Abstract

The reality of Indonesian people's life experienced the phenomena of depleted horizon moralities politically, legally, socially, and culturally. Civic education and learning process in the classroom could be a locomotive for moral improvement for Indonesian people. The crucial point in acting or doing something is not gun but man behind the gun. So teacher is the most important actor in this endeavor.

Abstract

Several provinces in Indonesia have regional dormitories in Yogyakarta. This allows each student from various regions to have awareness of their respective ethnic identities, even though this has the potential to create horizontal conflicts. This study aims to describe how Aceh dormitory students in the city of Yogyakarta interpret ethnic identity and how intercultural communication relationships with other ethnicities and the surrounding community and how their views are related to the disintegration of the nation. This research is qualitative research using data collection techniques through interviews. The results showed that Acehnese students were aware of the ethnic identity that was the basis of the hostel and they saw that ethnic identity was important. Aceh dormitory students also introduce culture in cultural events, through which intercultural communication with other ethnicities and the surrounding community can be established. They think that as sons and daughters of the region, they should be proud of their respective ethnicities, but still have to uphold an attitude of inter-ethnic tolerance, so that this awareness does not cause the nation's disintegration.

Abstract

Cold storage yang dibangun Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) di berbagai daerah sebagai salah satu implementasi kebijakan Sistem Logistik Ikan Nasional (SLIN) yang bertujuan untuk menjaga ketersediaan ikan untuk bahan baku industri dan konsumsi dalam negeri. Cold storage 1.000 ton didirikan untuk menjadi role model sarana buffer stock milik pemerintah di Wilayah Jakarta namun dalam implementasinya masih mengalami kendala karena pemanfaatannya belum optimal dan belum menarik minat pelaku perikanan dalam cakupan yang lebih luas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji sistem kelembagaan yang diterapkan dalam pengelolaan cold storage 1.000 ton dari perspektif bisnis. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus di cold storage pemerintah yaitu cold storage berkapasitas 1.000 ton yang terletak di Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara. Analisis kelembagaan pengelolaan cold storage dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan teori Ekonomi Kelembagaan Baru. Output analisis yang diharapkan berupa penilaian terhadap kelembagaan yang berjalan apakah telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi kelembagaan baru dan teori yang mendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelembagaan cold storage 1.000 ton masih membutuhkan peningkatan pengelolaan. Aspek yang paling berkontribusi terhadap kurangnya kinerja bisnis di cold storage tersebut adalah property right dan flexibility and adaptability. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan adalah perbaikan kelembagaan melalui 1) pengembangan model bisnis yang lebih customize dengan kebutuhan pengguna, 2) pembentukan badan atau lembaga yang lebih otoritatif dalam layanan publik, 3) penyelarasan insentif dan membangun kerja sama dengan cakupan pengguna yang lebih luas, 4) penerapan standar prosedur yang diimbangi komitmen kepatuhan dari stakeholders dan kontrol yang kuat, 5) peningkatan kecepatan dan fleksibilitas layanan serta 6) penetapan harga yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The development of beef cattle is one of the pillars of the people's economy in the Blora Regency. This activity aims to transfer knowledge and technology to develop the capacity of beef cattle farming agribusinesses to manage livestock reproduction and health, feed, breeding, fattening, management, and social, economic, and network development. This activity was carried out through observation, technical guidance (Bimtek), and mentoring. The Bimtek was divided into six themes, and the assistance was carried out for two months. Sixty breeders carried out the activity from two villages, namely Pengkolrejo Village and Palon Village. From the evaluation results, the Bimtek participants absorbed more than 50 percent of the material. It indicated that all participants experienced increased knowledge and skills of livestock management regarding partnerships and collective business, management, social, economic, and network development, animal reproduction and health, forage and concentrate feed banks, breeding and fattening techniques, and waste management.

Abstract

The geumaseh batik motif is a narrative batik that tells the story of Tjoet Nja’ Dhien’s struggle against the dutch during the Aceh war (1880-1908). In Acehnese geumaseh means an expression of love which in this case refers to Tjoet Nja’ Dhien’s love for Aceh exspressed throught her fight against the dutch. The purpose of this creation is to enrich batik motifs and ready-to-wear deluxe designs that can be used as a medium for historical education without neglecting the function of the garment itself. Ready-to-wear deluxe is chosen as a medium of expression because this type of clothing has an exclusive and luxurious character, making it appropriate to represent the greatness of Tjoet Nja' Dhien's love for Aceh. The Geumaseh motif is constructed using the hand-drawn batik technique to suit the character of ready-to-wear deluxe, taking inspiration from the 9 phases of Tjoet Nja' Dhien's struggle. The methods used in the creative process are exploration, design, and realization. The physical results of this creation are 9 (nine) ready-to-wear deluxe looks, which will be presented at the National Indonesia Fashion Week 2024 event.

Abstract

The creation of this work is based on two things. First, the author's desire to remind the importance of time for mankind. This is important because everything has its time, and most people do not succeed because they do not make the best use of their time. Secondly, there is no ready to wear deluxe (rtw-deluxe) that applies batik tulis motifs of the “Jangka Kala” (time) and makrame. Therefore, the purpose of this creation is to enrich the form of rtw-deluxe that can function as a media to remind the importance of time in human life. The form of the work refers to Resilent, namely Heritage with the sub-theme Reminiscene Rtw-deluxe was chosen because it has an exclusive, classy impression and is able to accommodate the creative ideas of the author. The method of creation used is exploration, design, and realization. The results of this creation are in the form of 4 batik jam motifs applied to ready to wear deluxe and presented in the form of a fashion show at the Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week entitled Nea Gennisi.

Abstract

This deluxe ready to wear is made to be a hope and prayer for the wearer, namely to be a light in the surrounding environment. Therefore, the author made the “Dipha Kirana” motif, which is a lamp motif inspired by the shape of a typical European chandelier as the main motif. The makrame technique is applied to this collection to enhance the appearance and create interesting accents that make this collection appear different and unique. The visual reference of this work is the fashion trend 2024/2025, namely Heritage sub-theme Reminiscence. The visuals represent traditional and modern forms constructed with traditional-modern techniques and materials, collaborating traditional icons, and designed for modern utility. To realize the work, the method of creation used is the method of exploration, design, and realization. The result of this work is 4 (four) ready to wear deluxe and 2 of them are displayed in the fashion show at Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week (JMFW) 2024

Abstract

Vocational students are confronted by intricate demands once they graduate. Despite the considerable need for vocational graduates in the workforce, most students have a limited understanding of digital and vocational information. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to determine the influence of digital and vocational information literacy on students' learning outcomes in three vocational schools in the Sragen Regency. Cluster Random Sampling was used to select a sample of 111 students. Data on digital and vocational information literacy were collected using a questionnaire, while those on the learning outcomes were obtained from the student's grades. The results showed that digital literacy influences vocational students' learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Vocational information literacy influences the students' learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, digital and vocational information literacy simultaneously influence the students' learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate the necessity to familiarize and increase the students' literacy skills to improve learning outcomes. The results indicated that digital and vocational literacy partially and collectively influenced learning outcomes by 48.2%. Therefore, classroom instruction needs to be structured around learning models that actively stimulate the development of digital and vocational literacy skills, preparing students for workplace competitions. Consequently, teachers should consistently implement learning strategies that create a meaningful connection between the school environment and the realities of the professional world.

Abstract

The development of technology and information in the field of product marketing has become a challenge for all business actors, especially farmers, in marketing their products. This research aims to find out farmers' preferences in using digital marketing as a marketing tool. Study the case of the Okiagaru Marketing Cooperative. The sample was taken from 50 respondents who were members of the Okiagaru group. The analysis method uses Conjoint analysis. The results of the analysis show that the use of Digital Marketing is preferred by farmers with a level of interest in having broad and specific targets of 31.31%. Farmers also agree that promotional media using digital media is better than using Billboard/Spandak with an importance level of 25.15%. Marketing media is preferred using WEB sites and social media compared to market places with an importance level of 15.82%. Farmers prefer using cellphones or tablets compared to desktops with an interest level of 4.70%. To increase the target market, the strategies needed are (1) developing digital marketing applications based either on websites or social media, (2) increasing human resources such as transferring technological knowledge to the Okiagaru Marketing Cooperative

Abstract

Kesalahan pemaknaan Pancasila selama ini ialah menafsirkan, memahami dan melaksanakan Pancasila berdasarkan asumsi-asumsi dangkal yang melepaskan dari  dasar filsafati sebagaimana tercantum di dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945. Hal ini yang pada akhirnya menjadikan Pancasila ditafsirkan untuk disalahgunakan untuk tujuan-tujuan subjektif yang justru bertolak belakang dengan Pancasila itu sendiri. Dengan demikian, pemaknaan terhadap Pancasila oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat Indonesia perlu direvitalisasi. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pemikiran dan kajian terhadap pemaknaan Pancasila di masyarakat Indonesia. Revitalisasi Pancasila sebagai dasar negara mengandung makna bahwa Pancasila harus kita letakkan dalam keutuhannya dengan Pembukaan UUD 1945. Kemudian dieksplorasikan dimensi-dimensi yang melekat padanya, yaitu: realitasnya, idealitasnya, dan fleksibilitasnya. Revitalisasi Pancasila secara primer berada dalam tanggungjawab pemerintah dan secara subsider rakyat juga mesti menjadi bagian dari agenda revitalisasi itu.The Urgency of Pancasila Revitalization in Building National Character. The misinterpretation of the Pancasila has been interpreting, understanding and implementing Pancasila based on superficial assumptions that have let go of the philosophical basis stated in the Pembukaan UUD 1945. This ultimately makes Pancasila misused for subjective purposes which are contrary to Pancasia. Thus, the meaning of Pancasila by all levels of Indonesian society needs to be revitalized. This paper is the result of thoughts and studies on the meaning of Pancasila in Indonesian society. The revitalization of Pancasila as the basis of the state implies that we must place Pancasila in its integrity with the Pembukaan UUD 1945. Then the dimensions attached to it are explored, namely: their reality, their ideals, and their flexibility. Revitalization of Pancasila is primarily within the responsibility of the government and in a subsidiary manner must also be part of the revitalization agenda.
