Abstract

The SIUUL (Simak-Ucap-Ulang) model is a systematic reading and speaking learning model based on Islamic values and based on human excellence as a creature of God Almighty who is given the logic of thinking and common sense with moral, religious and ethical values in harmony. The SIUUL (Simak-Ucap-Ulang) model is designed to improve skills in learning as well as being a tour guide. The purpose in making this research is to find out about the implementation of the SIUUL (Simak-Ucap-Ulang) model in learning management students as tour guides. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of the SIUUL (Simak-Ucap-Ulang) model is effective for learning management study program students in improving skills as tour guide.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the SIUUL model which is a speaking and reading learning model based on humanitarian philosophy, with stages of learning development based on Islamic values ​​and interpersonal intelligence in learning Public Speaking in giving lectures. This research is research using a qualitative approach in the form of observations directly and ask questions to the audience. The object of this research is through informants who provide research data through interviews and documentation. In implementing the SIUUL model, it is hoped that it can help individuals from various backgrounds to develop abilities in lecturing methods. With this technology-based approach, we can provide solutions that are more affordable and accessible to many people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak perintah sederhana pada anak di TK ‘Aisyiyah Cikajang melalui penerapan model SIUUL (Simak, Ucap, Ulangi). Kemampuan anak yang masih sering terkendala seperti fokus terganggu, mudah teralihkan dan sulit memahami perintah sederhana cukup menghambat proses blajar mengajar di sekolah, karena itu model SIUUL diterapkan dengan tujuan memperbaiki kondisi yang sedang terjadi di lapangan. Keterampilan menyimak adalah fondasi penting dalam perkembangan bahasa dan komunikasi anak usia dini, namun seringkali mengalami kendala seperti kurangnya perhatian dan efektivitas metode pengajaran. Model SIUUL dirancang untuk melibatkan anak secara aktif dalam proses mendengarkan, mengucapkan, dan mengulangi perintah, sehingga membantu mereka memahami dan mengikuti instruksi dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 anak kelompok B berusia 5-6 tahun di TK ‘Aisyiyah Cikajang dan dilaksanakan empat bulan dari Februari sampai Juni 2024. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar observasi dan tes kemampuan menyimak. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak mengalami kesulitan menyimak dan mengikuti perintah sederhana. Setelah penerapan model SIUUL selama delapan minggu, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata kemampuan menyimak naik dari 57,5% pada Siklus 1 menjadi 81% pada Siklus 2. Analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa metode SIUUL efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak perintah sederhana. Anak-anak menjadi lebih responsif dan mampu mengikuti instruksi dengan lebih baik, serta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan guru dan teman sebaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa model SIUUL merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan layak diterapkan secara luas dalam pendidikan anak usia dini untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa dan keterampilan komunikasi mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui implementasi Model ASYIK (Aman, Senang, Yakin dan Percaya Diri, Inovatif, Kreatif) di RA Miftahul Falah Cikajang Garut. Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Model ASYIK diharapkan dapat membantu guru untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengajar yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitafif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan 5 orang guru RA Miftahul Falah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Model ASYIK dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan kelas, interaksi positif antara guru dan siswa, serta adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan ran.

Abstract

The growth and development of young children are significantly influenced by their nutritional intake. Parents play an essential role in ensuring children receive sufficient nutrition for optimal development. Meeting these nutritional needs can be achieved by providing healthy, varied, nutritious, balanced, and safe foods. This study focuses on analyzing democratic parenting patterns toward the eating choices of 4-year-old children at Tadika Puri Kindergarten Pondok Gede. The study employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal two dominant parenting styles: democratic and permissive. Democratic parenting encourages independence in food choices while maintaining parental guidance and boundaries, whereas permissive parenting tends to grant freedom with minimal control. Both approaches significantly influence the eating preferences and habits of 4-year-old children at Tadika Puri Kindergarten Pondok Gede.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of character education of 6 noble qualities, namely honesty, trust, harmony, compactness, good cooperation and mujhid-muzhid in the formation of morals in early childhood at Nurul Firdaus Kindergarten West Bekasi and to find out the role of teachers, parents and obstacles in the implementation of character education of 6 noble qualities.  The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of character education of 6 noble qualities in early childhood. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification.  The results of the study show that the implementation of character education of 6 noble habits in the formation of early childhood morals in Nurul Firdaus Kindergarten West Bekasi is carried out with exemplary methods, discipline, habituation and a conducive atmosphere. The role of parents and teachers is very important in the process of implementing character education. Obstacles in the implementation of character education 6 noble qualities are the lack of parental cooperation in implementing character education at home as educators do in schools and environments that are less supportive through bad behavior imitated by childrenThe results of this study provide an important meaning for educational development, e specially related to the application of character education in early childhood.

Abstract

The scarcity of LPG gas that often occurs in urban areas has become a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This condition causes an increase in operational costs and creates uncertainty in energy supply, thus directly impacting business continuity. This community service aims to}overcome these problems by introducing artificial natural gas technology as a sustainable alternative solution. The main problem raised is the high dependence of MSMEs on LPG gas, while its availability is increasingly limited amid increasing demand. The methods used in this community service activity include observation of the energy needs of MSME actors, application of biogas technology to produce artificial natural gas, and technical training on how to operate and maintain the system. Activities are carried out through a participatory approach to ensure understanding and active involvement of the target community. The results of the community service show that the use of artificial natural gas can significantly reduce dependence on LPG, reduce energy costs, and increase the sustainability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. The conclusion of this service is that the application of artificial natural gas technology not only helps overcome the scarcity of LPG, but also makes a real contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goals 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 13 (Addressing Climate Change).

Abstract

Pola konsumsi media yang sudah beralih ke media digital saat ini, tidak membuat masyarakat di Indonesia mengesampingkan televisi sebagai media sumber informasi dan hiburan di ruang keluarga mereka. Akses rumah tangga terhadap perangkat TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) tertinggi ada pada Televisi yakni sebesar 86,7%. Angka akses yang masih tinggi ini sayangnya tidak sejalan dengan indeks kualitas program televisi. Hasil indeks kualitas program siaran televisi untuk program acara yang diperuntukan untuk anak-anak hasilnya menunjukkan kualitas program acara anak-anak masih kurang baik. Media dan dampaknya merupakan isu yang selalu menjadi kajian bagi para peneliti dan akademisi, terutama jika audiensnya adalah anak-anak. Riset sebelumnya mengenai dampak tayangan televisi menunjukan beberapa dampak yang bersifat positif dan juga negatif. Tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Universitas Pancasakti Bekasi berupaya untuk mengurangi dampak negatif tayang televisi pada anak-anak Usia Dini, maka kami memberikan penyuluhan terkait literasi media tayang televisi pada kepala sekolah, operator sekolah, dan guru yang tergabung dalam Organisasi IGTKI Kota Serang. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan kepada 50 kepala sekolah, Operator sekolah, dan guru yang tergabung dalam Organisasi IGTKI Kota Serang dengan mengadakan Kegiatan Workshop Inovasi Pembelajaran Digital Berbasis Satu Sekolah Satu Chanel TV Pada Lembaga PAUD Kota Serang dengan harapan agar guru bisa berinovasi di dalam media pembelajaran melalui TV Sekolah sebagai menanggulangi indeks negative dari kualitas program televisi.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of an intrinsic reward model, “ASYIK,” in early English education to address low motivation and confidence among young learners in Indonesia. Conventional teacher-centered approaches and reliance on extrinsic rewards often limit engagement and long-term self-motivation in early childhood classrooms. Conducted at TK Kristen Caritas Ambon with 15 children aged 5–6, this qualitative descriptive study employed participatory observation, video documentation, and structured field notes. The ASYIK model was applied through three stages: Motivation (stimulating enthusiasm through rhymes and mini projects on prepositions of place), Action (interactive language practice), and Reward (self-praise in English such as “I can, I’m great, I succeed”). Thematic analysis focused on behavioral and linguistic changes. Findings show that the ASYIK model significantly enhanced children’s confidence, intrinsic motivation, and mastery of prepositions of place in contextual and playful ways. It also fostered positive classroom interactions and socio-emotional growth. The study’s novelty lies in integrating intrinsic self-praise expressions into English learning within a structured Motivation – Action – Reward framework. Theoretically, it contributes to education, language studies, and linguistics by linking intrinsic reward speech acts with character education, linguistic self-regulation, and affective engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian meningkatkan kemampuan anak inklusi menghafal surat-surat pendek menggunakan model SIUUL. Subjek penelitian anak usia 4-6 tahun di RA. AlMunawaroh Telaga Murni Cikarang sebanyak 15 anak. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan februari-april 2023. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Tahapan metode ini yakni 1) tahap simak, 2). tahap ucap, 3). tahap ulang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan tiga siklus. Peningkatan hasil yang diteliti menunjukan kemampuan hafalan surat pendek dengan prosentase perolehan siklus I bisa hafal ayat pendek dengan lancar 58,5%, mampu mengingat atau menyebutkan bagian huruf, kata dan kalimat dengan artikulasi yang tepat 47,1%, mampu mengucapkan ketika diperintahkan guru 56,1%, siklus II mampu menghafal ayat pendek dengan lancar 66,7%, mampu mengingat atau menyebutkan bagian huruf, kata dan kalimat dengan artikulasi yang tepat 59%, mampu mengucapkan ketika diperintahkan guru 65,7% dan pada siklus III mampu menghafal ayat pendek dengan lancar 78,9%, mampu mengingat atau menyebutkan bagian huruf, kata dan kalimat dengan artikulasi yang tepat 84,1%, mampu mengucapkan ketika diperintahkan guru 84,3%.
