Abstract

Coffee farmers typically prune coffee leaves 2-3 times a year to promote healthier and more productive coffee plants; however, this leaf waste negatively impacts the community. This initiative aims to empower local communities by providing training and skills in processing coffee leaf waste into economically valuable herbal tea products. The outcome of this community service activity is herbal tea made from coffee leaves, packaged similarly to commercial tea products. The target community has gained an understanding of the health benefits of this herbal tea, and their skills in producing coffee leaf herbal tea have improved significantly.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat stres yang dialami guru dapat berdampak pada pencapaian sekolah yang kurang maksimal, pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengendalikan stres kerja dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan kebijakan sekolah dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi upaya atau strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengendalikan stres kerja guru di lingkungan sekolah. Tempat penelitian ini berlokasi di SD Negeri 219/IX Muaro Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai di dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara wawancara. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam analisis data dimulai dengan reduksi data, display data, dan yang terakhir ialah penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya atau strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam mengendalikan stress kerja guru yaitu Pertama; secara psikologi kepala sekolah memberikan bimbingan, support, motivasi. Kedua; kepala sekolah melaksanakan program bimbingan tips mengatasi stress kerja guru. Ketiga; kepala sekolah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dari stres kerja. Keempat; kepala sekolah melaksanakan pelatihan atau pengembangan profesional setiap satu bulan sekali semacam kegiatan-kegiatan yang bisa mengendalikan emosional guru. Kelima; kepala sekolah mengadakan perkumpulan semua guru untuk diskusi dan setiap hari meminta laporan guru mengenai perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

Character education values such as discipline, honesty and responsibility need strengthening in their implementation at this time. We can see this in how the youth behave. For example, many students violate school rules, do not do their assignments, cheat, or even skip classes for no reason. These things can apparently arise due to the loss of religious character in students. The aim of this study is to describe the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the religious character of students and their supporting and inhibiting factors. This method of research is qualitative research. This research uses a field research approach, namely from the process, if the activities at SMPN 3 pages in the Islamic Religious Education strategy program in Shaping Students' Religious Character. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques to select informants, and to collect data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. For the data validity, researchers use triangulation and data analysis, which is then processed and arranged systematically so that it can be interpreted and produce something in the form of thoughts, theories, opinions, or even new ideas. The results showed that this strategy has not been fully successful because there are many obstacles. Almost everything is limited and not all programs can run efficiently.

Abstract

Online fraud refers to various fraudulent acts carried out over the internet with the aim of fraudulently obtaining financial gain or personal information. We need to continue to spread awareness about the importance of security for ourselves and the people we know, where currently there are many different modes of online fraud. One application that is well known to the public is the GetContact application, which is an application designed to provide information about incoming calls, identify spam or fraudulent calls, and provide services related to a list of telephone contacts that have been registered by fellow users of the application. In this research, researchers will analyze the sentiment of comments from users of the Getcontact application by comparing the test results of classification algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes Classifier and SVM. This research process will begin with data sampling using the scrapping technique on Google Playstore and processing data from users of the Getcontact application using RapidMiner. After the preprocessing process and model testing with two textmining methods using algorithms, namely SVM and Naive Bayes, the evaluation and validation results show that Naïve Bayes has a higher level of accuracy than SVM. For Naïve Bayes, the accuracy value reached 82.97% with an AUC value of 0.500, while for SVM, the accuracy value was 78.00% with an AUC value of 0.926. These results show that Naïve Bayes is superior in classifying user comments on the Getcontact application on Google Play as positive and negative comments.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Bea & Cukai (DJBC) is a government agency in charge of guarding and serving export and import activities in Indonesia since its establishment in 1946 which is expected by the community as the front guard in protecting the community in this field, but in recent times there have been many cases involving the institution of the Directorate General of Customs & Excise which make this institution can affect the view of the performance of this institution. With the description of the problem above, it is very interesting to conduct research on public views using tweets from twitter @bravobeacukai and @beacukaiRI which are owned and processed by Direktorat Jenderal Bea & Cukai as a place to channel public opinions and views on this institution. This research uses the Smote method with Naïve Bayes and compared with Support vector machine methods for these results to compare the level of accuracy. The results of this study found that using the Smote method with Naïve Bayes obtained an Accuracy value of 78.95%, Precision 74.01%, Recall 89.41%, and AUC 0.650 while for the Smote method with Support vector machine is worth 73.35% Accuracy, Precision 67.88%, Recall 88.95%, and AUC 0.853. Based on the research results, the smote method with Naïve Bayes has the greatest results and is effective with the dataset studied.

Abstract

This study attempts to develop a collaborative-based learning model that can increase self-efficacy and positive attitudes of Primary Teacher Education (PGSD) students toward inclusive education in Indonesia. This study is intended to provide an understanding to PGSD students who are also teacher candidates. The understanding is about the importance of positive attitudes and teaching abilities, which in this study are limited in self-efficacy. The present study employed the Research and Development (R & D) research model. The research participants were elementary school teachers who teach in inclusive schools and 54 PGSD students. Quantitative and qualitative techniques were used to analyze the data. Mann–Whitney U test was used to determine changes in students' self-efficacy and attitudes before and after learning activities. The results indicate a significant difference in self-efficacy with p sig < 0.05. The t-test result is 0.119. As the tcount is greater than the ttable (0.119 > 0.05), it indicates that there is no significant difference. Hence, it can be inferred that there is no statistically significant difference in developing a collaborative-based lecture model aimed at enhancing self-efficacy and fostering favorable attitudes among PGSD students towards inclusive education in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn a company, human resources are used as a position that has an important role because in the target control process it will directly involve them. Need proper management to develop this activity. In this study, to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on the performance of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa employees. At the company PT Graha Dwi Perkasa has a lack of motivation for employees to carry out their work properly. It can be seen from the low level of employee work discipline. Leadership is less concerned with existing problems, resulting in employee performance not achieving the desired target. Employees at PT Graha Dwi Perkasa have poor performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa, namely 115 employees. The sampling technique of this research is the saturated sample, where the sampling uses the entire population. It was concluded that the sample was 115 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study uses SPSS 25. Based on the test results, it is stated that motivation and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation; Leadership; Employee Performance

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker pada wanita di Indonesia. Deteksi dini menggunakan metode SADARI, SADANIS, dan USG payudara terbukti efektif menurunkan angka kematian dengan meningkatkan diagnosis pada stadium awal. Namun, cakupan program deteksi dini di Kabupaten Bungo masih rendah, yakni hanya 11,7% dari populasi sasaran pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program deteksi dini kanker payudara di Kabupaten Bungo dalam upaya meningkatkan akses layanan kesehatan. Dengan pendekatan evaluatif yang mengacu pada framework WHO (input, process, output) dan CMO (Context, Mechanism, Outcome), data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan survei kepada tenaga kesehatan serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan sejumlah kendala signifikan, seperti rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, keterbatasan fasilitas kesehatan, dan kurangnya sosialisasi. Kualitas layanan juga dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pelatihan bagi tenaga medis serta anggaran terbatas untuk alat deteksi. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang dihasilkan mencakup: Penguatan Sosialisasi dengan Segmentasi Media yang Tepat, Pelatihan Berbasis Teknologi untuk Tenaga Medis, Optimalisasi Pustu dengan Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP), Pengembangan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terintegrasi, Optimalisasi Fasilitas yang Sudah Ada, Pemberdayaan Kader Kesehatan sebagai Agen Perubahan, dan Kemitraan dengan Sektor Swasta untuk Dukungan Transportasi. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki layanan, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, serta menurunkan angka kematian akibat kanker payudara.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the multidisciplinary collaboration among professionals who voluntarily participate and share common goals in implementing assessment and identification services for children with special needs. This collaboration involves a multidisciplinary team working to develop an assessment service model and recommendations from the multidisciplinary for assessing children with special needs in inclusive schools. This research is qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources included psychologists, orthopedagog, medis, principals, teachers, and parents at an inclusive school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validation was performed using two triangulation techniques: source triangulation and method triangulation. The results show that assessment services for primary school children with special needs comprise three service models: educational assessment model, psychological assessment model, and medical assessment model. The preparation stage is divided into four activities: formulating goals, identifying targets, preparing instruments, and preparing for implementation. The implementation stage includes four aspects: approach, techniques, methods, and referral. The reporting stage is divided into two parts: result analysis and recommendations. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 2 Kalibawang, Kulonprogo, Daeraha Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskrisikan penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 2 Kalibawang khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bahasa Indonesia, dan peserta didik kelas VII. Objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMPN 2 Kalibawang. SMPN 2 Kalibawang dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena dalam penerapannya sekolah ini mengedepankan kearifan lokal Kulonprogo yang menjadi ciri khas Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pihak sekolah berupaya memaksimalkan proses penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan cara sosialisasi sebagai upaya menyamakan pandangan/persepsi terkait pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Kalibawang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan asas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Guru bahasa Indonesia menyesuaikan penggunaan asesmen formatif dan sumatif dengan kebutuhan di lapangan.
