Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil pengelasan hardfacing pada komponen tire roller di unit raw mill PT Semen Padang menggunakan metode Flux Cored Arc Welding–Self Shielded (FCAW-S) dengan variasi kuat arus. Roller merupakan bagian penting dari mesin vertical roller mill yang berfungsi menggiling bahan baku pembuatan semen. Keausan pada komponen tire menjadi kendala utama yang berdampak pada penurunan efisiensi dan peningkatan biaya pemeliharaan. Metode hardfacing dipilih untuk memperbaiki permukaan aus guna memperpanjang umur pakai komponen. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan proses pengelasan dengan beberapa variasi kuat arus untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap hasil lasan, meliputi kualitas permukaan, ketebalan lapisan las, dan kekerasan material. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi arus listrik memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pengelasan, di mana arus yang optimal menghasilkan lapisan hardfacing yang lebih merata, padat, dan memiliki kekerasan tinggi. Dengan demikian, metode FCAW-S dengan pengaturan arus yang tepat dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan performa tire roller pada proses produksi semen.

The mawah concept, a traditional form of profit-sharing cooperation, has long been rooted in the economic culture of Acehnese society. This system emphasizes mutual trust and equitable collaboration between livestock owners and caretakers, embodying values of solidarity and social justice. However, its practice is declining due to modern capitalist influences and a lack of institutional support. This community service project aimed to revitalize and strengthen the mawah system in the context of cattle farming within palm oil plantation areas in Teupin Panah Village, West Aceh. Utilizing methods such as field surveys, educational seminars, and interactive discussions, the project involved 35 local farmers and plantation workers. The program successfully introduced the mawah system as a fair and sharia-compliant model of economic cooperation, especially for community members with limited capital but agricultural expertise. Results indicated high participant engagement and a willingness to adopt the mawah system formally. The initiative highlights the potential of local wisdom to support sustainable community-based economic development through integrated livestock-plantation farming. Continued mentoring and institutional support are recommended to ensure long-term implementation and impact..

Perpustakaan berperan penting dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar, namun masih banyak sekolah yang menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data dan keterbatasan waktu kunjungan siswa. Di SMKS PGRI Pekanbaru, proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien. Mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web guna mempermudah pengelolaan data dan memberikan akses informasi yang lebih fleksibel bagi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototype yang terdiri dari tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan, pengujian, dan modifikasi. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung proses login pengguna, pencarian buku, transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, serta pembuatan laporan secara digital. Sistem ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan.

Human resources are people who design and produce goods or services, oversee quality, market products, allocate financial resources and formulate all strategies and objectives of the organization. Full and continuous management and utilization of existing human resources so that they can work optimally, effectively and productively in achieving organizational or company goals. Lancang Kuning University is an educational institution that has administrative and teaching and learning activities. The total number of employees or employees is 513, consisting of 377 educators and 144 education staff. Simultaneous Influence. Based on the results of the discussion, the simultaneous influence of leadership orientation and rewards on employee loyalty is 32.1%, while the remaining 67.9%, while the partial effect of multiple regression analysis shows that supervision has an influence on employee work discipline by 0.435, awards have an influence to employee loyalty of 0.279.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on intention to leave Employees at Ekasakti University, Padang. The research method uses correlational analysis. The sampling technique uses a purpose sampling method, amounting to as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using data description, normality test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 21. The results of the study illustrate that simultaneously there is an influence jointly with career development, competence and compensation for Intention To Leave, and testing conducted partially, that the development career influences Intention To Leave, competence influences Intention To Leave and compensation influences Intention To Leave.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the career development of lecturers. Refraksi Optisi YLPTK Padang lecturer research subjects. This type of correlational quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques with the F test and t test. this research is important to examine factors influencing the career development of lecturers. The results of data analysis showed that work commitment, leadership, colleague support and competence together or partially influenced lecturer career development.

This study aims to provide education on strategies to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Padahurip Village, Banjarwangi District, Garut Regency. The research data were collected from eight Posyandu (community health posts) in the village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with counseling and socialization during the Community Service (KKN) program. The results of this activity indicate an increased public understanding of the importance of stunting prevention, especially through improving nutrition for pregnant women and toddlers. The education provided was effective in raising awareness and engaging the community in efforts to reduce stunting rates in the area. The conclusion of this study is that education-based approaches through Posyandu can be an effective strategy in accelerating the reduction of stunting.

The problem in this study is the lack of upper passing ability in volleyball games in class X TAV students of SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa. The aim is to improve the learning process of physical education, sports and health through the application of the Discovery method, the aim is to improve students' ability to do upper passes in volleyball games taught at SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa. The increase in the ability to pass the upper ball through the discovery method in learning physical education, sports and health has exceeded the performance indicators set at 80%. This means that each cycle is very clear the difference in the increase, namely between the initial observation to cycle 1 the difference is 8.33 and cycle 1 to cycle 2 the difference is 37.04. Thus, the hypothesis in the classroom action research states that "through the discovery method, the ability to pass the upper ball in volleyball of class X TAV students of SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa can be improved. From the description of the research results above, it is concluded that the ability to pass the upper ball through the discovery method of class X TAV students of SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa has increased.

This research aims to develop a learning module on Manufacturing Engineering Drawings that are interesting and appropriate for use in learning, to learn the practicality of module in the learning process, and to find out the learning module in improving student learning outcomes. The design of research and development used as a 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination) development model. The results obtained from the study of this development as follows: (1) to generate a Computer-Aided Design (CAD)-based learning module, (2) the validity of the module was declared valid by media experts (0.89), subject matter experts (0.88), and linguists (0.85), (3) based on the response of teachers, the module was very practical (90.64 %) and based on student’s responses, the module was declared as very practical (84.65 %), (4) the module was declared effective and can improve learning outcomes of students. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the developed learning module is valid, practical, and effective to be used as a learning module in Manufacturing Engineering Drawing.

This community service activity aims to internalize the values of Teuku Umar's struggle as an inspiration for students in achieving their dreams. This activity is based on the problems faced by traditional dayah, coupled with the existence of skeptical assumptions from the community that can affect the motivation and self-confidence of students. The approach used is a participatory educational approach by actively involving students and fostering good communication. This activity consists of two main sessions, namely interactive seminars and training on planning goals. The results of the study showed that the values of Teuku Umar's struggle could be internalized by students of Dayah Darul Faizin and also the building of students' self-confidence increased after the training, motivating them to continue fighting despite their limitations. This activity received a positive response from all participants, including teachers, and was considered useful in shaping the character of students.
