Abstract

This study aims to describe the planting of tolerance in early childhood in PAUD Anyelir, Tinjomoyo Village, Banyumanik District. The study describes the cultivation of tolerance in early childhood and knows the supporting factors and factors that hinder the cultivation of tolerance in Anyelir PAUD. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method case study design using data analysis techniques based on the theory of Miles Huberman. In collecting primary data data collection techniques through interviews and observation methods. Interviewing school administrators and PAUD Anyelir teachers. Besides that, it also uses supporting data in the form of references to books, journals and documents as secondary data. Then the researcher used a descriptive analysis method which consisted of three steps: First, data reduction. Second, presentation of data. Third, conclusions. The results of the analysis obtained regarding the cultivation of tolerance attitudes in early childhood in PAUD Anyelir Tinjomoyo Semarang City, were seen from the cultivation of tolerance, organizing, monitoring learning, learning evaluation, and reporting of learning results referring to the standard process, and the standard assessment module that comes from STPPA, content standards, process standards and assessment standards. The cultivation of tolerance in Anyelir PAUD is also influenced by supporting factors in the form of the implementation of learning in the form of existing facilities and infrastructure, namely educational games used as other media, classrooms, inspirational classes and also teacher cooperation in developing learning programs. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are incomplete facilities, and the arrival hours of children who are released, for learning at Anyelir PAUD is in accordance with the applicable standards, namely the national PAUD standard. So that the managers and teachers should complete the facilities and then determine the child's departure time so that it is in accordance with the national PAUD standards so that children's concentration is better in the learning process. Abstract

The efforts to improve and enhance the quality of education by making curriculum changes, both structural and its formulation procedures would be more meaningful if accompanied by changes in teaching practices that support the successful implementation of the curriculum. One method that can be used is Project Method, whereby it is expected that the quality of student learning experiences in the classroom is more effective and instill the character associated with the environmental, cultural, and natural resources conservation. The purpose and benefits of this research are to provide an overview of procedures or mechanisms of implementation and find out how much the success rate of the method used in learning, especially in exhibition subjects with  project method. This research is a classroom action research with the approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study was all 90 studentsofEarly Childhood Education Department at Semarang State University who are on 6th semester who are taking exhibition subject. The result shows that the procedure of project method activities have to go through stages of actions and observations, which showed at the beginning of the first cycle obtained an average of student ability in this activity amounted to 59.25% and increased in the second cycle achieving 93.08%. Abstract

Descriptive Study of the Application of Deaf Children Language Development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) Class in Semarang State Special School. Faculty of Education. Semarang State University. Indonesia. The Application of deaf children language ability development is a teaching-learning activity focusing on deaf children language acquisition through approaches, methods and media adapted to the children condition and needs. The research aims to 1) describe deaf children language development, 2) explain the application of deaf children language ability development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) class in Semarang State Special School, 3) explain push-pull factors of the application of deaf children language ability development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) class in Semarang State Special School. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method to understand the phenomenon happened by the research subjects, namely the language they possess, and push-pull factors of deaf children language ability. The subjects of the research are deaf students at the age of 3-5 in the TLO class of Semarang State Special School. The data of the research were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. They were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results show that most of all deaf children in TLO class were cried at post delivery as normal do. The fact that they have no stimulation response is a symptom their parents observe. Therefore, the push-pull factor here is the active role of the parents. Hence, there are three conclusions according to the research, namely the cry of deaf children at post delivery as normal do, heart to heart approach done by teachers and the active role of the parents in deaf language development. It is suggested that the teachers are expected to be more creative to conduct teaching activity. In addition, the community support is needed while government and education department formulate learning curriculum for special need children. Abstract

The using of manipulative scales is a learning media that is expected to increase the development of measurement concept ability accordance with the development level of children in group B. The use of manipulative scales media can be used effectively if teachers are creative in using supporting materials that can be found in surrounding environment to be used in developing measurement concept. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using manipulative scales media toward measurement concept ability in measuring the length, volume, and weight for children’s Group B at TK Negeri Pembina Sragen. This research uses experimental methods with design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with 43 children as sample. Hypothesis test obtain that based on statistical calculations which conducted, it obtained a t-test data through differences test Paired Sample t-Test on SPSS 18.0 program for windows t value is -38,083 with value sig(2-tailed) amounted to 0,000 < 0.05. This results show if the posttest result experienced an increase measurement concept ability that is higher than the pretest results. Viewed from the diagram picture 4.1 show an improvement achievement of mean value occurred in each measurement concepts that given, for the concept of length measurement from originally 34,67 into 43,88, for the concept of volume from 32,67 into 42,14, and the concept of weight from 33,42 into 42,02 and overall there is an increase mean value of measurement concept ability levels from group B from 100,77 into 128,05, resulting in increased score amounted to 27,28. The conclusion of this research is the use manipulative scales media can increase measurement concept ability in children’s group B, so that manipulative scales can be used by teacher as media in defining measuring concept of length, volume, and mass for student group B.

Abstract

Family and community participation in Early Childhood Education (ECE) after the policy program of one village one ECE shows that overall they can implement the program thoroughly, there is a need for close and more organized links between the village governments, ECE institutions and communities so that solutions and policies for internal problems in the ECE can be found together. Strengthening services with one village one ECE is a necessity in the hope that children in rural areas will be educated early on. Applying one village at least one ECE requires a lot of participation from various parties including the government at the village level.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to determine the satisfaction level of early childhood educational institutions on the performance of the teachers as alumni from early childhood educational program, to find out which competencies are considered to be the main aspirations by early childhood educational institutions in Central Java Province. This research has a target to get a complete overview about the satisfaction level of the institutions to the alumni as a chance to improve the quality of graduates from Early Childhood Educational Study Program of Faculty of Education in Semarang State University.The initial phase of the study, a survey was conducted at a number of Early Childhood Educational institutions spread across 35 cities and/or regencies in Central Java, to identify and find out whether there are graduates from Early Childhood Educational Study Program of Faculty of Education in Semarang State University who works as teacher at these institutions. In the second stage, the researchers did a mapping to determine which institutions will be used as research samples. The third phase of research was conducted to acquire understanding of the satisfaction level from the samples. The target which was aimed in this research is to develop curriculum in order to improve the quality of graduates. From the analysis result of the study, it showed that Early Childhood Educational institutions were satisfied with the performance of the graduates of Early Childhood Educational Study Program of Faculty of Education in Semarang State University which reached (58.41%). Early Childhood Educational institutions in Central Java would expect that the personality competence to be the first priority to be developed in the Early Childhood Educational Study Program in Semarang State University (36.84%), while the second priority is pedagogical competence (39.48%), professional competence (2.63%) becomes third priority and social competence (21.05%) become the last priority which need to be developed.

Kriptografi adalah suatu bidang ilmu dan seni yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kerahasiaan suatu pesan yang berupa data-data dari pihak lain yang tidak berhak sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerugian. from the builder in the world in the computer from the computer from the office, the basic of Vigenere Cipher can be just were not only mampu melakukan enkripsi terhadap karakter alphabet, namun juga angka dan simbol khusus. Dengan menerapkan metode AVC sebagai metode pengamanan informasi pesan, probabilitas penyusup untuk memecahkan kode enkripsi sistem dapat secara optimal. maka rumusan masalah penerapan penerapan huruf katakana dalam pengaman pesan menggunakan metode advance vigenere cipher. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi modifikasi huruf katakana dalam pengaman pesan menggunakan metode advance vigenere cipher. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi pesan plainteks menjadi chiperteks berdasarkan kata kunci, sehingga pesan dapat terjaga kerahasiannya. Teknik data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi dan studi pustaka. Diharapkan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi referensi bukan hanya perbankan dunia juga untuk semua kalangan sebagai perkemangan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh anak-anak yang memiliki kelemahan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sensorimotor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan shining sand box media dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sensorimotor anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dalam metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi instrumen penilaian, hasil wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subyek penelitian mengalami peningkatan kemampuan sensorimotor 80% dalam kriteria berkembang sangat baik pada masing-masing indikator penilaian. Indikator penilaian menjumput pasir mencapai hasil berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 88,09%, indikator penilaian menirukan pola mencapai hasil berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 94,04%, dan indikator penilaian menggambar di atas pasir sesuai tema mencapai hasil berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 83,03%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shining sand box media dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sensorimotor anak.Kata kunci: Sensorimotor, media pasir, shining sand box media. AbstractThis research is motivated by children who have weaknesses in developing sensorimotor abilities. The purpose of this study was to prove that using shining sandbox media can improve children's sensorimotor abilities. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the classroom action research method. The data collection tool used an assessment instrument observation sheet, interview results, and documentation. The results in this study show that the research subjects experienced an 80% increase in sensorimotor abilities in the criteria for developing well on each assessment indicator. The assessment indicator for sand picking achieved very good development results as much as 88.09%, the assessment indicator imitating the pattern achieved excellent development results as much as 94.04%, and the drawing on sand assessment indicator according to the theme achieved very good development results as much as 83.03%. The results showed that the shining sandbox media can be used as a medium to improve children's sensorimotor abilities.Key word: Sensorimotor, sand media, shining sand box media.

Abstract

Menulis adalah bagian penting dari kurikulum seni bahasa, tetapi sering kegiatan ini mendapat perharian paling sedikit. Anak-anak akan menulis menyampaikan pesan dengan menggunakan tanda, jauh sebelum mereka bisa membentuk atau bahkan mengenal huruf. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas metode latihan terhadap kemampuan menggunakan tangan kanan saat menulis pada anak di TK Al-Mukaddimah Pontianak (studi kasus anak kidal). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan single case experimental design with single-subject design dan A-B-A (baseline1-perlakuan-baseline2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada fase baseline1 sebelum diberikan perlakuan skor pada hari pertama hanya 10%, anak hanya mampu meletakkan jari telunjuk di atas pensil. Pada sesi kedua anak memperoleh skor 20%. Selanjutnya anak memasuki pada fase perlakuan yang dilakukan 6 sesi pertemuan masing-masing 15-20 menit. Fase perlakuan ini anak diberikan tugas yang sama pada fase baseline1, anak diarahkan oleh trainer dan diberikan perlakuan menggunakan metode latihan. Setiap sesi diukur frekuensi, durasi dan kualitas menulis menggunakan tangan kanan. Fase baseline2 dilakukan setelah fase perlakuan diberikan. Pada fase baseline2 menunjukkan skor 100%. Selisih skor fase baseline1 dengan skor fase baseline2 adalah 80%.Kata Kunci : Metode Latihan, Kemampuan Menulis, Anak Kidal.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the growing sectors in Indonesia. One of the cities in Central Java that has both natural and artificial tourism potential is Pekalongan City. Nature tourism in Pekalongan City is still lacking in community involvement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which the existence and implementation as well as the obstacles in the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in these tours. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used a narrative descriptive technique. The results showed that the community has been involved in tourism management but it is still not in accordance with the expected target. A good Community Based Tourism is the Pasir Kencana beach which is seen from the activity of a good tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis). Constraints in community-based tourism management in tourism are natural factors as well as factors from human resources. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia. Salah satu Kota di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki potensi wisata baik alam dan buatan adalah Kota Pekalongan. Wisata alam di Kota Pekalongan masih kurang dalam keterlibatan masyarakatnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana eksistensi dan implementasi serta kendala dalam penerapan Community Based Tourism (CBT) di wisata tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sudah ikut terlibat dalam pengelolaan pariwisata namun masih belum sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan. Community Based Tourism yang baik adalah pantai pasir kencana dimana dilihat dari keaktifan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) yang baik. Kendala dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di wisata tersebut adalah faktor alam dan juga faktor dari sumber daya manusianya.
