Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Father’s Involvement dan tingkat kepercayaan diri pada remaja akhir perempuan di Bukittinggi. Kepercayaan diri adalah aspek krusial dalam perkembangan remaja, tetapi sering kali terganggu oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk pengaruh dari keluarga. Jika father''s involvement telah dijalankan secara maksimal, maka secara ideal akan berdampak positif pada masa perkembangan anak. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan teori kepercayaan diri oleh lauster (1992) dan Father''s Involvement dari Lamb (2010). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan nonprobability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 296 responden remaja akhir perempuan berusia 18-22 tahun yang tinggal di Bukittinggi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan Alpha Cronbach, menunjukkan nilai α = 0,844 untuk skala kepercayaan diri dan α = 0,940 untuk skala keterlibatan ayah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dan tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja akhir perempuan, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,498 (p 0,05), mengindikasikan korelasi yang cukup kuat. Penelitian ini mendukung teori bahwa keterlibatan ayah yang aktif dalam pengasuhan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepercayaan diri remaja, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang searah, semakin meningkat father’s involvement maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja akhir perempuan di Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran ayah dalam pengasuhan dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan kepercayaan diri remaja perempuan.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pembelajaran matematika sekolah adalah menguasai kemampuan pemahaman matematis.Tetapi, faktanya kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah.Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah keefektifan TKL dengan menyeimbangkan fungsi otak kiri dan kanan  terhadap pencapaian kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa. Serta tingkat kepuasaan siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika menggunakan TKL. Penelitian dengan pendekatan perbedaan ganda, desain grup non-ekivalen kepercobaan-kuasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP N kelas VII di Kecamatan Karawang Barat, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa untuk masing-masing grup ( pembelajaran TKL) dan kelompok kontrol (pembelajaran langsung). Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 17. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis siswa yang memperoleh TKL dengan menyeimbangkan fungsi otak kiri dan kanan lebih baik daripada siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran langsung. Dan respon yang sangat baik  tehadap pembelajaran TKL. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Teknik kreasi lagu dengan menyeimbangkan fungsi oatak, efektif dalam pencapaian kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa.

Abstract

Background. Regulatory changes have a profound effect on the auditing profession, impacting standards, practices, and the auditors’ role in ensuring financial transparency and accountability. As global financial markets evolve, regulatory bodies continue to update their frameworks to address new challenges, such as the increased complexity of financial reporting and the rise of digital technologies. Purpose. This study aims to explore the influence of regulatory changes on auditing standards and practices, specifically examining how these updates shape the audit process, redefine auditor responsibilities, and affect the overall effectiveness of audits in supporting corporate governance. Method. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of regulatory changes and auditing standards with qualitative insights gathered from interviews with auditing professionals. Data were obtained from publicly available regulatory updates and auditor feedback from multiple sectors, offering a comprehensive view of industry adjustments. Results. The findings indicate that regulatory changes significantly impact auditing practices, enhancing auditors' focus on risk management, ethical standards, and technology use in audits. Furthermore, auditors report a growing need for continuous professional development to keep up with regulatory advancements, highlighting the profession's need for agility and ongoing learning. Conclusion. This study concludes that regulatory changes are crucial for enhancing auditing standards and ensuring the relevance and efficacy of audits in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. Continuous adaptation to these updates is essential for auditors to maintain their role in safeguarding financial integrity. The research suggests that both regulatory bodies and auditing firms should collaborate to provide continuous education and resources to help auditors meet the profession’s evolving demands.

Abstract

Background. Automation is transforming the accountancy profession, reshaping traditional roles and introducing new dynamics within the field. With advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning, routine accounting tasks such as data entry, transaction processing, and report generation are increasingly automated, reducing the need for manual intervention. Purpose. This shift raises questions about the future role of accountants and the skills necessary to adapt to a more technology-driven environment. This study investigates the impact of automation on the accountancy profession, examining both the opportunities for increased efficiency and the potential challenges for professionals Method. A mixed-methods research approach was utilized, combining quantitative analysis of automation trends in accounting practices with qualitative insights from industry professionals. Data on the adoption of automated tools in accounting were analyzed to assess changes in productivity, error rates, and task completion times, while interviews with accountants provided perspectives on the evolving skillsets and competencies required. Results. Findings reveal that automation enhances efficiency by reducing errors and increasing productivity; however, it also necessitates a shift toward analytical and advisory roles, requiring accountants to develop new competencies in data interpretation and strategic decision-making Conclusion. The study concludes that automation will redefine the accountancy profession, with technology taking over repetitive tasks and creating opportunities for value-added roles. Accountants will need to focus on skills such as critical thinking, data analysis, and advisory functions to remain competitive. This shift underscores the importance of continuous learning and adaptability as essential components for future success in the field of accountancy.

Abstract

Terhitung per 20 Juli 2021, Kota Surabaya merupakan kota dengan kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan faktor risiko utama yaitu pada pasien dengan komorbid, salah satunya tuberkulosis. Pengurangan risiko terinfeksi COVID-19 dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh pasien tuberkulosis tidak hanya dapat menurunkan beban COVID-19, tetapi juga dapat mengurangi ko-infeksi kedua penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir), pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada pasien tuberkulosis di wilayah Puskesmas Surabaya Utara. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada pasien tuberkulosis di wilayah puskesmas Surabaya Utara dengan jumlah sebanyak 104 responden yang diambil menggunakan stratified sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan offline pada bulan Agustus 2021. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariate dan bivariate dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden mayoritas berusia <60 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berpendidikan tinggi atau ≥SMA, memiliki pengetahuan kurang terkait COVID-19 dan sikap positif terkait COVID-19. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa, usia dan jenis kelamin tidak berhubungan (p=1,000; p=0,954). Pendidikan terakhir, pengetahuan terkait COVID-19, dan sikap terkait COVID-19 berhubungan (p=0,020; p=0,000; p=0,000). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pendidikan tinggi, pengetahuan yang baik serta adanya sikap positif akan membentuk perilaku pencegahan COVID-19.

Abstract

Mathematics education in Indonesian elementary schools faces significant challenges in developing students' problem-solving skills, as evidenced by the 2022 PISA results, which showed that only 18% of Indonesian students achieved the minimum proficiency level, far below the OECD average. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance fourth-grade students' mathematical problem-solving skills in Bekasi Regency. A quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group was employed, involving 52 students selected through cluster random sampling. The experimental class received RME-based PBL instruction, while the control class received PBL instruction based on the scientific approach. Data were collected using a validated problem-solving essay test and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including independent-samples t-tests and normalized gain scores. The results demonstrated that the RME-PBL approach significantly improved students' problem-solving skills across all measured aspects: problem identification, formulation, strategy application, and result explanation. Notably, 92% of students in the experimental class achieved good or very good categories, compared to only 22.22% in the control class. The normalized gain for the experimental class was 0.81 (high category), substantially higher than the control class's 0.41 (moderate category). It is concluded that the RME-PBL approach is significantly more effective than the scientific-PBL approach in enhancing elementary students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran trigonometri di SMK masih terkendala rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep, minat belajar, dan keterbatasan media digital interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital “jam sinchan” untuk memfasilitasi pencapaian kemampuan pemahaman konsep trigonometri siswa SMK program keahlian Teknik Mesin di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE, melibatkan 20 siswa kelas XI. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar validasi ahli media dan materi, angket respon siswa, observasi keterlaksanaan, serta tes uraian pemahaman konsep. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media dinyatakan sangat layak dengan skor 96% dari ahli media dan 92% dari ahli materi. Respon siswa juga sangat positif dengan persentase minat belajar 88,33%, kemudahan pemahaman 90%, dan kemudahan penggunaan 76,67%, sehingga total respon mencapai 84,38%. Dengan demikian, media “jam sinchan” terbukti valid, praktis, dan efktif untuk memfasilitasi pencapaian kemampuan pemahaman konsep trigonometri sekaligus menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan.Trigonometry learning in vocational high schools (SMK) still encounters challenges such as limited conceptual understanding, low learning interest, and the lack of interactive digital media. This study aims to develop a digital learning medium called “Jam Sinchan” to facilitate students’ attainment of conceptual understanding in trigonometry within the Mechanical Engineering program at a vocational high school in Karawang Regency. The research employed a research and development method using the ADDIE model with a sample of 20 eleventh-grade students. The instruments included validation sheets from media and material experts, student response questionnaires, observation sheets, and a conceptual understanding test. The validation results indicated that the media was categorized as highly feasible, with scores of 96% from media experts and 92% from material experts. Student responses were also highly positive, with percentages of 88.33% for learning interest, 90% for ease of understanding, and 76.67% for ease of use, yielding an overall feasibility score of 84.38%. Thus, “Jam Sinchan” is valid, practical, and effective in supporting students’ conceptual understanding of trigonometry while creating a more engaging learning experience.
