Huge business opportunities such as product sales and online service provision and revenue growth for companies such as e-retailers are primarily due to their easy and interactive nature, lower costs, and high level of customization and personalization for customers. This research is intended to analyze service quality and consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce application users. The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze how the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using the shopee online store are. The research conducted is qualitative. The data collection using the distribution of questionnaires. Many consumers complain about the cycle of service and satisfaction levels in the Shopee application, both directly and indirectly. As it is known that making changes is not an easy thing for organizations, because all systems or some systems that will be changed automatically, members of the organization must also adapt to things that are not necessarily well received, therefore in the process of change there needs to be good management. whether done by the leader of the Shopee Application, there are things that must be done strategically in overcoming resistance well to ensure that a change will go well. So there is a lot that must be prepared before making changes, to improve the quality of service to consumers again.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah) siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kec. Binuang, Kab. Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) sedangkan variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kab. Polewali Mandar yang berjumlah 78 siswa. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo sebanyak 60 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas X Agama 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa dan kelas X Agama 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test tertulis pada materi “Kehidupan Sehari-hari”. Hasil perhitungan uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung 7,0595 > ttabel 2,000. Sehingga hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah) siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Globalization is the linkage and dependence between nations and between people around the world through trade, investment, travel, popular culture, and other forms of interaction so that the boundaries of a country become increasingly narrow. The formulation of the problem in writing this scientific paper is, "How is the impact of globalization on the life of the Indonesian people? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe the impact of globalization on the life of the Indonesian people. The approach is qualitatively descriptive. Globalization is physically marked by the development of cities that are part of the world city network. This can be seen from the telecommunications infrastructure, transportation network, international scale companies and their branches. The positive impact of globalization is a change in values and attitudes, the development of science and technology, a better level of life.

The early and end steps of the change acceptor reaction model have been studied. Kurt Lewin's concept of change management thinking is something that has to be revisited. This research focuses on the intermediate phases of change rather than the pre-change antecedents or consequences of change. The act of altering the antecedent as well as the explicit response to change. Investigate the attitudes and reactions of followers to change from the standpoint of the change process. Researchers do so by using the notion of change evaluation to investigate cognitive and behavioral development. Unlike most change research, which focuses on the negative aspects of change, the notion of specific evaluation follows the development of positive attitudes toward change, manager attitudes, and behavioral changes relating to routines and processes, work practices, and traditions. This research focuses solely on the opinions and views of followers. Followers, on the other hand, are not merely beneficiaries of change; they also have an impact on the process and its outcomes. The application of management in Kurt Lewin's own theory is related to change management, which is always utilized as a reference point to examine a stigma.

In this competitive age, organizations are facing dynamic and fast-moving environments such as technological trends, rapid social changes, more and more changing demands, globalization, and economic changes. So, this competitive environment is forcing businesses to adopt changes and change the way they do business, in order to survive and stay competitive in this business world. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of team change and its effects on organization and leadership. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that changes are implemented at three different levels, individual, group and organizational according to changing trends, technology, customer preferences and future problems. But the adoption of change requires some practical steps in an organization to motivate employees because most of the employees do not accept the change and resist it. This is the main reason organizations fail to adopt change.

So that the organization or company is expected that what is cultivated or managed can continue to grow and develop. Thissstudyyaims to determine how change management in improving the quality of the organization. The method used in this research is the literature study method, namely the method of data collection directed at searching for data and information through documents, theoretical studies, references, collections of articles, journals and books from all forms of sources related to the subject matter. Taxes are one of the sources of state revenue, the government sets taxpayers to the public, especially MSME taxes, looking for sectors that have the potential to increase tax revenue. . This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in the PPH tax rate on MSME taxpayer compliance. This study uses qualitative research methods, with an empirical juridical approach. This study shows the existence of a policy regarding the MSME income tax rate of 1% through Government Regulation no. 46 of 2013. However, the enactment of this regulation experienced pros and cons among the public. As a result, in 2018 the government changed the tax rate by 0.5% through Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018. This policy on reducing income tax rates for MSMEs has an impact on MSME compliance levels as taxpayers. Research conducted at the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office shows an increase in the compliance of MSME actors in carrying out their tax obligations, so it can be interpreted that the implementation of PP 46 of 2013 provides a significant increase in the efficiency of fulfilling tax obligations for taxpayers at KPP Pratama Binjai.
