Village assistants are a team within an organization where village assistants coordinate with volunteers formed to implement the SDGs program. This research used qualitative descriptive research methods to determine the role of village assistants in the village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Sanjai village, East Sinjai sub-district. This research data consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the village assistants' role in carrying out the Village SDGs program is as a volunteer sub-district coordinator who is tasked with monitoring all volunteers and teams who participate in helping run the Village SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) program. As is known in the indicators regarding Village Facilitators as follows: Assistance in planning it can be seen that the SDGs program is very important where the assistant provides direction and motivation that influences the village government to achieve the SDGs program goals related to SDGs Villages without poverty in Sanjai Village and The planning that is carried out is that the assistant prepares a prospective team of volunteers who will carry out data collection on the poor by showing the Village Assistance Decree number 10 of 2021 concerning the formation of volunteers to update SDGs data in Sanjai Village in 2021. The role of the village assistant in the Village SDGs program in Sanjai Village is to provide assistance where the assistance referred to planning, implementation, and monitoring of the program being run, apart from that the village assistant also carries out organizing to make it easier to divide volunteer team groups into divisions of work activities that each volunteer team will carry out before carrying out SDGs data collection where The data collection in question is very focused on collecting data on Village SDGs without poverty, which is the main goal that is very global.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of the law laboratory based on education, research, and community service, as well as analyze what factors can affect the strengthening and legal laboratory as a center for legal studies and advocacy. This legal research uses empirical juridical research, using a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The object of the research is the law laboratory, Faculty of Law, University of Jambi. The analysis was carried out qualitatively and presented in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the research on the law laboratory of the Faculty of Law, University of Jambi, that the laboratory at the faculty of law has not implemented the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 19 of 2014 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the University of Jambi and the Regulation of the Rector of the University of Jambi Number 5 of 2022 concerning the Organizational Structure, Work Procedures, Duties and Functions of the Faculty of Law, University of Jambi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat terpencil Seko di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan tipe penelitian ini menggunakan tipe pendekatan deskriptif dengan jumlah informan 5 orang dipilih sesuai purposive sampling. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data itu dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analiasis data adalah verifikasi data, reduksi data serta penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberdayaan masyarakat komunitas adat T\terpencil Seko Kabupaten Luwu Utara, sesuai indikator jadi tolak ukur yakni pendekatan dari bawah dari pihak Pemerintah Desa yaitu dengan mensosialisasikan. Meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbasis pertanian mengunakan indikator pendekatan sosial, pertisipasi masyarakat dan keuntungan sosial dan ekonomi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan semua kegiatan tersebut dengan adanya komitmen serta kerja sama yang baik sehingga dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan bersama di Desa Embonnatana Kabupaten Luwu Utara.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarkat-Komunitas Adat-Masyarakat Seko

This study investigates the influence of learning methods and student motivation on participation in Physical, Sport, and Health Education (PJOK) at SMK N 1 Tanjungpinang. The impetus for this research stems from observations indicating a low level of physical fitness among the student body, potentially attributable to a variety of factors, including pedagogical approaches and motivational levels. This quasi-experimental study involved 36 participants, selected based on pre- defined criteria. Physical fitness was assessed using the TKJI instrument, while motivation data were collected via a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a 2x2 factorial design. The results of the study and data analysis showed that: 1) There is a difference in physical fitness of students who are given the playing and jigsaw methods with a Sig value of 0.016 <0.05. 2) There is an interaction between learning methods and motivation on physical fitness, the Sig value between learning strategies and coordination skills is 0.000 < 0.05. 3) There is a difference in the level of physical fitness between students who are given the playing method and the jigsaw method at high learning motivation with a Qcount value of 14.54 > Qtable 3.85. 4) There is a difference in the level of physical fitness between students who are given the playing method and the jigsaw method at low learning motivation with a Qcount value of -2.65 < Qtable 3.85

Menghafal Al-Quran merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang masih asing untuk diterapkan didalam kurikulum umum lembaga pendidikan islam di Indonesia, kalaupun ada penerapan hanya terbatas pada sekolah-sekolah yang berbasis pesantren. SMP Luqman Al Hakim sebagai sekolah yang berbasis Pesantren menerapkan kurikulum wajib menghafal Al-Qur‟an bagi siswanya Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses Implementasi Pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur‟an di SMP Luqman Al Hakim, serta mnedeskripsikan tentang materi, metode, dan evaluasinya.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 44 Padaria Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penigkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 12,43% pada siklus I sebesar 77,84% dan pada siklus II sebesar 90,27%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas V UPTD SDN 44 Padaria.

Local script is one of the local wisdoms that must be preserved. Primary school education plays an important role in the preservation of local writing. This study aims to determine the perception of prospective elementary school teachers towards the preservation of local writing. the intended local writing is the Sasambo script in NTB. This research uses a combined method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Interview results were analyzed qualitatively. This study involved the University of Mataram PGSD students as respondents. The problems studied include: how is the motivation of prospective teachers in preserving local writing? What do prospective teachers do in preserving local writing? What are the difficulties experienced by prospective teachers in preserving local writing? The results showed that the motivation of prospective elementary school teachers in preserving local writing was still quite high. However, prospective teachers have difficulty in preserving local writing. Difficulties faced by prospective teachers include: local writing is rarely used, low community interest in learning, lack of teachers, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of literature, low awareness and low literacy. Efforts to preserve local writing by prospective elementary school teachers include: studying local writing, conducting training, and holding competitions. Local writing preservation programs in NTB need attention. The attention of prospective teachers, the government and the community can save local writing from extinction

Kawasan Bangunan peninggalan sejarah tersebut sudah sangat memprihatinkan akan pelestarian dan pemeliharaannya karena, tidak ada penegasan secara hukum yang mengatur fungsi pada kawasan bangunan bersejarah tersebut, sehingga kawasan Rumah Adat Komalig R.S Pontoh di Kaidipang Besar tidak dapat menarik perhatian masyarakat setempat disebabkan oleh kondisinya yang tidak teratur dan tidak tertata dengan, dan pada kawasan bangunan saat ini hanya sebagai hunian serta pola sirkulasi yang tidak dapat mengakses keseluruhan kawasan rumah adat. Bangunan cagar budaya seharusnya di lestarikan dalam bentuk penataan kembali beberapa fungsi sebagai daya tarik kepada masyarakat, antara lain sebagai pusat edukasi sejarah, museum, dan pusat rekreasi kebudayaan. Untuk penentuan beberapa sirkulasi pada objek perancangan di terapkan penekanan pola sirkulasi karena dengan melihat objek perancangan memiliki spesifikasi luas sehingga perlu dilakukan penekanan beberapa akses sirkulasi yang tergolong dalam kategori pola sirkulasi agar dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam mengakses objek perancangan tersebut.

Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika merupakan salah satu bentuk undang-undang yang mengatur tindak pidana diluar KUHP. Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika merupakan ketentuan khusus dari ketentuan umum (KUHP) sebagai perwujudan dari asas lex specialis derogat lex generallis. Oleh karena itu penting melakukan penelitian tentang Sistem Administrasi Penyitaan Barang Bukti Oleh Penyidik Kepolisian Pada Tindak Pidana Narkotika Di Polres Palopo.     Tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana menganalisis tata cara pelaksanaan penyitaan barang bukti oleh penyidik kepolisian pada tindak pidana narkotika dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat penyidik dalam penyitaan barang bukti narkotika di Polres Palopo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyidik Polres Palopo dalam melakukan penyitaan barang bukti cenderung menggunakan teknik penyitaan dalam keadaan mendesak, karena sifat barang bukti tindak pidana narkotika yang mudah dimusnahkan atau disembunyikan oleh tersangka. Barang bukti tindak pidana narkotika yang disita oleh penyidik Polres Palopo juga efektif dalam tahapan pembuktian.

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of women as pillars of economic growth within the framework of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. A mixed-method approach was employed that combined quantitative and qualitative techniques. The quantitative method utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to measure the influence of women's variables on economic growth. Meanwhile, the qualitative approach adopted a literature review to analyze the structure of the Islamic economic framework in Indonesia. The results indicate that the Gender Development Index (GDI) significantly mediates and strengthens the influence of women-related indicators on economic growth. Women's education emerged as the most dominant factor, both directly and indirectly, followed by women's income. Meanwhile, female labor force participation and professional engagement exerted significant indirect effects on the GDI. These findings underscore the importance of inclusive gender-based development policies to support Indonesia’s sustainable economic growth. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that women’s involvement in economic sectors—particularly in the halal industry, Islamic microfinance, and the management of Islamic social funds such as zakat and waqf—has a significant impact on equitable and sustainable economic development. The Islamic economy provides a holistic value framework for empowering women as economic actors and agents of social transformation who maintain a balance between spiritual values and material progress. This study recommends the formulation of gender-inclusive Islamic macroeconomic policies and the enhancement of Islamic financial literacy and access for women. Thus, women’s empowerment in the Islamic economy is not merely a matter of equality but a strategic foundation for achieving just and sustainable national economic growth
