Abstract

This study is to evaluate and analyze the hurdles and problems that a lecturer has in obtaining peak performance by examining the impact of discipline, infrastructure, work environment, and work rewards on lecturer performance. The sample of this study were 32 respondents and this study is quantitative and questionnaire was used to collect the data. We identify or uncover causality to determine the link or impact of discipline, infrastructure, work environment, and job rewards on lecturer performance in statistics are used in this study. The findings revealed that the existence of the Work Reward variable as a control variable had an effect on the variables discipline (X1), infrastructure (X2), work environment (X3) and lecturer performance (Y). Thus, it can be inferred that the variables of discipline, infrastructure, and work environment are not the only factors that influence lecturer performance, because another variable, namely the work reward variable, also has an impact on lecturer performance. Work reward, is one of the variables influencing the rise in discipline, infrastructure, and work environment on lecturer performance. Meanwhile, the statistical results of SPSS 25 show that discipline, infrastructure, work environment, and job rewards all have a substantial impact on professor performance.

Abstract

The Komering cultural local content curriculum was adopted at Muhammadiyah Primary School in 2021. The school is using the Komering cultural local content curriculum to help pupils comprehend local culture. However, the development of the local content curriculum in schools has not been founded on a scientific review of the curriculum, thus, teachers who carry out Komering cultural local content are still drawn from general instructors or do not have backgrounds in arts and culture education. As a result, the implementation is incomplete. The goal of this research was to find out what role educators had in the implementation of the Komering Culture Local Content Curriculum at Muhammadiyah Primary School. Local content instructors' grasp of Komering cultural knowledge, the learning process for Komering culture local content, and assessment of learning results. The method utilised is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The instrument employed observation and interviews, which were then evaluated using descriptive qualitative methods using Miles and Huberman’s theory. The findings revealed that the basic concerns of schools in implementing the Komering culture local content curriculum were based on the vision and goal of the local government, which conveyed regional culture and taught students more about Komering culture. Teachers back them as curriculum implementers for commercial, and cultural content in their own communities, and principals recognise them as leaders.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) e-modules in developing students' 21st-century skills by synthesizing ten Scopus-indexed empirical studies published between 2015 and 2025. Motivated by the growing demand for student-centered and technology-integrated learning, this review aims to consolidate evidence on how PBL-oriented digital modules support key competencies. Following the PRISMA guidelines, the study employed a transparent selection process and combined thematic synthesis with bibliometric analysis (VOSviewer) to identify research trends, dominant themes, and learning outcomes. The findings indicate that PBL e-modules consistently enhance critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, with the strongest effects reported in critical thinking and collaborative performance. Student motivation and autonomy emerged as important mediating factors, while variations in instructional design and digital platform quality influenced effectiveness across contexts. These results imply that well-structured PBL design and purposeful digital integration are critical for maximizing the impact of e-modules on 21st-century skills, while also highlighting methodological gaps for future research.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy is increasingly central in Indonesia’s school reform agenda, particularly after the implementation of the National Assessment (Asesmen Nasional/AN) and Minimum Competency Assessment (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum/AKM). This study examines the effect of AKM-class activities on the numeracy literacy ability of Madrasah Aliyah students. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design was employed with 120 Grade XI students (experimental class = 60; control class = 60) from two Madrasah Aliyah schools. The experimental group received AKM-class activities for eight weeks (16 meetings), while the control group underwent conventional instruction. The instrument was an AKM-oriented numeracy test covering four content domains (number, algebra, geometry, and data & uncertainty), three cognitive processes (formulate, employ, interpret), and contextual dimensions (personal, socio-cultural, scientific). Expert review and pilot testing supported instrument quality (Aiken’s V = 0.82–0.94; Cronbach’s alpha = 0.87). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent and paired t-tests, normalized gain, and ANCOVA. Using simulated but statistically realistic data, pretest scores were equivalent between groups (p = 0.684), while posttest and gain scores significantly favored the experimental group (posttest: p < 0.001; gain: p < 0.001). ANCOVA showed a significant treatment effect after controlling for pretest (F(1,117) = 49.01, p < 0.001, partial η² = 0.295). Domain-level analysis indicated stronger gains in algebra and data & uncertainty, moderate gains in number, and non-significant differences in geometry. These findings suggest that structured AKM-class activities can meaningfully improve numeracy literacy in Madrasah Aliyah, particularly for contextual reasoning and data interpretation skills. The study contributes a practical classroom model for integrating AKM characteristics into regular teaching.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore how data-enhanced supervisory practices evaluated through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model can strengthen decision-making and improve teacher professional competence. This research employed a qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and teachers who had directly experienced data-based academic supervision at Senior High School 1 Central Bengkulu. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Triangulation ensured data validity, while thematic analysis examined supervisory practices, teacher responses, and teacher professional competence outcomes. Findings reveal that data-enhanced supervision enables more precise identification of teacher challenges and facilitates evidence-based feedback. The CIPP analysis showed that contextual readiness is strong; however, input components, particularly digital competence and technical support, require further strengthening. Process evaluation indicated consistent use of data during supervision, while product evaluation demonstrated improvements in instructional planning, classroom management, reflective practice, and accountability. Teachers showed increased motivation and awareness of professional competence, and schools benefited from systematic monitoring of instructional quality. The study concludes that integrating data into supervisory practices significantly enhances teacher professional competence. It is recommended that schools strengthen supervisors' data literacy, improve digital infrastructure, and institutionalize data-based supervision as a sustainable professional development strategy to support long-term educational improvement.
