk dalam jumlah banyak, maka didapatkan keuntungan yang besar dalam penjualan produk tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan harga penjualan produk yang sampai ke konsumen akhir lebih mahal daripada harga asli yang diberikan oleh pabrik. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi mesin penjual otomatis (vending machine). Pada umumnya vending machine tidak memberikan uang kembalian. Disini penulis mencoba membuat vending machine dengan menerapkan algoritma Greedy agar dapat memberikan uang kembalian sehingga harga penjualan produk sesuai dengan harga asli pabrik. Algoritma Greedy diterapkan untuk menentukan pecahan berapa saja yang muncul dalam proses pengembalian uang dengan meminimalkan jumlah uang logamnya. Penulis menggunakan aplikasi Visual Basic untuk menerapkan program vending machine.

Abstract

Childbirth is the last stage before the infant comes into the world. There may be incidents that could cause death in the process of childbirth for mothers and infants. Lack of knowledge and attention to the labor process can increase maternal mortality rate. Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was recorded at 190 per 100,000 live births on 2015. The figure is still far from the fifth Millennium Development Goals target of 102 per 100,000. The increasing development of technology in health informatics to provide health care more effective can be used to help overcome the problems of pregnant women. To reduce maternal mortality rates, a web-based expert system is perfect one for use. Naïve Bayes method is a simple, fast and high accuracy method. Forward Chaining method is a inference method that performs a fact or statement that starts from the condition (IF) then to the conclusion (THEN). Based on analysis of the method obtained with 233 patients data on childbirth process using expert system, the Naïve Bayes method has accuracy in diagnosing by 90,987124463519% while Forward Chaining method accuracy is 86.69527897%.

Abstract

Lazis scholarship is a scholarship given to underprivileged students and does not yet have a system that supports the decisions to be taken. AHP is one of the most popular decision making methods in solving problems. But, AHP has several weaknesses. So that it will be modified based on previous research and the addition of fuzzy algorithms to get a better decision support system method. The results of this research were A009 students with the final result priority index value of 0.004176516 getting the first position. And the addition and modification in in this research is better than the standard decision support system. Fuzzy c-means produce scores that are more variable than manual grouping. Using sorting and ranking will produce a pairwise comparison matrix that is definitely consistent and has an average faster processing time is 0.028396 seconds, whereas with the standard method is 0.284415 seconds. Modification of alternative priorities also have a relatively faster average implementation time of 0.3165 seconds than the standard calculation with 2.6003 seconds. And modifications to the FPIV, if  taking the top 25 ranking in the standard FPIV produces 3 the same value while in the modified FPIV there is 1 same value.

Abstract

Penggunaan material limbah pecahan batu bata dalam campuran beton di Indonesia masih belum umum namun sudah mulai banyak digunakan antara lain untuk pengurukan, lapisan pondasi jalan dan lain-lain. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan bahan baku seperti agregat kasar mudah didapat. Padahal cepat atau lambat material akan semakin habis sehingga menyebabkan material dari tahun ke tahun akan semakain mahal. Penelitian dan pengujian beton ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton dengan memanfaatkan limbah pecahan batu bata dengan sumber agregat halus (pasir) dari sungai musi, sedangkan agregat kasar (batu pecah/split) didapat dari lahat. Pada penelitian ini beda uji dicetak dengan menggunakan kubus baja ukuran 15cm x 15cm x 15cm dan direndam, masing-masing umur beton yaitu 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari dengan pengujian kuat tekan beton. Pada campuran beton K.200 tersebut dibuat campuran pengganti agregat kasar yang berfariasi yaitu dengan limbah pecahan batu bata 0% (normal), limbah pecahan batu bata 10%, limbah pecahan batu bata 20 % dan limbah pecahan batu bata 30% dengan cara mengurangi persentase dari agregat kasar (split). Beton yang mencapai umur 28 hari karena pada umur ini menurut PBI 1974, kekuatan beton telah mencapai 100%. Dari hasil uji kuat tekan yaitu pada beton normal (limbah pecahan batu bata 0%) dengan umur 28 hari didapat kuat tekan beton sebesar 199,27 kg/cm2, pada beton kadar limbah pecahan batu bata 10% dengan umur 28 hari didapat kuat tekan beton sebesar 179,65 kg/cm2, pada beton kadar limbah pecahan batu bata 20% dengan umur 28 hari didapat kuat tekan beton sebesar 172,10 kg/cm2, dan pada beton kadar limbah pecahan batu bata 30% dengan umur 28 hari didapat kuat tekan beton sebesar 170,59 kg/cm2.

Abstract

Critical discourse analysis of a film about marriage which is motivated by the concept of primogeniture becomes an interesting discourse to be studied. This study aims to analyze the concept of marriage from the point of view of the female character in the film Pride and Prejudice (2005) by using the critical discourse analysis method according to Norman Fairclough. This research is an explanatory research with a qualitative approach. The analysis was carried out through three stages, namely microstructural, mesostructural, and macrostructural analysis. From the research it was found that the perspective of each female character regarding marriage in the film Pride and Prejudice (2005) is influenced by two main things, namely the character's personal character and the character's living conditions according to the storyline. Jane Austen has the power to convey her ideology regarding primogeniture issues that occurred in society in her time to convey to readers through her novel Pride and Prejudice which director Joe Wright turned it into a film in 2005. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that marriage is influenced by Personal characters and living conditions in such a way shape the views and/or motives for the marriage of the female character in the film Pride and Prejudice (2005). Primogeniture is a factor of living conditions that most influence the perception of marriage in female characters in the film Pride and Prejudice (2005). The main problem in this storyline is related to the marriage of female characters, namely pride and prejudice.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di MTs. Miftakhul Khoirot Semarang, kurangnya pemanfaatan media dan kurangnya keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran membuat pembelajaran matematika di sekolah tersebut selama ini masih kurang optimal. Tahun 2011/2012, 28 peserta didik dari 31 peserta didik  (90%) belum mencapai nilai 60 pada Ulangan Akhir Semester 2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII MTs. Miftakhul Khoirot pada pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dengan pemanfaatan CD pembelajaran dan alat peraga pada materi pokok persegi dan belah ketupat, untuk mengetahui bahwa hasil belajar  pembelajaran dengan model tersebut lebih baik dari pembelajaran ekspositori dan untuk mengetahui bahwa sikap kreatif peserta didik pada pembelajaran tersebut lebih baik dari pembelajaran ekspositori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi peserta didik kelas eksperimen yang mencapai KKM individual lebih dari 74,5% sedangkan proporsi ketuntasan belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji kesamaan dua rata-rata skor sikap kreatif peserta didik, diperoleh skor sikap kreatif  peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dengan pemanfaatan CD pembelajaran dan alat peraga lebih baik dari rata-rata skor sikap kreatif peserta didik dengan pembelajaran ekspositori.
